Really good Chinese food, been going here since I was a kid. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, the food has always been fresh and hot.

I’ve Been eating at new kam sheng for years never had any complaints sesame chicken is always good they even give you a free coke with 20 dollar orders just ask the only thing I would like them to get a card machine $$$$

I always enjoy ordering food from here, an overall great chinese takeout place. I usually get the vegetable lo mein noodles and chicken with broccoli, which is always satisfactory. I haven’t yet had any problems and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Food is OK. Chicken wings and fries are really good. And the pork fried rice is good. Little expensive. But not bad for a quick bite..

Little to no customization of menu items. Had to order multiple small items in order to get the desired meal. French fries look like they were refried, or fried in oil that was not to optimal temp. They do not let you get "signature" BBQ sauce on side or on anything other than they're ribs.

The food was bland and had no taste. I ordered vegetable Chow Fun and Vegetable Chow mei Fun and the vegetables consisted of carrots, Onions, celery and cabbage. I've never had those plates with so much red onions. The egg roll was over cooked to the point that it looked burned and was small. The prices that we were charged were not reflective of the prices on the menu. I was charged $10 over the price on the menu. I did not care for their food and I'm not ordering from there again.

I found a roach on my food

Absolutely DISGUSTING...I could vomit just thinking about what they brought me. The "sesame chicken" was absolutely raw inside with pink and slimy goo when you cut into it. I felt SICK TO MY STOMACH for the entire night after looking at it. When I called to explain, the woman told me she didn't speak English and hung up on me. Deserves to be shut down....pretty sure that sesame chicken contained a disease.

Very disappointed with the customer service today, I regularly order from here and I guess the person that takes orders was in a bad mood today. Wasn't making any exceptions to any orders which I believe was poor decision find literally hung up on me. Will NEVER order from here again. I guess they didn't care to lose a good loyal customer.

Food is great, unfortunately at the end of my meal I realize that it was a cooked bug inside. Enjoy.

Terrible service, food was nasty and on top of that they don’t accept cards only cash, it’s 2021 get with the program. Not everyone carries cash.

The staff does not hear what you order and not all were brought when I asked about the missing order they started to be rude to me when the delivery man brought on foot everything was already cold

I ordered bean curd home style with veg fried rice. Everything was bland and there was not enough tofu. It may not look like it from my pic, but there were more vegetables (mainly diced onions) in the fried rice than actual rice. I paid $12 for this lunch special portion with a can of Pepsi and it was not worth it at all. Very disappointed. Should have read the reviews beforehand!

Super expensive for no reason!! I paid almost 14 dollars for chicken wings and French fries and when it arrived the fries were all saggy and not appetizing at all... I would rather go to a Chinese place in the worst neighborhood in the Bronx and I'd get better food and service.. Disgusting that just because you are located in one of the most expensive areas in the bronx, you think you can charge expensively at least give me what I paid for.

Ordered chicken with mixed vegetables. Asked for brown rice instead of white. The food was bland and luke warm the brown rice was dry and a solid block. Truly disappointed and will never order from them again. It was the best food under the previous owner.

I ordered pork fried rice. 3 hours later I'm in the Emergency Room diagnosed with food poisoning. This place should be shut down by the Board of Health immediately! Eat at your own risk!

Horrible service .I DO N OT EVER RECOMMEND. ZERO STARS. Don t recommended Chicken over cooked broccoli(6 pieces of broccoli charged for extra broccoli) tasted funny undercooked. Chicken wings over cooked . Food was cold when I got it . When I complained they refused to understand I'm appalled.. not worth it at all they wanted me to pay more money for what i already paid extra for ill never forget ewww gross

Food here is very inconsistent one day the duck ramen , sesame noodles, spicy tofu, and dumplings are cooked one way and the next mediocre.. today was $100 dollars of mediocre & bland food. Maybe chef quit , doesn't work on a Monday?
