One of the best if not the best spot in the neighborhood for some good NYC Chinese food. My go to is squally the sesame chicken, but boneless spare ribs, fried rice, all delicious. Egg rolls and spring rolls are yummy. I see a lot of reviews about the phone operator, but the reality is he’s trying to run this show as smoothly and as best he can. Believe it or. It they’re busy all the time!! Between online orders, walk ins, pick ups, and deliveries, he keeps that place running as smoothly as he possibly can. And when he’s wrong, he admits it. I know from personal experience. Keep doing your thing Lotus!

Very solid Chinese takeout. Their egg drop soup was really good, as were their boneless ribs combo. It was breeze ordering online. Happy to make this place my go-to in the neighborhood. Dumplings were good, but perhaps not worth the price.

Very clean and nice restaurant. I've only tried a few things and they were all okay. It's not something to rave about but it's decent enough. The service is pretty fast, and even though the prices seem a bit high they give you a ton of food. They also have a wide selection for vegetarians and their standard menu is huge. Worth giving a try at some point for sure since there aren't many Chinese restaurants in the area.

When we order delivery online and say we DON'T want plastic utensils PLEASE STOP packing the delivery bags with plastic utensils, super thin napkins and sauce packets we don't want! All that stuff goes STRAIGHT to the trash - you're delivering to my home, I don't need awful plastic utensils, I have forks in my kitchen. I HATE how much trash I have to throw away if I order from you - none of it even recyclable - because you don't bother to read your orders.

As a result, the delivery driver often has to come back to drop off missing items or correct mistakes, and then has an attitude on top of it. This is not the customer’s fault, accurate order-taking is essential. Please take the time to listen carefully and repeat orders back so this doesn’t keep happening. Additionally, some prices on the menu don’t match what’s listed online or what the register rings up. The food itself is very good, but these issues make the experience frustrating. The previous person who took orders did a much better job.

I had a really bad experience with this restaurant. I ordered my meal off of Uber eats. The food was pretty tasty, as I’m eating something told me to look at the spoonful I was about to put in my mouth, and I discovered a roach in the meal!!!!!! I wanted to vomit! I notified ubereats with a picture of the rodent that I found in my food. I was super disgusted! Never again!!!

Let me start off off by saying thank you the great customer service. The young lady is very humble, kind and grateful so big ups to you young lady for such an incredible personality however I ordered shrimp , rice and broccoli the shrimp is literally bad, not fresh at all and soggy. I only ate the broccoli and then all that sauce in there taste like water. It’s not worth it AT ALL.

I ordered the Mongolian beef from the chef special I tried to try something new but I should’ve known better I was hoping the price would reflect the quality but unfortunately it didn’t this is supposed to be beef but idk what meat that is the meat was white like chicken breast and was discolored with a reddish color as if it wasn’t cooked all the way The host offered to exchange my food but I only ordered chicken wings and fried rice and they refused to refund me the difference at first after a little back and forth they agreed to refund me as long as I returned my previous order. What I will say is they sent out my new order very quickly and there was no issue with it

She ignored me and didn't even address my presence while she took care of arbitrary things like looking at recites and walking back and forth. One of the cooks noticed and had to take my order. I then noticed as she came to life when new customers entered and she gingerly took thier orders. Even after my order was ready she continued to ignore my presence and again the person from the back had to ring me up. I don't know if she just didn't like my presence or if she was racist but I will never spend my money in that establishment again.

Please be careful of how much they charge you because they have a habit of over charging and then behave as if they didn’t realize they did.
