If you're on a budget then "Roma 🍕" is the place to go. They have a great deal that for $3 you get a slice of pizza and the fountain drink which is about 12 oz can't be that anywhere on Allerton.

I love this pizza shop. I grew up in this neighborhood and this spot has opened and closed for years. Their slices are bigger than average size and they cook it perfectly. They also have calzones, beef patties, garlic knots and much more. The service is pretty good and straightforward. It’s usually the same people serving you. I love the old school aesthetics they have going on. It makes the experience better and more nostalgic.

They truly care and appreciate their customers. Been going here for over 5 years with my family the food never changes its always SO GOOD. I ate so many throughout my pregnancy Vito always hooked it up with extra veggies he knows I like. They remember returning customers and always show appreciation for them. My daughter goes here a lot with her friend's after school and they keep an eye on my kid cause they know her. How many places can you say you feel safe your child being there alone. Not just my kid many other parents love this pizzeria for that very reason. ROMA really is that neighborhood corner stone spot where you just fall in love with the place & the people. In there it always feels like family.

The guys and owner can't be anymore friendlier than they are (so I don't know what the below reviews are talking about regarding rude staff. Show the staff respect and they return it tenfold). The secret to good pizza is the sauce! Salty? Not at all. As a matter of fact I add additional spices to give it an extra kick. You can't go wrong with their plain slices or my usual slice with pepperoni well done. Prices are comparable with other pizza joints in the area. I would give them 5 stars but no pizza is or was better than my family owned pizzeria. The seating area is small but clean and neat.

So this was my go to place, until I got charged full price for a large pepperoni pizza even though I only got half the pie with pepperoni. I asked about it because there is no sign that says full price even if order half, and he said that's just how it is. I won't be going here again, and good luck to you all.

I ordered the lasagna and it was cold in the inside and the meat had a sour taste, won’t buy this anymore, I will stick to a regular slice

Worst pizza wxperience ive ever had. Rude people . service is horrible. Everytime I have been there the guy serving the pizza was rude and always had a dam attitude. Mu wife and I were faithful customers there but for some reason got bad service everytime. If i could give this review no stars i would. They will never get my money ever again. And i will spread the word around the neighboorhood about this place.

DONT BE FOOLED!!!! This place is a fake . When the boss is around they act friendly but as soon as the boss goes away its a different story. THE WORKERS ARE RUDE AND CARELESS WITH FOOD!!!!. My husband and I are a career oriented couple. We are of age and work hard so we occasionally go to Romas when we don't have time to cook. So we had ordered two chicken Parma. The chicken was raw and when we addressed it . The server told us to eat it and that it was truly fine that the chicken was raw inside. An other occasion. We saw the worker drop a pizza on the floor and pick it up and served to a new customer that arrived at the door. An other time we over the two employees talk extremely badly about blacks. Puerto Rican and Dominican people. They mumble to each other as these people walk away. The workers are Mexican. When children go in for the occasional slice after school. They call the kids bastards and retarded. These people are prejudice and they will never get my money again. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!
