Bubble tea is incredibly fresh and made with all real teas and fruit. This is my 4th time here and I'm obsessed with the regular milk teas as well as the fruit teas in flavors of peach, grapefruit, strawberry, and passionfruit. It's the best bubble tea shop in downtown Brooklyn (better than Gong Cha, Vivi, I-Milky, etc). I live in the neighborhood and I've tried them all. It's not cheap but they certainly use high quality ingredients. The inside ambience is a great place to sit while it's been so hot outside. #chihirotea @chihirotea_

Decided to check out the new boba shop in the area - definitely exceeded expectations! The vibes were cute and homey, and the menu offered classic tea drinks as well as more experimental concoctions. I’ve been back multiple times already and have brought friends here too who enjoyed it as well. Their boba is top tier and I like the theme with the Shiba Inu haha. They have space to sit and games to play too. I like the egg tarts as well. They have Lactaid as well.

Very cute inside, dog friendly. My girl and I come here before we go catch a movie at Alamo. The boba always comes out warm and super fresh. She loves the fruit teas and I love the milk teas. You can pick anything on the menu and you’ll have a great time. I recently got an egg tart and just discovered I love egg tarts. Skip HeyTea and Gong Cha and just go to Chihiro

I’ve come here several times since they opened, and the quality is amazing. I’ve had the fruit teas and matcha which are so delicious and feel unique from the many bubble tea shops that have popped up in Downtown Brooklyn. Also, the ambiance is so chill, perfect spot to decompress and vibe.

Happy to see a new store on the block. I ordered the S.O.F.T. It is delicious, the packaging is great, the storefront looks amazing, and the staff were quick and friendly. Great choice for a middle of the work day beverage or an after-work treat. Also as part of their opening day promotion they handed out these cool little social media cards

Highly recommend! I randomly found this milk tea shop, and now I can’t stop coming back! The drinks are smooth and tasty. 3 1/3 stars. mixed feelings tbh. the positive: good boba texture, not under or over cooked, all the drinks use actual milk instead of milk powder (i think) and have milk alternatives (oat, almond, lactaid) the negative: Ordered the hojicha milk tea with 30 percent sweetness because I like to taste the tea flavor but without the sweetness this drink just tasted watery, the hojicha flavor was present but faint. also, beware of the automated ordering machines, they're very sly about automatically adding on the tip amount to your bill, normally I catch it in time but didn't see this one until after I'd already paid and noticed my drink came to over $8 dollars. For a strong tea flavor, personally out of all the bubble tea shops in the area, Wanpo down the street is still my go to, but I'd still be willing to give this place another shot for their fruit teas

My pure Ceylon tea was very very watery. It came with a free milk bubble tea. Both tea flavor is very weak. Please don't skimp on the tea or quality or else I'll just get water. Bubbles were fine thou.

The lids of the hot drinks are not sturdy. When I slightly squeezed the cup, the lid came off. As I reached the store’s entrance, the lid slipped off, and the hot drink burned me. The staff showed no reaction when I mentioned it. The lid fell off two more times afterward, and I eventually had to remove the lid to drink. Hope the store can provide sturdier lids or add a plastic seal.
