I’ve order from this place via seamless and it’s always delicious. I like it via seamless because they made it exactly as you want. Like the other day I ordered some bacon egg and cheese with lettuce, grilled onions, bbq sauce, double cheese, tomatoes. It was delicious. Never disappointed for the flavor or the size of the food here. I’ll be ordering more food.

I don’t know what these bad reviews are all about, but Burger UR way is great. It’s my one stop shop for everything - if I’m feeling for a salad, a taco or a burger or something else. Their food and service is always great. Yeah, it get busy sometimes and you’ll have to wait, but that’s because the food is great and cheap. So you’ll have to wait your turn duh!! Keep up the good work guys.

Their food is good. Really good. I thought it was trash since I never heard of them. I was wrong. McDonald's is trash. I always knew that. This place is good for a cheat day.

Delicious slider, lots of toppings to choose from. The fries are crispy and delicious. Hard to beat. 7 dollar lunch special hit the spot.

Basic on the inside but their burgers sure aren't! I asked for medium well, and I got delicious medium well, not some other temperature that you sometimes get with other places. They also do a great salmon burger! Check it out!

2/21/2023 Went here to order the 2 for $7 burger special i had 2 turkey burgers on the wheat roll they also have chicken and beef burgers. Very American made Burger ... could of had a little more flavor. Price right. You order and wait to be called - there are some tables. Clean. Will return.

Great food I can definitely tell is real food not processed the prices are reasonable for what it is it wasn't a line the place is on the smaller side and you cannot eat indoors as of yet

I only gave it 3 stars because the Burger was good as for the establishemet we were sitting at the table eating and the pumper truck for the waste pit arrived and drag the hose in filthy with grease and who knows what other feces was on the hose the workers had dirt and oil covering them drag hose behind the counter and while food was being cooked procced to pump out the east oil over cooking food ask the manger why would you allow this to be done for one while we are eating and two over food that is cooking her response was we do it this way all the time and if you don't like it take your food to go that is something that gets done whip the place is closed and food is not being cooked her rest was once agin this is how we work so I find that to be a very unsanitary

Workers are great, but clearly are understaffed and management needs to hire more! They had one employee cooking, taking calls and also taking orders with a line of customers. The employees are doing all they can but need more help.

Horrible service. Ordered a large order online. Nearly everything was wrong and forgot drinks for combo orders. Then called to complain and was told we had to take it back to the restaurant before they would change it or deliver correct items.

Their veggie burgers aren’t really vegan. They contain soy and other things hidden from the menu. Don’t take orders over the phone for pick up. It won’t last very long unless they do better service as well as putting the correct ingredients on menu.

I would not recommend this place. My partner liked his burger fine, but I ordered the grilled cheese with tomato. It was just soggy bready, with unmelted cheese, and here's the kicker, salsa! Not even tomato. Some might like the idea of salsa, but it wasn't advertised as that, plus, it was just yucky.

I order from them all the time. And I think this is my last time. I ask for well done and they give me a burger that still pink. I call them and they say they can't do anything about it. This isn't the first time they have done this. And when I told him they mess up my order the person on the phone say "we don't make mistake"

The food is good but This location specifically NEVER gets your order right, and forgets whole entrees from marginally small orders (3 combos). It’s more burger theirway, if you even get a burger at all. You might just get fries and a drink

This is the last time I’m coming here. How can you yell at someone for asking them to repeat an order you mess up TWICE! If no customers come into your business can it stay open ? How do you justify blatant disrespect for something coming out of MY POCKET you didn’t give it to me for free

They talk up and have listed on your order an impressive medley of toppings but flat out ignore the majority of your selections–the gourmet bun choices are all the same ordinary bun, order comes with no sauces even though they offer unlimited sauces, my order didn’t have half of the other toppings I selected... It’s an expensive disappointing dining experience. ALL TALK NO SAUCE ALL TALK NO SAUCE ALL TALK NO SAUCE

Got food poisoning from this place and restaurant refused to refund the order. Paid $20 for a burger that was completely raw & cold in the middle. Zero stars.

I ordered food at 11:10. At 12:37, still didn't arrive. I gave a call, no answering machine or anything, just endless ringing. I figure they will be out of business in 18 months or less.

There was a large shard of glass in my burrito. When I called the location, the people behind the phone were laughing despite the situation. Obviously, I can’t condone or endorse this behavior.

Our burgers were prepared with all of the wrong condiments. Sides were placed with the wrong meals. Interestingly enough, they put us on hold to research our Order after we expressed that there were issues, yet returned without solutions. The CSA was so rude and accusing. It’s unfortunate we decided to order from this place. We will not order from here again.

I will never ever patronize this establishment again! The food is HORRIBLE. The fries were harder than potatoe chips. The salmon burger was very salty, and I asked for jerk sauce on top and it was jerk sauce out of the bottle. Very thick and salty. DISGUSTING!

I spent 20 minutes waiting for the order (which I had to correct the cashier on a few times), but when I got the food, the ENTIRE burger was wrong from the toppings to the sauces. Would not recommend, but at least they gave me a refund. Needless to say I did not get another burger.

My little brother’s burrito had a shard of glass in it. After he called them they gave us a refund, but I heard the woman on the phone laughing profusely with someone else. I found this disgusting so I called her, and she gave me a half-hearted apology. It is very dangerous to have such immature, un-empathetic, and careless employees. This is shameful behavior and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food is over priced especially the empanadas. The burgers are dry and disgusting the fries are stale. The jerk a empanadas and the sea food empanadas are disgusting and salty. The wait for food is about 30 mins. They charge to high for a breakfast sandwich

Staff is dumb as it gets. 5 uber drivers show up and not one of them were able to pick up the food because they gave it to someone else. Instead of calling me to let me know what was going on they waited till I called after 2 hours waiting patiently for my food. Never got it in the end and had to be refunded. Take some responsibility and use your brain

However, today has permanently changed our opinion of this business. We had several issues with our order (everything was cold, the milkshake had melted, we were missing one of our sodas, and the bacon burger was missing the bacon), so we called the restaurant to get the issues resolved. The person who took the call was rude, put me on hold for over three minutes, came back on the line and acted as though he did not know why I was calling. After repeating the issues, he asked what I wanted, but before I could make a suggestion, he presented two unacceptable options to resolve the issues (full refund and they would pick up the order, or get a replacement order to arrive at an undetermined time and they would pick up the bad order). When we explained that we have been waiting nearly two hours for our food and just sending a replacement order would not be enough, he asked me to hold. I was surprised when he returned to the phone and asked me what I wanted to do. It was as though a reset button was pressed, except that when I asked for a new order and a credit on our account, he interrupted me and explained that they gave me my options so which do I choose. Again, I explained the inconvenience of the situation, and again he put me on hold. Now I was thinking, this must be when I will get to talk to a manager, but instead, the same employee came back on the line and would you believe he again asked me what I wanted to do. This experience continued for several minutes. After we could endure no more, we concluded the call, informed them that we would no longer do business with them, and lodged a complaint with the food delivery service.
