The food is absolutely delicious..I ordered for my entire house adults and children and it’s 👍🏼 Across the board..everyone loved the fresh mozzarella (it is real fresh mozzarella) not sliced cold cut cheese..the grilled chicken also delicious..we found our new favorite place to eat out in the area..highly recommend it..if you live close by or passing through you definitely have to check it out..you won’t be disappointed

They overcharge and lie about their prices. Especially if you use card or Apple Pay whatever price they tell you isn’t the same as what your charged.

This was my go-to store when I hung out at the Washington Library. in those good ole days before the world changed. I used to mostly buy beverages here because most of the items looked overpriced.

Has a lot of variety of food for breakfast and lunch fairy queen but only have one guy cooking which makes your order take a long time but one of the best grocery stores in the area who is also fresh and inexpensive.

Our order has never been correct from this spot and definitely have been overcharged. I’ll never forget one particular time I ordered a veggie sandwich with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño, onion, pickles and green peppers. It ended up being a dry hero with no Mayo and literally just red bell pepper and the wrong cheese. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but it’s so sad getting the wrong sandwich several times and paying 12 bucks for it. If you’re in a pinch I’d get a bacon egg and cheese but even that takes a minute and who knows what they’ll charge. Train the deli guys! That’s your bread and butter and you’re in a location where you’d benefit from better service.

This guy here is extremely disrespectful. Every time I come to this store with my kids in the morning, he has a bad attitude. I was trying to order an iced coffee, instead of him telling me what flavors & creamers he got an attitude because I asked & he started yelling at me telling me to hurry up he’s busy, there was only 1 other customer in the store. Then he continued to yell at me & saying he’s busy I need to hurry up & get out. He & a customer then followed me out the store and both were yelling at me in the street & calling my kid disrespectful names. He’s done this to me before while I was 5 months pregnant, i was ordering & he yelled at me telling me Im ordering too much and too slow and he’s busy and I need to hurry up. The kitchen area is dark and dirty. The salad toppings are always dry and old in the deli area. They need to get rid of him & clean that dirty kitchen. They over charge EVERYTHING. The rolls are never soft they’re so hard that when they toast it, it cuts inside my mouth.

This place used to be a great neighborhood spot. Since Covid, they have a new guy cooking and a relatively new cashier. Both suck. My $ will be going elsewhere.

Today it's raining and I needed an umbrella. I should have known better, but I figured it's an umbrella. I got the umbrella and used it, got to the corner of the knickerbocker, and the top broke off. I dropped my kids to school no more than 20 min had passed. I went back in asking for my money back. The guy goes no you been gone for a hour....sir I was gone and back in 20 min. His coworker knew I wasn't lying and told him to give me my money back. Obviously, the co-worker knows the umbrellas are faulty and didn't try to argue about it. Because I am the type to tell him to rewind the camera to see prove that an hour has passed when it wasn't even 30 min.
