Tried this place a few times. Service has always been great and fast. Pizza wings whatever are always hot and fresh. Just want to thank the crew for their fast and friendly service

I haven’t tried papa johns in maybe over 10 years or so and I decided to give it a try now that I’m staying here for work, I ordered the New York style pizza for take out and it was done fairly quick, I took a bite and boy I hadn’t had a pizza pie that good in a hot min. It wasn’t greasy, the crust was crispy/crunchy and the sauce was sweet which is what I look for. I definitely recommend this place

Had a very short wait. But I enjoyed the conversation they were having. I will definitely be back. For that New "Papa Dippa"

I witnessed the staff and manager being verbally abused by a customer who clearly ordered the wrong thing. The staff handled it amazingly! They were calm, respectful and friendly. Super customer service! Our pizza was delicious. The staff deserve medals for dealing with such unkind folks. It isn’t hard to be kind.

Seems like a bit more cheese than what I normally get on pizzas but it had been awhile since I had had. Papa John's so I may have forgotten that they used more cheese than other places.

A woman was yelling at a teenage girl about clocking her out and to go home after the teenager stating she was on the schedule to work today and lady told the teenager she was going to get her fired. Very unprofessional and in my opinion disrespectful and not necessary. This is why it’s hard for our younger generation in the workforce. Power trippers instead of RESPECT for others.

The workers are pretty ignorant I had a gift card and they couldn’t figure out how to accept my gift card They originally said the register doesn’t take gift cards, but we all know they do. After 5 minutes of arguing the manager figured it out. Is it really that hard to take my papa johns gift card for one pizza?

The crust was horrible. Bread sticks were all different shapes. It was as if they did not have enough dough for 5 large pizzas and two orders of bread sticks. You could tell the people that worked Christmas Eve did not want to be there. I will not be going back.

The Papa Johns in Brenham seems to have major consistency issues with the crust. Most of the time the bottom is black but the crust is chewy. I have been to many other Papa Johns and had good pizza but the one in Brenham is not very good.

I did an online order and it took an hour and a half. When it did arrive it was cold! 🥶 I called after an hour and the person that answered was extremely rude! She was yelling!!!!!! At me and the employee s. This is the one on 290 in Brenham. She said guy went to wrong house. So I was thinking they were making a new one. Wrong cold pizza was delivered.

Waited for an hour for 2 pizzas. Nobody had any idea what was going on...

It took them three hours after 'processing' the order, after which I had to call them to find out that the order would be canceled. Didn't give me my soda or side when ordered previously. What a shame. I honestly used to love Papa John's. Not anymore. If they can't keep quality of food or customer satisfaction a priority I don't understand why even hire staff and waste money trying to keep a business afloat.

I ordered a Cheeseburger Pizza about several years ago and the slices were not equally cut. I was not happy. Next time now and in the future, do the slicing properly. I will never order and never come back ever! What a shame.

There was a lady in a spaghetti tank top working. She was not wearing any sort of uniform. When I picked up my food her armpit touched all of the boxes. Very unhygienic.

I have had several frozen pizzas I like better than theirs. The one pro is they provide garlic butter. I don't mean to be rude, there is just not any flavor to Papa John's

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, got a cheese delivered. Called and inquired about it and was told I could come there and look at their computer so they could show me I ordered cheese. I looked at my email receipt and I ordered pepperoni. If I wanted to drive to look at a receipt I would have ordered takeout. First time ordering from Papa John's in brenham and last as well. Piss poor customer service!

Ordered a pizza at 1pm. At 3pm still no pizza. They claimed they left it on the door step but actually delivered it to another address. Only 1 driver and would take another two hours if we still wanted it. Terrible customer service, would reccomend going somewhere else.

This is by far the worst pizza place in brenham 2hrs to complete an order staff is clueless on whats going on and pizza was trash never again

Slow moving they don't move fast

Got stabbed here..food was horrible imo. Would consider going back..but i got stabbed here...jk..i was a manager as well here. They do redate food. The walk in cooler is off temperature. .do not eat the chickwn poppers. They are old and you will get so sick. The owner hates all the "idiots" in this town. Noone ever washes their hands after handling money and food. Whwn food falls on the floor. You are required to still serve it to the customers.

Well. This was my regular stop and grab a pizza on the way home place but not any more. Picked up two pizzas. Paid extra for double everything, two toppings. Apparently this (picture) is double beef and black olive and it looks identical to every other pizza I have received from here. Pathetic. They also didn't even put pepperoni on another pizza, just pineapple. Whoever helped me insisted that the beef black olive was double as "it's two topping" (whatever that means), then tried to tell me that the pepperoni was under the cheese on the second pizza. It wasn't. Didn't get a picture of second pizza before they took it back, so the two pictures are their idea of pizzas with double toppings. Won't be back. Not worth the $45 for two pizzas. And their "sorry" was extra packets of pepper flakes, which we don't eat.

I get there & my pizza was knocked off the counter & onto the floor. So now my pizza is finally ready at 7:07. A full half hour late. I got an apology but that doesn’t really replace my wasted lunch break sitting in the lobby.

We ordered delivery they use Door Dash we live in a mobile home park we she got here she stopped at the first trailer just put the order on the steps and drove off when we called and told them she came back picked it up and then drove to our trailer I refused the order .Wife called Popa John's store was told it wasn't there problem take it up with Door Dash hopefully they won't be in business to much longer here in town

Our order was made at 7:23 pm and we did not receive it until 9:38 pm. The pizza and wings were cold and soggy. Money wasted. We ordered online and had it delivered.
