Waited for bmy burger but it was worth it. Bun was fresh. Lettuce, tomato, and onion fresh. The burger meat was hot and not greasy. definately will stop next time through.

So this location has just been remodeled. And when I say remodeled, I mean, this place was torn down and rebuilt from the ground up a month or so ago. We went here once before the revamp and never went back because it was dirty. So we decided to give it another go. The staff is friendly but the place was dirty. Already. It was 7:30 in the morning so I feel like it should have at least been cleaner starting the day. I could understand if we hit the lunch crowd or something but not first thing in the morning. The soda machine was dirty and greasy as were many of the tables. I give it 4 stars just because the staff is friendly, otherwise I’d give it 2-3 for cleanliness.

I would have given them 5 stars until I realized this....when I tried to call them about it nobody would answer....so the outside of two cups where people touch was inside my drink. I’m not even sure the reasoning behind this because I feel the cups cost more than the soda would have.

Lady was too old to take orders,order all wrong, food was cold and just not what I imagined my first time in jack in the box to be. Definitely never eating at this location 😒 again.

Drive through is so ssslllllooooowewwww, curt on Top of it all. Hope they're better on the inside. 30 minutes waiting to make an order 15 minutes to get it. If I wasn't locked the line I go home & cook my own dinner or go to McDonalds right next door. On top of it all these guys struggle to make or count change.

The food is fine, as expected from Jack in the Box. However, the service is incredibly slow in the early morning. Their drive thru is 24 hours, so they should have been ready for customers, even at 5:55 am. We waited at least 5 minutes at the ordering menu in the drive thru before we could place our order, 5 minutes at the window, and another 10 after pulling around to the front. And they forgot our drinks; my husband had to remind them. We will not be stopping at this location again. EDIT: Against my better judgement, we stopped here again, this time around 11:30 am for lunch. Our order took over 10 minutes to get to our table. My burger was ordered with "everything on it", not "with 5 servings of mayo". I had to wipe my burger's butt before I could eat it. (Picture attached) To their credit, they did fulfill my husband's request for a bacon milkshake.

I went to the jack in the box in Brenham. Sat in line for 20 mins before I would order. Then another 30 to get to the window. Paid for everything then had to wait another 20 mins. Had to leave my my child there to wait for food. While I go and pick something up before they closed. Only to return 10 mins later, and she's still waiting inside for the food. Jack and the box yall need to do better. I cant come here anymore if I have to wait over an hour for two burger, chicken nuggets and fries. Everyone in the inside is pissed

Workers took forever just to take my order because they were busy talking amongst each other then when I finally was able to order and got my food it was cold. Not good service at all .

We were literally the only people in the store and they never called our number. We went up to ask about our food and the guy said "there's an order?" he looked around and gave us our bagged food, dont know how long it was done and sitting there. Then we told them the order was wrong and the guy just said "huh" and walked off. Completely incompetent team. Dont waste your time here.

I had a very bad experience at this Jack in the Box. The manager, Angela, treated me with discrimination — she was rude to me because of my race and even mocked my English, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the restaurant was in terrible condition: it smelled rotten, the chairs were sticky, and the whole place felt dirty. I would not recommend this location at all.

We walked up to the counter and no less than three people stepped up to the register, not a single one looked at us, acknowledged us, or spoke. They looked at the register and walked away. Not the first time this has happened. After the third time, we walked out. I won’t be going back.

Why did I have to wait 20 mins for 1 burger from the value menu? They made everyone pull around to the front and wait because of window times. What!? And they were not short staffed. Also, the attitude at this establishment is crazy.

Horrible customer service, questionable food. Went on May 16th at around 8p. The girl working the drive through started off rude and short but I figured she just hated her job, got to the window, she was acting frustrated and rolled her eyes when she couldn't figure out what order I had and then waved me off and said whatever. They of course forgot my condiments so we had to go in after they had us park in front. The guy behind the counter was just as short and rude. It felt like these people truly hated talking to customers. To make matters worse, the cluck sandwich was inedible and hard. I had to make sure it wasn't raw because it was so tough to bite through. I'm just hoping I don't get food poisoning at this point.

Terrible service. The girl at the window had a bad attitude and banged on the window. We waited 15 minutes. The young man who brought the food to the car just handed it over without any comment on the order. He had a rude attitude and the order was incorrect and poorly served. Terrible service.

Ordered food at 6:48 online, told me 12-14min pickup time, didn’t get my food until 7:40pm almost an hour for an online order is horrible. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to wait?! The drive thru service was horrible, rude and unapologetic about the wait. The food was sloppily put together, and Luke warm, this was my first and last time eating at this Jack in the box

Came in around 7:30, order 1214. It’s the second time I’ve had a bad experience here, paid for my food and was asked to pull around and waited for 30 minutes. They ended up giving my order to a different customer, the server who brought me my food was unapologetic, rude, and didn’t bring my receipt. When the workers saw me get out they then decided to bring me my order. Crummiest location I have been to, and they need training in customer service and speed in preparing orders because there is no sense of urgency for the customers waiting in the drive through. This kind of service will put this location out of business. While waiting out front, saw all coworkers talking and joking around instead of completing orders.

Waited over 35 minutes in drive thru. Was not apoligized to or given an explanation. Would have gotten out of line if it would have been physically possible. Young girl at window was obviously not trained correctly. She wasn't offensive or anything, just a little clueless.
