Not a good experience. Grabbed a quick bite with the kids. Order was wrong and sadly the food was cold after a long wait.

8 pm on a Tuesday evening. Preplaced order using app. Get to drive thru at 8:08 pm. Get to speaker at 8:16 pm. Get order at 8:38 pm. See a problem here? Half an hour in the drive thru to pick up an order! They even had to ask me at the pickup window what I had ordered and didn’t even know my drink. No explanation. No “so sorry for the wait” or anything. Just acting like nothing was wrong, here’s your bag of food, now leave, kind of feel. As someone passing thru, I will likely not visit this location again anytime soon. But McD of Breckenridge, do better!

How do you mess up the dollar menu? Request was ketchup, Mayo, and onion. I’m not to complain about food, but my god. On a positive note, this is the first time I haven’t had to pull around to wait when there’s no one behind me🤷🏻‍♂️ 11/17- 33 minute wait for one meal. Couldn’t read the ticket apparently. No extra sauce no extra pickles. “Fast” food is not accurate for Breckenridge Texas.

They take forever to give your food at the drive threw window and when they are on the clock they sit outside talking to there friends for 30 minutes and they give attitude when u ask them where ur drink and the Manger takes there employees side when you try to report 2 of them for taking forever to give ur order and then they don't read the order when u have a drink they just rush not give ur drink but just ur food

Employees too busy joking around and eating fries (manager girl with tattoos on arms included) to be attentive to customers, dining room literally smells like sewage, dining room dirty and no one cleaning while it's not even busy. McDonald's are all going down hill I guess

Put order on phone app.and when they got there they said the order was cancel witch we did not do so the manger also called us a lier so I will never be back at any McDonald's they suck.......

Location smells like a wet dumpster. Cashier had chest hairs hanging out, dirty finger nails and a disgusting attitude. Employees were joking about hitting one another. Fountain machine tastes like water down slime. Definitely the worst Location in TX and that is saying alot. Absolutely will not return. Corporate needs to step in and get this up to par. Completely unacceptable!

This is the filthiest McDonalds I have been too. The station where you get drinks looked as if it hasn't been wiped down in days let alone properly cleaned. There were fries and filth all over the floor and it was slick like it had layers of grease. I don't even want to talk about the restrooms! We don't go to McDonald's often and this probably broke us from going there again.

My second time here, passing through town. Terrible service. Sat in the drive through for about 20 min, with only 3 cars ahead of me. Very slow. Then when I got to the first window, the girl opens the doors and just looks at me. Not a single word. I hand her my card, she swipes it, and gives it back. No "hello" no "thank you" nothing. Complete silence. I took my card and pulled forward. It was very awkward. Had to wait a couple more min at the next window too, but at least the lady there said Hi. Food was what I expected, but the service was horrible. Not coming back.

Constantly getting orders wrong poor management and the workers dont even know how to count money or change back to you

Ordered 15 minutes before arriving thru the app and still have to wait 20 minutes to just be told to pull to the front and another 13 minutes before getting our food. Then to top it off we had to turn around because they didn't give us the 4 pc chicken nuggets that came with the meal! Would not go back if we had another mcdonalds to go to closer!!!

I want my star back! The place was disgusting and all I ordered was a frappuccino online and upon getting it it had so much caramel in it that it wasn't even able to be drank it was disgusting and a waste of $5 and a top it off I ordered a large and they told me they were out of large cups for the frappuccino so they went ahead and put it in a large fountain size drink and I got no whipped cream and it was all just completely disgusting and I want my money back
