Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from! I’ve Tried Taco Bell from a few locations around Arkansas, as well as the one near my current residence in Big Springs, TX, but this one here in Eastland blew them out of the water! Any of the burritos they prepare are so much more stuffed and filling than any I’ve had at any other Taco Bell location!
Food was amazing. Staff was good. I don't mind fun in the Taco Bell restaurant, cuz I used to have fun too, but don't disappear after you take someone's order when it's dinner time.
This location is great every time I go. I almost always order through the app but even when I haven't, they were friendly, patient, and got everything correct.
Dining area has been clean every time we have come in. Never used the restroom there. Food is good and usually made pretty quick.
Fast convenient and cheap. I use the drive thru most the time which am always greeted. Polite over the speaker and order always correct on the screen. No real wait time for food and they get it right exactly the way u order it. In and out

Got drive through, was super fast but since we ordered really late they were out of some things, the girl at the window was super funny about telling us she was out of potatoes and made us laugh after having kinda a rough day.

We ordered ahead for a prescheduled pickup. Our food was ready exactly on schedule as we walked in the door. Not only that, but I’ve never been to a Taco Bell where the food looked like the pictures. This was hands down the best Taco Bell experience I can remember. Too bad I don’t live anywhere near this location.
Everytime I go in there Zech is the hardest working one in any position he needs to be in. Here lately I been coming in when it’s busy and it seems like He was the only one doing anything and calling out what they need to be dropped and done. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know what would happen🤷♂️ THANK YOU ZECH!!
Went thru drive thru, it was fast and everything that was ordered was in the bag ! It was good and hot. We had enough sauce and napkins for everyone. Good job Toco bell.

Best drive through Taco Bell during our road trip. The girl at the window was super sweet and she got our complicated order all correct. Everything tasted great, although the nacho fries could have been crisper and fuller. Other wise best customer service!

What can you say, it's taco bell. Americanized Mexican fast food nothing special. This place is kept clean guess I could say that. And sometimes you get your food quick and sometimes it takes a long time it's a gamble on time frame.
Asked for no pico, the burritos had pico. Allergic to onions. What a waste of $12.
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Food was good, as it always is at any Taco Bell I have ever visited. Just wish they hadn't done away with the Condiment Bar. Loved being able to add Jalapenos or whatever to my food to my liking.
8/13/2023 Simple drive thru order. Two burritos add beef, one without onion. A quick check at the window and both burritos have onions. A remake of one burrito and we drive away. At our destination we open the remade burrito and it is all bean,,, that is it,,, bean.
I mean, it's Taco Bell. Clean place if you want to dine in. They were closed for a while but have now opened the inside back up. Just a stopgap for driving from Midland to Dallas. Nice place for a quick bite and bathroom break.
Had no choice but to order from Kiosk. Employees were busy doing ???. Order was not complete when I got home. (45 minutes away)
I can remember when this taco Bell first opened. In this small town it was quite an exciting time. Since then it has remained a staple. One of the best parts of it is that you can get to the Walmart by driving through the holiday inn parking lot.
We ordered from the kiosk, and that was very confusing. I won't do that again! The entire order came out loose on the tray; no way to tell if we got what we ordered. I think it was correct. Had to go back and ask for the cinnamon twists.
Your kiosk is something you can leave out the door. The restroom toilet paper as I recall on the roll bugs and it was still out of the toilet paper holder. The soap machine battery needs to be replaced in the ladies restroom a someone for.... got again to order enough mild sauce for you dining area. Visited at 2pm 1 Car in the parking lot. Ikes! Thumbs down
The food is hot and it is definitely taco bell! Have had consistent issues for years on items being left out, receiving incomplete orders through the drive through, issues with keeping stock on hand (more forgivable nowadays), and having drinks that constantly taste like their filter has turned. I avoid eating at this location but have been pleasantly surprised with the service in the past few visits.
I have not been to a Taco Bell in a long time but it was late at night and the only thing open. I had the nachos Bell grande and they were okay. I gave it three stars because that's what I give all fast food unless it does something special. The food was acceptable to the level of fast food and the service was about the same, not bad and not good.
Walked into Taco Bell. Waited at the front counter to order and no one came to take our order. Finally an employee on a lunch break told us to use the kiosk. The good ole days of getting customer service is over!

Chalupas were cold and doritos tacos were cold and broke. This taco bell should consider raising the standards when it comes to their food. Cold tacos is quite unacceptable. I traveled from out of town and had good food from taco bell. This time I was disappointed. Hopefully when others visit they receive good food.
They were better when they first opened. The managers are different there and I quit working there for a few reasons: the old manger moved on to greater things, leaving incompetence in charge, the sanitation is not up to par with regulations, the managers are clic-ish boys who spend more time grabbing each other’s behinds than caring about their restaurant. I will only go thru the drive thru because the inside always smells like dead roaches. Even when I worked there, they wouldn’t spray for the roaches so we kept flyswatters around and swept up 3-4 dustpans of live bugs a day. Granted, that was back in 2015, but last time I was in there (a month ago) all the same people worked there and the smell was still there. There was a dead cricket on the booth and several in the drink drain tray. I’ve worked fast food for years and this place just isn’t cool.
I do not like the new automated customer service. It is very annoying. It would be greatly appreciated if I could talk to a real person. That being said, the food itself was good.
Staff pretty much refuses to take your order and points at the kiosk and says, "Order over there!) The place was filthy inside, and both times we had gone in. It was not busy at all, including the drive-thru. They were all hanging out chatting.

Service was so slow tonight. I thought I would go in instead of waiting 40 minutes in the drive through. I place my order at the kiosk. Still a 40 minute wait. Actually it was 43 minutes. I ordered a large drink. They were out of large cups, they knew it, but did not bother to put a sign up "out of large cups". They did have large lids though. So I was given medium cups. I go to get drinks, and most things are running clear. I get something just to have a drink, and no medium or small lids. There were 2 people making food / cooking. It was still slow. There was an Uber driver there before me, who got his order 25 minutes after I arrived. When I got there, there were 4 people working behind the counter. Really? And you can't do a better or faster job? My order was not completely like I wanted. But, mistakes happen. The dinning room was in need of care. Tables needed to wiped down. I spend about $25 a week there. Rather I should say "I used to spend $25 a week there. Is the store manager aware of how slow his employees work? Not fast food at all, not in the slightest.
Zero star don't waist ur time here lazy worker lazy manager...will never take ur order will tell u to order from a machine then proceed to taking for ever to take ur money "cash" and will wait for a long time for ur order unless u go to drive thru
Hate having to give them even 1 star! My vehicle wouldn’t fit in the drive through.... Walked to the drive through and was refused service. Another establishment was willing to serve me food under the same circumstances.
Hands down, no question the WORST Taco Bell on the planet. Pulled up today and they start off with “Just wanted to let you know we are out of Beef, Chicken, lettuce, Tomato, Cinnabon….etc” - Well then shut the effin place down then. Sheesh I thought it was a joke.
Dunno if it was just a bad day: every table filthy, drinks and ice spilled all over, a fill drink with ice spilled in front of bathrooms, twenty minutes for food, then went up. Our food was just sitting there. If they called us, we didn't hear, and they just left it there. None of the staff was friendly, in fact, I wondered if something bad had happened. Everyone crabby, no one talking. I know it's just Taco Bell, but I was really surprised.
One of the worst places we have ever gotten takeout at we had chalupas, nacho fries and Doritos locos tacos. And it was all very cold drove back up to the window. And was served cold food for a second time. Will never eat at Eastland taco bell again .
Apparently can't read a mobile order when it says no sour cream ! My wife is extremely allergic to sour cream and they still put sour cream on her food. Also refused to refund after the mess up so now traveling with nothing open and she can't eat.
Slow, slow, slow been in the drive for over 30 minutes. Park the cars with the big orders and bring them out. You don't help ppl at the counter anyways.

Every morning they are closed when they should be opened at 9am like their website says and even at night they close at 12am but apparently some nights they decide to close at 10 and get high in the parking lot
My boyfriend and I went to get food from the Eastland location and the girl at the window was super rude and not only that she was vaping at the window blowing smoke out as she was handing my card back to us.
Had a bus, was unable to go through the drive through. The door was locked and they refused to serve me and my pal in the drive through. Extremely disappointed. But McDonald’s served me across the street!
I was stuck in drive through yesterday with no ac in my car.i called asking what the hold up they said big order. I said move them around and bring it our to them cause I'm out here for 20 minutes or more in line baking in my car. They said they couldn't do that .then when I finally got to the window I asked for a discount and they said they couldn't do that. I was over heated ,with heat .and about to pass out. I'm calling corporate office.
Worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. The service was horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for a 5 dollar box and 2 soft tacos. Was given an attitude when asked about my food. I would not stop here and I will never stop here again. All around horrible.
Didn’t give card back. When I got home I realized that my card was missing. But to call them was no help. They take the phone off the hook because it stayed busy for over 2 hours. I was out of gas or I would have gone back.

I ordered a burrito Supreme without beans! I ask 3 times not to put beans on my burrito and what did I get in my to go order A BEAN BURRITO! Thanks that was real nice! Maybe the owner should hire mature adults who are trying to pay there rent and put food on the table for their deserving kids instead of these ungrateful 20 year olds who still live with there mommy who PAYS FOR EVERYTHING! This was just an act of child play! Thank you Taco Bell For Nothing !
I walked into this store last night, and I wanted a shredded chicken quesorito, and I was told no. I asked for a grilled cheese burrito. No again.. And after asking for double decker taco, as well as a plain 7 layer burrito.. I was told they didn't have any of those either. The woman was apologetic, and I didn't sympathize with her. If her boss ordered the correct shipment of groceries, they wouldn't have this problem. I rate at 1 star because they literally had nothing I asked for 5 times in a row.
A.i. taking orders is the worst. No way for the poor girl working to take an order.. just an all round terrible employment of A.I..
Tonight one of many failures with this taco bell, 26 dollars 5 Supreme crunchy tacos,2 beans and a Mexican pizza, got back home in ranger all plain crunchy tacos, why is this store so worthless, anyone also hrs say 12 on drivethru,9 online for drive thru and lobby, no signs on lobby but closed before 8 doors locked, another interesting thing while inside lobby counter person refused an elderly man told him to use kiosk, he said he didn't know how she walked him over punched it in for him then he had cash told him to go to counter and took his money not only a waste of time but an embarrassing situation for him the customer, this cannot go on
Still playing the Covid lazy and do not want to open the dining room game. You can only drive thru! So if you are in a semi or have a trailer you must go elsewhere as they only serve those is compact cars that will take food elsewhere! Go somewhere else and put this Taco Bell out of business!!!
Customer service has always been a major problem with this store. There are 6 other foods places within walking distance from their front door and they are more than happy to have my business.

If you are just going to have someone standing at front counter fondling sauces while I order my food at a kiosk, the front lobby and bathrooms should be immaculate...Just saying.
I’m not one to use reviews often, but ordering from an AI drive through was incredibly frustrating. May they remove this feature.
They literally refused to help this little lady. They said she had to use the computers and do it herself and they wouldn't ring her up. I offered to help her and she said she doesn't want it done that way, she wanted the woman to check her out. I told the worker she needed to help her and she complained that she was the only one checking people out and rolled her eyes. There was nobody else in line on the inside area. Poor customer service and an order placed online took 25 minutes to get out of the kitchen. I was just there to deliver it. I don't give bad reviews often, but this one earned every word.
So the food is completely fine but the lady working the drive thru is very rude. Me and a friend asked for a minute to think on what we wanted and after a little bit she asked what we wanted to eat again and rushed us when there was no one else in line. Then once we ordered and there was a long pause and we weren’t sure if she got everything. She never told us a total or to pull forward after about two minutes go by she says pull forward. Once we pull to the window she tells us the total, and hands us our drink. She has the food ready about to give it to us but she’s like um I need the money first but never gave us an opportunity to grab the cash or hand it to her. After giving her $14 for out $13.75 she says we only gave $13 and still owe 75 cents. Maybe I miscounted but it just adds to the list and it all just made my experience a very bad one.
Racist staff. Waited at the counter to order No one came out. Staff eventually came out and barely spoke 2 words to us. Our food burritos were burnt chips tasted stale. White male customer walked in and they immediately greeted him and attended him had a whole conversation with him & said nothing to us. HORRIBLE
I went through around 10:30pm and it was busy. I only ordered two things. The employees seemed like they didn't much care about customer service. I got a free taco for my wait. I pulled over in their parking lot to hand out food to my kids and I got the wrong order. Because I waited so long the first time, I just left. My kids were mad lol. I don't normally leave reviews but I was very upset with the service.
I got here and ordered my food and waited 20 plus minutes to get my food. They are slow as hell and I honestly don't recommend unless you feel like waiting for a long time.
I used to really like this Taco Bell. The customer service it horrible, no smiles, no hey or hello. They have you order on the kiosk out from of the counter and if you’re paying cash be ready to wait at the register for a good minute while people clearly see you there but don’t say anything. It can be completely dead and your still gonna sit waiting on your food for yet another good while.
This was our worst experience at Taco Bell. They didn't have the right ingredients but still prepared and served us our order. It took forever to get the food, and upon us complaining, the counter person was very rude and racist. The seating area was also disgusting.
Thirty five minute wait. Made me use the Kiosk. What happened to customer service. Every customer I talked to hates the kiosk. No personal experience anymore. Kiosk shows an item I deleted but they tried to add it anyway. I will go to sonic across the street next time.
I know they're understaffed, but TERRIBLE service and takes 30+ minutes MINIMUM for a simple order!! I spent my entire lunch break waiting for food that I didn't even get to eat because I had to go back to work. Meanwhile, I could hear them in the kitchen watching TikToks, laughing and cussing loudly. Will not be coming back until there is new management.
I'd give 0 stars if available. The doors were locked before 8 pm. Taco Bell closing this early? No hours posted on the door and the staff was not friendly. The franchise owner obviously doesn't care or know what's going on in their restaurant. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Don't waste your time here.
The people were rude! I Ordered a taco and a side of nacho cheese and so I went up to the front to get my food corrected and 1 of the guys that made the food cussed at me and I said that he was being rude there is no need to cuss at a customer and then I walked out and they all gave dirty looks I will never eat here again
1 worker out of 3 was friendly. You have to order on the kiosk now. They refuse to even answer you if you try to order. I don’t mind ordering from the kiosk but don’t be rude to the customers who don’t even know how to use one. Food was cold and they managed to get it wrong. I wet to ask for something that was missing. They told the other worker I can’t even hear her you deal with her. He was only 3 ft from me. 🥴 The ceiling fell in and they just put the chairs up around the tables and really didn’t clean up the mess.
There was a time when I enjoyed going to Taco Bell maybe it's just this location but I have gone there and end up spending $20.30 sometimes $40 on just simple things that once upon a time we're only 5 10 15 and it seemed like the quality was not there very very thin on ingredients to the point of really where it was just tortilla a little bit of bean when I was trying to order at beef and cheese chalupa they used to be nice and like you know you felt like you got your money's worth now it's like very little the sizes look way smaller it's almost like you're getting nothing and you pay an average of 5 to 7.00 sometimes more for a chalupa or something like that and it's just not like it used to be used to be able to get a chalupa and a couple other items and you were just doing great now it's like wow you open up the package and it just seemed like okay I just spent like 30 40 bucks here depending on the day and it might just be the location on Marbach Road maybe other Taco Bell still make nice food that looks like they put their pride into it I think I'll try again at a different location and see how it goes and then maybe speak with the general manager at that location or call the corporate office and ask them to please look into the Marbach location
I only give one star bc the machine that took my order worked. Iwas gonna dine in and ordered 2 tacos. Took over 20 minutes. Drive thru is their priority I guess. Alot of unhappy people in dining room along side me.
AI to take your order -which is because they can’t keep the store staffed to have someone make food AND take orders. Food quality has deteriorated significantly over the years. Usually receiving smashed food like a burrito at the bottom of the bag. Tacos are always crushed, you might as well make a taco bowl with them. All while usually waiting 30+ minutes after your order was taken. Overall they need to revamp the entire store or sell to another company that will make good food in a timely manner.
The order situation isn't the workers fault but taco bell corporate. It's atrocious. If you want to order your own food and still have to pay the register while waiting and being confused while ordering essentially wasting your entire lunch trying to get something so small go ahead. It's pure laziness and a bad decision on corporate. No one goes there for this reason alone. Lunch in this town is supposed to be quick and to the point. This is long, drawn out, and confusing. We had time to go next door order and eat our food before our order was even acknowledged.
I payed 13 dollars for the nugget and fries combo witch is ridiculous so I was like they better be the best nuggets ever bc I can literally buy a whole chicken for way less I get them they are dry look like crap and I bout broke a tooth when trying to eat one the fries where the same way absolutely ridiculous I mean they literally have a robot taking orders for them they can't use a little of that extra time to make sure when somone pays these ridiculous prices thier food is actually edible
The AI system at the drive through is a joke. It’s irrelevant, it doesn’t make the process quicker if anything it makes it slower! Then if you go inside you have to order on a kiosk, sorry but shouldn’t have to do that. There’s plenty of workers there that you should be able to have someone take your order.
They make you use A.I. to order your food in the drive through now, still took 30 minutes, and had 2 people working the 1 register at the window. They should go ahead and close the business. Not to mention my taco only came with half a shell when I got it.
This was on the evening shift and therefore my experience from that timeframe. Food: Didn't come out tasting very good. Service: The service was very lackluster. Walked in to someone standing at the counter only to be told that we had to make our order at a kiosk only to make the order to be told thereafter by the person at the counter that they didn't have availability of a couple of the items that we had already selected and paid for. Atmosphere: Very young adults working there with none of them seemingly having any idea of what was going on. The "manager" wouldn't even come out from the back, and even though we could hear him, he kept yelling to front what the person at the counter needed to tell us. And even his directives were done without confidence.
This location has taken self-service to a whole new level of stupid. They tried to make me order at the kiosk in front. When I told them "no thank you," instead of taking my order at the counter, the girl came around the counter and took my order at the kiosk. I went to find a table and over half of them were dirty with food. I asked the girl for a wet rag to clean a table. Instead of doing her job, she actually handed me the wet rag. (I was trying to make a point, and it backfired, stupid me.) She thought it was funny and went to the back to tell the others. I didn't bother saying anything. When my food was ready, the guy that brought it to the counter just tossed it down on the counter and walked away. This place sucks.
Lady at the counter refused to take my order, made us use the kiosk. Then the kiosk didn't send my receipt. Restaurant was dirty for not having many customers and plenty of staff not doing much since I was doing my own order. Also took almost 20 minutes for me to get my order. For over $10 a meal I would have expected faster fresher food in a clean environment
