I came in yesterday and wondering how it is because I never been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Flatbush but a worker name kailand helped me so much guiding how it is there and what’s the best wings they have and it made me want to go there so much more after trying the chickens there too🤩🤩

Alex and his team at 1623 Flatbush were outstanding. I made a mistake as the customer, and instead of making the situation difficult, Alex went above and beyond to help resolve everything professionally and quickly. The level of customer service, patience, and care they showed was exceptional. Alex took ownership, communicated clearly, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. It is rare to find a team that treats customers with that much respect and attention. I highly recommend Alex and his team at 1623 Flatbush. Excellent service, great people, and a truly positive experience.

Sunday morning I went to pick up my order at this location. There was a guy and one really pretty lady working she was super smiley, friendly, and greeted me so nicely, she honestly made my whole morning. The guy working was also great. I ordered an all american cheeseburger with wedges and it was perfectly well cooked. Great service 👍

I pulled up to this wild wings and was pleasantly greeted by Ashley and it was so welcoming. I placed an online order and she was great while I waited. Then Chelsea came out and handed me my food and man I was made with love....definitely coming back.

Service was quick . Food was good. I got the All American Bacon Cheeseburger with Tator Tots. Tots were fresh and crispy. Burger was really good.

My Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap had a green, unripe tomato that was harder than a rock when I unsuspectingly bit into it, which was concerning given this is a newly opened restaurant. My wrap was also missing ranch. On the other hand my boneless wings were on the drier side, even though I asked for extra sauce (medium buffalo).

THEY TAKE TOO LONG.

Zero stars if I could. They advertised a free burger with a 15$+ purchase on the app. Yet whenever I tried to redeem the burger on the app it wouldn’t go through so I spent 20$ on lukewarm wings. Staff was very unhelpful. Will never come to this place again honestly.

Yesterday I placed an order for pickup ! I called when I realized it was too far from where I worked at, they told me I wasn’t able to get a refund because my food was already ready! I never once spoke to a manager, whoever was on shift relayed the message through an employee. I don’t appreciate losing out on 33$ and I want some kind of compensation! Poor customer service and poor system, if a person is unable to pick there order up there should be some kind of compensation!!

Don’t recommend for any service member or reasonable individual.
