Cashier was a little off putting. She didn't seem like she like being there. But everything else was fantastic. I wish I had some pics but my plate was clean before I knew it.. I had the brulee French toast with fruit and turkey bacon with the strawberry foam latte. Everything was perfect. Expensive... But no complaints. Exactly what I wanted and fast.

I returned to the Brooklyn location after about two years and noticed they’ve renovated the space. The dine-in area feels smaller than I remember, and there’s no table service, you order first and then find an open seat or wait for one to free up. We ordered the Chef Brekkie Pan and the Rustic Pastrami Arugula Melt, and both were excellent. I’ve tried several other dishes in the past, including through Uber Eats, and everything has consistently been delicious. The food here never disappoints.

I want to love Milk and Honey, I really do. It’s one of the nicest places in Kensington so that may be why they don’t want to be better. The food is solid, so it seems unfortunate! I’ve eaten here 5 times since I moved into the area last December. Each time I tell myself, don’t go there again, it’s convenient but the service should be better for cost of the meal. Constantly M&H fall down hard on the little details. The restaurant is set up so that you order when you arrive, go to your table with a number and the servers bring you your food. Every single time I’ve been there, coffee has been brought out without milk or even an inquiry as to whether I’d like milk, no offer for hot sauce for eggs...nothing. Once you get your food, you’re lucky if you can get the attention of a server. If you are lucky enough to finally get what you need, your food is getting cold. The atmosphere is what it is - a busy establishment with random seating and that’s fine. If they made a few small changes and paid a little more attention to their customers, they would have a really fantastic place. Maybe it will take more competition to make them step up? It seems a shame though.

I’ve been here twice and always get the steak sandwich with roasted potatoes. It tasted absolutely delicious. The freshly squeezed juices always are on point. My only issues are that I don’t like that you have to get up your table to order and that for the type of food you are getting prices are extremely expensive in my opinion. I paid $40 for my sandwich and a juice. Overall, the atmosphere is nice and staff is very welcoming and friendly.

• We chose this café because it looked very nice, clean, and elegant in the Google Maps photos. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the pictures. • The place was not well organized or very clean, which was disappointing. • We had friends visiting from another country and invited them here, but when we saw the atmosphere, we even thought about leaving. We decided to stay only because we were short on time. • The cashier gave us the menus and said we could sit anywhere and come back to the counter to order. There were six of us, so my husband took everyone’s order and went to pay at the counter. • The food came quickly, and it tasted good — thankfully! The food was halal, which we appreciated. • However, we had to go to the counter every time we wanted coffee or even water, and we had to pay separately each time. • Despite having many employees, no one paid attention to the tables. The service system and management really need improvement. • Prices were a bit high for the quality and service level. • Parking was also difficult. Even on a Sunday, we had to park quite far away on another street. • Around lunchtime, it became very crowded. 👉 The food was delicious, but overall, the experience was not comfortable. Next time, I would only order takeout, not dine in. Still, thank you.

What used to be my favorite brunch spot in the neighborhood is going downhill so quickly. The quality and presentation of their food is slowly but surely slipping. A few members of the staff seem to sometimes be rude and short with customers. Ordering for delivery the food is always worse in quality and there aren’t ever utensils included even though they were requested. I started noticing metallic and soapy aftertastes in their coffee, likely indicating poor maintenance of their espresso machines. All this while having a B health rating isn’t making a great impression. They do have friendly waiters and baristas but also a lot of potential to improve overall

Came to visit because they are opening a new location in my building. The food was pretty good but i was disappointed that i got mayo on my Croque Madame instead of bechamel sauce. The place was really dirty. Almost left because of it. Also the employees were cleaning the tables with window cleaner. Im a Senior Assistant manager in a restaurant and this looked pretty disappointing. Hope ots different on the new location.

It was horrible, having spent over $60, and the food was below average. The chicken club sandwich was very dry and bland and the French crème brulee was so dry, and it was like they tossed two bread pieces with a spoonful mushy berries, no cream or banana, not sweet just plain bland. I called many time no one picked up, I am so disappointed at the take out. And even at the store the wait time was over 40 minutes for takeout, which would be fine but not with this quality of food. The only okay thing was the steak Panini sandwich. I tried reaching out numerous times but no one picked up and even the voice mail was full that I couldn’t leave a message.
