I want to thank you for our toasted buns. Last 3 times we got sonic in Abilene, buns felt and tasted like they just took them right outta package and slapped them on there cold. The burgers we just got from Breckenridge were sooooo good. OMG Best burger we've had in long time. Thank you thank you thank you. Y'all rock!!!!!!!

Normal sonic, but the customer service is above and beyond the best. They opened up early so we could eat before going out to the fire line. Great people!!!

Customer service could be a little bit more friendly. The food is way to expensive for the quality of it in my honest opinion.

I don’t know what is happening at our sonic but I love it. I’ve stopped going a while back because it was Not good and the service wasn’t good either but I’ve been there three times in the last several weeks and they are on their game. Fresh food, correct orders, quick service and friendly staff.

I hadn't been to a Sonic drive-in in quite a while, but I'll be back to this one. We ordered bacon double cheeseburgers with tater tots and raspberry iced tea. OK, not health food, but it was July 4th and we were treating ourselves. The tots were crispy on the outside and tender inside just the way they should be. The burgers were tasty but the bacon wasn't cooked to crispy, which would have made them better. The tea was too sweet for my taste, but I like my drinks with very little sweetener. The place was clean and the menu boards were in good condition with plenty of parking.

Used the app to place an order. I love getting my drinks at ½ off. Just got a sandwich and drink. My sandwich was exactly like I asked. Hot and fresh as always. Got my food quickly, car hop was very pleasant and polite.

This place is rad. Always a good stop to get a bite to eat or enjoy an ice cold slushy. My kids get stoked when we pull up at Sonic Drive-In. The employees are always nice and the service is as expected, good times. This location is the best I have ever visited.

Wasn't too busy, but took a whole minute to get food. Mckenzie was awesome and on point delivering food.

I ordered. a grilled cheese And a Route 44 Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper easy ice. The grilled cheese was good but the Dr Pepper had more ice than requested. And was no cherry in my drink. What is up with that Sonic?

I stopped going to Sonic because I got tired of complaining. After a couple of years I thought I would give it a try again. The food was hot, everything was right so I called to let them know that they did a great job! Tried them again today and I didn't have any gravy in my Chicken strip dinner. Not going to drive all the way back for it!! Disappointed 😏

This was a nice stop & turn-around after a scenic drive from Arlington. We enjoyed our shakes and our server was very nice (and we left her a nice tip - they don't make very much). We'll be back the next time we want a nice drive out Westward.

Slow service food was Blan and the drink tasted off pudding.

Third time I've asked for no pickles with extra onions. They get it backwards everytime! Lol

It's your average sonic. Decent food at decent prices. I visit here pretty often and one visit is the same as the ones before it. The carhops either come across as completely indifferent to your presence or overly fake in their friendliness. But regardless it's still the best chilli dog you can find around here so I'll keep going back.

Ultimate burrito was great. Chicken fingers was average. Service was slow and our guy had to come back three times due to forgetting things. A drink, straws, gravy.

Food is Alright, Slow Service and They don't treat their customers like other fast food places does. Wouldn't recommend if you are in a rush on lunch break, they will definitely have u running late.

Will they ever get the whole order right. Knock one item out of the park and drop the ball on the others....** Update I eventually went back and yet again my order is wrong. If you are not going to customize my food the way I want then take away the option to do so.. I am extremely disappointed with sonic service...**

Tried to use the app and it failed. Food was average. Prices are much higher than other fast food. Use the app for special pricing and offers. I rarely eat at Sonic.

I ordered the $3.99 grilled cheese double sandwich with tots, and they said the tots didn't come with it. You had to buy it separate. So needless to say, I got screwed out of the tots, and had to pay the $3.99. I am not happy about getting cheated out of the tots for my husband. Plus I was put on hold when I tried calling it in, and they never came back.

Cherry limeade don't taste right. I don't think they add enough flavoring to there sprite or seven up. Some of them girls can be ride over that intercom when you correct then about your order.

Expensive for fast food that isn't up to par with cost. The food is decent but $5 for a rt 44 cherry vanilla cream dr pepper that is plumb full of ice if you forget to ask for half ice.... C'mon man it cost $1 or less to make that drink and $5???? C.F.O.

Couldn't seem to get my order right. Finally after about 20 minutes they.mamaged to get it right. Lany the car hop has a problem with customer service.

When answering for the order the girl rudely said can I help you, then I only ordered 3 things of ice cream she was rude throughout and kept saying whatelse. Also my screen was black on the order screen and not working, so I had to pay cash. Place looked clean though, but the carhop looked like she hates her job.

Did the exact opposite of what I ordered, way too many onions on the easy on the onions part, ordered my drink with easy ice as well and it was nothing but ice. Food was cold.

Order was made quick however my slushie wasn't even in slushie form, it was melted a.k.a I just paid for a drink not a slushie, the point of me buying is slushie is becuase I want a SLUSHie.

The people are friendly, but over 50% of the time, something is wrong with the order. I order a cheeseburger and it is missing the cheese, ask for no sauce, I get sauce, I ask for marinara sauce, I get ranch, Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero (big difference in flavor)... What I find worse is I order through the app. So it isn’t like it was lost in translation through the speaker. I tire of having to ask for things to get fixed and I usually order 3-5 times a week. But, I think I am done.

15 minutes for a large chocolate ice coffee :( and only one other vehicle there so they weren't busy. Not sure what happened.

The Coke was flat, my blast had about ten M&Ms. And the candy was squishy right off the bat. Poor experience.

Gave one star and it doesn't deserve that but I had to pick a star in order to leave a review go to Sonic tonight in Breckenridge Texas to order dinner for me and my wife order a supersonic double cheeseburger with bacon and jalapenos with mayo gets no mayo added to the Burger route 44 coke with lime a medium Coke with lime no lime order the number five with medium tots no tots ordered a large tot and wasn't even a full order of tots was charged for honey mustard but never received wasn't in the bag, food was cold I literally live 2 minutes down the road called up there twice no answer the girl gave us our food and shut the window tried to be respectful and get her attention and was ignored this is a very poor establishment not good for business will not be back

My experience Sucked if there was a optionto put no star i would ... I ordered a number 3 PLAIN AND DRY and the bring it out with mayo ...so I ordered again because I'm not one to send food back the second burger was dry but no cheese just 2 Patty's and burnt bacon

Ordered 3 items only recieved 2 and 1 was still wrong. Was told it was a waste of their time and money to go back and correct it and refused to do so. Call them from home to request the number for the head office and the lady set the phone down (still able to hear them) and said "this b*tch wants the number to the head office. Manager answered and asked how she could help and when asked for the number again she set the phone down again for 5 min picked it back up, said hello? After answering her she said "oh" and hung up. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Took 20 minutes to get our order placed. Asked why when employee was taking the order. Her reply was it takes awhile when only 2 people are working! Staff that delivered food was really polite.

The food has not changed still is horrible, I can't believe you go to get icecream and they are cleaning the machine at 8:30 p.m. looks like you would clean it at closing time but that's OK across the street D.Q had the best ice cold BLIZZARD and it was good. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Just trying to pick up some breakfast for the folks at the prison unit, but can’t because no one has showed up to open the restaurant yet! Says 06:30 on the their site, but at 07:19, still no employees (Much less ready to serve!) No weather issues, website doesn’t show any COVID related delays, and no one answered the phone when I called, so something is obviously mismanaged. McDonalds is right down the street and they appear to be serving on time.

literally the worst sonic i've ever been to. they get your order wrong almost every single time & the staff can be EXTREMELY rude at points. also what's up with your burnt grilled cheeses, lol? no other sonic i've been to has charred them like you guys do. would give negative stars if i could.

We just went threw their drive threw a few minutes ago and we ordered a shake and sunday my husband went to take a sip of his shake and a fly came up the straw he about swallowed it this is so disgusting we took it back and they refunded our money but that just cant make up for that awful moment my husband had to deal with I'm afraid to eat my sunday I have pictures of the fly in his shake after he spit it out I'd post if I can figure out how I only gave the one star bc It made me put at least one the breckinridge sonic is far the worst sonic we've had to deal with

The GM, Jaime, is about as unprofessional as they come. Doesn’t know how to manage anything, I seriously don’t know how they haven’t found someone better. Maybe with good management, the place might actually be worth spending money at.

It says its peak times are not at 2 and 3 on website. Uh uh... I got here at 2:45 ,all I ordered were three drinks ...it's not the carhops fault. She's working it! I don't know what's going on inside still have not received my drinks no food just drinks it is now 3:07 and nothing!

The worst sonic by far in the state of Texas. Waited 25 minutes for my drink order. We had to get out of the car and ask where our order was. The staff member said that they had only two people working and she apologized. She then delivered our drink order 10 min later and said she was really sorry. We felt sooo bad for her and she gave us our money back out of her tip money. This is NOT how a business should be run. We also observed an incident where the store manager was comaplining to an employee in the building saying that they were going to have to work short staff without him tonight as one worker called in and said she didn’t want to work and he didn’t want to pay her so they would work low staff. This isn’t how you should treat employees. Sonic the corporation should look into this establishment. Side note: they also don’t have change if you pay with a 20. Also rumor has it that they sell illegal substances out the back. Not the first time we have had this happen in Breckenridge.

Ordered 4 junior breakfast burritos for my kids and they were so full of grease it was disgusting! The grease soaked thru the wrapper and leaked in the bag! Tried calling up there to tell them and no answer for 10 minutes! Worst sonic experience.

I wouldn't have given 1 star but had to for this review. My husband went to get us 2 meals, which he ordered, got to window, got 2 drinks, 1 not what was ordered, paid $18.66 for 2 meals, received 1 complete meal, and only footling for the other, asked where tots were and was told he didn't pay for them, 2nd associate came to window and said that will be another $3.78, he said it's paid, she said "oh my god" and slammed the window, then manager finally comes to window and said " they didn't charge you for the other, do you want it or not", never received the other side that we paid for or a receipt, so unfortunately, we will never go back and it is one of our favorite places, even the Graham location is terrible.

I hate to say this but I DO NOT recommend this sonic. Everytime I go there's an issue whether they get my order wrong, the stall doesn't even work for them to take my order, or there out of fries, tots, straws, soda, etc.. their icecream machine is broken, the list goes on. Time and time again I try to give them the benefit of doubt and everytime it seems the same. Wish it wasnt like this!

I came thru drive through and got 6 drinks. I said large on 2 of my drinks when asked, still got mediums. Then told us the dragon fruit red bulls were cherry images and were handed to kids while we waited for other drinks and once I got all drinks I was willing to pay for the 2 large drinks I ordered instead of the 2 medium I was charged for and I was trying to explain this to the manager so I could pay and get the difference and get the right side and she never smiled and didn't let me get but 3 or 4 words out and shut the window doors in my face and wouldn't come back to the window. I asked to speak to a manager when another girl came to the window and the employee was apologizing for the manager's behavior and said sorry that was the manager. I then asked for corporates number and she still never came by the window to apologize for her poor customer service skills. I'll take my drinks orders to the water store on Walker St. from now on their drinks are better any way!!!!!

Ordered a #1 burger with fries and a drink to go. My burger had no meat in it. Really? Sonic fries used to be the best in town, not anymore. Mine were stale and lukewarm. This isn’t the first time but I think it’s the last.

Bad service. GM sends home employees leading to short staff, and slow service. Food is good but poor attitude ruins the whole experience. The slowness could be from employees being left unattended while being short staffed due to GM being out back executing PDA with another employee most times when I go. Will not be back. This is breckenridge sonic.

By far the worst sonic experience you’ll ever have. Not only will they mess up your order but they will take their sweet time in doing so. Burgers have been missing from orders, things were added that were requested to be removed.. etc etc. I recommend buying food else where especially if you’re in a rush. I’ve been here 10+ minutes with 2 cars waiting on 2 drinks.. I am now leaving and never returning.

I ordered 2 drinks and a bag of ice. The red-headed server handed the bag of ice to me. I grabbed the bag in the middle because she had a hold of the strings. Half of the bag of ice spilled all over me in the driver seat. The bag wasn’t tied. I wasn’t mad at that point. Accidents happen. We are all human. What really made me mad was that she did not apologize. Not even once. She just stood there and said, let me get another cover for your drink. The original cover flew off. She came back and gave me my drink. No apologies during this time either. She was about to walk away when I told my mom to hand me the half bag of ice so the server can get me another one. Handed the bag to the server who then stoically replied, I’ll refill the bag. She refilled the bag and came back out and gave it to me. Again, no apologies from her for not tying the bag from the beginning and half of it spilling on me. Didn’t even offer to get me napkins so I can wipe down myself and my car from the spilled ice. My mother gave her $1 tip for a $7 order. My mother is sweet and has a tender heart, but the server needs to learn how to offer an apology. I really love Sonic but that was ridiculous.
