Opinions de Campania Brooklyn
This is Gregory. He is the manager of Campania Restaurant in Brooklyn New York, and I’m going to take a moment to recognize his exemplary customer service skills. He made such an impression on me that I asked if I could take a picture with him so I could write this post when I had a moment. On Wednesday April 6th Jessica and I were looking for a place to eat in the southern Brooklyn area. The Google reviews for a place called “Campania” showed a nearly perfect rating on Google with almost 1,000 reviews. We were about to find out why. Walking into the small Italian restaurant I immediately realized I should have made a reservation or something, as it was packed. A soft spoken man with a genuine smile made eye contact with me and greeted us. This was Gregory. Gregory told me that he would need a little time to get a table together, but in the meantime we would need to sit outside in a heated waiting area. As we made our way out he says “actually I think I’ll join you to keep you company”. I was really surprised by this! He spent the next 15 minutes having a heartfelt conversation with us about our profession, his time in the restaurant industry and how the pandemic changed his life in different ways. After getting infected in the first wave, he said his taste and smell changed permanently and he has unexplainable new preferences in food. He seemed very interested in our travels and experiences and made many recommendations about the restaurant. Eventually we were sat and enjoyed our dinner. The white pie we had there was remarkable, really 10/10 stuff here. I would go on and on about it, but you just really couldn’t imagine a better coal fired pizza. The stories you hear about pizza being better in NYC because of the water/minerals are actually true. Gregory stopped in several times to check in on us, bring by refills and offer additional suggestions. I felt like I was with a family member. When we were done, Gregory insisted that we try desserts on the house. I’m really trying to avoid desserts and sugars but I couldn’t say no to his kind offer. He ended up bringing out three different desserts: a ridiculous white chocolate and raspberry ice cream, an Italian cheesecake, and some kind of Brooklyn speciality pistachio ice cream. All of it, amazing. Gregory kept offering us coffee or cappuccino, haha. It was 9pm! I guess they do that with dessert up here in the northeast or something. I was so impressed with the entire operation, the quality of the food and especially the customer service. The manager really didn’t have to take the time and effort to make our experience so special, but he did and it became really memorable as a result! He even walked us out to the curb after I paid and complimented my energy and enthusiasm. 🙂 He didn’t know I was a Google Local Guide or anything like that, how could he of? I think this is just how he treats everyone. I think someone needs to shine a light on Gregory, because you can’t pay a person enough to have these kind of customer serve skills.
My cousin and his girlfriend treated us to a fantastic dinner at a rooftop restaurant. The food was phenomenal, and our server, Charlie, couldn't have been better. He was attentive and professional, exceeding all expectations. We loved the delicious food and enjoyed the beautiful rooftop ambiance. It was a truly memorable dining experience, especially considering the reasonable price.
We celebrated my brother's birthday here when we came in town from Kentucky. The place was packed, but the owner opened the outdoor area and it was awesome! My Niece and Nephew live a few blocks away from this restaurant. They recommended it and it did not disappoint! We'll be back the next time we're in NY! The owner even offered to take our picture to capture us celebrating my brother. Great food and Awesome Service!
Campania in Staten Island is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or special occasion. Their wood-fired pizzas are a standout, with a perfectly charred crust and fresh toppings. The pasta dishes are rich and flavorful, and the service is attentive. Highly recommend for great food and a cozy dining experience!
Many years ago I lived in Bay Ridge and good pizza was readily available. Since that time though, it seems like all the pizza shops on 3rd and 4th Ave have closed. However, we noticed a new place, that was open, with outside dining having Covid procedures in place. The interior is a little small though, althouhh, but still had social distancing in place. Everyone in Campania was nice and friendly. The wine list was a little sparse, but they did have a couple half bottles which pared nice with the pizza. The menu had some classic Italian selections, some chicken sandwiches as well as many variants of coal fired pizza. We ordered a large Funghi pizza (portobello mushroom, prosciutto and smoked mozzarella ) , a large (huge) calzone and a large Lombarda pizza (Tomato sauce, mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, parmesan shavings, truffle oil) . Everything was top notch, cooked perfectly with outstanding ingredients. They are located at 9824. 4th Ave. They have curbside pickup and dine in.
Savero the host is great — he gave my elderly mom a chair to sit down on while we waited for a table as she just had knee surgery. The food is really great. The baked clams were freshly shucked not frozen. The pastas were prepared perfectly, the pizza was excellent and the service was great. We will be coming back often!
Nice atmosphere, one of the few authentically Italian pizza restaurants in the area. Restaurant looks very nice inside and the pizza is amazing. Fresh and delicious. Ordered a 16’ coal fired round pizza with prosciutto and spinach toppings, one of the best pizzas I’ve had. Highly recommend for up to small groups of 3-4.
I plan to be by Bay Ridge Neighborhood and had been craving for Brick Oven Pizza 🍕 almost call for an order to pickup decided to plan an enjoy my Margherita Brick oven Pizza in inside seating was comfortable Ambiance was Great The Manager and Staff was welcoming and friendly with great 👍 Hospitality “ I definitely look to come back and recommend others the pizza 🍕 was fresh , delicious 😋 along with Beer 🍺 and wide selection of wine 🍷 too
We came to Campania for Mother’s Day brunch with a party of 10, and I had to take a moment to write this review because the experience was absolutely wonderful. The food was spectacular—as always. Is it ever a bad meal at Campania? Everything we ordered was beyond delicious. What really stood out this time was the service. Our waiter, a younger guy, was outstanding—always easy to find, incredibly kind, and extremely accommodating. He kept everything running smoothly for our large group. What made it even more special was that, in addition to celebrating Mother’s Day, we were also marking my father’s big milestone birthday. The staff went above and beyond to help make the day truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
L❤vely Dinner with my beautiful Momma at Campania Coal Fired Pizza... Margarita pizza (fresh mozzerella) with pepperoni, broccoli rabe & sausage, their famous meatballs (ricotta not shown but on the side)& an order of their RIDICULOUS chicken wings that are served just fried with buffalo sauce & bleu cheese on the side (forgot to get a photo of those LOL) Double espresso with sambuca & a cannoli!!! If you are in or around Bay Ridge, give them a try. Beautiful ambiance (perfect lighting), great service & predictably good food!!!!!!!!
I moved into the neighborhood a few weeks ago. When eating dinner at a Japanese restaurant a woman at the next table suggested that I should try Campania. “The best pizza in Bay Ridge,” she said. So I ordered a margherita with garlic and mushroom on one half, with garlic knots. It was superb. Ridiculously good. So good that I’m interrupting writing this review to order another. Someday I will walk the two blocks and eat there!
I LOVE this place. It’s the cutest neighborhood spot with delicious quality food. Very rarely do you find a place where every single thing is good on the menu. The staff is very kind and accommodating and with gluten free pizza options, everyone can enjoy. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s by far one of the best pizza joints not just in Bay Ridge but in all of Brooklyn.
OMG! This was the first time I ordered the FIORETTI BOSCAIOLA and it was delicious. The pasta dough was light and tender and made into little pouches filled with cheesy goodness. It was in a light cream sauce with thinly sliced mushrooms, peas and prosciutto. The mussels in red sauce are always a delight and you can’t go wrong with the apple salad. It is romaine lettuce with fresh apple slices, walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese. We added grilled shrimp. We always get a good meal here and the servers are polite and attentive.
We had a lovely lunch, starting with an appetizer of the pot of mussels and clams. Then various sandwiches, dessert and coffee. Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was excellent.
They had a fire not too long ago and they reopened. So happy to see them back in service. Amazing pasta, pizzas, etc. highly recommend. Easy to share meals. I’ve had dine-in, takeout and delivery. Each time I got the same great service, quality, and experience.
Keep the good service and quality of food great.
The service was wonderful. The garlic knots were the best part of our meal (even though the pizza and chicken parm were excellent! We will definitely return for another outing!
Our group #WNYHeroes just took a trip to NYC and stayed in Brooklyn. We ate here twice and both times was AMAZING! They treated us and our service dogs with so much respect. Our pups got bowls of water to hydrate themselves as well as an offer of chicken breast. But sadly we had to decline that part for them. But the food was amazing, the dessert was omg so delicious! Highly, highly recommend this place!
I should have wrote the review awhile ago, been coming here for years. Last weekend, we got back late from an event and the manager and staff stayed open for us. The team is great and the food is even better. It is a hidden gem in Bay Ridge
Highly recommend this place. Wait time for outdoor seating was pretty quick. It was comfortable, and spacious. The service was great, very attentive, and served us quickly. Food wise, we ordered fried shrimp and it was very flavorful, the coal fired pizza was delicious. Not too saucy or cheesy. Just right with a buttery crispy crust. Definitely will go again
This place is awesome. Wonderful customer service. The food is delicious really, really good. I love it! I would recommend it. If you like Italian food this is a wonderful place for you to go and enjoy a meal with your loved ones. Excellent!
Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful cozy place and the food was delicious. The whole staff was very attentive and friendly. From the bus boys constantly bringing us water and taking out plates as soon as we were done to the waitress getting us new plates because she felt it wasn't clean enough. The thin crust coal fried pizza was spectacular! The Cassi Salad and truffle Mac and Cheese were perfect! The owner wished us a good day as we walked out. It was a great experience and will always come here whenever in the area.
The food is excellent. Old world style pizza (fresh mozzarella, not the standard dry moz which we generally use here in NY). A little pricey. Excellent management, great service, and quaint atmosphere. They play music at a moderately low level so that you dont have to yell at your table mates to talk. Currently waiting to pick up an order and they were playing some Italian folk music. (Amor del Bajo Corrales - Cafe Accordion Orchestra) Its a nice touch for us Italio-philes.
Ordered some dishes and salads for a Christmas Eve dinner. Food was outstanding, delivery was timely and courteous. Most important to me: staff is pleasant and easy to deal with. Made me feel like the money I was spending MATTERED. Ask for Vincenzo. He is a true gentleman.
A Bay Ridge gem! We stopped by Campania for dinner and were blown away by how delicious and light everything was. We ordered the Margherita pie and baked clams, and both were next-level. The pizza was coal-fired to perfection --crispy yet airy, and so light it almost felt like we didn't even eat pizza (in the best way possible). No heaviness, just pure flavor. The baked clams? Absolute decadence. Buttery, garlicky, and perfectly balanced -- hands down some of the best I've had in Brooklyn. To top it all off, the service was amazing. Our servers were incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. If you're in the area (or even if you're not), Campania is worth the visit. Great vibes, fantastic food, and true hospitality.
🇺🇸 🇮🇹 Great Dining Experience ‼️ The lobster 🦞 ravioli and the sausage ring were done to excellence. Fantastic customer service and an amazing atmosphere right in the heart ❤️ of Bay Ridge. Went for an early dinner before the Stevie Nicks concert at the Barclays Center. Another 2 thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻 for quality & quantity. Brooklyn’s Own 😎
Everyone was so Friendly Perfisional and Accommodating The aviance was amazing. Our waitress Brittany was very kind and patient and went the extra mile giving good advice Making our experience Wonderful Especially for me it was my first time there. I wish I had found this place sooner but now I have a good place to go for delicious food, thank you so much everyone that was involved with service 😊 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Great night with friends at Campania Came into Brooklyn last night and had a delicious dinner at Campania in Bay Ridge to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious, service excellent and overall experience perfect. Everything from the pastas, the crab chowder, grilled swordfish, pizzas and pumpkin cheesecake was delicious. Our server was amazing and the host very personable and attentive (think Stanley Tucci ❤️). The tables are tight but It's a definite go to spot when in Bay Ridge. We will be back for the holidays!
Great pizza! I'd call it a business-casual experience: dark, intimate, warm lighting, fun music, dressing up (depending on the time) feels just right. The atmosphere has a nice buzz to it with the level they keep the music at. Our waiter was excellent, thoughtful, knew the menu, & made great suggestions! We got a couple pizzas - classics. They came out surprisingly fast, were very fresh, & were delicious. Great texture across the breading, crust, & toppings. This will be one of our go-to date spots & places we take friends out to.
I absolutely adore the pizza place just a block away from my in-laws. Whenever I’m in Brooklyn, I make sure to stop by. They serve traditional coal-fired pizzas, and they’re simply delicious. The crust is thin and crispy, and all the ingredients are of high quality, without making you feel bloated. The margarita pie is also terrific. I’m eagerly looking forward to dining in soon. They have pizzas in both 12” and 16” sizes. The one pictured is a 12” pizza because I took it on the go.
Very professional and courteous staff, especially Brittany our server. The manager also was very hospitable. Staff and other servers were friendly. Brittany was informative when ordering from the menu, great variety of choices on the menu. Restaurant very comfortable atmosphere to dine especially with little ones. Campania is a frequent dining spot for us each time we go to Brooklyn to visit our son and his family. Awesome dining experience and food is excellent! If you have an opportunity to go there in your travels, or if you are a local, you have to enjoy an evening at Campania Coal Fired Pizza!
Excellent classic Italian place in Bay Ridge! We had a great bottle of wine and cocktail, the chicken parm was great (choose your own fresh made pasta!), focaccia (very thin, kinda like a thin crust pizza), and took home tiramisu which was excellent the next day. The vibe is relaxed and classy, with exposed brick and open windows. Definitely will be back!
Great food, service is top notch and the interior is well decorated. It was pretty empty around 12 noon when we got there but it’s best to rsvp for larger group. Pizza is definitely a little different but delicious. It’s brick oven baked. The pasta is out of this world. I love the sea food selection.
The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are fresh and generous. It's easily the best pizza I've had in a long time. Whether you're in the mood for a classic margherita or something more adventurous, there's something for everyone. The specialty pizzas are creative and absolutely The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Our order was taken promptly, and the pizzas arrived hot and fresh. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The decor is charming, and it adds to the overall pleasant experience. The pizzas are not only delicious but also great value for money. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. It's the perfect place to enjoy a high-quality meal without breaking the bank.We visited with our kids, and it was perfect for the whole family. The menu has plenty of options for children, and the staff were very accommodating. The kids loved the pizza, and we appreciated the relaxed, family-friendly environment.I often order takeout from
We had a wonderful dining experience at Campania. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. When we found a hair in one of our dishes, the owner personally came over to apologize and promptly replaced the plate with a fresh one. The level of care and attention he showed turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine from a wonderful owner!
Good pizza, great fresh pasta dishes and free valet parking. Its one of my wife's favorites and they take reservations. Try there meatballs, delish.
We've been ordering from here at least once a month for years now. We usually order their Margherita or Lombarda pizza. Their chicken wings and Caesar salad are great too. The food is always consistent and delicious. Recently, we were excited to see that they have pizza kits for delivery now. We ordered a deluxe pizza kit. The kit contains everything you need to make your own medium-sized pizza at home; dough, sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and basil. It was fun to make! This will always be one of our favorite places to order from in Brooklyn.
The place is nice and cozy. The food is delicious. But, it is my understanding that the place decided in two sections with two different servers. The first time I visited this place, our server was a lady. She was inattentive and careless. She didn't take our order for a while despite there were few people. She also messed with my drink. Then we waited for a check for long. The other time we came there, we were served by a guy. He was very fast in taking our order, changed our plates as soon as they got full and came to our table couple of times to find out whether everything was ok.
Quaint little pizza / Italian place serving delicious garlic knots & pasta If you order the traditional pie & knots as an appetizer I highly recommend not getting an entrée as you will likely be stuffed & will be taking it to go Tasty drinks The price point is a bit high, but, it's New York.
Came here yesterday for a celebratory lunch and tried out the fried calamari platter and the ortolano pizza. The fried calamari was a good portion for a party of 3 which is understandable for the price. The Ortolano pizza was very refreshing and the artichokes tasted like chicken. The pizza was cooked well and the pizza left you wanting more because it felt so light to eat. Will be returning to try more.
The atmosphere is traditional and very nice. Menu many options but not overwhelming. Had stuffed oysters and specialty pizza. Very fresh and tasteful. Fresh ingredients Only complaint is very slow 1.5 hours from order to pizza. To control occupancy they lock front door. Major fire code violation
The food is wonderful but the place over books and gets really packed and becomes difficult to move around. There's no way the service could be better because It is too small for the amount of customers that they book. It can get very noisy and unsettling for sound sensitive individuals. All of the entrees and including the appetizers and desserts were delicious, prepared well at season we well..... But the amount of noise and people may affect the digestion ;)..... I would give this place five or six stars even (because of their food) if they lessened the amount of tables and increased the service.
A local gem with excellent food. Great for pizza, pasta and especially love the clams. My family and I have been coming here for years. Only recent downside is the music at night is extremely loud and upbeat. It makes it tough to have a conversation and does not go with the setting. I am not sure why they decided to change the music recently but hope it goes back to lower and calmer music.
The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They serve Italian cuisine. I ordered the ortalano pizza which consists of various vegetable toppings. The pizza is very good and prepared in a coal-fired oven. The meatball parmigiana hero was good and included several large meatballs. The fried flounder hero was different and fresh. The restaurant has a nice bar and the atmosphere is comfortable.
In town for a birthday dinner and this was the choice .. first off service was ok but we were seated outside and we kind of felt forgotten.. our waiter was nice but it’s up to management to also take care of tables. My sister asked for salt for her margarita and it never came… they took the plates away after appetizers and some of us got utensils replaced and some did not..we asked for bread and it arrived after the dinner…no attention to the details ..food appetizers we ordered were delicious but the lobster ravioli was not a winner at all as the pasta was so thick it was hard to eat without feeling like it was a thick piece of dough stuffed with simple filling.. linguine dish was really good but this place needs improvement on some of their kinks!!
Expensive food that is pretty run of the mill Italian. You can find this all over Bay Ridge. What made me upset is I went for an early lunch and ordered a coffee with my lunch and received water down garbage that only made my headache worse.
I been at this location pre-COVID. Food was great and the atmosphere as well. I tried this location recently after COVID. Greg the head waiter, well dressed gentleman, keeps his hands folded; ignored us when we arrived. He was greeting other people after we arrived and was giving them the wait time. This really was upsetting. But, we were greeted by Saberro one of the waiters, very friendly and polite. The atmosphere was great.
Food is really hit or miss unfortunately rarely ever served hot or warm usually room temperature if U even ask the waiter A few appetizers are good and salads Its a convenient location near Dr’s medical offices for lunch not much in the area However in December or November they had a fire closed but still have not updated their hours or website
We were having a good time we had appetizers, dinner, desserts and easily 15 drinks but then forgot the birthday girls cake for celebration so after ordering 6 desserts we asked for the birthday girls cake and the manager practically threw us out. We were eating and drinking non stop so no reason for the manager to act like that towards us. The food was good but we will never go back. Everything was good all the way till the end when the manager completely ruined it. He said we needed to go asap because there was other people waiting for tables even though I was spending nonstop. Never going there again and I would suggest if you have a celebration go elsewhere.
Previous review :Good pizza, good service and good price. Current review few years later: Pizza dough was good but topping changed, tomato sauce a bit too garlicy if we want to compare with authentic Italian Pizza but that's passable, the big negative was the stinginess in the mozzarella cheese.. it was almost non existent. The cannolies are still delicious though. Note: photos included showing pizzas ordered few years ago and last week.
On my last visit, I went to purchase a gift card to give as a unique present. I was shocked to be hit with a service charge!!! I'm bring them business, referring customers... and they charge me a fee for this!!! I asked to wave the extra nonsense charge, after much discussion... they did not remove the charge. The staff and manager said it was "Policy". What an inconvenience & wrong it was. I returned after i left, and still bought the gift card... i needed a present too give and this was my limited option. But afterwards, I thought about, still not happy. Although, the food is fine. I do not think I will be recommending this to restaurant to other family or friends. When the all mighty $$$-buck is more important than keeping a patron happy, then that service has failed. As luck would have it, I needed to buy another gift card, twice as more expensive. I went to another restaurant that did not charge a service charge. I was left a lot happier. The competitor (a different restaurant) appreciates who I am...
Did a pick up on Mother's Day 5/11/25. I am staying on base(Fort Hamilton) so it was a 3 min drive. I understand they are busy, but the Pizza was cold, ordered extra sauce on the side for the garlic knots, got cream instead. Ordered the Vodka pasta, it was cold, cause it was sitting for a while and the pasta soaked up the sauce. The order said it will be ready 10 mins before the order time. I got there 15 mins before. The food was sub-par, hence the 2 stars. They really don't pay attention to the pick-up orders. I was really looking forward to this place due to the reviews.
Went for lunch today. It wasn’t busy at all. My eggplant parm took about 25 minutes. It was served at slightly above room temperature and was about 1/4 inch thick. Wish I had taken a photo. The waitress was very nice but someone let the food sit for a while before it was brought out by another person. The portion size was not a good value, I looked at a photo that someone posted online of their eggplant parm. Looked like mine was 25% the size. The flavor was OK, I’ve had frozen E.P. that was as good or better. Maybe I should have ordered pizza.
The food was good I ordered a steak sandwich paid over $22,.00 and barely any meat. This is too much money for bread cheese and peppers. Sorry but I won't be back.
Reservation was for 6:30, waited over 45 minutes, freezing cold with elderly parents in their 80’s, rude and nasty
I ordered a pizza and a sausage ring to go. The girl told me 15 min so I sat right outside the door by register and said let me know when it’s ready. Nobody called so I went inside where my sausage was on the counter and the pizza was above the oven. I live two blocks from restaurant- stuff was stone cold when I got home. Had to turn on my oven in 90 degrees to get the pizza heated. I don’t even think they made it fresh. Used to loved the place — not so much any more. Higher prices, mire noise, not great service. And by the way, if you know pizza flour, you’ll recognize immediately that they switched flour. It’s like white bread not pizza. Does not wood burn. Not good. Maybe they can’t import because of the tariffs. Whatever the reason, too bad.
I've ordered from this place for years, but haven't been a little bit. I just called to attempt an order for a delivery on Bay Ridge Ave. and Narrow ave but I was just told that I am outside of there delivery area. I am in Bay Ridge but they don't deliver north of 79th St. any longer. Doesn't make sense to cut out half of the neighborhood for their delivery zone
This used to be one of my favorite places. Until yesterday I was almost forced to get out of my table because the person who was joining me was taking long to find parking. Gregory told me to wait outside after they had already told me to sit. It was awkward and even the ladies next to me said he was nasty. I was very disappointed.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and it’s disappointing to say the experience has gone downhill recently. The music has been extremely loud to the point where it’s uncomfortable and hard to enjoy a meal or have a conversation. Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve also noticed a change in management — the manager is frequently on his phone and seems disengaged instead of paying attention to customers or staff. It’s frustrating to see a place I used to love lose its focus.
Came here for dinner with the family. Got a chicken dish for $28 and asked the waiter for a side of pasta. He didn’t even care to mention it was $16 for a tiny dish of noodles. What a joke. This used to be more favorite place but if you’re gonna cheat me you’ll never see my business again.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless I truly had a bad experience but this place charged me 2 plates of penne vodka with chicken with an order of a rice ball and ginger ale for $90 so I assumed it was going to be good. Boy was I wrong. I was delivered what was probably the worst penne vodka I’ve ever had in my life. The pasta was dry and the vodka sauce was scarce and watery. The chicken was also terrible. The food was so bad it honestly felt like a joke. I would’ve appreciated them not taking my order instead of serving me what felt like was the leftovers of the night. This was my first and will be my last time ordering from them. You can get way better penne vodka from any small pizzeria and it’ll come out better than the nonesense that I was served. Highly don’t recommend this place at all.
Came here with my family to celebrate a birthday. Despite having a reservation, we waited about 30 minutes past our reserved time. The manager informed us that a reservation does not guarantee immediate seating, which was frustrating. Once seated, we were crammed into a very small table with little space. The music was extremely loud—so loud that we couldn’t hear our server or even have a conversation among ourselves. It felt more like a club or disco than a restaurant, especially not the traditional Italian atmosphere we were expecting. The food came out fairly quickly overall, but one dish (belonging to the birthday guest) arrived about 15 minutes later than the rest. To the server’s credit, they were extremely apologetic and brought out dessert for him, which was appreciated. We asked for the music to be lowered, and while it was briefly adjusted, it became very loud again within minutes. When we spoke to the manager, his response was dismissive and rude, assuming everyone enjoys loud music. At one point, the table was literally shaking from the volume. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
