The food is okay. It's not spicy enough for me, but it's pretty fresh. The rice is great. If you order delivery you might not know there's a B in the window from Health Department inspections. Personally, I haven't had any problems.

Imagine receiving a plate of perfectly made spare ribs and you bite into one to get a mouth full of SUGAR. Yes… SUGAR! I’m not joking. BEWARE!!! Why in the WORLD would you do that?! I can’t believe what I just ate. SO OFFENSIVE on my taste buds, man. Like, I imagine them sprinkling it on like Salt Bae. Don’t you know how off putting it is to eat candied bbq spare ribs? That offended my taste buds beyond belief. What’s wrong with y’all?! It was perfect without the SUGAR. STOP DOING THAT!!!

AVOID THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I write this review with utter disappointment, but after looking at the last few reviews, I see this has become the norm. Obviously my $50 purchase is insignificant to their business but I’m sure there’s others experiencing the same thing. I called and ordered at 7:47, was told the usual 20-25 mins. At 8:27, 40 mins later I called to see how much longer it’d be. The woman says the driver left a few mins ago. At 8:53 my husband gets home, food still isn’t here so he calls and goes back and forth with them on the phone with them for 19 mins, still no driver during this time. The driver calls at 9:19 that he’s outside. We’re 7 mins by bike and it’s understandable that we probably weren’t the only food he was dropping off…but it took him almost an hr if not more because the time he left the store is unknown. My food delivery took a total of…1 hr and 32 mins and they had the audacity to offer a free soda as compensation!!!! The “manager” said he couldn’t do anything. He then got in contact with the “owners” who said they couldn’t do anything. We did not take the food from the driver because at that point I had to make something else for my kids. We’ve been a loyal customer for the 5 years we’ve been in the area, but I will now be looking for a new place. At 10:10 pm I got a lovely automated text that the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the food. Big lesson on giving businesses our money just for convenience when they don’t value it.

I ordered delivery and after 40 minutes I called and they told me it was on the way, then I called again and 30 minutes after that and they said 15 more minutes, 20 minutes later it had still not arrived so I cancelled my order.

I’m writing this with a very heavy heart! My partner and I frequent this place so much and the food is always amazing and the delivery is quick! HOWEVER, we just waited TWO HOURS for cold food. Every time we called we were told 20 more minutes, until we ultimately spoke with the manager which only was able to offer us a $4 discount which felt boarder line disrespectful how unaccommodating they are. The delivery driver was rude and may I add that this “discount” was offered after 30 minutes on the phone. I’m sorry to say they’ve lost local and loyal customers.

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. ordered from here on saturday and the food took over an hour to arrive. i have my roommate one(1) crab rangoon to try and boom we both get food poisoning for days. a week later i am still going through it and my roommate just recovered. never in my life has a crab rangoon took me out this bad

Horrible, everytime I order and the woman answers my order comes wrong. When I speak to the gentleman he listens order comes good this woman since she has been answering the calls foods always wrong never listens then wanna speak bs in her language as if I don’t or some of us don’t understand what’s she’s talking about it with the cook. I’ve been a customer of this restaurant for years would never order again not to mention lately the eggrolls taste like freezer and the fries as well. Please be aware.
