I'm not too sure what the customer expectation is with the new kiosks and the employees... But they will ignore you out right and be surprised if you have to get their attention about your order. In my case, the dining room was empty and it had been 15 minutes since I ordered two simple bean and cheese burritos. Turns out that the kiosk lost or didn't transmit the order and the employees seemed lost in trying to have a simple conversation with me. I love the idea of the kiosk but please don't take away customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I decided to give them another chance after being treated rudely the last time. This time I was just ignored and they weren’t even bothered busy. I walked out without being waited on or acknowledged. With the economy the way it is I would think that restaurants would be happy to have business

Our food was thrown together (broken taco shells & lacking substance) The dining room was not the cleanest and they were not busy. Seems they should be doing more cleaning than leaning.

Staff is very unprofessional and rude worked at Taco Bell many times in my life and I can say without doubt this place is a joke shorten you on your food portions to save ingredients the potatoes are never fresh on the soft tacos always hard and cold this place make taco bell look like joke gimmick food which it is but you can tell when staff puts their heart and soul into food and they don't here the black old shift lead with glasses is very rude and don't care

Most incompetent and apathetic staff I have ever encountered at any "fast" food chain (it's the antithesis of fast). Full stop. Don't waste your time here.

⭐️ 1 out of 5 stars I made the mistake of craving cheap tacos and bean burritos tonight, but the Taco Bell in Brenham managed to ruin even that low bar. This place doesn’t just serve bad food—it outright cheats customers. I got home to find one taco completely missing the meat (if you can even call that brown paste “meat”). The others had such a pathetic smear of filling it was insulting. It’s clear the ownership here has trained employees to shortchange people, and they’re bold enough to think no one will notice. Well, I noticed. You’re overcharged, underfed, and treated like your business doesn’t matter. Even for Taco Bell standards, this location scrapes the bottom of the barrel. This was my last visit, and I recommend everyone else avoid it too. Hopefully, one day soon, this store closes its doors and stops wasting people’s money.

Went to go pick up an order for uber eats, it was around 11:30pm and I assumed the inside was closed because in the past the doors have been locked before 12am. I proceeded to go through the drive-thru and asked for the order. A black lady who works there (don’t know her name) had an attitude and rudely said that DoorDash and uber eats orders are for inside pick up only. So I go inside to pick up the order and she comes to the counter and starts talking crap (about me) to a DoorDash driver waiting for his order as well and says doesn’t your app tell you to come inside?? And ranting on and on about it then walked away still talking crap and when it was time to give me my uber order she just rudely placed it down on the counter and yelled out “UBER” then walked away. Horrible and RUDE customer service! You already said what you felt you needed to say so why carry on??

Wrong hours on website, and I can’t understand the people from the drive through, the inside was closed. There was nobody else here and I can’t hear well. They could have easily taken my order inside or from the window but they wouldn’t, I think the morning crew would rather just not have to do anything. I used to work in fast food, don’t act like there is a magic barrier that keeps you from taking orders face to face.

Both our tostadas had toppings on only half the base. They didn’t have a cover for their window or to order and it was pouring. Should’ve gone to jack in the box.
