Always delicious this is our staple to survive shabbes in this neighborhood. Love, would recommend to anyone, always get from here when guests visit. Thank God vegetarian options!

The Birria burrito is everything you could ever hope for in a sloppy messy burrito packed with flavor. You’ll def need a fork and knife but it’s worth it!

We ordered delivery last night, food came super fast, and was DELICIOUS. We had the guacamole, street corn (yummm!), grilled salmon and veggies and house made flan. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved it.

El Paso Mexican Grill is an excellent example of a well run restaurant. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Beautifully decorated, with 4-5 tables for indoor eating (when safe to do so). Serving staff is polite and gives service with a smile. Prices are reasonable. I've tried several items on their huge menu, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

The actual restuarant is on the smaller side and can get cramped easily, but the food is amazing. They always get my order correct and I don't have any issues with delivery being late.

Great food, but slightly expensive for takeout. My favorites are the enchiladas, chimichangas, and best of all is the tortilla soup. It's seriously one of the best soups I've ever had. Staff is always nice as well. My only complaint is that they use too much dark chicken meat and I don't like dark meat.

My order of roast pork with beans and rice was mediocre. The rice was very lumpy and in clumps, the beans were tasteless with that "just straight outta the can" taste. However, the pork did have a nice flavor and seasoning.

Decent food usually but ordered 2 breakfast omelets that are 5.99 on the menu but now some how it's 8.99 ea. the omelets came cold they never bring a menu even when we ask and always take the receipt back, I wonder y?

Not good. Extremely bland, old jalapenos, very little meat in burrito, horchata tasted like sugary water

This is crazy. Their consome birria sauce is literally just oil and nothing else, no seasonings… no flavor… just disgusting and a waste of money!!!

The people that answer the phone are rude and not professional, they don't do pick up orders which I find pretty stupid because you do deliveries but no pick up orders, they don't take cards and that also is a big no no. Food is ok but the service kills this place, hire better workers and do pick ups because people will enjoy that

order delivery, called 4 times over the course of 2 hours to see what was up. Each time I was assured food was coming. Food never came. Restaurant is now closed. Don't appreciate the lying or the robbery.

Really not the type to complain... BUT -* I’ve had enough I will no longer support this restaurant for the simple fact that customer service is really poor, the prices are sky rocket for very small portions of food... Allow me to explain my frustrations. 1. I’ve been going to this location for numerous occasions sometimes mornings/afternoon and it’s the same exact experience. I’ve mainly order the same meals and every other week the prices go up by about 60-80€, I usually ask for both beans black & pinto because if you ask for one type they literally give you about 10 beans in 1 scoop and if I ask for extra it’s 75 € for 5 more beans (yes I counted it) they ask what type of cheese then microwave it on dry nachos so when it comes out the microwave the cheese is melted away so I’ll usually ask for “a lil bit more cheese please” that will also be 75€... $1.50 for a side scoop of guacamole and by me asking for my meal to be prepared a certain way they will get an aggressive attitude, stop making the order to go in the back an ask for permission or stop making my order to check on Uber eats orders... 2. My other experience was At lunch time hours when the (Mexican/Hispanic) construction workers come in I visually watch them give the correct portion on their meals no extra charge nothing and maybe that’s a perk for being a construction worker but that makes no sense if we ordering the same meal 1 behind the other why charge me extra ? And skimp out my meal ?? Oh btw $15 for 4 mini burritos (no meat) smh!!! 3. I usually go by myself or with my wife and spend from $42-$55 on two meals you might wonder why it’s so much that’s because of the small portions they give, the food will be dry if you don’t ask for extra. 4. The last time I was there my wife was choking a little bit so I rushed to get a bottle of water I tried to use my debit card and the lady told me that it was a $8 minimum I only had $1 in my pocket, you would of thought that a bottle of Poland spring water is $1 since it’s $1 everywhere else in BROOKLYN... No Way Jose I had to run to my car luckily parked in front take 4 quarters out my car to give this lady for a bottle of water... your telling me a customer is choking and your asking for $2 for a bottle of water ?? Nah that was it for me it’s no way I’m going out to eat and a local restaurant spending $40+ on two meals an you can’t let my wife drink a bottle of water while she was chocking. P.S Also the main reason I started going to the restaurant is because when we order online/Uber eats/seamless etc the meals ALWAYS comes cold or messed up, missing ingredients that was paid for etc. I vow to never ever in my life go back to this location I can YouTube it, it’s not rocket science I’ll stick to taco Tuesdays at my house. ✌🏾

Food was horrible and extremely small portions. When I questioned the JR. burrito they said the listing says "it's on an 8 inch tortilla and made for children". This is untrue. They even left the tails on the shrimps. Beware of this restaurant. Asked for a refund but they refused. Will never order from them again.

She call the the place back, they said it wasn't their fault that it was a bone on her tacos. They wanted to replace the episode for another place of food; without been concern about someone's life. Matters will be taking by law. Never again we will buy food from this place.

Please get rid of the young lady at the cashier! I’m not sure what it is with her, but she’s not a very nice young lady. Shes very abrupt with people. She has no customer service skills. When a customer comes to pay for their order you should have a smile on your face, and not have your face turned up at people. While rolling her eyes at customers behind her glasses. And tell me how can you pay the same price for Burrito Bowl without meat? I was told prices are the same with the meet and without meet! really? Even Chepotle is not that cheap! A salad I bought was missing multiple add-on items that cost extra money and was a disgusting mess to look at. When we contacted the restaurant, they told us they didn’t want to help us. We’ve had good experiences with them in the past, but it only takes one to lose our business.

When I called to say they had gotten the order wrong twice, their response was, "Well, we tried." I asked if they would be sending the right order, and they said no, that they already TRIED and failed twice...guess that is enough for them! I will never order from this restaurant again and recommend that you try one of the many other wonderful mexican restaurants in Flatbush.

I called the restaurant to complain and the receptionist told me that I had add the cilantro and onions to the tacos in the selection of extra toppings. All Mexican tacos main ingredients are cilantro and onions. The agreed to rr se d me only the taco bowl back with the agreement that I will send back the disgusting one they sent in the first place. I gladly sent it back. Do not order food from this place
