If you want a bite to eat in the Eastland, this is the spot. This is the best chicken express I’ve ever been too. Yesterday I stopped by the Chicken Express in Cisco and it really made me appreciate this one in Eastland. The restaurant is clean and the kitchen is clean too. You can see they run a tight ship. They have some young folks working there but they are all respectful and work efficiently. I have one gripe and hope they hear me out on this. The Mac n Cheese is so much better when the sauce is thicker. It’s hit or miss when you order it - sometimes it’s it’s really runny and that ain’t good. Nonetheless,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In my book.

Had the 2 piece fish dinner with coleslaw and fried pickles. Fish was very good. The coleslaw was just the way I like it... Nice and creamy and a little sweet. The fried pickles seemed to have a bit of heat to them very tasty.

The food was Hot Chicken was hot good rolls were not dark so they were good the floors were clean and one thing I want to say they got some good cream of corn to serve now on the side if you want it it is good and delicious

Hands down, one of the best Chicken Express' I have ever been to. The chicken was great and the fries okra was actually cooked well unlike any other CE I have tried.

Delicious food. Although my biscuits were over cooked. I got mashed potatoes, but no gravy. And my corn nuggets were perfect. I usually get the fish and its my favorite. Customer care is decent, I prefer to go inside vs drive thru. Drive thru makes me feel like I'm bothering them for buying.

I enjoyed the spicy chicken tenders for the first time and was pleased with the flavor and texture. My wife really enjoyed the okra. The only drawback was the inoperative soap dispenser in the washroom, but the young man at the register more than superseded that slight fault by offering to carry out a bag of box meals for a patroness who initially refused his help. May this review serve as the commendation that I failed to render before we exited the restaurant.

Express is the word!!! We barely got ourselves seated after pouring our drinks when they brought out our lunch. And they were busy. Wow!!! Great food, friendly workers and a great selection of sides. I got the catfish - it was perfect! My husband had the chicken and liked it so much that we got some extra to take with us for a roadside picnic the next day. Be careful stepping outside if using the side door as the drive through lane zips right by the door - Yikes!!!

Excellent, hot, fresh, chicken. My only complaint would be no gravy with a 3 piece, bone in, chicken meal, and barely any gravy on my potatoes, and then they charged me a buck for a little tub of gravy.

Best value in Eastland for Chicken. 3 piece meal, side, biscuit and a drink for under $12.00 I always get 3 breast when I order it. Staff has always been very nice and friendly as well.

This franchise has some of the best chicken tenders around. The only thing that rubs me the wrong way is that they seem to not pay much attention to whether I say roll or biscuit and give me what ever they think I said. Don't get me wrong both are good but sometimes I'd rather have one than the other.

Mostly we just go to get sweet tea but the chicken and fish are pretty good too! If you order coleslaw make sure to ask what day they made it because sometimes they'll try to give you leftovers from the night before and it tends to have gone sour

Clock on the wall said 4:55, but the clerk(possibly assistent manager) refused to give me the special(tea w/side for $2), claiming the clock is wrong. If that is the case, either fix the clock or take it down. Compared to the clock in the car when I got back out. It was still well within the b4 5 time frame when I started placing my order.

Chicken for the masses. Not special by any means. Fast, cheap, and yellow-tan crusted. Rolls are adequate. Slaw is from a bag and all tastes of frozen and most likely full of preservatives due to certain palate-qualities. However, they are one of the few places that actually sell chicken gizzards and they are pretty good.

Great food! The prices here lately have gotten ridiculous. A #2 7 piece combo use to be a little over $10. Now it has jumped to over $13. Would like to know the reason for the price jump.

While the customer service was good and the staff pretty friendly, the food it self was not good. Particularly the mac and cheese, it was absolutely disgusting. It was watery and left a sour taste in your mouth, come to think of it it didn't taste like cheese at all. The chicken was ok but the best thing about my visit was the dinner rolls.

I give it 3 stars this time cause for some reason this batch of tenders were too salty. I don't mind salty but this was extreme. Usually they are evenly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Just one of those days I guess. The staff is always courteous and we'll informed and the restrooms clean. I will be back,if just for the sweet tea!

I wasn't happy with this trip to Chicken Express in Eastland. I ordered $60.00 in food and asked the cashier (Justice) I think was her name if she could put a couple ranch in my bag. She said, " Yes! I have to charge you for them. Is that ok?" UMMMMM! No that is not ok. I just spent $60.00 on tenders and could not get 2 ranch? But you can give me FREE ketchup! Not everyone eats ketchup on tenders! I never have had to pay for them prior to this visit. I have the right to buy them or not. She does not have the right to be disrespectful about my decision. The kicker was that the same cashier stood right in front of me talking to another co-worker about me. Pointing towards me and shaking her head and laughing making it completely obvious that she was talking about me. Talk about no customer service! She needs to be retrained in people skills. Not that she cares but it's people like her that make other's not want to come back. I can spend my money somewhere else with less disrespect. Addie (manager) I think was very nice about it. Even as upset as I was she kept her cool about the entire situation. Never raised her voice or got rude with me. That is why she is in the position she's in. Justice could really learn something from her.

Everything tastes like catfish, so if you like the taste of catfish, you should be happy here. I don't like the taste of catfish. The drive through will not get your order right no matter what so don't be picky about getting the food you wanted and paid for. You can try going inside to order, their rate of correct orders is about 50%. But hey, it doesn't really matter what you get because it all tastes the same any way, like catfish. They really need to cook the catfish in its own fryer and not in with everything else.

We ordered the tender snack pack & 3 pc chicken meal the portions were like a kids meal. Very disappointed!! I called & spoke to the manager & he said it wasn’t their fault it was the suppliers fault didn’t even try to make it better!!

This place was DISGUSTING!!! After people ate no one cleaned the tables, the floors were dirty with visible TRASH and the trash cans were full. Super disappointed. The girl at the register was rude and disinterested in her job and her surroundings. Just all together disappointing as an eating establishment.

If you are not white do not stop at this location. I am Hispanic born in America. My parents are American. I voted for Trump. The people there stared my daughter and I from head to toe. I never felt racism until today. The cashier and the workers treated us very nice. Oddly all these racist sure didn't mind having their chicken cooked by Hispanic people. I'm assuming they see them as their slaves.

While at the drive through, there was a communication problem, and the employee couldn't hear me. So, I, spoke louder after the third attemp, to make my order, And she, (Sarah, I believe) told me not to disrespect her. To top it off, when we get to the windows to pay, we called her out on it, and she refused to help us, sending a different employee instead.

Was told it would be 8 minutes on fresh tenders since none were ready. We waited 10 mins. And received food that was not fresh the tenders were room temp the fries were cold and soft and they were giving one of the staff members the 3rd degree about charging us for ranch because I don’t eat gravy. It was 10 mins before the lobby was closing so when trying our food we had to go back through the drive through and tell them about the food then the girl on the drive thru window asked do we want our money back or fresh food and being that we were traveling out of town it was already late we just wanted to eat: I asked her if we wait another 10 minutes is the food actually going to be hot. She said yes another employee asked if we were waiting on fresh food and she was told no they remade the food but still forgot our mash potatoes and roll.
