Everything was excellent, especially the polenta taragna, which was lovely, creamy, and very cheesy, just how I like it. The portions are average, but considering the still very fair price, it's an excellent value. The staff is friendly, and the service is surprisingly fast, even when the place is full.

I went for lunch today with some friends. I'm vegan, so it's not really my restaurant. But the service was quick, attentive, thoughtful, and impeccable. I had porcini mushrooms, cooked especially for me without butter, and fresh, flavorful vegetables. I want to reiterate: I was treated with great courtesy, professionalism, and care. The colorful plates and glasses were also beautiful. Thank you.

We stayed 3 nights. Upon arrival, they informed us that they had upgraded our room to a suite. The room was wonderful. Spacious and comfortable, with windows all around where you can admire the view and the stream. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The on-site parking was very convenient. The only downside was that breakfast was fresh and delicious, but the selection was limited.

We spent a week at Hotel Corona in July, and, having chosen half board, we enjoyed the excellent cuisine. The staff is friendly, and the room service is reliable. The traditional breakfast was enhanced with cheese and ham to suit our tastes—thank you! The beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. The building and furnishings, combined with the atmosphere, are like taking a trip back to the 1980s, when the world was still in its element. The bus stop is right outside the door, so it's also accessible by public transportation from Bergamo. The street is quiet at night. There are many hiking trails of varying difficulty nearby, local producers sell traditional cheeses, and the village has a cinema (the only one in the area). Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway in nature!

great place to stay in a nice village with beautifull surroundings and 30 minutes drive to Foppolo ski resort. excellent service. forgot my bag and they found it back, send it by post the next day! :)

Abbiamo mangiato un delizioso arrosto di cervo accompagnato da polenta taragna. Con queste delizie sparisce la tristezza del Blue Monday. Ottimi piatti e ottimo rimedio ;-)

Non ho mai soggiornato ma ho pranzato e cenato più volte. Per me è la polenta taragna più buona della valle. Anche gli altri piatti sono buoni ma consiglio vivamente di assaggiare la polenta. Se si passa da Branzi è una tappa obbligata!!

Bello, molto caratteristico e cibo buonissimo

Partiamo dagli aspetti negativi. Posizione sullo stradone di branzi, nessuna area esterna, camera un po' piccolina . La colazione lascia a desiderare: totale assenza di salato yogurt confezionato, insomma si potrebbe pretendere un po' di più. Aspetti positivi: la cena sensazionale, alla carta pietanze deliziose ed abbondanti, superlativa. Servizio in sala davvero eccellente, veloci e premurosi anche se solo per una sera ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Prezzi nella media. Considerati pro e contro ci ritornerei.

The hotel looks really good: spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms, and the dining room is fantastic! The food is delicious, the food is really good, and the wait staff is kind and always available. They make you feel at home. But I have to say something important: I don't recommend it to those traveling with pets and needing to leave their dog in the room. When I booked, I asked if dogs were allowed and was told yes... It's a shame, though, that no one warned me that they can't be left alone in the room. I had planned everything months ago with friends, even an afternoon at the spa... In the end, I had to cancel, precisely because I only discovered this rule upon arrival. A real shame; clearer communication would have been enough and everything would have gone smoothly. Despite this unpleasant episode, I don't feel like not recommending this hotel, but I do feel compelled to be careful and organize well if you need to leave your pets alone, because we had to change our plans anyway, even though our stay included a few hours at the spa.

We only tried the restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant, mountain-style. The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly service from the friendly ladies. As for the food, the taragna was decent, the venison was good, and the platter was average, perhaps a little limited in quantity. The prices are a bit high, especially for the platter and extras like desserts. All in all, a good experience.

Avevo sempre sentito parlare di questo posto per assaggiare la loro squisita polenta , quindi (22-11-25) mi sono recato con la mia famiglia. Arrivati abbiamo trovato un bellissimo ed accogliente loca…

Locale nel quale ho solo pranzato. Buon servizio. Locale pulito ed accogliente. Personale gentile, disponibile e preparato. Cibo di buona qualità. Consiglio il cervo, davvero molto buono. Sicuramente da ritornare.

The location is great, food is good too. It is in the centre of the town and people is polite. It is old made, as the town reminds. Polenta taragna is very well cooked. I had to remind them to give me the receipt. That's bad.

Indisponenti e maleducati Ho ordinato una zuppa d orzo, Dicitura sul menu “ zuppa di orzo”, peccato che al tavolo sia arrivata una zuppa d orzo con la pancetta….e io sono vegetariana. Non ho dett…

Sto mangiando ora, che delusione....taragna insapore, acqua minerale solo in bottiglia da litro, un vero peccato perché volendo due tipi di acqua,non mi è sembrato corretto ordinare 2 litri di acqua sia naturale che gasata in quanto non bevo mai 2 litri di acqua a pasto e ritengo uno spreco acquistarne così tanta per un semplice pasto e quindi ho dovuto optare per quella gasata...mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio. Carina la sala anche se in 40 anni non è mai cambiata, così era così è...una tradizione..... In risposta al proprietario...avendo ordinato 1 litro d'acqua, avrei dovuto non berla???? Non è una questione di costo, polemica fuori luogo ed argomento da me assolutamente nemmeno menzionato, ma di logica avendo ordinato 1/2 litro di acqua naturale e 1/2 di frizzante.....ho dovuto scegliere tra le due per non ordinare 2 litri, considerato che una buona quantità è rimasta nella bottiglia di vetro. A volte le critiche vanno accettate perché possono essere costruttive e con questo ho detto tutto...

Difficilmente metto recensioni di questo genere , chi lavora merita rispetto ma in questo caso non potevo esimermi dal commentare .Una stella va al prezzo e al servizio non alla qualità del cibo , prenotato alla mattina arriviamo e rimaniano in attesa per ben 45 minuti con due bambine piccole ,ci accomodiamo ed ordiniamo.le porzioni dei piatti sono ridicole............. , una cotoletta alla milanese pagata ben €15,00 , l'unica cosa di Milanese che c'era era la gente che mangiava , il coperto? €3,00 a persona ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere il pane più volte perchè non te lo portavano , e per finire il caffè "liscio" per la modica cifra di € 3,00.Nemmeno in Bergamo alta in piazza Duomo lo si paga così.Poi si lamentano perchè la montagna non ha abbastanza attenzioni turistiche.Meditate.................
