This location is very busy... but only the drive thru. Only two other customers were waiting or ordering inside, while the drive thru line wrapped almost to front of the building . Unfortunately outside long line means inside long wait. But service was friendly, they worked fast to crank out drinks, and apologized (very nice of them but not necessary)

This by far is the best Starbucks that I have been to. The service was great. I never knew that if you bring your own cup that you get a 10 cent discount!! The person there told me though as I asked if I could use my own cup. I also ordered hot tea with a little ice and then it was too cold. She took it back without hesitation and said she was there to serve me and would do whatever to make sure it was right! That was wonderful. Very friendly servers there. Would recommend to anyone. It is also in a great location and visible from 290. It sits in a shopping center across the highway from HEB. It is also very near Blinn College.

There is ZERO reasons for this location to have this many bad reviews!! Yall are impatient!! The service has always been excellent whenever I go, and my drink/snacks are always delicious.

This is a great Starbucks. I am always welcomed in and I get my order in a timely manner. Everything I order always tastes good. I like the music that they play. It is also a relaxing place to do work online.

I had no problem with wait times at 2pm. Did an online order and it was ready minutes before the estimated time. Drink was perfect, inside was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The location was really nice too, makes it easy to hop off the highway.

Great location! Easy in & out! Parking options were great — not blocked by the drive-thru line, which often happens at a Starbucks. Clean restrooms, friendly service. Will stop in the next time I’m in town.

Awesome staff, coolest Starbucks I've been IN, drive thru is the same, and fast. -Fast forward 9 months later-These guys did it again, given that it wasn't exactly a rush, but, the two or employees working this morning at 5:30am, have a good system, I had my coffee as soon as I ordered it, I sat down for literally 1 second, I applaud you guys, great job, and teamwork.

I never leave reviews, but I stopped here on a road trip completely drained and stressed, and everyone in the store was just so incredibly kind. I didn't manage to catch her name, but one of the baristas and I started talking about Iowa because I'm moving there, and she made me feel more confident about my decision. The kindness of strangers really makes a difference.

Put in a mobile online order, food and drink ready in less than 10 minutes. Walked into store and every employee greeted me with a warm smile and hello. The online pickup station was very clean and organized and while I was only in the store for less than 1 minute the customer service left a wonderful lasting impression! Food and drink were perfect and tasted great!

I believe this location is new, and I’m so happy to know it’s so close to Waller! The nearest one used to be all the way in Cypress, so this is really exciting. Now we’ll be able to enjoy Starbucks without having to drive so far. It’s such a sweet little convenience that makes everyday life just a bit cozier!

The coffee was excellent, as per usual and should be. One of the things I love about Starbucks is the atmosphere. I can work and drink great coffee. There are plenty of power outlets, decent and not too loud music, creating the right environment. Service was very good, just not all that quick.

The staff is really hit or miss. I would have to say that I've had nicer people at different starbucks. Today the frappuccino was bland. Even though I ordered the same exact thing every time I go to Starbucks for over a decade now. I actually developed my spiel by conversing with another Starbucks employee on how to make my drink perfect.

First time stopping here. I was on my way to Austin, needed coffee. Place was surprisingly clean and neat. The customer service was excellent. I love that they know the locals by name and had the sweetest experience watching George being served with love and patience. Our drinks were made just like we ordered. Thank you for your kind service and keep up the excellent work and service. I did not get names, but everyone on shift on 10/19/23 morning was just superb! 👌🏼 👏 👍 😀

The lady at the window was so over run but she did such a great job. She even went out of her way to make the drink I wanted that they no longer serve on the menu and let me know it wasn’t a problem for her at all. She realized I was having a rough day and left a sweet message and smiley face on my cup! It made my day! I didn’t catch her name, but whoever she is, thank you for that!

my way home from a day trip . I stopped . Drive through , which usually wouldn’t get 5 stars from me. The barista young woman brunette who’s name escapes me. My drink was great the service outstanding. She noticed my dog and added a pupcino to my order.

Luckily, we weren't in a hurry. Because we waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru before I decided to park and walk in. They were working fast, but with 6 people, they still had difficulty keeping up with the orders.

I always go to this location and always receive awesome service, but today they dropped the ball long story short. I didn't receive my drinks that I placed through the app. I called corporate to ask for a refund. The lady I spoke with was very nice and apologized and issued a refund as well. Im not going to say I won't be back, but it may be awhile I understand people have bad day's. Yes they were busy I took that in consecration and waited still didn't receive my order. After a couple of weeks I gave it another try. Everything was perfect this morning. Thank you guys

Went thru the drive thru about 2:50 yesterday and the person that took my order and the person at the window were absolutely the most friendly and polite Starbucks employees I’ve seen in a long time. My order was made correctly and I wish I would have written down the girls names . Keep up the positivity! Y’all are rockstars ! 🥰

It’s an okay spot. Nothing special besides long lines and wait time. I was told two times I’d be helped and I just walked away because that wasn’t happening. Anyways I came back in just for a restart and the place looks kinda messy. I don’t see them having enough time wiping down tables. So cleanliness was a miss for me. Not a lot of chatter, really dense atmosphere. I will say they do their jobs really well. They don’t miss at all. I got the Iced white chocolate mocha no whip cream , vanilla sweet cream cold foam. They do have little relationships with some customers as well. When they are busy they are busy. Overall a great place for coffee but not good on waiting.

Because this is the only Starbucks in the area it is always very busy. Despite that the staff work extremely well together and get the beverages out as quickly as possible. They are also always smiling despite the rude impatient customers.

The manager delivered my coffee to me in the cafe and made polite conversation while he made my drink. The amazing barista in the drive thru multi-tasked to take my order and grind my coffee for me, all while maintaining a positive attitude and warm smile. Overall, it was a wonderful Starbucks experience. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. We will be returning soon!

This location is always consistent with the quality you expect from Starbucks. Service is always friendly. When I've been inside it is always clean. I knocked off 1 star because the drive thru always seems a tad slower that other locations . I wish I could only knock 1/2 a star for that but do want to call it out. It doesn't deter me from visiting when I'm in town.

Almost always a great location some days are faster then others though. In general the staff have good attitudes and big smiles (behind masks!) They still are out of some items/syrups, for whatever reason I can buy them online easily (I bought a bottle of Toffee Nut Syrup from Monin) yet Starbucks can't. Overall a good stop if you aren't in a hurry.

Little slow but I'm not a regular to Starbucks so it may just be cause of all the orders ahead of me even though there weren't a lot of people(possibly call in orders my guess) but over all very pleased

The barista, Joy, was absolutely amazing! She was calm and efficient even on a Black Friday morning. Why I only gave 3 stars is because of the “management” sitting on her laptop ,amongst the chaos , not helping her team at all. When we walked in the door, it sounded as though she was giving an employee some sort of review or corrective action at the front table. As a former manager, I was always the front line of defense, not an observer.

It's STARBUCKS. You know what you are getting. Sugar and Milk with a splash of coffee. The flavor is pretty consistent across the brand. This trip involved long wait lines and slow service. The lady at the register was nice and friendly, but to the point she was slowing down an already busy drive through as she carefully handed us each beverage like it was breakable and examined all the ingredients in each beverage. Not a terrible experience, but 15 minutes in a STARBUCKS drive through on a Monday afternoon is a bit excessive.

This Starbucks is very conveniently located on the feeder of the highway. We always stop here on our trips to Cameron and Rockdale. We have noticed that the new coffee blend is not very good. The store didn't look as clean as before and the personnel didn't seem to care of your coffee comes the way you wanted it or if the register has paper to give you your receipt. We'll try again next time, and hopefully it'll get better again.

Never have a problem with the service. It is definitely annoying though when I visit they are always out of the same creamers and syrups. If you can, order more consistently please. I got a bagel one time and was told that they were out of cream cheese.. like if you're out of cream cheese you improvise and buy more at a local store until next shipment? If star bucks doesn't give out a corporate credit card to the manager that runs the location for those kind of expenditures that's crazy for as big of a company they are.

Friendly staff, but they were out of a lot of the food selections. I like the drink flavors, but would easily choose another coffee option if it were available just because Starbucks in general is a liberal and is one of the first stores that allowed men and women to use the same bathrooms. They like to be trendy, but having family and Godly values is what I value.

Staff is always nice, but they seem to be perpetually under-staffed. I feel bad for the ones who actually show up and try at this location - everything always takes so long (even mobile orders) and I’m sure they get a lot of flack from customers for that reason. It seems like it more be more of a management issue that anything, though that is purely speculation.

We stopped by this Starbucks on our way home to Houston. The coffee came out rather quickly, but it was burnt and our order was not made correctly. The bathrooms (both of them) also had looked like they were not cleaned all day. The trash can was full, there were paper towels and trash all over the floor and there was no soap in the soap dispensers. Good for a quick stop, but they should take a little more time to clean stuff up.

They have never gotten my drink wrong, but they are always so slow if you go through the drive-thru. It never fails, as soon as I drive up to order, they always ask for me to hold a moment. If you're in a hurry, this is not the place to stop and get coffee.

I used to love this Starbucks but they remodeled and I have been less pleased ever since. Long waits for service and for drinks. Sandwich not ready after long wait for drink. 5 people behind the counter yet but rarely all actually working at the same time. Not fabulous.

We didn't see social distance measures being implemented, and the line moved really slow. Other than that it was ok for a coffee break, I just wish they wouldn't had taken so long to do 2 frapps and a water.

Usually a great store and experience, I will say though if you mobile order you may have to get it remade depending on who makes it. I've had a few girls (maybe new Im not sure) who have yet to make my drink properly. They don't put extra ice, forget my extra cold foam, etc, one girl is defensive with remakes as well. I've mentioned Skyler doing this to the manager but I guess nothing came of it because I just have to leave with a messed up drink if it's her because I don't want to deal with that attitude.

Drive through was super backed up even before I got there, and the lady in front of me had a long chat with the employee at the window after she'd received her order. I had at least three cars behind me by the time she left. My drinks were ready (and sweating - clearly had been sitting a while) when I got to the window, but I'd driven away before realizing she didn't give me a straw for the blended frap... not impressed overall.

Went in twice today. First time was decent. I was welcomed and waited alittle bit for my refresher. Wasn’t shaken so the taste was off. The second time I went, I mobile ordered. 15 minutes from placing to when I went to pick it up. Once I walked in, there was no welcome. The girl at the bar with short hair and bangs ignored me and walked away to chat with the blonde hair chick. Beth came around the corner with a smile and handed me my drink. My drink again wasn’t shaken so it didn’t mix. I walked out with no one saying anything. Not such a welcoming place anymore since all the OG baristas left.

Way under staffed. Staff was nice, but it did take over 45 minutes to get my drink. I also saw people lose about 10 orders along the way. They had way too many orders per worker that morning.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes, they were very slow, did not get what was ordered, they ran out of coconut milk, and whipped cream. Not the same friendliness I am used to at other Starbucks. Overall- not a good experience.

As a frequent Starbucks customer, especially in the city of Houston where I commute daily for work...I am most often highly impressed with the training, professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and customer service of most every Starbucks I go to. Not true at all for this location in Brenham. Especially the older gentleman (should definitely know better with supposed age/experience) that was working the drive-thru on September 4th, 2021 at 3:30pm to 4pm. After sitting in the drive-thru WAY past (20 minutes) my Starbucks APP projected pickup time of 3:38pm...I patiently did not mention my wait and just kindly asked for my mobile order under my "name". The aforementioned man working the window snapped at me that "you didn't notify us at the box?" I said, "No sir, in town (Houston) they allow/sometimes prefer I just roll to the window and ask for my order especially because my truck is loud and it has never been an issue." His response was, "You NEED to be SURE next time you always be sure to notify at the box!" This was said very rudely. I have never been told there was a specific rule to this app ordering but I have never had an issue and most certainly never been snapped at (as a paying customer who just sat 20 minutes past pickup time without complaining) as rudely as this man did. I'm open to criticism and being instructed if there is some Starbucks rule on how you pick up your order but this man's customer service was all off. Based on the wait time and his attitude...looks like this particular store is not up to par which is surprising...being in the country and not even used to the extreme traffic and pressure of the big city. Shame shame.

Always so slow. Something is always wrong at this location. This was final straw. Mobile order is on BUT the store front is back to being closed. The line is 30 minutes long for cars. So over this location. Brenham needs another coffee option.

Coffee and food were great as always, service however was not good. I waited for almost 30 minutes after getting my coffee for my sandwich, watching several people who ordered after me receive their food items first. Everything felt rushed when attempting to talk with staff and overall not enjoyable

The drive thru wait time is absolutely insane, no matter the time of day, and your order is likely to be incorrect. The staff are always sweet but otherwise the experience is seriously lacking

I'm not one to leave negative reviews unless its Really bad, but this place needs a restart. Waited 3 full minutes before my order was taken (there was nobody in line ahead of me) then waited 19 minutes for 2 very simple drinks, when they weren't even busy. The staff is unfriendly and slow, slow, slooooowww.

Update: Weekend lines are very long. I was stuck in the drive through for an hour one day and Saturday morning lines can take up to a half hour to 45 minutes.

First time at this location. Went in to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. It took forever as the 2 batista were fulfilling mobile orders over in person. I sat for at least 15-20 min. Not a friendly crew and no Christmas music, just Brittany Spears pop garbage. Won't go back.

45 minutes in the drive-thru for a $7 melted frappe is wild. I was confused when she handed it to me because it was unrecognizable as a frappe. Just don't order ahead of time and it'll probably be ok? I've had good drinks here but like, c'mon.

It would be 5 stars bc most employees are nice here but I’m just honestly tired of my drinks being made wrong. This is the 3rd time this month I’ve had an issue. The first time I didn’t complain, my drink was overly SWEET. The 2nd time they forgot my cold foam, they did replace the drink, now this time I asked for a Grande iced caramel macchiato with a *LITTLE* bit of caramel at the bottom of the cup, they filled the bottom of the cup with so much caramel it was just overpowering I had to transfer my coffee to another cup at home and add instant espresso into it because it tasted like nothing but milk and sweet syrups! Honestly when I see them making the drinks the cup is almost full of milk with a SPLASH of espresso and it’s upsetting especially when you pay for extra espresso and the drink still tastes like milk and syrup. Do better.

We tried to come for a family morning enjoying coffee and the manager and a staff member were having a meeting in the main area with other customers around at tables. The manager talked so loud and was discussing syrup built up and other issues happening at the location and made it really hard to enjoy anything. Not sure why they didn’t have this meeting around the corner at a non main table you probably do not want customers hearing the things you were saying.

The drive thru is so slow. This last time we waited 40 minutes and our two coffees were done incorrectly. The staff is nice but that’s not acceptable in the drive thru and it’s all the time. Definitely need to find a new coffee place.

Today I just bought 3 cups 2 drinks 2 cakes and the attitude of the cashier girl was too rude and bad to us, we didn’t do anything to her but we received bad service, I will never come back to brenham starbucks, I got a terrible experience. At 3 pm we came here.

The ONE time I go inside to order and it was an absolute disaster. We went in because my husband wanted to ask the barista if they happened to find any ear buds left behind yesterday and instead of just saying "no". She (orange and white striped shirt and long brown hair) says "that's not really our responsibility to hold onto stuff, that's yours). Which is true, but that's not what was asked. I then tried to order my drink and she kept saying "uh-huh, yeah". I REPEATED my order because there was no way I thought she heard me with her all of her "uhh-huhs". And when I got my drink of course it's not what I ordered.. I love all of the other staff there and they are always the most pleasant people! But that girl, that was my first encounter and first time seeing her, and I wouldn't want to deal with her again.

I ordered bunches of things. Especially one of the is the matcha frap with 7 scoops of matcha with no whipped, but they gave me the venti matcha frap with whipped and taste like water. I also ordered the avocado spread but they forgor it. The caramel macchiato also taste like nothing even though I wanted extra caramel drizzle. Really bad experience with this location. Never coming back again

This Starbucks has gone downhill very quickly. Of late any time I go there is a mile long line for drive thru and if I go inside it’s a disorganized mess. If I place a mobile order 90% of the time it’s not ready at all and end up having to wait or made incorrectly. Today I went inside to order with my mom she got her drink in minutes my order took over 18 minutes from placing to getting it. I had to ask twice were my order was as 4 other customers got their orders placed and received before I got mine and they came in after me. To top it off after having to wait my drink it was made with the wrong milk even after verifying at placing my order that it was non fat I was given regular and unfortunately has caused an allergic reaction. I honestly hope things change or I might start having to drive to the sealy location for coffee

Had a mobile order on a Sunday morning and the inside was closed. Extremely disappointed because the app didn’t say anything about it and the drive thru line was extremely long, which caused us to be late to church. Also, the app has been down several times over the past few months.

Where's there sense of urgency to take care of customers inside the store? They only focus on drive thru mainly. The manager was just sitting in the lobby with the district manager and didn't come help the girls in the back until 10 mins of me standing there almost before she helped me. This has been the slowest location I've been to from Memphis all the way to TX.

Every time the wait is insane and the drinks do not taste what you would expect from Starbucks. The drinks are always off and not worth the long wait. Proper training would do this location some good. I do not like writing bad reviews but after about the 10th bad experience it see's fit.

Went to this Starbucks yesterday May 1 between 4 and 4:30pm. They were not that busy. Forgot my order, had to make it over after they did make it. Since we bought this on the run, when I did drink it, it was the wrong tea. Very disappointed. We had been at my mom's house all day cleaning to put the house up for sale. Really looking forward to my tea. UGH, it was horrible. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't.

I placed an online order which I did not realize I had made for a store back in my home town until I got to the window. We got to the speaker stated mobile order for Veronica which we stared 2 were ordered. Was told to move up to the window by the young lady. She asked what did you order because it did not come through. That's when I realized I ordered from the wrong place. She said you have two reorder and go around again. I asked I used points to get my order how do I get that done and gave us a blank stare. She did not smile or gave a solution to help us. So we lost 400 points and left without any coffee. I have done this by accident back home and they team members there were so helpful and accommodating. I've never had such bad service at a starbucks before. I was very disappointed on how unfriendly this young lady was and did seem to care we lost points etc... I understand that I should have paid better attention. When passing through Brenham again I will not stop there again.

Super slow service you would be better off going to a local coffee shop downtown. Almost 30 min in drive-through, which is crazy. They should take a lesson from chick filet on drive through time but Starbucks doesn't care about that.

I love Starbucks, but I’m so fed up with this store. They have made me late to school and work multiple times for taking excessively long on my order (20-30 minutes). The staff is not very friendly or very will to help you.

Stopped in for a drink, I received terrible attitude and terrible service. The very lengthy wait wouldn’t have been so bad, but they were rude. Next time, I’ll drink whatever stale gas station coffee.

Disappointed in the service. Drink was adequate. Understaffed contributed to bad service. ******Disrespectful teenagers sitting on the community breakfast table/bar EVEN though chairs were available. This is where people eat!!!!! Starbucks managers unresponsive…..

Long wait and terrible pumpkin cream cold brews (purchased a venti and grande, both had same issues). Not sweet at all, no flavor, and no pumpkin spice. Tasted like gas station coffee. Such a let down. Update- response to Starbucks reply: Customers should not have to wait even longer to have a drink made the right way. These are standard things in the pumpkin drinks. Please train your team and correct the problem instead of putting it on customers.

Screw this place. Stuck un a drive thru at 5pm, they dont have the wraps? No one can back anyone up for me to get out. Just sat 20 min in a drive thru, without being able to order the item I wanted.

I’ve been to this location numerous times, but I’m not sure I’ll ever be back. It took them way too long to make me a black coffee. I get it, sometimes people get busy, but the store was disgusting, stuff all over the floor, and the cup they handed me was sticky. Do better.

Extremely slow. Order said ready to go and they said it wasn’t…. I figure they’re trying to make their speed look faster for their internal metrics, but it took literally 35 minutes! Ridiculous and never again.

I placed my order on the app, waited in line for over 20 minutes, and then the employee finally told me they didn't have my drink and that I should choose something else. What? Why isn't the app updated? Why don't they tell you from the first window that your coffee option is sold out? Why wait until the end to tell you this? And they take another 5 minutes to make your drink.

Horrible service! Arrived about 9:20am. Couple people in store already ordered waiting for their orders. Placed our order and received food for two people promptly. Our two drinks a pink drink and a caramel coffee drink took 30 minutes! Completely unexceptable! Not to mention the coffee was ready first, called my name drinks setting counter. Pink drink gets made and placed on the stand- no name called! Realized a couple minutes later as my name went to order completed! This is the time service has been this bad! I will never go there again! Plus WAY over priced!

We had a friendly beresta but, they took forever to make the drinks and they got our order wrong. They didn't even bother to ask if we wanted our lemon loaf warmed and the drive through line took forever to get through. Do not recommend!

Please consider reworking the drive thru setup or relocating. Customers are always selfishly blocking the tiny area cars can pass through just to get freaking coffee. Ridiculous.

I’ve been in big cities and in smaller cities than Brenham that have Starbucks and none of them take this long. I’ve waited almost an hour on multiple occasions for my drink. The few times I’ve sat inside the service was incredibly rude and made me never want to come back. The food is always fine but also upon waiting so long a lot of times my drinks were messed up or melted.
