Had such a wonderful experience at KPOT! The food was delicious, but what really made the night special was our server, Arkar. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. His friendly attitude and genuine care made us feel so welcome and relaxed the entire time. Service like his truly makes a difference, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Arkar, for such a lovely dining experience!

Steven at KPOT deserves his own fan club. I’ve eaten at a lot of restaurants, but I’ve never experienced service like this. Steven was warm, welcoming, and somehow always one step ahead of everything we needed. It felt less like being waited on and more like being professionally cared for. He was genuinely kind, incredibly attentive, and made the entire experience feel effortless and fun. Our table was spotless, our food kept coming perfectly timed, and his attitude alone elevated the whole night. You can tell immediately that Steven actually cares—and that is rare. If KPOT is known for great service, it’s because of people like Steven. He is the reason we’ll be back, and the standard every server should be measured against. KPOT is lucky to have him. We were lucky to be served by him.

Arkar was our server and he was AMAZING. Me my mom and little sister went for the first time and the service was absolutely perfect. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now, and I finally decided to give it a shot today. The front desk greeted me with a warm smile and answered all my questions patiently. She was incredibly sweet and attentive. My server, Sai, was also very kind and attentive. He made sure to check in on me without being overbearing and ensured that I was comfortable. He went over the food options and was very friendly. The food was delicious, and the serving sizes were generous. I love that it’s all-you-can-eat for two hours. It’s a great spot for a solo date.

So good! Feels very luxurious and affordable! Exited with a stomach extremely full. My friends and I came since it was my birthday and we received a slice of cake and a short birthday singing performance with the staff holding a sign! One of the staff was super nice to tell us that the birthday person could’ve gotten their entire portion free but only with 4 or more people. Sadly we only had 3 in total but the lady felt bad and gave all of us a free drink. Very good!!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon so it wasn’t that busy, was seated within 5 minutes. If it’s your first time at kpot, they will direct you to the appetizer, dessert, and sauce station and show you the ordering process on the iPad. Their appetizer selection was decent, I really liked the fried chicken and the sesame ball. For the kbbq, they have a great selection of chicken, seafood, pork, beef, and vegetables. The food came quickly and was very fresh! I highly recommend asking for some extra butter and some oil for the bbq grill. All the food was good, but I highly recommend getting the garlic shrimp, short ribs, and bulgogi. Order some lettuce and wrap up the proteins for a healthier and refreshing bite! For dessert, they had a decent selection of fruits and a cake. Fruits were fresh but might be hit or miss. I personally like the Longan and the cake. They also have the small cup of ice cream in the freezer near the entrance so don’t forget to grab one on your way out.

Arkar helped us cook the food and he was very attentive, checking in on us, making sure we didn’t burn our food, and he was so kind! We loved our food! My favorite was the beef bulgogi and the brisket! The corn was perfect and the sauces…. Plenty!! Third time coming here and it never disappoints! I didn’t get drinks because I don’t like the version of sweet here, but other than that everything is AMAZZZIIINNGG, thanks Arkar! I’ll be back again!

I’ve been wanting to try a hot pot place in Brooklyn for a while, so I finally checked out KPOT. Overall, the food was delicious — no complaints there. My girlfriend chose Korean BBQ and I did hot pot, and everything we ordered tasted great. The only thing that could really improve here is the service experience. I understand it’s all-you-can-eat and most ordering is done through the iPad, but some basic attention still makes a difference. I wasn’t given any hot pot utensils at first, and our stove was turned on with no heat for a while. We tried to get someone’s attention, but no luck. Thankfully, Sai saved the night. He was the only person who noticed us waving him down. He brought our bottle of wine, made sure we finally had utensils, checked that our heat level was correct, and kept checking on us throughout the meal. Without him, our experience would’ve been very different — and definitely not a 10/10. Food was great, service needs some tightening up, but Sai’s hospitality made our visit worth it. Thank you, Sai!

Generally not the highest quality hotpot/kbbq I've ever had, but that's to be expected, and you really can't beat the prices. I think it's around $30/person for unlimited hotpot AND kbbq. The buffet of karaage (surprisingly good), sauces, etc. is really good, too. If you've never had hotpot or kbbq before, this is an easy and affordable introduction. Drinks are good, too! I'm sure I'll be back.

It's a very good buffet, with a wide variety of meats, chicken, vegetables, pasta, seafood, sushi, fruit, desserts... they charge you before you start, you have 90 minutes. And any type of drink is around. 3-5 dollars 🥩🍗🍟🍕🥗🍤🦪🦀🦞🥟🍚 The prices are not bad at all for what they offer, but the type of people who go to that buffet are not that nice people. The employees are friendly, attentive and fast. They don't have parking, there is only parking on the street and you have to pay. And it's not a very safe neighborhood. 🚕👎🏼 They have a grill where they make fresh food for you, and if you want it hot… They have beef, chicken, shrimp, broccoli, corn, onions, peppers, various types of sauces, rice, noodles and much more… they only take about 5-10 minutes, depending on how cooked your protein is. 🍗🥩🥚🌽🥦🌶️🫑🍜🥟🍚🍣 they give you fortune cookies at the end. They are very delicious 🍪 I love them, if you ask for more they give you more. So I gave the employees a good tip and I highly recommend the ice cream in all the flavors, they are delicious and if you want to take it away it only costs a dollar.👍🏼 8/10 you get what you pay🤷🏼‍♀️ so l like the food so that my honest opinion

Waited about an hour and 45 minutes to get a table for a party of 5, which was fine for a Saturday night in Brooklyn. They told us the wait time and we dealt with it. Things started to go down south not long after we got sat. We ordered both hot pot and Korean BBQ. Soon after we started the hot pot, all 5 of our pots stopped working. Manager told us we had to do hot pot first then KBBQ or vice versa. We couldn’t do both at the same time. No apologies were given. There were other tables with an equal amount of people and they didn’t have any issues with their cooking equipment. Out of frustration, we decided to just do the KBBQ. Literally seconds after deciding that, employees swiftly removed the hot pots that were on our table. One of us was in the middle of getting food out of the pot when they took it away. We felt like the manager was inconvenienced by our inconvenience. Floors were also very slippery throughout the restaurant, especially by the restroom. The only saving grace was that the meats were pretty good. Sucks that customer service really soured our experience. The Manhattan location was an overall much better experience.

The waiter gets 5 stars but it's the worst lunch I've ever had in my life. We ordered meat ??? Chicken ??? Just looked so bad. Hope to get home soon!

My wait was 45-1 hour wait. Me & my group stayed inside and waited and it lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. During our wait, the hostesses were being RACIALLY DISCRIMINATING. I had two white friends in my party who were the only ones who were acknowledged and GIVEN updates. The reservation was in my name and we was clearly a group together. We sat together and my friends were sitting on both sides of me so there was no confusion that we was under the same reservations. Yet I was given attitude when I asked for updates and was quickly dismissed. No apologies for the wait either. Disgusting behavior. It made my whole group uncomfortable. We all picked up on the odd energy from the hostess. Luckily, our server (Ziena) was very kind and professional. She made the experience much better and was helpful with it being my 1st time there. Also to mention, as we were paying to leave, a “manager” came and snatched the ordering device from my server hand and with no say. Just snatched from her and didn’t even make eye contact. That shocked me. How rude and unprofessional. Despite her being great, it was clear they sat us with the only black girl in the building. I don’t recommend this place. I heard their management isn’t any better than hostess.

We decided to come here for thanksgiving instead of cooking at home. Ive been to this location before in a part of two or three and had no issues. A few weeks ago when I was at the Manhattan location I heard the one in downtown brooklyn was having issues with its hot pot functions. So before thanksgiving i called asking if the hotpot was functioning and they told me yes. Then I asked if it was possible to get a table for 8 on thanksgiving to which they also replied yes. On the day of we got seated and choose to do both kpot and kbbq. The issue started when we recieved our soup bases and the hot pot boilers refused to turn on. When we brought up the issue they said we couldnt do hot pot and kbbq at the same time since it would cause the table to overheat and the hot pot boilers would stop working. They said bc of the issue they would give us extra time. We were upset bc we already had plans made for after kpot n kbbq. We asked that we get a reduction in price since we couldnt do both, since it take s meat a while to cook on kbbq and by then the meat for our hot pot would just be sitting out on the table. They said no. Then we asked for a removal of the mandatory 18% gratuity for a group of 6 or more, they said no. I think its very unfair we have to tip for a meal that we didnt get to enjoy at all because of the establishments failure to procure working equipment.
