This particular McDonald's was the best one I have ever been to, we were traveling thru towards ft worth, on Thanksgiving and they greeted us when we walked in, our food was great and warm, We had breakfast burritos, sausage egg and cheese m griddle and biscuits and gravy, and the entire time we got nothing but smiles 😊 thank y'all for working thanksgiving and giving our family a good visit 💟

This is my favorite McDonald's location! Rhonda, Melissa, and the crew are the best! We take my grandson here to play while we have coffee and talk. The store is always clean. They deliver our mobile orders to our table. This is an outstanding restaurant.

Summer is a very nice young lady. She can make recommendations that'll satisfy and save some money. It is always great to come across someone like her when you're on a difficult journey. I hope the management/owners take excellent care of her!! And just FYI the onions were left on my double cheese burger, but thankfully, I was able to remove them. I will be okay haha thank you for the great service!

We went through the drive-through with an order for 5 people. Everything was correct and fresh. We had to ask for our bottled water, and they didn't give us our Mc Flurry. We went inside, and they had it ready without any issues. We were just passing through, but overall, we would visit this location again.

This is one of the best McDonald’s that we’ve been to. We had the pleasure of coming in early for breakfast and we were greeted by the friendliest and professional young lady Brianna. Our order was ready to go even before we had finish paying. Kudos to the team, this is a very well managed McDonald!

I had a wonderful experience with Miss Aliyah Couch ( I only know this because I asked her name because she was so pleasant and I wanted to give her a review)she was working the drive through and I hope I got her name spelling right but she was so friendly & kind it was so nice to actually have someone that was truly kind at this establishment. It was 11:30-11:40 at night and she was the only one working the drive through and the cars were packed & kept coming. She handled it Soo well & with a great attitude and every other time we have ever encountered another employee here they have been way different. But this lady was GREAT! 5 STARS FOR HER!

This is a McDonald's it is located in DeSoto. DeSoto is not the nicest part of DFW. I will say this though that was the cleanest, most efficient, and the food looks just like the pictures on the menu board. Taste as good as it looks. I'm almost 60 and I have been eating McDonald's ever since I can remember. This is absolutely the best McDonald's I have ever been in.

Stopped here this morning on a bus trip. The staff served all 40 people in a prompt and timely manner. We departed on our trip on scheduled. Stopped here tonight on our return trip and it was an entirely different experience. Our bus driver requested his expected bus driver discount. The cashier called the manager for authorization. The cashier told the manager he needed his authorization. The manager, who looked like a deer caught in headlights asked do we give bus driver discounts and if so how much is the discount. After a brief discuss a 10% was applied. The cashier commented this was a franchise store. I told him customers do not care who owns the store...they expect consist service in each and every location. I ordered my cone, paid and waited 5 miniues as coffee orders take after my order were prepared and served. I returned to the cashier to ask for a refund and instantly prepared a d served me my cone...without washing his hands. I noticed that after the team leader completed assisted customer at the computer ordering station, she returned to preparing coffee orders without washing her hands. A good and bad day for this location...need remedial training for staff and managers.l

I almost always stop at this McDonald's when I head out to west Texas. I never eat it besides here. For some reason, they are like the best McDonald's I've ever had. I don't know what their secret is, but I hope they keep it up. The fries always seem to be fresh and they've never once messed up my order. So, kudos to them!

Normal McDonald's, no worse or no better than every other McDonald's every 3 blocks. They do have an older gentleman working the drive thru that's awesome with customer service and will throw out the occasional joke or two if you have to sit there at the window for a few minutes.

Drive thru order was made correctly. The hot honey chicken had a good spice. I might ask to go easy on the sauce next time it was messy for on the road eating and bacon was not crispy so it pulled out every time I took a bite. Ask for napkins if you want them, they are not in the bag.

I've been going to McDonald's for as long as I can remember. I'm 69 now and still love their food. Fish sandwiches used to be my all-time favorite ❤️. I still love them. I enjoy their chicken nuggets and burgers and fries. Their prices are still pretty reasonable an affordable.

Food was delicious, the lady that brought out our food was friendly. Reason for 3.5 stars was the young man at the drive through we had asked for a plate, and he kept insisting they did not have plates. We explained that we were traveling and have a little one that we need it for, and he kept insisting they didn't have any! I told him, then, when people order the big breakfast or pancakes you hand it to them In a bag?! Another lady had to step in and tell him yes we have plates, hand them one. Really kid!! he just did not want to give us one... Plus when we received our order the sausage egg n cheese biscuit, it looked like they just threw it together! We had too pull it apart due to the cheese already melted, sausage and cheese was sideways, and we had to stack it together it made more of a mess than what it was worth ... Other than that they would have gotten a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The fries were barely luke warm. The trash containers in the restrooms (the main container in the men's and specific stall containers in the women's) were overflowing and dirty. It was generally less clean and appealing than most McDonald's. The McDouble burgers were good.

fries are always old and cold. if you are an e-bike rider and do curb side pickup, the can't seem to comprehend this. so you will never get your food brought out to you. once I waited 20 min for a frappe and finally had to get out of my car and go inside tho see what was going on.

The boy taking our order had lots of questions or just went over things a lot. Anyway, there was no sweet tea (he said not but still told us to go try) and he had to go make some. I will update this if I ever get actual food, however what I did get was an iced vanilla latte, not the best yet not the worst thing I've ever had, low stars because my party members got caramel Fraps that were so very sweet there was no coffee taste at all; also the drinks were not covered whatsoever when carried out through the rain, so that was unpleasant. Normally I’ve gotten my food in a timely manner but it seems like there’s some sort of a reoccurring thing where my food was given to someone else.. People make mistakes but I think there should be more checkups or something to make sure things aren’t chaotic

Line outside was long, so I went inside to speed up my process. Got inside, had to use a kiosk, which did not take my selections without multiple entries. Major frustration and extended time. Personnel were great, so I didn't really mark down the service, but requiring a kiosk entry is not optimal. Person with me is legally blind who could not use the kiosk.

It had iced and snowed, and i grabbed some breakfast inside, ordered some mocha frappes with my breakfast, and one of the employees started complaining to the other workers about why i ordered iced drinks. I could hear her from the counter! I understand everyone is different about things during the heat or cold weather. But i like the frappes! But it was very unprofessional, to stand there and be loud where any customer could hear her complain about what i had ordered! Overall, the food is good, but they do get orders wrong from time to time. And some are friendly and others are rude!

Horrible! Breakfast was really bad. Biscuits were old, eggs were so dry and the hash brown smelled like dirty socks. Just nasty. I took it to go because I was traveling and after calling the location to inform the manager that the breakfast was terrible her only solution was to go back which at that point I was about 25 miles away going home. I offered to take a video or to go to a sister location on my route but the manager very rudely declined. After asking for the district manager info the manger was very vague telling me only his first name and that they operate alone and their district manager works in the store full time lol I don’t believe this for a second. This manager has no business working here because it’s obvious that she is doing a terrible job running this location.

The food was fine except for the an oatmeal that was real dry. The service was extremely slow. There were like 4 or 5 different orders that went before ours, 2 or 3 of which were after my number. There were people that would come in from the outside drive thru asking where their food was. There were multiple parties waiting along with everyone else. The staff seemed like it was pretty full. Didn't seem understaffed. Hopefully no one else has this problem.

Ordered a medium #7 and was charged for a large. When they handed me my drink it was a large so I figured it’s be fine and they just misheard the size. When I got my food it had medium fries. When I pointed this out they took the medium fries and asked me to pull over and they would bring me a large. I watched 4 more cars get asked to pull over after me. 3 of them received several bags of food while I was still waiting. A girl with glasses and short haircut was taking my order and was extremely rude about it, and apparently has been for quite some time. Some people around here aren't that keen to rudeness, especially Texans not from Eastland 😉 This is a reoccuring issue and this worker has been working here for quite some time.

We don’t mind waiting, especially during bad weather, but having two cars pass us and then receiving cold, soggy fries was frustrating. We went back through the drive-thru and politely asked if we could get hot fries instead. The person who helped us—possibly the manager, Greg (that’s the name he gave)—said he had just cooked them. We explained that they weren’t even warm and were already soggy when we touched them. Unfortunately, he had a noticeable attitude during the interaction. He brought back only one order of fries when there were two. When we mentioned that, he tried to hand the bag back to us and didn’t want to take the original fries to check them. If he had simply taken the fries we offered, he would’ve immediately felt how cold they were. He eventually brought the second order, which was hot and crispy. On a positive note, the younger woman working the first drive-thru window (payment window) was incredibly kind and had such a positive attitude despite the terrible weather. I didn’t catch her name, but she was genuinely wonderful and deserves recognition.

"Cheyenne" literally YELLED at us, claimed she packed everything correctly, and accused us of trying to get a free burger and said we must have pulled it out of the bag. We were stunned. She literally screamed, "Get out of my store!" and refused to give us her name, saying she "didn't have to." It was quite frankly the most ridiculous, insulting, and preposterous thing ever. I'm a professional and I damn sure don't need a free dollar-menu burger from McDonald's, trust me. (Oh, and the spineless, dorky manager "Glenn" was laughable at best.) This place is pathetic and will NEVER get another penny from me.

Drive-thru forgot our requested sauces so we had to park and go in, but that wasn't a big deal. Three family members got burgers and 2 got ckn nuggets. The 3 of us that ate burgers got horrible food poisoning (still recovering!).

Went to McDonald’s after a 12 hour shift @6am. I ordered a #2, meal w/ orange juice. I get all the way home and noticed I didn’t have my hash brown. I go back to the McDonald’s to get it. Asked for an extra hash brown out of courtesy for not providing my original hash brown that I PAID FOR. took time out of my day to come back and get something I already paid for that they didn’t give me. And they did not give me an extra as courtesy. Terrible customer service. Workers should definitely be paying attention instead of inconveniencing customers.

Rude help, filthy bathroom, asked for well done fries, the girl says owner does not allow that, but I will make sure your fries are fresh. Fries were probably fresh 20 minutes earlier. Burger was supposed to be plain, but of course it had everything. The way the help talked to others was just rude. Very poorly managed franchise.

Once again, went to visit and the lobby was closed. No sign on the door, no anything to let people know why the lobby was closed. I sat in my car for a bit and saw 10-12 people walk up to the door and look through the window, some knocked and not one employee bothered to entertain their question. Is it too hard to place a sign on the door; respect and customer service is lacking on this place? Why does corporate allow for this? Many people come through Alpine for the hospitality, which is completely lost with this place.

Make sure that what you order is in the bag before you leave. Apparently even if you ask the person at the window who just put your food in the bag if your sauce is in there and they say it is you better look. Not very happy kids when they got their food or didn't get what they wanted. Happens every time I go to drive-thru

The place stunk like a sour mop had been used to smear the trails of Grease that were all over the floor.. from the entrance to the play area to the front counter and over to the drink station. Every tabletop was dirty, not one clean place to sit. The drink station was a travesty, old dried up ketchup was all over the ketchup dispensing area and the ketchup tasted sour. Employees behind the counter were playing grab-@$$ Laughing and joking while the whole restaurant was in a state of total disarray. There was one other customer in the store and maybe two cars in the drive-through. Absolute nastiest McDonald’s I have ever been in! Did not even attempt to let the children go into the restroom because of fear of what that probably looked like.

On 10/21/24 @ 6:11 I Ordered online the $5 mcdouble deal with xtra cheese Burger came out cold cheese came out, not melted onto the burger. I could peel it off the burger patty, and the ladies they gave me my food talked out loud to where I could hear talking about my extra cheese.

Do NOT leave the drive-thru window until you check to make sure you have your complete order!!! We pulled up to allow the line behind us to get their order. I verified my order and was missing a burger. Walked in to advise them I was missing a burger. The manger ‘Glenn’ approached me, I told him my concern, and then he walked back to the expo worker, ‘Cheyenne’. She actually got in my face and told me I was a THIEF and a LIAR! I was so stunned and thought this had to be a joke. Nope! She was serious! ‘Cheyenne’ also got verbally aggressive. The manager ‘Glenn’ just stood there. The whole ordeal was so pathetic! He told ‘Cheyenne’ to calm down. Obviously he’s just a babysitter and lets his employees boss him around. Worst customer service, EVER! They are proud to be rude and mean.

Omg! I don’t know where to begin!!! This place needs all new staff except for the Hispanic young girl First we started off at the drive thru… I ordered a coffee well the coffee wasn’t fresh so I took it back in. I stood there with two other elderly senior gentlemen’s, for a while. The two gentlemen’s we’re talking and saying well we are going to be here for a while. The manager had her back turned towards all of us while she was bagging people’s food, she never once turned around to help, to ask or assist ( This is in the morning on 5/28/2023.) Here comes the same girl from the drive thru coming to the counter, she asked me can I help you? I told her the coffee wasn’t fresh when I came through the Drive thru. She told me yes it was. She said what size, I told her it was a seniors coffee, she said, well I’ll have to charge you for a coffee but it won’t be a seniors coffee. I told her that is fine, I just want a fresh coffee. She then proceeded to go talk to her manager. Well a Hispanic girl came to the counter and I told her I’ve been helped, but you can go ahead and assist the two gentlemen behind me ( Church going people mind you ). She takes their order at the same time she puts on fresh coffee(Wow unbelievable), The girl from the drive through and the manager start messing with the coffee and start to talk about the coffee, the manager asked her when did she brew the coffee? The drive thru girl said about an hour ago! Really! I told her I am a coffee drinker so I know when coffee is old and stale…The two gentlemen that also ordered coffee, said oh I agree with her. The manager that had her backed turned proceeded to mess with the cups so I said oh, the young lady has already put some coffee on. By then the manager that had her backed turned comes from around the counter and starts to talk on her phone. By then the coffee is ready, so the elderly church going gentleman asked for his two coffees and the girl from the drive thru saids, just a minute (rudely) and proceeds to walk to the back. He shakes his head and so does the other elderly man. He said wow! I hope I get my coffee before lunch, he said this place has always been slow and rude. I told him I used to work at McDonald’s and we never treated customers like this! The customers come first!! And for the Manager she would of gotten in trouble for having her back turned and for never waiting on a customer at the counter! Yes, there was a lot of flies in their and it is dirty! They really do need new management! They are not professionals at all! The girl at the drive thru said, oh it’s been a long morning to the manager. Well if she can’t handle it then maybe she needs to look for another job, someone who’s going to put up with her attitude …This is why it’s called Fast Food!! Oh, and I wouldn’t have given this place any stars, but you had to click on 1 or 5 in order to continue.

Cashier is not friendly. Acted like I was bothering her for placing an order. On top of that, I did not get my drink. I stood there and waited until someone would ask me what I needed, when the rude girl did finally ask me and I told her, she got me the drink and did not even apologize for screwing up. Then I had to ask another employee in the refreshments section for a straw because the rude girl did not even provide a straw. HORRIBLE customer service. Will never come back.

There was 2 people in the dining room... employees standing around looking lost in the kitchen..The place was filthy. Not one clean table, drink station was horrible...napkins down under the grate, no towels in bathrooms n blower doesn't work, toilet paper all over the floors...this was at 1030 am! We ended up not eating there n throwing out the food. I won't be back!

Every time we eat here we get sick. Place has really gone downhill. They are too lazy and entitled to care about your order being correct. All they do is sit around and chit chat with each other and when a customer needs something they act as if it is a burden. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My wife and I were traveling through Eastland yesterday afternoon and we stopped in. Young lady came to the front counter and ignored us as she went through the register. She went back to the kitchen and spoke to her supervisor and the supervisor came to the register and the supervisor ignored us! We had to order through their self serve portal and finally a young man came to the front and asked us if we had been helped. We told him we were waiting for our order. He went and got our order and was then chastised by the supervisor for doing his job! The restaurant was dirty and used paper towels littered the floor. It was rainy outside and muddy footprints covered the floor. When we got our order it was wrong. Overall this was a very negative experience. I'm glad I don't live in Eastland and would have to frequent this establishment.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. I ordered 3 m frappes . None of them were full and they gave me smalls and I paid for mediums. I also was letting the manager on duty know the bathrooms needed attention and he yells at me and tells we are short staffed. They were just over all rude!! Probably won't be back!! I was order number 257 take out

Went in yesterday and the food and service was great the store was clean and everything. One of the managers was causing a scene. Glenn (a manager at this location) was arguing with customers, employees (who were MINORS), and other managers. He was doing nothing to help his coworkers just causing issues. Glenn has always been a problem and loves treating the customers awfully. He won’t give extra sauce unless you pay same with a small cup of ice or water. And if your order was made wrong he acts like it’s an inconvenience for it to be remade. This location should look into firing him since this behavior has been going on for at least the last 2 years that I’ve lived here.

These people couldn’t get an order right to save their lives. It is a requirement that you check your order before leaving cause it will be incorrect. This has not been only once either. Multiple times the Eastland McDonald’s has failed to do the bare minimum.

Waited so long on the 2 frapes and large fry we ordered so they were watered down and the Carmel was all over the side. Fries tasted like old grease and it was soaked in and they were super salty moooore than usual. FYI: extra salt doesn't hide dirty grease taste or make them warm. Usually they do a fantastic job but not today.

Was told, “if you don’t like how we serve our food then you can put in an application and serve your own food” after I called up there to tell them that I was missing my Dr. pepper. And my fries were cold. And I mean cold cold. Not even just a tiny bit warm. I will say I did use a tone of voice that wasn’t super pleasant but it also wasn’t like an extremely rude either. I order here often. The food isn’t terrible I’ve definitely have had fresher McDonald’s at other locations. But the employees here are absolutely ranky. I hope the owner/franchise/corporate people. Take that into consideration. They really make the small town of Eastland look terrible. Sonic on the other hand so sweet and polite. Wish I could say the same about Eastland McDonald’s. They are so rude and arrogant. And lazy. Tables are always dirty.

Went to get a caramel machiato waited in line for 10 mins just to be told they can't make the caramel machiato but they can make a caramel frappe and when I asked if they could just put the caramel from the frappe in the machiato I was told they where cleaning the machine which is is are you out of caramel or are the machines bieng cleaned (in the middle of dinner rush? Yea right buddy) or do you just not want to make my drink cuz it is not as simple as pressing a button and having a machine dispense it for you absolute clowns

I am a truck driver. I came to get a sandwich at 11:00 pm. He said, 'Will you drive me?' Then I said, 'I am a truck driver. How can I do a drive through? I don't have tax.' He said, 'Bring the tax'. I left at 11:00 pm without eating anything. I requested for bed services! Either tell them to give sandwiches to such truck drivers or? Employees are rude and obstinate. They make you wait, don't answer the drive thru. Refuse to serve you if you ask questions and will not refer you to a manager. If a manager does come over, they act as if you are bothering them. I would rate them lower than 1 but it isn't available.

Terrible experience. The place seems full of employees with serious little power syndrome. Instead of helping customers, some staff act like they’re on a power trip over the smallest things. Very rude and unhelpful service.

BEWARE! This McDonald’s WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! They DO NOT care if your order is right or if they gave you all your items you have paid for. Matter fact they serve cold old food and refry fries to “refresh” them. And if you think it’s a simple call to get it fixed…Goodluck. They will do everything possible to not give you your money back. Save your money but more importantly YOUR TIME, because they will take 30 mins to serve you that cold food or apparently from reading other reviews RAW! Kind of like a casino maybe that’s the thrill of it you never know what you’re gonna get at this McDonald’s! One thing you won’t get is Contact from someone who actually cares! We waited 40 mins for a curbside online order. Trip one she brought us our food. No cookies so so went back in as we inspected our food to make sure it’s right because they’re great about making it wrong too. Oh and sauces they don’t give you sauces YOU PAY FOR! So she comes back like a good 4mins later with the cookies and we realize we’re missing our pies too so she goes back inside and never returns. I had to get out go in and tell me why the girl is leaned on a counter not a worry in sight. Upon getting home we then realize we also are missing our 4 drinks. SERIOUSLY DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE, IF YOU CAN, PICK SONIC OR CHICKEN EXPRESS ACROSS THE STREET! Edit to add: the “owner” comments the link to share feedback so I’ll update again in 3 days if anything comes of that..won’t hold my breath.

Manager on duty was a guy I didn't see his name i ordered at 8:09 pm its a little busy I ordered from kiosk, the Manager calls my number I proceed to get my bag and I guess he realized he forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag so he grabs it, and instead of either putting it in a bag or just handing to it me he decides to stick his nasty hands in my bag grab my 2 small fries with his bare hands to move them out the way to put my forgotten sandwich in my bag which is totally unacceptable, so I ask him for new fries because his bare hands where just all over the ones in the bag and storms off and instead of replacing the ones he touched he just throw another small fry in the bag and gives it to me. In complete disgust I just turned and walked away, threw all my fries away and went and order them at taco bell and they were happy to help. I dont know what his name was but if he cant handle a little rush or the job is to stressful for him he needs to find a different job because its not my fault he frustrated and mad because its a little busy. It kills me people do jobs they hate doing instead of going to find a job they can like and since they dont in return the customers get treated like crap and so does their food that spent they money on. I was cool with the frustration because I understand but to touch my food with you bare hand because your not thinking correctly is not a good look and he needs to be coached on how to handle food better. He was completely wrong and out of line for doing that.

For all the people in line I shouldn't have received cold food. My quarter pound wasn't even warm for being under a heat lamp. I had cold French fries also and this was at peak 5- 7 supper time hours. Just because people go through the drive thru doesn't mean they don't deserve hot food.

We’ve rstarted ordering door dash and some stuff we understand like cold fries since it is a bit of a drive but we’ve received raw food so much from there. Genuinely concerned they’re going to make someone ill. Be careful feeding your children burgers from them. Every single burger on 5 separate orders has been raw. They absolutely NEVER give you the sauces you order even if you pay and they forget at least two items every order of we ordered a meal they’ll either forget the fries or the drink and the burger is raw.

Went inside to place my order and the place was disgustingly nasty from the lobby to the kitchen area and it smelled like sour mop water , tables were dirty, floor had food under the tables and on the tables , bathroom was filthy, it was not busy at all, only me and another customer so can’t understand why no one was even attempting to try to do some cleaning. Been in there many times never seen it that bad , I’ll have to think twice about going back there again.

Service was horrible, manager was utterly disrespectful. Trying to get breakfast for my grandmother, ordered online before it end drove 30 minutes to pick it up and they said it cancelled. I would review this with zero stars if it was an option . The manager Diane was the manager in duty and I know that after waiting for an hour to never get our food cause we walked out when it had finally been and hour and a half waiting the manager Diane was screaming at her employees while answering her cell phone an continued to complain about her staff. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to waste time and money. I've got video of her screaming at her staff.

This mcdonald’s SUCK!!!! they always get there orders wrong and the management are very rude and they do NOT care about there customers as they are supposed to. They always take FOREVER to take an order and always end up messing it up each time. The customer service is horrible they always complain or talk bad about everything. especially the boss or manager she will always yell out loud and complain about her job or her staff if you know you’re job do it!!! it’s VERY disappointing, not hard to look at an order and make it right. horrible. never again.

INCONSISTENT! Sometimes which is not most times, they get it right, BUT, most times they get it wrong. They always have to mess up something, like a cheeseburger, or not putting butter or syrup in the bag, last time I had to go inside and ask for them to give me the right order, because they got it wrong, many times, even after I went and got the so called “right order” it was still missing the basket or fries and including the burger. The people working sometimes are yelling at each other. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Very disappointing!!!

I sat in line for over 45 minutes. Ordered a mobile order. Still asked me to pay for someone’s else’s food when I told them I had a mobile order they told me I would have to get back in line because the person on the intercom did not put the order in. Whatever that means. I was like are you serious Ive already waited 45 minutes they told me sorry that they were short staff. So I went ahead and went around and waited another 30 minutes. Just for me to go home with someone else’s order. Absolutely rediculous. When I called up there to ask if I can come back and get my food since I did pay way more then what I received, the girl on the phone told me that because I left the store with out checking the bag that it is my problem and not their and then proceeded to hang up on me as I was apologizing for not checking my bag. That I had a crying three month old baby in the car. I know about a year ago they had some really rude people in there. But since being back in town I really thought that they have had better service until tonight. I really hope whoever that girl was gets a different job. I don’t think fast food is her Profession. I will say that even in the most vulnerable and overstimulating situations. You should never talk to someone like that. I tried to be as nice as possible. Me and my four kids at 2 double cheese burgers and 2 small fries tonight. I wasn’t pleased but we’ll live another day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1. No straw or napkins in bag from drive through so I went inside and got them-which were conveniently out at the self serve station so I had to wait at the counter for them. Not a big deal so far, it is fast food after all. 2. After getting back in truck, took a drink of my “unsweet tea and it was sweet as syrup. Went back inside and poured it out and the drink station so I could get unsweet tea, like I ordered. Still not a super big deal, just a little frustrating but whatever, it’s fast food. 3. THIS———definitely a big deal! After leaving and driving (on road trip heading home) hamburger texture and flavor was off. Noticed hamburger meat was very pink so I pulled off the interstate to further inspect. Yeah, meat was definitely SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED. When I squeezed the hamburger patty the juices were pink/red, not clear as they should be when fully cooked. Hamburger definitely got trashed- Mc. D’s I hope for your sake and mine that I don’t get sick from this. 4. If all of that wasn’t enough, after pulling off the road to inspect the hamburger, my kids (who I ordered happy meals with apple juices) asked for said apple juices, which were not in the bag. You guys really dropped the ball on this one.
