Opinions de Round N Round Pot Brisbane
I found a hidden gem in this neighborhood ! I used to go to seapot on Daly City , but after coming to here at Round and Round , I will be coming here more often. Not to mentioned , there are more cooked food here and service here is way better. (chicken wings are the BOMB) Atmosphere is just right , music level is not too loud and I was able to talk across my table. There are wide varieties of dessert and fruits to pick from, from ice cream to puddings. The last thing I look at are the restrooms. I really hate going into a dirty restroom at a Restaurant , especially with kids. One of the biggest reason is that the floor is wet at other restaurants. This restroom was clean , and I don’t mind going in with my kids more than once at this place. For sure i will return again for dinner or even lunch at this restaurant . Highly recommend!
Round and round pot is definitely the best hot pot restaurant I've been to. Prices are right, there is a huge variety of options and nothing was stale. There is a huge appetite buffet and a green tea ice cream machine. We got excellent service from who was definitely the owner. Will be back!!
Great little hot pot place with a wide variety of soups and great cuts of your favorite meat. You have your own pot to make your own amazing broth, and a nice selection sauces to make your own personalized dipping sauce. The new addition of a buffet hot bar enhances the wide variety of delectables during your visit. And a fun soft serve machine to end your meal.
Great place to hot pot. I like being able to see all the little dishes and choose what you want. All booth seating. Sauce bar has everything to make your own sauce. Dessert bar with soft serve and jellos. My favorite meat is the lamb. It’s very soft and not chewy or tough. Staff is fast and always asking if you need more meat, soup and clearing away empty dishes.
Conveyor belt hot pot $31! We loved the variety of items. My favorites are beef balls, spam, peeled shrimp, wontons, thin noodles, fatty beef, 1/2 a lobster tail and cheesecake. The service was excellent. I really liked how the conveyor belt worked and the dishes are tiny so you can try different items. We all walked away happily stuffed. Great job Round N Round. This place is incredible.
My mom brought me here for lunch and it did not disappoint! It's conveyor belt dining and all you can eat!! One of my favorite part is probably that each person gets their own hot pot and you can customize what you want to put in it. The waitstaff asked what meat we wanted with our meal and we asked for chicken, pork belly and beef. All delicious! The conveyor belt had seafood, tofu, veggies, wantons, seafood balls etc and even dessert. I was not a fan of the liquid desserts 😒 but liked the others and the fresh fruits. Drinks are extra. There is a sauce station at the far wall and also raw eggs to add to your soup. The people were very nice and they kept replenishing your pot with soup until you ask them not to😋 We will definitely come back again!
So much to choose from. Broth was delicious. They give you a seafood platter to start with. It had scallops, fresh fish balls and half a lobster tail. The pictures were all the items we picked off the conveyer belt minus the sea food platter. I personally prefer the seperate pots system as it is easier to manage allergies and preferences with spice in food. For $33 per person it was well worth it.
A good selection of items and meats coming around the railings. Also, the cheap lobster coming is fine too, just remember to cook it for a longer. The different hotpots is a nice edition versus sharing. Also, look at those side dishes (and sauces)
Fabulous all you can eat. Ok. Go hungry. They provide some great hot pot options. Pick a base. Pick a meat. Then pick any of the vegetables, seafoods, mushrooms, noodles, meats that come around on the conveyor belt. If you run out of meat, they will bring more. Best of all they offer some uncommon innards: liver, tongue, trip. They also brought us a plate of seafood that included 1/2 lobster tail, scallops, oyster, and fish balls. That was not on the menu and we were not expecting it. Deserts were ho hum but was so full it did not matter. Drinks were half off for the month of November. Great food and great deal!
I went to this place during their soft opening with the free Seafood dish special. This is an all you can eat hot pot for fixed price but the side dishes come to you on a conveyor belt. In addition to this you get to choose one of four different types of meat which is also unlimited. I chose the beef and it was a nicely marbled rib cut thinly sliced. The beef here is as good as any other Shabu place, in my opinion, is far superior to Seaport which is also a conveyer belt hotpot place. The fix priced all-you-can-eat dining makes this a excellent value based on the high quality ingredients and excellent soup stock options. I choose the Malay soup stock which is basically a Chinese herbal soup, and it was excellent. My friends chose the Sichuan spicy soup base which was also good if you want spicy.
Their drinks are really good I personally like the jasmine milk tea with boba and the lemon iced tea The food options are really intriguing and it’s such a good deal! Dinner has a few more options but is a little more expensive
Hot pot is hot stuff. You get your own pot with conduction heater per person, filled with your choice of soup, then you just keep adding! The food conveyor runs by your table and you can put whatever you want into the pot. Choices of meat and lobster are brought with soup. Incredible service, very quick and plenty of attention. Great experience and a better idea of a buffet. Left satisfied and knowing that I'd be back.

The food and cooking style is AWESOME. What I didn't like, is the last 10 minutes before I was to leave, two customers decided to step, just outside of the entrance door, and smoke. Smoke was coming into the restaurant, nasty. I went up to the cashier to pay, and told him, he just looked at me like, what's your problem???

Came here with my husband on New Years Eve morning for lunch. They have great customer service. Best price around the Bay Area for Hot Pot. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants hot pot with affordable prices and great service.
Great spot to enjoy hot pot. They have variety of appetizers and much more. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

This place is really well priced (72.50 for 2) and has amazing food. The service is absolutely amazing they always encourage you to get some more from the included buffet bar for the AYCE, get more plates of meat, and tell you to get ice cream to go after paying. Absolutely Amazing in all ways. Definitely try if you're in the area. Will be coming back asap!
This place recently popped up on my Yelp suggestions. It's always nice to see another Hot Pot place near me. I've been here twice since it opened and I'm sure I'll be back again. This place uses the concept of conveyor belt service. I think following the success of Seapot in San Mateo, more places will be looking into conveyor belt delivery. The only thing that doesn't come by conveyor belt is your meats. The variety of conveyor belt items is actually pretty good it improved from the first time that I came by. I didn't realize it was one long belt until I actually looked back. Overall the place is pretty good the food is plentiful and there's no real rush when you're eating. When I came for dinner there seem to be a much longer wait, but when I was there for lunch not many people were there. Service can be a little slow with ordering meat. The first time I went I had the Miso which didn't have much flavor. The second time I got the century egg and cilantro which tasted much better. All in all this place is decent and it has a parking lot.
Round n Round Hot Pot has the conveyor belt delivery system, which, to me, adds to the AYCE eating experience. Each person enjoys from their personal hot pot instead of a giant communal pot. Love personalize. So many choices. Just because it’s a personal hot pot doesn’t mean you can’t still eat family style. The benefit of eating with chopsticks is that extra reach. Select your broth Select your meat (which is AYCE) Go to the sauce station and make your sauce And you are ready to go. Everything else that goes into the hot pot comes to your table via the conveyor system. R&R has excellent green vegis choices. Lots of tofu, soy based choices too. Very good bouncy fish balls, calamari balls. Meatballs were meh. Rice noodles were less than meh. Too starchy and does not hold up in the broth. The lotus roots were extra tasty. Taro slices were excellent. Seafood choices include scallops, clams, mussels, shrimps. The desserts were ok. Though I like the variety of Asian (white tree fungus, sweetened taro) and western style (cake, cheesecake) among others. The food is good. I wouldn’t say it’s great. But I would still come back because it was more than good enough. Service was excellent. I didn’t take enough pictures, mostly because I was too distracted with enjoying the food and the fun.
The seafood was fresh, but there were limited choices. The plate with a half lobster tail was courtesy of a special promotion. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Pro: Prices can be counted as reasonable for lunch, given it is all you can eat. Service is polite and friendly. Space is kept decently clean. Con: Soup is lacking in flavor. Sauce station was pretty lacking in variety, the green onion ran out quickly. Meat comes in small trays, refills are slow in coming... makes sense, you fill up on the less expensive stuff. Conveyor ingredients all look like they came out of a can or the bargain section of your local asian market. The conveyor layout is also a major weakness. We we were seated at the furthest point from the kitchen so all the good stuff tend to be gone before we have a chance to see it.
Yea this place is alright. I've never been to a turn-style hot pot place before, but it is AYCE. The ingredients come in small sizes, so less wastage happens. It can be a little annoying (or fun, depends on how evil you are) to spy for ingredients and try to take them before the other tables do. It was decent and they did have a pretty okay selection of ingredients. I would come again.
When it comes to hot pot, everything boils down to the broth — both literal and figurative. A conveyor belt serves up a near dizzying array of fresh vegetables, various noodles, seafood and dessert. Thinly sliced meats, served upon request. Complimentary tray of half lobster tail, fish ball and scallop, a nice touch. The Sichuan broth, however, was only passingly ma-la — leaving the palette still craving that quintessential spicy numbing flavor by the end. For the price point, might be best to explore other options.
