They were so great there ordered the nacho fries haven't ever tried those, and something else . My tray caught the edge of there napkin counter and everything went to the floor. I went to their counter to order again, they got it again and didn't even take my money. Now that is what I call customer service. Thank you Taco bell!!!

Mary is the absolute best! Any time we come there she always makes sure our food is hot and fresh, and she is super sweet and professional! I honestly forgot if I was at Chick-fil-A or Taco Bell tonight. I don’t know who took my orders tonight but they need a raise. Those young ladies over there were super polite. I’ve never had an experience like that at a Taco Bell where they were actually genuinely polite and happy to take my order. Somebody give them a raise.

The ladies of the late night crew were AWESOME tonight. Quick, friendly, and helpful!! Thank you! My truck wouldn't make it thru drive thru (towing another vehicle) and dining room was closed. They gladly let me walk up & order at window, then took my food out to me. No problems at all, and made sure I had everything I needed.

The nicest and friendliest Taco Bell I have ever dined-in at thanks to Lloyd and the rest of the team on 11/17 around noon 😊. Everything came out hot, and fast–steaming melted cheese with our tortillas and tacos 🌮 🤤 . Lloyd even came out to check on us to see how everything was while we were dining in 🤩. I’ve never had that happen at a Taco Bell. Lloyd sets a really high bar for the Taco Bell chain. 🤝

Excellent service and food.. didn't have to wait in the car while everything settled. I still think that TB uses the same ingredients by a barely Heidi on them. Install _ great place. But hand to wait. I think some customers just walked out because they couldn't stand the wait time, and no one helped her. The staff let them walk out.

Update: Still good. They ahave gotten better about getting tables cleaned faster. This is the fourth or fifth time to eat at this Taco Bell. The young man who works the front is the absolute best. He is always cheerful, prompt to greet and great about ensuring you enjoyed the meal and experience. He is a pleasure to encounter each time.

I order online for lunch and they made my food in a timely manner. I did order about 18 items but they great on keeping my food hot. Thank you

Im a trucker and after reading the reviews I was honestly pissed (that i hadnt checked them before I parked) and terrified (that after a long day with zero to eat I was about to pay out the nose for basically dog food). I dont know if I got lucky or if the other reviews are from angry people with no hobbies but I went in, immediately ordered on the kiosk (because life is too short to care about that imo), waited a dew minutes and got my order, which was perfectly portioned, correct, and the same price I have paid at every other taco bell. I always order the same thing so Im quite sure about this. I had a pleasant experience and im currently eating my food now. :)

my experience with this particular Taco Bell is that all of the people who work there need a lesson in hospitality! They're always short and or rude!

We use to never get what we ordered exactly right. Recently the orders have been 100% and the customer service is great. Always greeted with a smile.

This is a great taco bell! Mary who is the first person you see is loved by many patrons! She is very knowledgable and the company should feel blessed to have her there. The was hot and good.

Taco bell's always cheap. The one in brenham is pretty quick at their service though and I don't think they've ever messed up one of my orders. I will say that Taco Bell's fajita beef is funky, no matter what restaurant it is. Go with chicken or ground meat and it's legit.

Order was right. Food was good. Dining room is grungy and not terribly clean. Order kiosks are only semifunctional. So I'll probably stick to the drive-thru from now on

When you walk in you have the choice to either order the old school way or use a touchscreen kiosk to place your order (similar to using a mobile app) assuring accuracy. Even if you want to pay cash, it places the order when the counter person receives your money.

Used online ordering and picked up in the drive thru. Service was average in quickness. My order had some special options and everything was correct. Friendly service as well.

The young man working drive thru was super nice and very polite. You could tell he was new and doing the best he could with whoever was there training him had him give us wrong order not his fault.

Taco Bell is always a favorite and I was not disappointed with this location. We’d placed our orders online (online deals, IYKYK) were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the service was quick. The dining area was clean, and the condiments in the dining room were stocked.

On my way to Houston I ordered a couple of chalupas with a drink. My order was accurate but a little sloppy. The lady at the counter that took my order was friendly enough however. This stop was uneventful and definitely better than many of the Taco Bell locations I have been to.

Could really use an update. Interior is still from the 90's and soft tacos no lettuce have barely any meet in them. Kind of felt sick after eating the tacos. Quesadilla was good and the beefy 5 layer burrito felt like it was missing some insides because of the amount of plain tortilla I had. Quesadilla was good - no more tacos for me from this taco bell. I'll have to find something else to eat with my quesadilla. Maybe crunchy would've been better?

Well my food was thrown together some of the food in our box we ordered was missing there was no sweet or unsweet tea made both containers were empty it took a long time for it to go order I don't know if they were having a bad day or what

Typical Taco Bell but not clean inside, trash not picked up, recently remodeled but needs more attention to the interior cleanliness.

First time using the app. All I wanted was plain beef and shredded cheese burrito,.... No longer on the menu! Had to customize some other burrito to get what I wanted. Burritos are smaller, than when I worked for taco bell & price is higher.

The meat always smells like it's bad. This is the only taco bell that the meat smells the way it does.

I asked for a taco salad with meat, not with just beans & lettuce, it was only good for the trash. When I called to complain, the individual hung the phone up. If I had went back there, it wouldn't have been nice, they're beginning to have too many issues. Won't be going back.

No 7 layer burrito, no chicken soft taco. Pretty sad, I guess they took these off the menu awhile ago. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and got 1, was only charged for 1. Iced tea was okay.

I like the Taco Bell chain, it's a hit or miss on some. Today we went to the one in Brenham. Staff was cordial , place was clean, but portion size was lacking. From below, where's the chicken? Ordered the chicken quesadilla, large tortilla, but last slice only had 2 pieces of chicken.

This location has discontinued breakfast—the only reason to go to Taco Bell! The staff here has always been kind and friendly, though.

Obviously there was no manager there. The dining room was dirty and girl taking orders acknowledged they give senior discounts and yet when she rang us up, 3 minutes later, she did not give us the discount.

So on top of not serving breakfast anymore, they charge more than most other Taco Bell do for their craving menu items, and it seems portion wise they also put less than other Taco Bell’s. Which is ridiculous considering they charge more. It is such a shame because this used to be a good Taco Bell to get a good cheap meal and breakfast but now it’s overpriced and you can’t even get a breakfast option anymore. The only upside is the staff seem friendly.

They show great pictures of the food but when you actually order and receive it it’s awful. I ordered a steak burrito and got half way through it with no meat, the same goes for the tacos a lot of lettuce and tomatoes very little meat. I won’t go to the Brenham one again!

Visited this TB, hate ordering on the screen nobody at the cash register, place not clean food on the tables with flies, trash cans full, air conditioning out, crunchy taco shells broke. Prices outrageous for what small portilns you get. Love TB but I think I have to wait til prices become reasonable and pride in there food comes back. Lettuce, beans, flour/corn tortilla, sour cream and grated cheese is at steak prices. Another poorly ran buisness decision.

I'm not too sure what the customer expectation is with the new kiosks and the employees... But they will ignore you out right and be surprised if you have to get their attention about your order. In my case, the dining room was empty and it had been 15 minutes since I ordered two simple bean and cheese burritos. Turns out that the kiosk lost or didn't transmit the order and the employees seemed lost in trying to have a simple conversation with me. I love the idea of the kiosk but please don't take away customer service.

It's ridiculous at 9 pm on a Friday they have 2 employee cars blocking their drive thru so no one can come through and order...

Placed an online order got there two hours before they closed. They accepted my money online. Was told when I got to the store to pick it up they were closed and were not going to be making our order. And that because they didn't make the order the money would be refunded by corporate. The employee was rude a well.

My wife found a 6 inch hair in her crunch wrap supreme...after about 4 little bites. That ruins taco bell for my family for about 3 years (based on history from a baby roach in a sandwhich at an Arby's).

We’ve tried to go to this Taco Bell twice without success. The door says “Dining Room Open! Come on in!” But all doors are locked. If you’re not open for dine in at 6PM, don’t post that you are!

When my family came into the restaurant, it was empty. Two large groups came after us, but both were served before us. When I asked an employee, he blamed the computer,which is highly unlikely.

We ordered a quesadilla and a nachos bellgrande without tomatoes and sour cream. We came home and found tomatoes and sour cream on the nachos. We had to throw it away and find something else to eat due to a small tomato allergy. A waste of time and money.

Every time I go here they get my order wrong. Every single time.. I'll order something and they'll give me something similar, but way cheaper. So they're​ pretty much stealing my money.

So October 8, 2019 around 8:30 PM. The guy in the driver tru was very forgetful and rude. Not just to me but also to the lady in front of me. I witnessed the lady having to knock on the window repeatedly to get his attention because the guy didnt give her her change. Then when it was me he was forgetting my drink and when I told him, he was oh so rude about it. Right after I asked the guy for some sauces and he wasnt the nicest person when handing to me either.

Placed a to-go order, didn't check on its accuracy until I got home 20 minutes later. I was charged for add-ons that were not included in my order. What am I going to do? Drive 20 mins back? Hell no... at least it was a warm meal.

So i order a chicken chulupa tonight its hard as a rock cant hardley bite though it and then when i finally did come to find out there is no chicken on its just lettus and cheese. I was extremely disappointed. I so want to just show everyone this.

Chicken bowl was so dull in flavor. Lettuce was old, limp,and tasted as if it stayed unrefrigerated too long. Rice was so stripped of everything that could pass for food. Don't you have standardized recipes? Black beans were edible. Food should not fluctuate so much in taste and quality.

Terrible customer service and rude. I came through at 11:00 pm on a Wednesday night. I was a woman traveling alone with a long trailer on back. I couldn't make it through the drive thru and the store doors were open and had a sign saying takeout only. I walked in and they refused to serve me. They said ordering inside was closed. Maybe if it is closed you should lock your door. I asked the manager if I could walk thru the drive thru to order because I had the trailer on back and couldn't make the turn. She refused that too. Even after I pleaded with her that I had been driving for hours and was starving with no other restaurant open she still refused. Now I'm on the road by myself again hungry and tired. An essential worker during COVID 19 disreguarded and disrespected. They should be ashamed. I will never stop here again.

Dining room very dirty, sat 10 minutes in drive thru without moving, thought inside service may be faster..cashier very occupied with friends. Didn't know non service animals are being accepted here. Wasn't very comforting after 1030... Then took about 30 minutes to get 5 items. Very unacceptable for a Taco Bell.

I don't know what the workers name was but they gave me the wrong order so I went back up there and they gave us the wrong order again. I opened the bag up the the food was just thrown in there. I'm disgusted the tocos looked disgusting. The worker seemed like she hade a attitude I will not be coming back there. Do better .

Taco Bell should be ashamed to still have this location open. The absolute worse place! Try to call the number listed…doesn’t work. Order online…order will be wrong. Location is dated and dirty. Actually they don't even deserve a one star. I even called up there and supposedly talked to the manager. They couldn't make it to chalupa because the Friars weren't working but all of a sudden we had fries everything was cold our five-layer burrito only had meat and cheese. Very disappointed

I went through the drive thru and the menu screen was totally black. Lady asked to take my order, I didn't know what I wanted because the screen was broken. She apologized but my intentions were not to go inside. It would have been nice if we were alerted before we drove up that the menu was not working. I didn't know what I wanted so I decided to go elsewhere.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. I’m a faithful Taco Bell customer to say the least and there has not been. A single trip that my food hasn’t been 100% incorrect and the workers weren’t high on drugs or simply disrespectful. Please don’t even waste your time.

Worst service ever. I placed my order in the drive thru. I ordered 2 fries , 4 soft tacos and a nacho bell grande. Except there was some kind of misunderstanding and they only had one order of fries. I told them I was supposed to have 2 so I needed to have the other one added. They told me they could not add anything. Interesting considering that’s what I wanted in the 1st place . I told them if they could not add my order of fries I would not be getting anything. They said ok and canceled my order . I will never return here . I will go to a Taco Bell that wants my business.

The cashier Keiara at the drive through window was so rude and she doesn't care about her job she needs to get out of customer service there is no reason why she needs to have that kind of attitude. I don't normally fill out surveys or reviews but that attitude really made me mad and I didn't eat my food.

Not one person to take in store orders. If I was not there an older gentleman would not have eaten. As I did his order on that bs kiosk. Then it got worst. The tea was sour. The fountain drinks was a mess and not operating correctly. Just an overall mess in the store.

I'm not sure what the deal is, but my husband and I both ate here yesterday, and we both woke up many times throughout the night with our stomachs in knots. We threw up and went back to sleep several times. Same thing this morning. Finally about 24 hours after eating here, we are starting to feel okay again.. ugh. We have a new baby, so when we get to sleep, we want to sleep. So having to deal with this all because we wanted a quick bite to eat was definitely not worth it.

Every time I order food here they can’t get the simplest order correct. Today it was 3 bean burritos no onions, extra red sauce. They had me verify the order was correct on the screen. Get home and there are ONIONS!! How hard is it to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS?!? Call to complain and the manager gets an attitude on the phone. HORRIBLE customer service

The manager is rude and unprofessional multiple times when I picked up orders for door dash. If you can’t handle the job quit! Don’t take it out on others. I went through the drive through a few times also when the lobby was open my fault… but I didn’t deserve to be fussed out over it . She has no pride in customer service.

I go here regularly Yesterday 06-26-24 I ordered the chicken cantina bowl it was alright crunchy tacos get soggy fast it's like you have to eat them right away. But we go back and get the cheesy fries bro tell me why there was pubic hair in the fries I was disgusted because. I just ate the chicken bowl and knowing that someone was digging in their genital area I was genuinely disgusted. The kicker was we show them the pubic hair fries so they give us new fries. I'm not joking the new fries have hair in them too. The manager asked if I would like more fries or my money back I didn't even want the fries anymore I didn't even want my money back. I want you to fire whoever was digging in their genital area while handling food.

⭐️ 1 out of 5 stars I made the mistake of craving cheap tacos and bean burritos tonight, but the Taco Bell in Brenham managed to ruin even that low bar. This place doesn’t just serve bad food—it outright cheats customers. I got home to find one taco completely missing the meat (if you can even call that brown paste “meat”). The others had such a pathetic smear of filling it was insulting. It’s clear the ownership here has trained employees to shortchange people, and they’re bold enough to think no one will notice. Well, I noticed. You’re overcharged, underfed, and treated like your business doesn’t matter. Even for Taco Bell standards, this location scrapes the bottom of the barrel. This was my last visit, and I recommend everyone else avoid it too. Hopefully, one day soon, this store closes its doors and stops wasting people’s money.

Went to go pick up an order for uber eats, it was around 11:30pm and I assumed the inside was closed because in the past the doors have been locked before 12am. I proceeded to go through the drive-thru and asked for the order. A black lady who works there (don’t know her name) had an attitude and rudely said that DoorDash and uber eats orders are for inside pick up only. So I go inside to pick up the order and she comes to the counter and starts talking crap (about me) to a DoorDash driver waiting for his order as well and says doesn’t your app tell you to come inside?? And ranting on and on about it then walked away still talking crap and when it was time to give me my uber order she just rudely placed it down on the counter and yelled out “UBER” then walked away. Horrible and RUDE customer service! You already said what you felt you needed to say so why carry on??

Wrong hours on website, and I can’t understand the people from the drive through, the inside was closed. There was nobody else here and I can’t hear well. They could have easily taken my order inside or from the window but they wouldn’t, I think the morning crew would rather just not have to do anything. I used to work in fast food, don’t act like there is a magic barrier that keeps you from taking orders face to face.
