Cutest little French style cafe serving open faced sandwiches, croissants that will melt in your mouth and all the coffee options you want! Service was good and quick, consistently checking up on you. Lots of seating options with small cafe tables or communal style dining for larger groups. We ordered the croque monsieur which was served with a selection of Dijon mustard, regular mustard and olive tapenade which really elevated the flavours. For a healthier option there is the avocado club which was fresh, crunchy and equally delicious! Amazing strong coffee served in the cutest pots and worthy of a photo shoot! Pro tip: go ahead an order an appetizer or dessert chocolate croissant, you won’t regret it!!
Amazing experience! Nice decor, nice choice of music, the food was delicious and the waitress was so kind and smiling! Highly recommend.
When in Manhattan, I must stop here for their delicious almond croissant and latte. I have tried other items and liked their salad, soup, but the almond croissant and latte calls my name before landing to NYC. If you like crispy, buttery, not too sweet & perfect croissant, you should try this place.
It is a nice breakfast place with fresh bread and pastries. It’s a bit pricier than other spots around here, but the vibe is definitely upscale. I went for the avocado toast with smoked salmon added on, and it was super tasty! It came with some veggies and a zesty lemon dressing that went really well with it. Plus, the coffee was delicious too!
Great place to have lunch and late breakfast. I had roasted veggies and feta with additional chicken. Together with coffee, this tasted very good and warm us up on vary chilly day. One thing I would recommend is to make this dish warm. Cold didn't taste well especially during cold weather.
Located on the corner of Broad St. & Pearl St. in the Financial District, lower Manhattan. This is a Belgian bakery & restaurant serving simple, organic healthy food options. My husband had their 'Muhammara Veggie Flatbread', 'Chicken Soup', and a Lemonade. He loved his meal. I had their 'Ham & Gruyere on a French Roll' (which comes with a small salad) accompanied with hot tea and a 'Mini Carrot Cake' as dessert. When they say "mini," they mean mini. It's about a bite-sized cake but was enough for my taste buds. Everything tasted fresh and very satisfying. Shout out to our server, 'Kevin' who was welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was organized with plenty of inside and outside seating. Restrooms were really clean during our visit. Overall, we had a pleasant lunch meal here and will definitely return while in town.
One of my favorite places in the neighborhood! Obviously the coffee's good but baked goods are really fantastic.. all baked fresh on prem. Also the breakfasts are a real fave, served with fresh-baked bread. And.. it's nice to be welcomed by name...thanks Ibrahima, Coumba, Bianca, Kevin, Kaylin (to name a few..)!
I started my day off right with a delicious breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien in Manhattan. The food was fresh and flavorful. I had the Belgian waffle and the Yogurt parfait. It was terrific! The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed breakfast. The service was friendly and efficient. If you're looking for a great breakfast option in Manhattan, be sure to check out Le Pain Quotidien.
I love this restaurant literally one of the best go to spots to grab food, coffee, or simply something deliciously sweet to sit and enjoy in a great atmosphere. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and everything was done correct and right. Definitely will come here as much as i can. Thank you for everyone here.
I had a pleasant lunch at Le Pain Quotidien before heading to the Statue of Liberty. The atmosphere was cozy, and the sweet pastries were excellent—fresh and delicious. The coffee was also great, though I prefer a traditional mug over the bowl-style cup they serve it in. The bread was especially good, which is why I was hoping for a runny yolk in my skillet eggs, but unfortunately, they were cooked through. Despite that, the overall experience was very positive, and I’d definitely visit again for the pastries and coffee.
I took food to go, they forgot to add a fork and spoon. I think you should specify to them what you need, how you need it and so on. The staff is super friendly. The location is big for wall street. Usually, cafes are very tiny on wall street. The food is great, the pastries are great, coffee was good too.
We went here for a Sunday brunch. They have a big space but were short on staff. Everything took long time. We tried the chicken soup which was good and the chicken sandwich with tomato and mozzarella. I liked the taste of it. My friend was disappointed by the size of cauliflower frittata as it wasn't enough. The waffle here was tasty as well but again a small waffle was served.
Very tasty food! And at the same time the prices are huge! 16$ for bread with avocado without salmon without eggs is too much! Even with that exterior and atmosphere. Common guys. Make prices more reasonable. And they put little strawberry sauce in my matcha. If you make quality - make quality. And the even don’t allow to sit in the dining zone! I payed 17$ for small corner. Nice.
I stopped by a quick sweet treat. The service was really good. The waiter was kind and friendly but the bakery items was absolutely horrific. I tried their banana buckwheat loaf, it was extremely dry, had a weird aftertaste and a texture not mentioning it was rock hard and they gave me the heel part which made it even worse. The bakery items were super small and overpriced.
Server forgot one of our coffees ( we were a table of 2). And the place wasn’t very crowded. Gingerbread pecan crookie was good, a little dry: 5/10 Apple crumble cheesecake was good. 7/10 I expected more for the price
Tried the French Cream Doughnut because it looked beautiful and was highly recommended online. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The cream lacked flavor and the bread was dense and unremarkable. At over $7, it felt overpriced for something I don’t even want to finish. Nice for photos, but not for eating. Staff also just mind their own business.
The first time we went here I would have given this a 5/5. Service was amazing! Our waiter was fantastic and our food was great. So good we decided to come back. Second time our waiter was disgruntled and came by only when flagged down. Most of the time we couldn’t find him and had to flag down servers from behind the bar to get more water. I never got a refill of my coffee. All our food and coffee came out cold. We ordered a large mocha and got a small. My wife ordered a pastry that never came… It was a true 180 from the first experience. 1/1 can’t recommend you go here based off of the second experience. Really disappointed with the experience, service, and food the second go around. Everything about the second experience was painful.
I had a chance to stop by for coffee here, but the male cashier who helped me was quite rude. I may not speak fluent English, but that doesn’t mean I don’t understand how he responded to my questions, how he spoke to me, or how he treated me. The table was dirty and covered with a lot of bread crumbs, and I understand that cleaning it might take some time. However, customer service happens in real time, there's no excuse to overlook the situation. Regardless of whether he is a staff member or the owner, no one is paid to treat customers that way. I’m not asking for kindness, but at the very least, a courteous attitude. Politeness should go both ways.
Came here when they opened at 8am on a Saturday morning (10/12/2024). We told them that we need to be at the statue of liberty cruise boarding at 830am, if they recommended to take to go or sit down. They said both is possible, it’s up to us. We didn’t trust it and ordered to go - 5 sandwiches. It took them until 835 am to get our sandwiches ready (the place was almost empty - three tables got occupied quite a bit after we had ordered). We asked a few times how they were doing with our ordered. They seemed unorganized and not caring. At the end one sandwich order even got lost. This was the first rather bad experience. We then left and ate the sandwiches at the cruise boarding. That’s where we made the second bad experience - the sandwiches were a joke. I had the prosciutto manchego fig sandwich. The bread was dry and there was hardly anything on that sandwich - see pictures (not taken anything out of the sandwich). The sandwich was also quite expensive for what it was. Same applied to the other four sandwiches. Can’t recommend coming to this place.
