My go to place for breakfast on my way to work. It's a big place, the employees work fast and are very attentive. You can get drinks and lunch too here. Plus they make all the bagels and their specialty cream cheese themselves.

Almost every morning plain bagel sausage egg and cheese with a coffee. Lived in Queens, Bronx, Harlem and now Brooklyn. This is my favorite bagel and breakfast shop of them all!

Typical breakfast and lunch fare at good prices. I particularly like the egg sandwiches and the turkey club. Good selection of to-go beverages. Small seating area, fast service.

I had two eggs home fries sausage patties and toast with coffee. Overall the breakfast was good not great. I ate the breakfast there in the shop was very busy during my stay.

It saddens me to write this because I actually love this place. I was pumped to have a bagel & cream cheese from here. I no longer live in the neighborhood but always go if I’m near by. This is essentially what I came home to. See image. I never said light cream cheese. So not sure what happened, but this is a first.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Its not many selections in redhook to eat from so this is one of the good spots . Their food is good . Their a bit pricey which wouldnt be a problem if their customer service was better!. Work on service and not rushing and messing up orders.

As much as I like to eat here for the price I just realized yesterday how much they get over people. Long story short if you get a egg sandwich they only use 1 egg and if you want 2 egg like you normally get in a sandwich its a extra 1.25 to 1.75. Your 6$ bagel becomes 7.5 easy. Not cool

Not sure how this place is still in business. Its a toxic combination of incorrect orders and rudeness. When placing an order you would expect for the business to attempt to make it correct, instead the entire order was done incorrectly and poorly. When I brought it to the lady's attention, she was extremely rude, She said I don't have time for this, we are busy. Average food with horrible customer service, spend your money somewhere else like Red Hook Coffee Shop right across the street, much friendly staff and better food.

Today I ordered pancakes and 2 eggs form here. After I ordered, about 10 people came in and ordered after me. They all received their food before me. They actually didn't start preparing my order until everyone who came in after me received their order. I don't know if it was a race thing or what. There service is no bueno! I cancelled my order.

I placed an order Turkey bacon egg and cheese was so hungry ! I took a bike and realized you guys put bacon Im muslim btw ! Thank you

They made a small mistake by putting butter on my bagel and I told them specifically no butter just lite cream cheese it wasn’t for me it was for someone else who can’t have butter being it was the last bagel there I told her forget it and bought my sandwich along with a juice my total came out to 9.25 and she didn’t allow me to use my card cus it’s a $10 mim so I told her well I guys messed up my order so I mean that’s not necessarily my fault and she was like well u have to get something else she didn’t even feel bad and let it slide. As I should’ve just left and not took anything I asked for a chocolate that was 50cents and she charged me a full 10$. Just overall very rude I’m not going back EVer!!

I legitimately found a short nose hair in my bagel. She refunded me but it was absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if it was a nose hair or a beard hair or whatever but it was not mine and it was inside the bagel like that’s pretty weird and gross..
