I love this location specifically! They are always so nice, attentive, and Friendly. It makes the food taste even better. Tatiana, Makayla, Lupita, and everyone else always have a smile on their face. Great food great people!

Me and my volleyball teammates love heading to Chi’Lantro after practice because of the food and workers. Angel is always amazing to us.

THIS location is by far my absolute FAVE location in ATX 🥵👏👏The portions are always perfect and more than worth the money, ALWAYS tasty and flavorful. What makes this place the BEST in the area is that the people behind the creation of your custom bowl do everything with the absolute best attitude. The energy radiating off this team is MAGIC and I absolutely love interacting with them. There is one girl in particular that I absolutely love and adore so much. I wish I knew her name, I’ll ask next time and edit.. but she is THE BEST!!!!

I’ve been coming to Chilantro consistently since 2018 and was so excited when they opened a location on Brodie. Excellent service, food is super consistent (and always delicious). My go-to is their noodle bowl with the carrot ginger dressing. My only constructive feedback: bring back the kimchi quesadilla!

Just when I thought I couldn’t love something more than chipotle. Their vegan options are delicious! I wish they had giant rice paper wraps in addition to the giant tortillas but alas.

Always friendly and tasty here! Sometimes they’re out of things but they work hard to make it better despite that. Edit: Unfortunately the portion sizes and service seem to be suffering lately. :( and the app shows me having 1 bowl despite numerous visits over the years here. :(

i got the kpop chicken bowl and it was good! everything was fresh and cooked well, the spices are good. but it was nothing special, not something i’d go out of my way to eat but still a good meal, probably won’t have again but glad i tried

Disestablishment is well kept and clean as can be especially with a lot of their stainless steel appliances. The folks there were really helpful behind the counter, especially when it came to trying to assist me in flavor combinations for my wrap and even offering some samples of certain sauces and proteins. Overall, the wings were fantastic, and I had a great savory / sweet flavor. It did have a hint of aftertaste in regards to Fritos like a corn type of thing. The rap was fantastic since it included a base of spinach with the same type of chicken and seasoning that was used on the wings, coupled with some crunchy carrots and some sauteed vegetables of bell peppers and onions. Then, I was topped off with a Verde ranch sauce with sesame seeds. Price wise, I did pay around 31.00, not including tip, and that was for a large wrap and 1 lb of Korean fried chicken wings. In all honesty the portion was fantastic for me in regards to the wings but to me I believe the wings are a bit too overpriced, but if you have the money and the taste buds this place is definitely for you or a special occasion. My overall rating 4.3 / 5. Also I should make sure to note that this place takes card only, they are a cashless business.

I got the spiciest sauce and it wasn't spicy sadly. Overall decent taste and great portions for the price. I recommend you go here for lunch and stay clear of the poke place next door.

The plastic itself doesn’t really bother me but I know it definitely encourages kitchen staff to not clean the stainless steal containers as often as they are suppose to and probably promotes cross contamination. The employees were great and extremely nice but my wife and I definitely got sick from eating the food here. It could’ve been something undercooked or maybe cross contamination when switching out the out of date food with the new food. Not too sure but maybe just double check on temperatures of food and cleanliness of the kitchen and show case area. I feel like getting rid of the plastic and having the actual food touching the stainless steel bowls will keep them at a safer internal temperature and have the showcase area constantly in a clean state.

Like Chi’Lantro, but avoid this location. Been twice and both times left very disappointed. The first time we ordered online. The ordering system said they were out of beef, when I arrived the had beef. It then took 30 minutes past my selected pickup time to get my food. This time, I decided to order (to-go) in person because of my last experience. Got there 30 minutes before closing, and they were already deep cleaning the griddle and out of almost all the proteins and noodles, which is what we wanted. There was only one person in front of me, but took 20 minutes to make two bowls and an order of fries with the precooked ingredients because they refused to make anything new. Doubt we will be back to this location anytime soon. I would recommend you avoid them.

very sad to spend $16 on the fries - i asked for very light kimchi and ended up getting an order with more kimchi than i’ve ever seen on them amd hardly any fries. i couldn’t even taste the bulgogi. 🤧

Food is good. What I don’t like is the service. My wife and I popped in here and there were no other customers here, yet it took a while for them to even acknowledge us. They rushed us through the line so fast and not even giving me time to look at all of the options. Clearly focused on online orders. Rude service. Not worth the money for this kinda service.

Somehow my kid bowl turned into 8.50 value bowl yet the portion was kiddie. Staff was clueless and rude. Value was not there. Don’t waste your money.

It would be good, but they use heated plastic liners around the food. Why oh why? What's the point of having healthier food if they make it unhealthy by using heated plastic around the food and regularly stir the plastic lined food in the mix? Gross! Also, they don't accept cash. Doesn't seem very human friendly or customer friendly. These practices may be more convenient for staff, but not convenient or safe for customers eating the food.

This was my first and last visit to this establishment. During my experience on 09/16/2022 around 6 pm, I encountered a young girl who was serving with two other guys. When I asked her if she had barbacoa, she responded affirmatively but then rolled her eyes at me. I pointed out that what she was serving wasn’t barbacoa, and she acknowledged it wasn't but acted indifferent about it. When I requested another serving, she again rolled her eyes while serving me. After she inquired if I wanted any vegetables and I declined, I noticed the tacos were cold and the amount of meat was inadequate given the price. Her demeanor was rude, lacking any semblance of customer service. While I understand she is young, she must learn the importance of being polite and courteous. I will not be returning to this place.

I've been to several Chilantro locations but for some reason this location's service is sad. This is a new location and close to me so I have stopped by four times. On my first visit, the staff was clearly new, untrained, and slow. Management didn't step in and just watched as they floundered. My second visit, I walked in and waited for 10 min for someone to acknowledge me. The third, they were clearly understaffed and they were focused on online orders, I just left out the door after waiting for 15 min. This last visit, they were staffed with 5 people and no guests, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately nothing was different, new staff working the line while the rest just stood around. No management insight. The lack of training is obvious. Staff don't know the menu or how to roll a burrito. As much as I love having Chilantro near by, this location just doesn't have the staff or management to deliver a quality experience.

They store their hot food in plastic. (While it's hot). They used to just serve it, but now it's different. So if you enjoy leeched chemicals in your food, here is the place!

If you want undercooked fries, carnitas in a couple chunks that aren't cooked to the need temp for tenderness, the worst kimchi, and the crew behind the counter being 5 minutes late with your food (when there are only three people in the place and no to-go's stacked-up), then I have a place for you to spend way too much money. Don't go there.

I used to love this place when it first opened the quality was amazing specifically the one on Lamar. Unfortunately, it’s gone downhill especially at this location. I gave it another try after almost a year, and twice now I’ve found long strands of hair in my food. The chicken is dry, flavorless, and overall the hygiene seems questionable.
