This place is GREAT!!! Even tho I only come there on Sunday because of school BUT each time when I come there I always get so much. Everything is fresh make there and when you order something it’s right in front of the customer eyes to see. There tuna and garlic bagel is the best in my opinion. Also recommending their cream cheese bagel to. But their place is not just for bagel but their 4 special slushy. My two favorite is Carmel's coffee and Passion fruit slushy. THOSE TWO are must have especially in summer. There’s also drinks on the other side but who needs that when you have slushy. The only possible down side for this place is that you can’t see the good fresh bagels being make. Those nice fluffy crispy bagels is just way to good and I highly recommend bagels lover to try. Don’t forget about those slushy either.

Their bagels are out of this world! Always fresh, many times still warm, crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. I wish they would offer a full sandwich bar in regard to vegetables in the sandwiches. They could also use more staff, since they're so busy. There is always quite a few minutes wait. I also don't like that the same people handle both food and change- it seems a bit unsanitary. Getting an additional staff member and having one person. Manning the register and the other 2 handling the food would make things run in a way more sanitaryand efficient manner.

Was looking forward to a bagel this morning. Went in and waited a bit because the workers were to busy talking. I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. I looked her in the eyes when I said this. She than asked “plain” and I said everything with cream cheese. She said “that’s it”, I’m like yeah and I got a medium coffee… when I get home to enjoy this bagel, it was a plain bagel with cream cheese 😠😠 It was a bit hard to chew. No offense but they might want someone that understand a bit better English to help the customers.

The bagel store is located in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn. The "bagels" are not very good. The "bagels" were hard, very small and lacked any seeds. The egg salad was watery. I would describe the "bagels" as mini-bagels about the size of an English muffin. Prices for the "bagels" are low but are disappointing. They sell a variety of drinks. Friendly staff.

The employees don’t care about your time . Went there asked for a coffee, amidst a long line of people waiting to order food . Was literally ignored and left .Went in next morning asked why I was ignored . She continues ignoring you while cleaning the counter . You ask for coffee again . She doesn’t get off what she was doing before u arrived . Basically they don’t acknowledge that serving the customer is a priority. And u get lied to in your face . Very unpleasant customer service . Many times u see people get out of the store with an orange parking ticket waiting because what should have been 3 minutes extended to 20 minutes . It’s almost like they are dragging their feet to waste your time and give you a bad day . The bagels also have zero taste . U get what u pay for . If the owner is reading this . Your employees are antagonizing your customers . And obviously if someone is asking only for a coffee u shouldn’t expect them to wait on line for food to be prepared. Especially at the slow motion rate your employees work . Bad experience. Don’t waste your time .

Had bagels there prepandemic all the time, bagels fresh and delicious. Idk what happened these days but the bagels were absolutely horrible, like days old stale bagels and the price doubled. Not ever going back 😢

Excellent and well priced bagels? Yes Shouting at a customer and giving an attitude ??absolutely not and I won’t be silent about it Customer ahead of me was yelled at also and she said she experienced it last year she’s an out of Towner what a way to make out of towners feel welcome I have Shopped here many years over 10 we’re talking when they used to make omelettes and were across from Amnon I’m not stepping foot ever again I don’t care how old the sales rep is I won’t tolerate it I’m paying you you’re not paying me process that real fast if you don’t wanna lose customers because I’m DONE!!!!

The worst experience I ever had. The Jewish lady was so mean. She threw the money on the table and had the worst attitude. The place is certified kosher, but her attitude was definitely not kosher. I asked for toasted bagel, and I get a cold hard bagel. I’m not a pigeon. Where is the 0 star option. 😒
