I stopped in to try the oxtail buns and they were absolutely delicious. I haven't tried any of the other food yet but they are on my list.
Great experience while we visited from out of town! We ordered curry chicken & beef patties. They were hot and flavorful. It brought back memories of home. This is located in a unique underground market hall. So there's various eateries here!
I had the BEST Jamaican beef patty of my life here. This place is located in Dekalb Market. It was so crispy, warm and seasoned well. I’d rate it a 100/10, I’m definitely going back to grab a few. They have a new item on their menu and it called “oxtail Bao bun.” I didn’t enjoy this meal, the bao bun was a bit soggy and the oxtail lacks seasoning. The bun was also a bit cold, I’d rate it a 5/10 I’d love to be personally invited and come back and try more items from their menu. Check this place out for their Beef patties, they did NOT disappoint.
The vibe in the market is cool and the food was solid. Good coco bread and loved the patties.
The corn soup was definitely good, gotta come back & try the other foods from them.
really awesome jerk chicken. the skin wasn't crispy but it had a great depth of flavor and was seasoned perfectly through whilst holding all the moist chicken you might be looking for. the rice and peas was also really good and i really liked the shaved raw cabbage and carrot on top, it added nice texture. the jerk sauce is also spicy without burning your mouth and lingers nicely. beef patty almost burned my mouth but was pretty standard for nyc. can't wait to come back.
I had an amazing experience at Likkle More Jerk in Brooklyn! The oxtail with peas and rice was incredible perfectly tender and flavorful, truly some of the best Jamaican food I’ve had. The staff treated me with genuine care, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Jamaican food and great service, this is the spot! Highly recommend.
Really good jerk flavored food! I always get the chicken or fish. Super tasty and not too expensive! My photos of the dishes dont include the sauces and cole slaw since I eat very bland but these are both worth a try!

This was my first time eating at this spot and trying jerk chicken period, and all I can say was that the food was DELICIOUS. I ordered jerk chicken with rice and a beef patty. Everything taste like it just came out the oven, it was hot and ready for me to eat! The amount of food they give you is great. The service was fast and efficient, I would definitely eat food from there again!⭐️😋
Beef patty with coco bread is full of so much flavor! Delicious all around. The jerk chicken meal taste amazing always ask for additional sauce on the side, you won’t regret it!
Jerk chicken plate was pretty good - really good amount of spice & flavor, but it just came with rice & slaw; very generous portion of jerk chicken made up for it, honestly. Dinner portions for lunch prices & still tasty - can't go wrong.
I ordered the curry goat meal w/ rice and peas and a beef patty. DELICIOUS!! I haven’t tasted authentic Jamaican food in such a long time in this definitely hit the spot.
Likkle More Jerk has a fashionable setting. What stands out most is the staff's authentic pleasantness. These dishes satisfy alongside exceptional service. The staff welcomes you warmly and the vibe feels positive. This is the buzzing place in town.
Food was great for a reasonable price. Jerk pork was meaty and tasty and the jerk sauce complimented the rice and peas. The plantains were soft and nice but maybe the coleslaw could use some more love. Enjoyed hearing the reggae music while we waited for the food. Service was OK.
This hidden gem placed in the back across from The Escape Room is not only tasty but also convenient. Love the fact that they have a user friendly kiosk to order their delicious food. The price is great for the quality and quantity that their customers receive.
One star off for the really long wait. I think the cook was out picking something up so I understand. Worth the wait because one I tried the jerk chicken, OH BOY! Full of flavor, juicy and just the right spices. Very delicious.

Located in City Point, this restaurant is one of a variety of kiosk eateries at the Albee Square Mall. There is communal style seating conveniently close by, and my friend and I were lucky enough to get a seat. We shared our table with a party of three. This was my first time at Likkle More Jerk and was I was looking forward to trying the jerk fish filet. It comes with rice a beans and plain coleslaw. All orders are "to go" and placed in plastic takeaway containers. Bags are available upon request and, if you think you'll need one, I suggest asking for one upfront instead of when you're about to leave. This way you'll avoid the suspicious looks and questions about whether you purchased from them instead of another restaurant. When I opened my container I was a little taken aback at the appearance of the jerk fish filet. Aside from the sauce spread over it, it looked broiled (I was expecting baked or grilled) and without much seasoning. The first bite revealed the fish was soft to the point of being mushy and very bland under the sauce. The rice and beans and coleslaw were even more bland. The sauce saves this dish. It was spicy and well seasoned. Without the sauce, the dish would have been bland and mushy. While the food was disappointing the staff was pleasant, except for when I asked for a bag. I won't be returning to Likkle More Jerk, but it's not because the food was bad, it's just not to my taste. I recommend giving the place a try if you're interested and decided for yourself whether you like it.
The jerk chicken seemed a bit dry which they tried to cover up with extra sauce. Not terrible, but not the fall off the bone variety that one normally associates to really good chicken. Not sure if the staff were getting used to a new system because the order taker seemed frazzled over a glitch in the automated terminal and simply ignored a line of customers who were having trouble with the machine. Overall, despite the long wait, it is still worth a try atleast once.

I visited likkle More Jerk and ordered a jerk chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the chicken was raw in the center. I discovered this after taking a few bites and took a video and photo immediately. It was clearly undercooked. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the situation was handled very poorly. The chef was dismissive, very very rude, not apologetic. I couldn’t believe how he was speaking to a me and handled the situation. I spoke with the owner via phone because he wasn’t present and I just wanted my refund issued he wasn’t even professional about it and insisted the chicken was not raw, stating that “some chicken is pink.” However, multiple people present, including security, the manger who oversees all of the vendors in the market also acknowledged that the chicken was not cooked. They even witnessed how unprofessional the chef was to me and how the situation was handled. It was a really bad experience. I am currently at urgent care because I began feeling unwell and symptoms started to worsen and it has been confirmed that I have food poisoning!l Fully cooked chicken should be opaque throughout and have a firm, fibrous texture. What you see in the photos it has that gelatinous, almost sashimi-like sheen in the center. That’s not just “a little pink near the bone.” That is visibly undercooked. I also see that there’s some reviews of other people that have experienced the same issue with this restaurant. Not sure why they’re still open. This is really bad!
I’m honestly so disappointed. I paid $21.13 for what turned out to be four shrimp on top of rice and peas. Before ordering, I specifically asked how many skewers came with the dish, and I was told four. At no point did they mention there was only one shrimp per skewer. When I opened my container, I couldn’t believe it — four lonely shrimp, each stuck on its own skewer, over a pile of rice. This was not only misleading but felt like a total rip-off for the price. I expected a full, satisfying shrimp meal, not four pieces of shrimp for over twenty bucks. I would not recommend or return. Please see owners response in my private messages from my Yelp attached!
This was the worst jerk pork I’ve ever had. The meat was really hard overly seasoned with some generic jerk seasoning. Way too much browning was used. The rice was hard. Only great thing was the sweet plantain. Just opted to eat the sweet plantain and my hard rice. The portion size is definitely decent for the price.
Don’t eat here , instead of jerk pork they serve you jerk bone. Spend your money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased food from your establishment on Monday, June 23rd, and was extremely disappointed when I got home. The plate was filled with tough, mostly bone-filled meat, completely drenched in jerk sauce. When I called the restaurant to express my concerns, I was met with disrespect rather than understanding. Experiences like this are disheartening and reflect poorly on customer service. It's unfortunate when businesses, especially those in our community, fail to value their customers.

This place should be called Likkle DIRT!! I would come here all the time and buy patties, then the one time I bring a friend from out of town, I go on to have one of the worst cuisine experiences of my entire life!!! Shame on this establishment to call themselves representatives of my home country Jamaica!! The curry goat was brown and tasteless, the rice was hard as pebbles and tasted like cardboard, and who serves coleslaw with rice and peas instead of cabbage? I will always tell people to never support this establishment. I was extremely dissatisfied and disgusted! If I could rate this experience zero stars, I would.

They gave me undercooked chicken and the manager started to argue that it was fine and then threatened me not to come back. Luckily the food was really bad so I’m not missing much. Bad food, bad quality, bad management
GAVE ME FOOD POISONING!!! LITERALLY a quarter to an hour and I’m having chills I’m over heating my stomach cramping and I threw it right up a how ironic the nurse at the hospital said they ate there and also had the same experience. I remember the food having a sour rotten smell to it but I assume it’s just a seasonings I’m from Canada so I don’t know but whole time it was spoiled food they was serving just Horrible ( hence I am in a middle of a lawsuit by the way ):/ horrible people I hope that place gets shut down.
