A cozy bar, a perfect place to watch the game. Good selection of beers.
Atmosphere and service are top notch. Ask for Kristen! ❤️
Love this bar. New to the neighborhood and definitely a favorite.
Welcoming and chilled spot..... would definitely go back and invite some people!!
Great neighborhood bar!!
Great place, warm, nice drinks and games to play
Great place to watch the game... even if it's a Bill's Bar🤦🏾♂️
Best spot on this stretch for sports! Good beer and shot specials, and some pop up food in the backyard occasionally.
The place does not disappoint! The owners are kind and friendly, prices are fair and it’s a Bills backer bar!
Love watching my sports here! Great beer selection, plenty spirits on hand and Mike and Diane are awesome!
Great spot to stumble upon! Lowkey ma n pop vibe. Very clean and welcoming to all crowds.
Awesome place. Can make you forget you are in Brooklyn when the Bills are on. Great neighborhood feel
Hands down best bar in Brooklyn. Amazing beer selection and amazing staff.
This place was an amazing place to watch the Bills game! Prices are on point and the owners are awesome people!!
Excellent selection of beers on tap. I'll definitely be here again soon
Provided a couple of weary travellers with a comfortable sofa, some sports on tv and good beer and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for saving our day!
A friendly place with a great beer selection.
Sitting here, listening to some of the most interesting convo, enjoy a glass of Angel's Envy. Not a bad Saturday night at all!
Super friendly :)
Love this place! Amazing owners, amazing service, the best bar in town period!!!
Different bartenders but still a fantastic neighborhood bar with a great 🍺 selection
Chill spot to hang out and catch a game. FYI - if you want to hang out inside, make sure to bring a copy of your vaccination card!
I wonderful place to watch the Sunday NFL games.Great Beer list.
Cozy spot if you just want to chill and have a drink and plus there’re televisions for sports 👍
Nice neighborhood bar with sports. Great craft menu
Fulton Ale House is everything we love in a bar. The service is solid and Mike and Diana (owners) are amazing and super accommodating, personable + pizza. Also, the backyard and bbq setup is worth checking out on weekends.
Great spot that has grown in Bed-Stuy! Come by and enjoy the great scene and decor and the wonderful crowd. They represent all that is good with the "New" and growing and inclusive Brooklyn where we can all get along and enjoy with each other!
Great place, great people, great selection
I got here about once a month after work for mental health drinks and it's a great spot that never gets too crowded but is never empty either. Great spot to talk and be heard without having to yell.
Mike is the man. Solid beer selection with great vibes. Really just what you need from a bar.
Fulton Ale House is becoming my new Monday night spot. They have good variety of interesting brews on tap and a killer bartend to boot. 👌🏽
Had a great time here playing trivia! Wonderful tap selection and an outstanding bartender. We’ll be making this a regular spot
My go to place after work..john.mike..Dianne. And my bearded Yankee fan bartender .just the best.nicest human beings you ever want to meet..only problem..they're buffalo bills fans...lol
Great beer and great crowd. Nice and down to earth place. Amazing for a chill night out with your best friends.
Great sports bar. Nice outside area. Good beer, and relaxed atmosphere.
Been going since 2018. Mike and diane are like family..all your sports in one place..plus a chill vibe..
Well kept bar, great beer selection, lots of TV for games and chess in the front. Cool place to hang, for real.
Awesome place. Adam served us and is a lovely guy. I recommend it for a good bear and some pizza.
Best bar in the area by far; great events, great drinks, and greater people! Worth a stop in for sure
Fantastic sports bar!!! Small bar meals, love the pizza!!! Plenty of screens for different sporting events. Friendly and professional staff. I sometimes even have meetings there in the early afternoon. Cool and exciting vibes kind of a place.
Comfortable, lots of beer on tap, nice backyard area
Lovely local haunt that is a Buffalo Bills bar (so keep that in mind on Sundays and Mondays and the occasional Thursday) but has a great staff and good selection/prices! Highly recommend if you're looking for a spot to watch sports in Bed Stuy and want a good beer selection (with full bar). They have a few bar food options if you're looking for a snack too. Make sure to try the Mafia Sauce and Krupnik(?) Shots if you enjoy a bit of chaos in your life.
Great sports bar. Johnny the bartender was friendly and hospitable. Good choice of beers. Reasonable prices and good company. I made friends immediately. Great back yard to lounge and chill in the warm new york evenings. I will definitely come back again.
This was an amazing place. Awesome service. Fantastic selection of beer. It was a surprising stumble upon as we were walking around Brooklyn. They have almost every game you could want to watch on tv and a good crowd to watch with (even on a weekday afternoon). Definitely a highlight of our visit
Every person said goodbye to me when they left! A stranger who maybe doesn’t look overly friendly, haha. Such good people working and showing up keeping everyone safe and making jokes! Probably my fav bar in BK. Def a chill respite from other spots round Fulton. Come here before you check out somewhere else, ya heard!?
Relatively new bar...they don't make their own food but they have a menu you can order from and they'll go pick it up. Really nice space...good customer base. Gruff bartenders...nice NYC feel...that might be a bit they do cause they're all very friendly after you talk to them for a while. I've been here only a handful of times and already had a couple of drinks bought back for me...so as long as you're not a total douche or worse you should have a good time here.
It took me a while to step in and some how's always felt intimidated by this great classic look of this sport bar and it's super "Manly" design but I stopped by for a couple drinks alone. Attentive bartender check! A few tables of happy, chatty people check! it's enough to make me come back. I like it.
This pub is like an Oasis for us bills fans in a territory annexed and brainwashed by those NJ teams of the Giants and Jets...this pub is perhaps the only surviving Bunker for bills fans whom know very very well that the bills are the ONLY team to play in New York State and thus represent us New York State citizens...the attention is so nice and upbringing I mean the staff and clients don't look down at you since we all have a common link that is the love towards the Buffalo Bills...I truly recommend this site
One of the classic local (sports) bars considering it’s only a few years old. But they got the regular scene who are dedicated. Great owners and good craft beers. No food but you can bring in. Good for soccer too.
Great selection of beer on tap. Came on a Sunday evening and was very quiet. Has many TV's like a sports bar. Has dart board and board games to play. Has outdoor patio too.
Great beer selection. Only thing is they had a Guinness folding blackboard but offered a delicious craft Irish stout instead. The bar selecrion is superb and the room is lively. A hidden gem when exploring Brooklyn.
The owner, Mike, is a great guy who knows his beer. Staff are very friendly, great draft selection, backyard, and had a variety of sports events streaming. A great neighborhood beer cave.
Am a cowboy, and this is my Ranch the place is cozy feels like a saloon for real I reckon. Warm atmosphere, the owners friendly and warm-hearted. I like this place it's going to be my new Ranch.. I lived in England and I'm here looking at a football game, Liverpool playing vs Everton it take me back growing up in Coventry England. I miss England my home before America.
If you're a Bill's or Sabre's fan, this should be your first stop on game day. FAH has a selection of regional WNY beers (although last time I was in there were only 2-3) and plenty of seating to watch any of the TVs around the bar. The bartenders and owners are diehard fans as well, so the energy is always high. Weekly trivia and other themed nights aren't uncommon, although I haven't been yet.
We watched SNF, especially Bills vs. Vikings (week 3 2018) there. The atmosphere was great and awesome. The little bar on Fulton Street has a great tap selection and some really nice whiskeys. You can play some games there, too.
It's a classic bar: beer, liquor, snacks, and sports. The couple who own Fulton Ale House are welcoming and friendly. There are several TVs with different games on them and we went there specifically to watch a Buffalo Sabres game. Transparency note: it is a Bills Backers bar, I'm guessing that the Sabres come in second on the priority list. Don't be discouraged, I was introduced to a man who plays "Fly Eagles Fly" at games, but when it's an away game, he asked the owners if he could play it at Fulton Ale House. The response was "Yes, if you'll play the Bills "Shout" song during Bills games. Both wishes were fulfilled, and he happened to be at Fulton Ale House to watch a 76ers game when I was there. I also met a Bruins fan, with whom I had a polite conversation. There was a Rangers game on another TV, and I got to watch some WNBA before the Sabres game started (WNBA is exciting B-ball) You can see international sports like soccer and pretty much whateve games that are available at the time you happen to be there, following the priority of Buffalo, NYC (I suspect Brooklyn first) and down the line. They have different event nights of the week, like Trivia nights, and Darts Night. There is a large tapped beer selection; I had well-poured Guiness and a Buffalo area favorite - Labatt Blue, which is a pilsner from Canada. No matter your tastes, you should find a few things that suit your palate. And they have a big choice of liquors to make your favorite cocktail, or to just enjoy it straight. If you're looking for a more intimate bar setting, with sports, and a homey environment, Fulton Ale House is the place for you.
Sports on TV and Jazz in the corner...win win. Great selection of spirits and beers on tap. Mike the bartender seems like a good guy to boot.
really cool place, bartender was super nice would defend drink here again
Great local spot with variety of options for drinks. Snacks limited to super tasty pizzas oh and trivia night for the competitive crowd- great hosts and questions
Great beer selection. Friendly staff and owners. There is a backyard space but I didn’t get to check it out. It looks nice, though. Plus there is a dart board. The dart board could use a proper light set up because it’s currently kind of glaring if you are on the sides. Thats really a minor issue.
Several selections to choose from and friendly/efficient staff. I loved the small town bar feel in a big city. I’m glad I stumbled upon this place!
What a great place! I was meeting a couple of people from my Reddit group. The atmosphere the beer and ale selections were perfect. And Mike the bartender is THE BEST. I I immediately felt at home . Seems like such a great guy. I don’t go to bars often but if I did this would be my regular go to place 100%
This place is my jam. Not only is it the coolest Bills bar in the city, but it has the best owners and employees. Mike & Diana have been so kind, generous and amazing to get to know. As well as Sam! What a gem of a human. I love coming into the bar for bills games of course! Go bills! But also to just hang around for a wonderful neighborhood atmosphere. Their hot dogs are wonderful & their beer list is unmatched. Go check them out if you’re in the area :)
Great spot. BUFFALO BILLS BAR. Allows you to bring food that they dont sell
Vibe was nice and drinks were reasonably priced, but wish there was a smoking area
Service good we were seated at the end of the bar and didn't wait long to be acknowledged and refilled with our favorite libations.
Friendly, warm atmosphere with a nice choice of beers, spirits and good mix of people. Another gem for Bed Stuy.
Been here twice with my wife always good music and drinks
No food but it’s a fun place to watch games and get a drink
New place on Fulton that is probably still working out the kinks. All the furniture is comfortable and the decoration is great too. Pizza was surprisingly good and a good choice of beers. Music should be a little louder, you can whisper and hear the person next to you. So happy to have a place that shows games in the neighborhood. Will be spending a lot more time here. Heard there's a secret pool table on the 2nd floor.
Calm atmosphere, great drinks, and friendly staff. They have a very limited food menu, but you can bring your own food. Def will go back.
Great local bar with a few eats and good drinks 🍸
This was a very nice place to hang out with friends and family, so of my coworkers and I went and the food and service was good they need to improve on the quality of the drinks ,happy hour is the way to go
Great spot,, still low-key,,, maybe ladies night or something...bartenders are good guys!! The bar pizza was surprisingly delicious...Reminded me of Astronaut food at first...kind of in a funky spot, but...sprucing up the Stuy,,lil by lil...Great new "gin jernt" to the hood... Gave you 3 stars for now...Just make your beer ICE COLD!!!! CMON!! and the chess boards...uhhh,, ok...not to many hipsters, but...they're part of b kaze ambiance... sooo.. place is still unknown... Give it ago...awsome lil hideaway for a date, or a group to go to...dcor is cool...bathroom(s) is super nice new and clean...
Easy going and has a patio. Not much else, but the staff is nice. Could use some energy or direction instead of just being one of a few bars within a few blocks.
The ambiance is incredible and it is a nice place to hang out and have good drinks. It’s just a shame that tonight, there was a bartender who was very short with my group, even though we were not excessively loud or drunk. He charged us for things we did not buy and he refused to serve us for asking about the charges. It’s a shame that such a nice night was dampened by such rude service but I would still go again because it was so pretty.
Word to the wise. If you get a gift card, don’t try to use it during a Bills game. They won’t honor it. And they will require a minimum spend on top of that.
Today I decided to take a break and have a glass of beer at a local Bed Stuy establishment. I left highly offended when it was time for me to pay for my beer. I realized after I ordered the beer that it was a $10 minimum on debit cards. I told the bartender (white guy with a baseball hat husky possibly brown hair) that I will go next door after I finish my beer to withdraw the money for the bill, which was only $5. Before I decided to go next door, the bartender asked me to leave my phone with him in case I do not come back. I was highly offended, and I do not know if it was because of the color of my skin, that he did not believe that I will return to pay for a measly $5 beer. I Proceeded to tell him I will not under any circumstance leave my phone or anything of valuable nature just for a $5 beer. I have never been so embarrassed in my life and I truly believe that it was because I am black and his patrons do not normally look like me. I will never patronize this establishment and it makes me extremely sad and embarrassed along with many other feelings but this has happened to me in my own gentrified neighborhood. All of this for a $5 beer, I mean I work really hard and have a career! In response to the owner: Unfortunately, regardless of your response to be, this does not alleviate the situation. Its truly ashame , again , as a owner you sat there and did not intervene. At the end of the day, I am a member of the community that was willing to spend my money at your business. This interaction was judgmental and could be presumed as racist. I will stand by my statement to say, if I looked like you or your bartender, I would not have been treated in this manner. Also, as a bartender I know if someone put something over their glass, it is an unspoken rule that the person is coming back. Your bartender took it upon himself to throw my drink away. In your response, it further proved that you and your bartender really thought I was not coming back to pay for my $5 dollar drink. At the end of the day, you lost me as a customer and more than likely future customers over you and your prejudice attitudes. I have no reason to ever skip out on a bill, especially one for $5. I have friends (non African American etc) that have been in this situation and have never been asked to leave a valuable item for a $5 dollar drink. I am pretty sure again, if I was a White professional man/woman and I ordered that $5 dollar drink, you would not have asked me to leave a valuable item. All I ask is for trust in your neighborhood and patrons that are "different". Again, this is my neighborhood, born and raised. I frequent many bars and restaurants. I come from a family that owned bars. I know what customer service is and most importantly I know what respect looks like. The way the situation happened yesterday, showed lack thereof. You should be ashamed to admit that you was the owner that sat through all of this. My voice will be heard and respected on all platforms as the power of communication is beautiful.
I use to go there everyday until i noticed the owners were very disrespectful and snobby! They act like they're doing you a favor, if you ask for prices the point to the wall instead of engaging in conversation. Not spending there anymore, they take their customers for granted.
I was about to leave. But before leaving I was gonna leave a tip. But as I get up the guy approaches me and say, ARE YOU GONNA LEAVE A TIP. AND IT WAS LOUD. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ENTER THAT PLACE
Nice looking bar, good veriety of beer. Although the bartender was very rude and unpleasent. Wouldn't recommend.
Service from the bar tender the night of the Jets vs Cleveland game was horrible. It felt like we were doing her a favor being there.
Believe all the reviews. The racism and discrimination is real. They target and attack black and brown patrons and make them feel uncomfortable. I will never come back in here again.
Website and sign and maps page said they're open at 10am. Lights and NFL are on. Bartender said they're 'semi-open' and asked "why do you want to come in?". Never seen a business refuse eager customers, very strange?
These ppl are so nasty, I asked how many beers I was charged for and apparently that is offensive, I paid the entire tab w no problem for myself and my male friend. I just didn't realize there was $10 charge for gratuity already added in and had intended to give them $55 regardless but thought that I was charged for a second beer. At no point was I rude or nasty, that is not who I am.As a bar owner if ppl would like to see or have a copy of the receipt it's NOT offensive but apparently these ppl are that fragile. They were also upset that I paid w a card as opposed to cash. (At which point she pointed her finger at me and said YOU but didn't finish. When I returned they screamed at me as though I had violated or NOT paid. I can not believe fellow business owners behave in such a deplorable desperate manner and am embarrassed for them. ESPECIALLY being that I am from downtown Buffalo and so is my dad whom before becoming an eye surgeon, post Vietnam, was the manager and head bartender for the most famous bar out of Buffalo, the Ancher bar, where buffalo wings were founded... With that said these ppl are NOT representing Buffalo aside from hosting the games, sad and despicable.
The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I felt extremely discriminated against and targeted. Out of a group of people the waiter’s assumed that we wouldn’t tip and I can’t attribute it to any other reason than us being black. To be so singled out and the butt of some miserable waitresses racist joke in BEDSTUY in 2025 so boldly I honestly almost couldn’t believe it. The neighbor I've grown up in my entire life. When I went to speak to the manager they were even worse than the waitress ignoring her behavior and acting as if we were the problem. This was all in a matter of 10 minutes at this place. I couldn’t even get my food without dealing with racism in a bar in my neighborhood. Worst bar I’ve ever been to.
Please do not patronize this establishment, was here earlier this evening with some friends and witnessed a bartender telling all the patrons that were brown that they had to tip or she would not serve them. However, the patrons who were not melanated did not receive the same treatment. The blatant racism was so clear and evident. I am beyond disgusted.
I am a Brooklyn native and it is sad when people who have no real intent to connect with a community that they are serving. I had the most racist experience all because I didn't tip at the bar. First of all, tipping is voluntary and second of all the bartenders attitude was so nasty to my friends that it made me not want to tip. We all had to leave because of how racist it was and the owners were excusing the bartenders behavior. NEVER AGAIN.
Came in to use the bathroom. The bartender said it’s for customers only to which I asked for a soda (which I was planning to give away immediately). I used the bathroom and 10 steps out of the door realized I left my phone. When I came back and opened the bathroom, I got screamed at by a patron at the bar (probably a woman on the spectrum) to which the bartender told her she’s just looking for her phone. It was super embarrassing being the only not white person and being yelled at. I don’t get an apology or anything despite my politeness. I like bars that look like this but this comes with the prejudice and screaming patrons
Blatant Racism and Discrimination at Fulton Ale House I recently had an appalling experience at Fulton Ale House that reeked of blatant racism and discrimination against people of color. Upon arriving before the Champions League game started, I was simply waiting for friends at the bar when the owner, a white woman, aggressively approached me and the gentleman of color sitting beside me. She rudely demanded that we immediately purchase drinks and not just "sit around", despite not making similar demands of the white patrons who had been sitting longer without drinks. It was clear we were being singled out solely due to the color of our skin. This was an outright racist attack masked as a policy that was only being enforced against the minority customers present. The discrimination continued even after my friends arrived and we had purchased four drinks. The bartender then began screaming at us that we couldn't watch the game for "free", again treating us completely differently than the white patrons. The staff's hostile, aggressive, and demeaning behavior towards us as people of color was absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable. We were clearly profiled and discriminated against based on race from the moment we entered the establishment. I would urge anyone who believes in equality and has zero tolerance for racism to avoid Fulton Ale House at all costs. Support businesses that treat all customers with dignity and respect regardless of skin color. Racist policies and behavior like this should not be tolerated or enabled.
