The food isn't consistently good. What I mean is, they some days taste amazing and some days its just way to seasoned or salty etc. My wife basically eats from here and they constantly make the wrong order and always forget something when she calls for delivery.. Aside from that, the staff over the phone doesnt know much about the prices and is always asking how much something cost or whatever it may be, they tend to take a long time over the phone just to place an order. Delivery takes forever, I have to make several calls to make sure they remember. Better when you just eat there.

Ordered a family combo beef stew, with mora (rice and peas). I received the mora and that’s it, no beef stew. I ordered a potato salad and received a macaroni salad. My tostones were nowhere to be seen. Unbelievable! How can all my food be missing? I just received a large order of rice, an order of beans and a small order of beef and peppers?? I called the restaurant to ask what happened with my order, the lady was trying to explain that they replaced items within the GRUBHUB app, I said no, I’m looking at the app right now, no such thing and then she changed the story and said they called me about the changes. Umm no, that did not happen. I would’ve canceled the whole order if the restaurant is out of beef stew, that was the main point of the order…Ok so their logic, replace my large family beef stew with a small steak and peppers??? No tostones and macaroni salad to replace my potato salad? That makes absolutely no sense. I have ordered from here before and this is the 1st time they have messed up. But the fact that the lady just hung up on me instead of trying to fix their wrongdoing, I will never order from here again. You better pay me to eat here because I’m not spending my money here again. Thank you GRUBHUB, for the almost full refund of $50. I paid $57+ for this mess.

Ordered a large sancocho (Dominican soup) where rice is supposed to be included specially for the price which costed $20, they sent me the SMALLEST portion of soup and no rice, they still charged me 20 plus delivery fee’s. (The sancocho they sent me had no meat at all and only one plantain) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

There was a homeless dude inside kept asking me for money while I was trying to look at the food section. I have no problem with homeless people. He was right in front of the food section I couldn’t see and felt uncomfortable cuz he kept on insisting. “Give me money I want food” while the people that work here just stood there. I just walked out.

The worst restaurant in the planet! They are scammers! They run out of items and instead of calling you to offer a reasonable replacement or give you a credit, they ask me to cancel the order saying that they are unable to cancel and then the app charged me 92% of the net price to compensate THEM! Yet they refuse to send me any food for the price of the order. They insulted me and did not take responsibility This place should be close for good.

They have fried chicken strips that are good . However if you are not a part of the Spanish speaking community expect to be disrespected. You will be standing and waiting if there are other people coming in after you that are Spanish speaking they will act like they don't see you. The prices will change on you daily. The small chicken only used to be $5, a month later it was $7 which was yesterday and now today is $8.. keep the chicken and your black tax

I go here because its the closest spanish restaurant to me, but the women who work there are rude. When you ask how much something is, you get a nasty look with a nastier answer. $18 for a lunch plate of rabo. They literally give you 3 pieces and a bunch if rice. Teach you employees some customer service. You're losing customers

First let me start off by saying that their customer service sucks, idk how is it that they get hired speaking one language in America. Second , I ordered a family combo & I live right down the block from this restaurant. It took forever to get delivered.. the food sucked and I’m Spanish so I know what’s good food, the container of beans did not even have beans it was juice from the beans and about 12 pieces of beans. The chicken was stale as if it was sitting since the morning & the rice was like if it was the last little bit of the tray left to serve. I will never order here again. Let’s not forget how they sent me a HOT PEPSI. IM SO UPSET

I ordered delivery, received my order with the rice clumpy and burnt (not pictured). Also my plantains were completely burnt, not charred or caramelized as they usually are. They actually look like they been sitting out for days. I was on the phone with them ordered. Expressed my order will be paid in two forms of payment. There seemed to be confusion being that she kept stating “ huh, no the fee for delivery haveto be higher” . The delivery fee minimum was met & I kept stating that so there was no reason for there to be a discrepancy. Which is why I think they delivered my food this way because they didn’t want to complete my request or simply just didn’t wanna do it. As well as the woman not comprehending. Also I always order from them so I would know. Lastly it would be beneficial in the workplace for them to learn English being that they serve to not just Spanish people.

I love Hispanic food & make some dishes myself! The food from this particular restaurant is horrible!!! I paid $13 for a whole chicken & it was hard as wood!! I gave this restaurant 3 times to get it right & they failed each & every time!!! This last time was it for me!! Either the whole chicken was over cooked, or it was leftover from days before!! I had to throw the whole chicken in the garage because I didn't have the patience to take it back!!

I had ordered food before and I had purchased a 5 dollar lunch and everytime I ask they say no, and then I brought a lunch for 8 dollars. I gave the lady the money but they too busy talking they forgot my change of 20 dollars. Colored people need to be treated nice. I ordered and rated on seamless before the food arrived. 1. Delivery time was set for 3:30-3:40. It arrived at 5:00. 2. When I called for follow up, they said it would arrive in a few minutes, but it took 25 more minutes 3. The food arrived cold 4. One order was completely wrong 5. The other order was nasty If you don't dine in, don't bother ordering. I am pregnant. Maybe they will get a sty. Haha jk. #unsatisfiedcustomer

Walked in this morning for some mangu (tres golpes - Dominican breakfast) and was extremely dissatisfied.For a small order for $5, I was given just one small egg, about the size of a quail egg, that looked like someone had taken a bite of it already. The mangu had good seasoning and flavor but was literally DRIPPING in oil. A soupy mess. I had to dab paper towels all around it just so it could be edible. It came with just one sausage round which tasted good, and the onions were good as well. However she gave me NO FRIED CHEESE at all. Service seemed fine, they spoke English and Spanish until I saw a worker in the back mashing up more mangu with her bare hands. Her hands could have been clean but for the large quantities she was mashing up, she should have used gloves honestly. Then that same woman came to ring me up, with mangu all over her hands, and handed me my debit card with mangu and oil all over it and didn’t seem to think that was an issue. Won’t be coming back.
