I desperately needed a shoulder, neck and upper back massage. Coco was amazing. She gave me a full body treatment and I didn’t have to say a word. She knew exactly the spots that needed a little extra pressure. She checked in with me as needed and worked her magic. This isn’t a spa, so if you’re looking for that fancy stuff, private room, and all the fixings..this isn’t that type of place. It’s local, affordable and perfect if you’re needing a quick, no-frills fix to relieve some tension or discomfort. Definitely will be returning for Coco!

i had a truly wonderful experience. the prices are unbeatable. i have some chronic muscle pain so this was all about working some of that out. i left the building already able to stand up taller and with better posture without pain. this is not necessary the quietest or most relaxing atmosphere for someone looking for more of a spa vibe BUT if you need some pain relief from a great massage this is where you gotta go. also: tip these employees well! just because the prices are so affordable doesn’t mean you gotta take advantage of their labor. note about the picture: the sign made me laugh and i wanted to include it

Straightforward reflexology that left my feet and body feeling amazing. After I left I felt the effects throughout the day. This was not the most glamorous place but it did the trick for quick same day appointment and quality service. I found it easy to get to after I got off the train.

I had a really awesome full body massage and reflexology. I even went for the added cupping service, which was painful but I guess I needed it. I would have rated this establishment 5 stars just for the service alone! But what I really and truly didn’t appreciate was being hounded for tips! That’s is not ok! People are paying full price for a service and come to relax. You cannot dictate to someone what to tip. If it’s that serious that you are stopping people from leaving your establishment, then raise your prices! Seriously it’s not cute and it doesn’t make anyone want to come back.

Love this place but there is a new lady there that isn’t very good. I’m not sure if she is still learning but she needs to be better trained. The massage is not thorough and is inconsistent. I will only be getting a massage from the older lady from now on. They should also work on the cleanliness a little more. The sheets and towels smell like old oil. I don’t know how often they are changed. The prices are great though. Thanks for your response but based on the smell of the towel I covered with I am sure you don’t change those after each customer. I was there for a massage with my husband and is only 2 person there. They have to stop to take care the phone or anybody that knock on the door.

I'm bumping my review from 4 to 2 stars. After coming for the past year and receiving solid massages from the two regulars, I just worked with a masseuse I've never seen before. It was a forceful, uneven massage and she raked over my spine a number of times, even after I told her it hurt. I wish I'd stopped the massage sooner, because two days later my back is a total mess. The sheet on the massage table also seemed a little scummy, like they hadn't changed it recently, and it was damp around the face hole. It took at least five minutes for me to convey these concerns, and only after using Google translate was I able to get switched to a different room. I'm sorry to say I won't be returning anymore, and would recommend caution when coming here. Not all the masseuses are equally well-trained, and the cleanliness seems so-so.

The way they demand tips makes u think they ain’t getting paid enough to do there jobs my oh my. I saw them catch other customers off guard with how shifty they asked for money. For the price of two people it was okay, the massage was a bit rough but they really ruined it by the time we tried to leave. It looks like they need to renovate the place a bit too. The service here was absolutely awful. I showed up excited that I could afford a massage after being so achy and overworked. I presented my Groupon voucher from my Google Wallet and the masseuse took a photo. As I was undressing in the curtained stall (they don't actually have separate rooms), she BARGED IN while I was nearly naked and put a phone in my face without a word. (Btw that HURT my jaw soo bad after!! Jaw massage needs to be gentle!!) So I asked to get another 15 on my feet and she nodded but didn't move. I gave her $20. She gave $5 back and I told her to keep it. She gave me the 15 on my feet and legs. I gave her another $20 and asked for change. She looked confused and gave me a post-it. I wrote $7 and said "I want to give you more tip, $7". She went to the back and gave me $7. I tried explaining it to her and used the post-it, but she couldn't understand and started yelling at me in Chinese! Another woman came and I explained everything. She gave me my change and they went to the back. No apology, nothing. I left much more stressed than when I arrived. Plus the ambiance is horrible. You can hear everything inside and outside the place. I asked for the music to be turned up bc it was at a whisper in the beginning and the masseuse didn't understand me for a while. Someone let their phone ring without silencing multiple times!! Ask people to silence their phones!! And if you have a person-facing role, you should have basic knowledge of the common language of the people you face!! Absolutely ridiculous, and I say this as an immigrant with parents whose whole family had to learn the language when we came here.

The massage room itself did have a fan but that kind of felt like a slap in the face. 5. TIME MANAGEMENT ! My appointment started at maybe 9:03 - 9:05 every place I’ve ever been to uses a timer to ensure every minute payed for it worth it. My massage felt rushed and I was indeed skimped on 3-5 mins of my massage she also didn’t follow the request of the package I chose. She stopped my massage literally as soon as it hit 10:15 she should have stopped at 10:16 even if she was counting my massage appointment from the second I walked in. 5. LASTLY PAYMENT! On their site they have a couple of packages one being $69.99 which I chose and we discussed prior to my appointment. To add cupping it was only $20. I did the math prior to arriving at the front desk to pay it would have been $90 and I was leaving a $15 tip. She quoted me $95. Already dissatisfied with my experience I didn’t even ask any questions and just handed her the money i previously set aside. If she decided to overcharge all she did was take away from her tip .. Anyways I DO NOT recommend I’m sadly still on this hunt for the best bodywork spot in the area 💔

Poor/no English and many communication issues. It took a few minutes to express that I wanted 45 minutes, not an hour. It took close to ten minutes to convey that they shouldn't touch my left leg due to injury, and the best we actually got was "only back", rather than the full body I had been aiming for. The masseuse was capable but inconsistent. It felt like they were leaving the right side of my body hostage against more massage time. Left after my 45 (plus quarter hour trying to communicate) with two thirds of my back feeling great. Probably not coming back. Don't go unless you speak Mandarin.

I called 2 hours before arriving to let them know I’d be there by 4pm. I traveled from the Bronx, that’s an hour and 15 minute commute. I got there at 4 and was told I have to wait until 5:30pm. I couldn’t even leave because it was a Groupon someone purchased for me as a gift that was already paid for and there was no way I was traveling from my home to this place AGAIN. Terrible scheduling at this place and the service was subpar at best !

Make sure you ask price with tip included. Don't go based on the hours that is marked outside the establishment I thought as a customer you give a tip or Gratuity to the person depending on your status of economy was very disappointed when the lady suggested me to pay $15 tip after she finished my massage.

The massage was at times painful, the woman was super rough. She apologized and attempted to be more gentle when I complained but she seems heavy handed. When leaving I offered her a $5 tip and her response was, “why not $10?” And proceeded to show me a price list of tips as if they were services charges and continued to demand it. It’s been a couple of hours since my massage and I’ve had nothing but back pain since leaving, which is rare for me. I wanted to give it a second chance but the back pain is a dealbreaker for me, especially when I wanted to relax and feel good. I don’t recommend.

Same issue, the masseuse applied hard pressure directly to my spine for the majority of the massage, not to the muscles beside it - it was uncomfortable for the majority of the massage, and this is the first time I’ve ever had back pain and literal bruises from a massage the next day. As I was leaving they pointed at the price, $55, and I handed them $60. They stared and me and kept saying “tip” and I felt pressured to give them 70 total, which was a $15 dollar tip for terrible service and terrible etiquette. Do not go here

So me and my girlfriend came here to get a couples massage and it was truly the worst place that we have ever been too truly. We booked to be together and made us go in two separate rooms. So our appointment was at 8:15 they made us come back at 9:05. Once we get back they took her in right away and made me wait another 10 additional mins. The young female burned my back with the hot towel ! And when I told her to go easier on my spine she continued doing the same thing, literally almost made me cry with how hard she put her elbow into my spine. I do not recommend for anyone to go here. Even after the massage was done she kept pointing at the tip sign, and gave a face when she didn’t receive more.

I booked this service through Groupon and when I got there, they were initially friendly (even with language barrier). However, during the massage I tried to request deep tissue and more pressure but the masseuse didn't understand what I was trying to say or explain, so I ended not being able to actually get what I paid for. Furthermore, at the end of the session she asked for a tip. Though I was unsatisfied with my massage, I decided to oblige and give a certain amount of tip. She then proceeded to demand that I give her a higher set amount and was very aggressive. It made me think for a second that maybe I did not pay for the full service, but this was not the case. They were very reluctant to let me leave the establishment despite the fact that I told them that I no longer wanted to tip given that the massage was not even good and now they were being aggressive over a tip (which last I checked is not mandatory). I will certainly will not be going back.

Made a rservatio and it was confirmed by staff members at location. Upon arrival, female informed us that she couldn't do 2 massages which we initially booked since she was the only one present. We had to do 1 by 1 which was very unprofessional as we rushed over to location after confirming a reservation for 2. The location also does not look hygienic and seems very dreary. Very unprofessional location for wasting our time.

I always come to this place and usually get my massages from a gentleman who doesn’t speak much English, but I always leave satisfied. This time I was assigned to a different woman, and I truly regret spending my money. I would NEVER get a massage from her again. She basically just rubbed lotion on my body — I left with the exact same back pain I came in with. On top of that, she argues with customers and pressures them to give her a mandatory $15 tip, which she absolutely did not deserve. I will never book with her again. And after reading other reviews, I see many people are complaining about the same issue. Management should really take this into consideration because this experience was very unpleasant.

She felt the knots on my back-it’s why I came in, and she just kept moving her hands around my body like she was applying lotion. I laid there for 1.5 hrs basically getting rubbed down. I’m extremely disappointed because a friend and my brother recommended this place. So I was looking forward to it. I think this specific woman-that I went to genuinely didn’t know what she was doing, and the guy that she had before me looked disappointed as he was leaving. I didn’t understand why and now I do. 1 star reviews are not my thing to do because I know how they harm a business. But also is paying over $100 for something that I shouldn’t have paid for. She also didn’t speak any English so there wasn’t any room to communicate my dissatisfaction with her. Like none, I tried asking questions before the massage and she just pointed to the sign for me to pick a service and there was no one else there to assist.

I called ahead and booked a couples massage, explicitly asking if we could be massaged at the same time because we were on a time crunch. I was assured this was possible, so we scheduled the appointment with that expectation. Review Title: Unacceptable Wait Time – Poor Customer Service I had an appointment for a massage and arrived on time, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Instead, I was asked to simply sit down and wait—without any updates or explanations. After 45 minutes of waiting, it became clear that my time was not valued. A business that relies on scheduled appointments should respect them. If there are delays, at the very least, communication is expected. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning.
