Typical Chili’s. Service was great, prices are what they are. Food is hit or miss. Steak was cooked well but mashed potatoes tasted bitter.

My recent curbside experience at Chili's in Brenham was pretty good! Here's the breakdown: The Good: * Sliders & Spring Rolls: Both were surprisingly delicious - flavorful and satisfying. * Curbside Pickup: Super easy process - ordered online, and food was ready quickly. The Not-So-Great: * Nothing major! It's Chili's, so you know what to expect – not gourmet, but reliable chain food. When drying back to Austin from Houston we just wanted something familiar we could trust. Chili’s is one of our favorite chains. I like to give this one five stars, but the seat was torn on our booth and the bathrooms were filthy. Other than that the food was delicious and the president margarita is a much better bargain and tastes better than the one I had at pappasito’s just two nights before.

Overall, everything at this Chili’s was just average. We were able to be seated right away but unfortunately, our order was messed up. We asked for a chicken sandwich to have no pickles, and when we got it, it came with pickles. We also mentioned to the waitress that two people in our party were going to split a chicken sandwich, but the waitress literally brought out a half a chicken sandwich for each person and a small order of fries on each plate. This surprise me, because we were planning on cutting the sandwich ourselves and dividing up the fries. I definitely think since they did it themselves at the restaurant we got less fries than we normally would. Again, the waitress never gave us this option and just automatically brought out two halves. The food was a very salty but it was fresh and hot when it arrived at our table. Due to this restaurant, being empty at the time that we were seated, I think the wait staff should have paid a little bit more attention to the order, to ensure it was exactly how we wanted it.

Stopped here for lunch/dinner. I ordered the BBQ Beer wings, YUM! A Caesar salad and a prickly pear margarita. Everything was great except the margarita - too sweet. But my oh my the wings were great! So were the French fries strings my husband ordered. It was a bit expensive although though for a lunch/dinner. But forgiven because of the wings!

Called in a order, spent 121.00 ordered the surf and turf steak was supposed to be well done , with steamed broccoli and potatoes, got a medium cooked steak, loaded mac and cheese and loaded potatoes. Lid wouldn't close on food and liquid from steak waste in bag, ultimate pasta was dry, reg pasta was ok and tripper dipper had too much sauce on wings and chicken crisper. Drove 32 miles home and food was disappointing . Had to wait about 40 min and young lady was rude

The waitress was more worried about the table behind us with beer then us. We sat for over 45mins on Refill for our drinks even after asked twice. The food was way under cooked and not consistent. Was almost double charged on things. When called out waitress got frustrated and went to the manager.

This place used to be very good with everything, I don't know what's going on now. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger meal online, and when I spoke to this lady that seem to maybe be a manger picked up my order, everything that I asked not to be on the burger was on the burger with no mushrooms at all and a few grilled onions like literally a few as in a pinch hardly could tell they were any at all. I notified an employee of the issue. I think Mel was her name, who made me aware that they were out of mushrooms and that she'll have them remake the whole order over, but the manager I assume that was in a red shirt never said anything about any issues when I picked up my order. Mel brings my order back out, and even though they were out of mushrooms, there still was a pinch of grilled onions which you would think they would accommodate you more since they're out of what I actually ordered, which I honestly should've never been charged for since I got the bare minimum burger and not what I actually asked for due to shortage of products. So I had to ask for a side of grilled onions, which Mel and another employee helped me out with. Staff was great besides the lady not telling me anything once I picked up the order, she just let me grab and go and never confirmed anything. Food was most definitely bad or a fail for me due to all the corrections that had taken place. I feel I was overcharged as well, which should've been corrected.

I have always been on the fence when it comes to chili's, but my experience here was mediocre at best. It took a while to be seated. The service was alright at best. The chipotle honey chicken crispers were either overcooked or reheated. Either way they were like rubber and tough, and only half covered in sauce. And when it came time to pay my tab my server vanished. Definitely not impressed and probably will not return.

Worst steak I have ever had in my life. $30 for greasy slimy piece of fat. Absolutely disgusting

This was my second attempt to try this chili's. The staff were great, the food sucked. Do not eat here is my conclusion. Who wants to use their hard earned dollars for a meal that meets them half way. $21+ for this?? They were not busy, and it took 20+minutes for them to serve me. Not worth the visit.
