I had a fantastic experience at this charming restaurant/club. The food was exquisite, especially the king crab salad with its delightful spicy flavor and the bronzini that seemed to melt with every bite. The non-alcoholic passion fruit drink was top-notch. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. One area that could be improved is the music selection. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience.

We had a girls night last Thursday! The cocktails were amazing, the atmosphere and music are perfect for a fun evening. The 'Eclipse Noir' cocktail was a highlight and a must-try. We had a fantastic time, and we'll definitely be returning

We ordered, the lobster on the brioche, cauliflower tempura,flatbread something,french onion soup,Cesar salad and shrimp tacos as appetizers. Entrees filet mignon,skirt steak, duck,Short Ribs. Food was delicious. We didnt get to have dessert since we brought a cake to for the birthday dinner. For anyone that doesnt want to go to the city and wants something close to home try this place. Level is the restaurant/Club of a brand new level for Brooklyn, and even all of NYC. From the moment you stop by the entrance, you feel like a VIP. Service from every employee is impeccable, courteous and friendly. But this attitude they exhibit definitely comes from the owner Oleg who himself is an incredible hosts ultimately committed to making each and every guest feeling welcome and comfortable, and having a great time. Because this is "culture" of the owner, it's culture of the place as well. He only hires people that can be just like him in treating patrons. The decorations are unique and luxury and very tastefully done. It's incredible photo op for beautiful pictures, videos and posing. The layout is very convenient for both small parties and solo patrons in the bar and large groups, banquets. I would imagine large special events too. The menu is exquisite. It's a fusion of Asian European and American foods. Dishes are not cheap but also not exorbitantly priced. The food is definitely very good , and me and my friend were able to select several dishes that were perfect to our taste. People are very well dressed. Everyone looks very well-groomed , classy and beautiful. There is no "cheese" that can be found in other Brooklyn places with Eastern European roots. There were no visibly drunk people in sight either. At 10:00 there was a show, singer, dancers, very attractive and talented performers. Show lasted about half an hour followed by dancing. Music is very diverse, and though I'm not much of a dancer these days, it enticed me to go and happily dance among other happy and smiling people. Its a club atmosphere. Overall my experience at this was place was 5 stars in every aspect of it. I would call it "total satisfaction" on every level of my soul , mind, taste and esthetics. This is a place to go if you wants to party beautifully, classy, and feel like a VIP. It's awesome for dates, to celebrate birthdays and other events, to impress business partners. Been meaning to check this place out since I heard it opened. My drink was okay but the food was good, sushi was very fresh and burgers were juicy. Our server Oleksii was great as well. Loved the ambiance and the free shot train that went around the restaurant. Def would come back

I went here a handful of times and each time I felt nostalgia. Great atmosphere. Delicious food and they so shows sometimes that are just amazing. And the security is very good, so the place is very safe.

I recently visited Level and was genuinely impressed. The staff were super friendly, and the service was top-notch. The biggest standout for me was hands down the Spicy Tuna Over Crispy Rice—it might be the most delicious thing I've had all year! I also really appreciated the wine suggestions from the sommelier. Everyone, from the bathroom attendant to the bartenders to the owners, made me feel extremely welcome and taken care of. It’s a great South Brooklyn spot that I'd recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing ladies night at Level! Went out for a fun girls’ night and this spot did not disappoint. The atmosphere was stunning, chic, vibrant, and full of energy. Level was AMAZING. This was a fantastic place with delicious food and an excellent DJ. I was overjoyed with going to Level for dinner and dancing. The show was phenomenal with talented dancers and a hype DJ that kept me going all night. The DJ played everything I wanted to hear. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt very at home and anything I needed was provided. I definitely plan to return many times and I look forward to going back. Came here for a friends birthday and was such a wonderful experience I need to come back. My got shrimp cocktail which I was hesitant about but it was delicious! They also offered it grilled since I was pregnant. The mocktails was as good as if it had alcohol in it. I also got the rack of lamb that was cook to my delicacy . I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish my food but I cleaned every plate I got. Our waiter Maya was LOVELY she was on point with my group service never had to wonder where she was. Eager to answer every question or accommodate us if we felt uncomfortable in anyway. Only thing keep in mind the choice of water you choose, they will charge you for it. We were offered still or sparkling thinking we weren’t gonna be charged for the still and not knowing tap was an option and was surprise when the bill come. It didn’t bother us as much but we were confused when our bill came where the extra money was coming from.To really enjoy a meal I suggest bringing about $150 but average pp was $110. ALSO they had an amazing show when we went on a Friday night that started around 9:30/10 I just wish we were closer but I’m sure if you reserve a big party and request it you can be right up front for the show making the experience even better!

This is in response to the negative 3 reviews below from 12/14 by the women complaining about Jazz-- I was present during this incident and feel it’s important to share what I personally witnessed. The staff and manager handled the situation with professionalism and respect throughout. The jazz performance was cancelled due to circumstances beyond the venue’s control, as the lead singer was unwell. This was calmly and kindly explained by the manager. Unfortunately, the customers who posted this review responded in a very rude and aggressive manner. They became verbally abusive, used inappropriate language, and attempted to leave without paying their bill. The manager remained composed, respectful, and patient despite the hostility directed toward them. At no point was the staff unprofessional. On the contrary, they showed remarkable restraint and integrity. I would hate for this review to deter anyone from visiting. The atmosphere, food, and staff at this venue are consistently excellent, and this was clearly an isolated incident involving unreasonable behavior from the reviewers—not a reflection of the business.

Interior, ambience, FOOD! Steak tar tart a is one of the best I’ve ever tried. Delish donuts with strawberry filling. Highly recommend this place for a date night on a week day. They also have a show on Friday and Saturday night and Jazz on Sunday.

Had another Birthday dinner and this time it was a bougie upscale Level Restaurant & Bar. As soon as you walk in the decor is luxurious and beautiful. Staff was top notch, their main focus was making us feel good. I had the ribeye, mash potatoes and Brussels, and it was so good I was gonna order again. The alcohol drinks was so good I had to order 4, so strong I was feeling nice. Bill was $360 for two. I will definitely return.

The atmosphere is elegant and beautiful. I enjoyed the decor and was greeted right away. I was offered coat check. The servers were very attentive,they were swift and checked in daily. I wasn't sure what dessert to get and I was assisted warmly. The pasta and lobster were very flavorful that next time I will get whole not half Maine. I also tried the steak which was well done and delicious. The dessert was presented beautifully. Then I went by the bar to catch the show and ended up having front row seats to it. Can't wait to go back! Drinks were phenomenal as well.

This is a very new and very promising new establishment in South Brooklyn. There is no doubt that the owners of this place put a lot into the design and decoration of this place. The place is really top-notch in terms of the atmosphere. We were not really hungry, so we ordered drinks and a few appetizers. The drinks were good, but it seems that this place doesn't have an idea of "crispy." their spicy tuna over crispy rice was anything but crispy. Service was also on the slow side. So hopefully these areas will be improved. Also, be aware of the bill, they do have two different prices for cash and credit card. And there is hefty surcharge for credit card. Also they include 20% services charge. Reservation recommended.

I had an amazing time at Level celebrating my parents birthday, the food was great and very fresh my favorite was the lobster tacos, the waiters were great and always checked up if we need anything. Level Restaurant is an outer-worldly experience. Went here to celebrate my sister’s wedding and it definitely matched the occasion. The interior is stunning; you have to visit to truly get the full experience. The food is fantastic. I got Lychee martinis all night, got the tiger shrimp tacos, and Caesar salad. Both were great but the Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had. The croutons melt in your mouth and the dressing is so fresh and well made. I am making it my priority to come back for a happy hour very soon

Place is decorated beautifully! Valet parking is available for $10 in front of the restaurant. There is a free coat check when you check in and purse stools are available at the tables. Our waiter was very nice and gave good recommendations. Menu is a bit on the pricey side. Sides are small, seems like it’s just good enough for one person. Everything tastes good. Lobster rolls definitely a hit. Overall I had a good time and wouldn’t mind returning again.

it wasn’t our first time there, but this new menu is just jaw dropping! The chef has outdone himself! Appetizers (muscles and octopus carpaccio) were great. The two way duck for main course is AMAZING. Sea bass? YUM! But what really made my night was strawberry doughnuts for desert!! Went here for a work dinner with my colleagues and we had such a great time! The ambience is classy and vibrant definitely gives off good energy for a Thursday night out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed. The cocktails were amazing everyone enjoyed their drinks! The appetizers, especially the tuna pizza, were a total hit. The cheese board was beautifully presented and delicious. For the main course, I had the steak, which was cooked perfectly though the portion was on the smaller side, it balanced out well with the truffle fries and creamed spinach, which were both fantastic. The desserts were incredible beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. Honestly, every dish, from the food to the desserts to the cocktails, was picture-worthy. The presentation was so aesthetic and cute, perfect for snapping a few photos before diving in! To top it off, there was live entertainment since it was Ladies’ Night male dancers and a female singer, which made the evening even more fun. Overall, a great spot for team dinners, birthdays, or any special occasion. Prices are definitely on the higher end, but the experience makes it worth it for a treat once in a while. Highly recommend making a reservation in advance! ✨

This is not my first time in this restaurant. This time we celebrated Mother's Day and came for brunch with friends. The only thing we didn't like was how we were greeted. The girl at the front desk didn't pay attention to us, although we told her several times that we had a table reserved. She continued talking to someone on the phone. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the staff and, of course, the food. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was great. I'll say a special word about the desserts, they were very tasty and beautiful.

Came here for jazz on Sunday. Jazz music was good in the beginning, but in 30 min the lady started singing very loud and the music transferred from smother jazz to soft rock. It was a little too loud and noisy for Sunday evening. We were expecting for something relaxing. Service was good, just need a little extra trading, because waiter could not explain the menu. We ordered burger and fries. But we ended up getting burger with fries and extra bowl of fries. He could tell us that burgers comes with fries, and we could order smothering else, instead of getting extra fries. We also ordered sea bass as a main. Fish serving was on a smaller size and it costs $45. I mean, in south Brooklyn a small piece of fish $45, seriously? And a burger $26? I get burger at Smith and Wollensky for $21. Overall, it is nice place, just prices are little too high.

It's a mixed bag. The atmosphere is nice. The website says dress code, but people were in there in T-shirt and jeans.The host are are professional. Service is very slow. The food is good, but not quite what you'd expect for the price. The show is impossible to see due to the divider in the restaurant which completely ruins the experience for such an expensive restaurant which markets entertainment as you dine.

This time around, the menu was a bit limited compared to their usual dinner options, which was a little disappointing. But the food we did order was pretty good, and the drinks were amazing—definitely a strong point! I was hoping there would be a DJ to set the vibe for the holiday, but it was just regular overhead music, which was fine, just not what I expected. On the bright side, the desserts were delicious, and the staff was super friendly and made the experience really pleasant. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but honestly, the overall experience makes it worth it. I’d go back—especially for dinner!

This is a fairly new establishment and hope the service and the restaurant has longevity. I like the ambiance/ decor no complaints there. The food was good nothing to be jumping up and down for. The drinks were delicious and strong. I went Sunday night which was jazz night and also was good. I just think even though everything was good I just think it was a tad bit over priced. I’ll be sure to visit probably on a Thursday night. Forget about the weekends.

The food was really good and the service was pretty good too. They have live music and it's really really loud to the point of you can literally hear it on the other side of the bay. I specifically had my date once take me there for dinner before their shows began because you can't hear each other's talk so it's not an ideal spot to go if you're trying to go on a date unless you just want to eat and leave especially if you don't like the person haha

The food was good and drinks also I got a passion fruit margarita went on a Thursday night to celebrate a birthday there was live entertain it was fun l.

amazing customer service(by our waitress) but the portions were a bit small for the prices. Bartenders were not that friendly but the show made up for it. The people that came more in the evening felt very entitled which was a bit off putting to say the least. I wouldn't go back there unless it was for a specific party or invite.

Atmosphere and live music was good - my duck was cold - all foods you must order a side because they don’t come with any thing or much - I ordered duck and got three mushrooms and some sauce - lobster rolls are cold not hot - ginger all is a nonstick to coke or water or some alcoholic drinks Service was amazing and everyone is nice Live music, jazz band is fun times!!! Do come ready to pay pay pay it is not cheap Will I go again? No.

Sushi was top tier and service was excellent! We went for the show that was supposed to start at 10 pm according to their website but it didn’t start until like 10:35 which is okay I guess… music got a bit too loud at one point and the toilet was really dark (niche complaint I know but as a blind bat lol) There was a woman sitting in the toilet on her phone didn’t even look up at the people that entered. Overall, I’d say it was an okay experience if you’re into night life. Great photo opps too. Would definitely recommend for a fancy birthday dinner or celebration

Came for a birthday dinner and was very pleased. The service, the design and layout, the ambiance, plus a show? AMAZING! Now food? Very mid which was very expected but keep in mind, we did a family style dinner style with little plates to share. Thinking of visiting again to eat regularly. This is an experience! Honest review. We came to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food was served cold and didn't taste as good (at least) as advertised. Our server was pretty annoying and pushy. He was bringing drinks to the table before we even asked. I guess he was behaving as a sales person vs a server. I had a non-alcoholic cocktail and it tasted awful. I did two sips and that's was it. My friends were ok with what they ordered though. Sushi rolls... honestly, Nagoya on Kings Highway is much better. Serving boards are made of cheep material and do not fit on the table, they're too long with a few pieces of cheese variety and cold cuts. The show was decent but they add $25 extra per person to the bill. They actually charge extras for everything. The music was fine. There's also a small dance space. But there were too many drunks. Will not come back and definitely do not recommend this place. The vibe is so weird, like an old-fashioned restaurant from 90-s or early 2000s.

$47 for 2 drinks, cheap wine🤔 They include gratuity, don't tell you about it and then on the customer's bill they leave gratuity empty so that you add another 20%. So the bill would end up being 40% of gratuity. The place is beautiful, but you all get scammed in there.

The service and food were top notch . The show was beautiful , performers were professional . Huge thanks to our waiter Mihail, he was knowledgeable , friendly , attentive . I took two stars off because of music . I wish DJ has played more popular songs

Food was terrible, no one ever asked about food allergies, and as a result, an allergenic meal was brought to the table. Portions were extremely small on $1800 bill; all 6 guests went home hungry. We stopped by Vis-a-vis and ate there( after the party). What we really enjoyed was the show. But I don't think I will ever come back. Moulin Rouge is way cheaper. Sorry, not the best review, but that is an experience that I had.

They offer free drinks on next visit for good reviews hence the ratings. I am annoyed because I would’ve chosen otherwise. The restaurant is gorgeous, even the bathroom was pretty. But that is all. And I actually came to eat, not even for the show. Food: Tiger Shrimp Tacos-too creamy can’t even taste the shrimp Flatbread Stracciatella-very thin and tasteless. Thank goodness for the sweet tomatoes otherwise I was eating fresh food. Lamb chops- The lollipop baby chops not a normal rack. Idk what seasoning they paired with the pistachios but it was salty, the steak sauce saved it Short Ribs-literally 5 tiny bite sizes of meat a toddler could finish Creamy Spinach- not creamy at all. I’ve had better from Trader Joe’s frozen section. Brown Butter mash potatoes- good. Not brown buttered. Drinks: Freaky Fusion- I am lightweight so trust me when i say this was a tarty fruit juice, no liquor. Glass came 3/4 filled. Mostly ice. Coco Loco - the only tasty drink at the table. Still juice and no liquor, lots of ice. For $22 per drink those bar tenders should be free pouring. Dessert: Tiramisu- yummy. Not too sweet, just right. Our server was really nice and sweet. And they did well with the happy birthday wish. I knew this would be another small portion restaurant so I was hoping the food would at least “wow” me. But i honestly should have spent my $300+ dollars elsewhere, because we left disappointed and was hungry in an hour.

Went to Level on a Friday night with a group of six. We had a reservation, so seating was easy. The space is beautiful, and there was a show that night, which made for a fun atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentive. That said, the prices are definitely on the higher end. I had pasta and my friend had risotto - both were $32, and for that price, we expected something special. Instead, the portions were small and the flavors underwhelming. Honestly, it felt like something we could’ve made better at home. One frustrating thing: we originally ordered an item but asked to cancel it before it was prepared, but it still showed up on the check - and we didn’t catch it until after we had already paid and left. Definitely double-check your bill before paying. I might return for drinks and the experience, but not for the food. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

Horrible experience! I came there at 10:30 pm on 8/31/25 to celebrate my birthday and they turned us away telling us the kitchen was closed meanwhile their website says they close at 12pm. I was was planning this dinner for weeks smh. The host had a big evil smirk on her face as though something was funny. I asked to speak with the manager he was sarcastic and weird. Then began playing 50 cents “go shorty it’s your birthday” laughing with the guest inside. It also gave racism. I had to end up looking for another place within 10 minutes, which was unfortunate after planning my birthday dinner for weeks, I ended up finding a different restaurant where they warmly welcomed my family and I……..still got to enjoy my birthday 🥳 🙏🏾.

Food and atmosphere are good however the management and staff are not at the expectation for a high level restaurant. We were charged $25 per person cover charge after being at the restaurant for 3 hours spending lots of money on food and wine for a 25 minute show that started a few mins before we were leaving. We were not told about this cover charge until 10 mins prior to leaving. This is not transparent and borderline fraudulent.

⸻ We visited this venue on December 14 and reserved a table in advance specifically to attend a live jazz evening. During the reservation process, we clearly asked whether there would be live jazz music, and we were explicitly told yes, jazz would be playing. Jazz was also advertised on the venue’s poster. However, no one informed us upon arrival that there would be no jazz that evening. We only found out after nearly two hours of sitting at the table and waiting for the music to start, and only after we asked for the administrator to come over and explain the situation. Until that moment, we had every reason to believe the jazz performance would still happen. When the administrator finally spoke to us, he stated that there would be no jazz, repeatedly saying “jazz is at home,” without providing any clear explanation. Had we been informed in advance, at the entrance, or immediately after being seated, we would have chosen another venue or gone to a proper jazz club downtown. We came here exclusively for jazz, not just for food. It is also important to note that if we had known there would be no jazz, we would not have ordered any food or alcohol. These orders were made out of obligation, as we were already seated and expected to order something. Dining was never our goal — live jazz music was. When we asked what the venue could offer to resolve or compensate for the situation, the administrator stated that he would offer nothing. His manner was rude and dismissive. Additionally, the cloakroom attendant was unnecessarily rude, which further contributed to the negative experience. We ultimately decided to leave the venue, as the event we came for never took place, despite being confirmed during reservation and advertised. The level of service and communication was extremely disappointing

Don't be fooled by the name, this is not a Level, it's LOW level. The staff is arrogant and unfriendly. charge $50 just to sit at the bar, and then inform you casually they don't take American Express. This heavy push for cash payments feels shady. Far below the standard for a place trying to present itself as upscale

Currently trying to set a reservation and the hostess hung up; explaining that she doesn’t want to speak due to the fact of me getting upset. I called 3x on 10/15 to ensure that she was explaining the reservation policy correct. I got upset due to misleading information. I asked To speak to a manager when the information she provided didn’t match what she explained on 10/15/25. Do better what I will say overall

So let me start on a good note.the food was delicious and fresh, Sushi is a must have! Our waitress MARIA was so sweet and helpful she was kind,polite and to be honest this establishment doesn't deserve her. The show was wonderful the dancers beautiful flexible and the singers vocals were music to my ears. What was unfortunate in my experience at Level was how unaccommodating the hostesses and manager was when we requested better seating. in our reservation we also put in a request for front row seating but when we arrived we were put in the back ... to "add insult to injury" another couple who was seated next to us requested better seating and we watched them literally in our face accommodate them. Luckily for them Level takes care of "THEIR OWN PEOPLE" . Anyway if you do choose to eat here POC I hope you feel more welcomed than I did. I hate going anywhere where I feel like I'm being looked at or treated as "LESS THAN"

⸻ Abusive staff, zero professionalism, and total disrespect for paying guests. We came on December 14 specifically for live jazz and reserved a table for 7:30 PM. By 9:00 PM, there was still no jazz. When we asked the administrator Brian what was happening, he told us that the artist was sick. When we asked why no one had notified us in advance — no call, no email — Brian responded in a dismissive and rude way, saying: “You can listen to jazz at home.” This is exactly what he said. We decided to leave. The bill included a $40 mandatory gratuity. We said we would pay for what we ordered, but we were not going to tip for an awful service. Brian insisted we were obligated to pay and threatened to call the police. To avoid further escalation, we paid. When we went to pick up our coats, I told the cloakroom attendant, Viktoria, that we were leaving because there was no jazz and because the administrator was rude. In response, she immediately started insulting me, speaking aggressively and disrespectfully, instead of doing her job and simply handing over our coats. She told me that I was nobody there, that I was not welcome.When I asked why she was speaking to a guest like that, she said she would talk to me however she wanted. Please hire professional people who understand basic human relations between a service provider and a customer. There are plenty of people looking for work who know how to treat guests with respect. Instead, you employ staff who are clearly incapable of handling customer interaction, and by doing so, you are destroying your own reputation. I will actively warn everyone I know to stay away from this place👎🏻

Made reservations in Oct for my son's 25th birthday for December 20th. Asked if I can just order off menu and not buffet, no problem. Today dec 12th they call to ask which buffet i want, I said I spoke to the person doing reservations and specifically asked if I have to do buffet , no. We celebrated my daughter's bday here in Nov last yr and no issues like this. Now 1wk away I'm scrambling to find new place. IRYNA who called me today hung up on me no apologies nothing. EITHER PICK A MENU OR I'LL CANCEL. wow never again. The food is actually terrible! That's why I didn't want buffet. Not worth it. I'll go to a real restaurant. They also give free drinks for good reviews. Food sucks not worth the money.

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. LEVEL Restaurant on Coney Island Avenue is an absolute disaster from start to finish. The first thing that hit me was the terrible crowd. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, chaotic, and honestly disturbing. It did not feel like a restaurant — it felt more like a hostile, low-class environment where you cannot relax for even one second. The people around were loud, aggressive, and completely ruined any chance of enjoying the evening. The most shocking part was the behavior of the two security guards at the entrance. They were extremely aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of speaking politely, they were barking orders like “Close the door!” in a hostile, disrespectful tone. No basic manners, no respect, nothing. Their attitude alone made the place feel unsafe and unwelcome. And the food — absolutely disgusting. Every single dish we ordered had to be sent back because it was impossible to eat. The taste was terrible, the quality was unacceptable, and it felt like no care or standards exist in that kitchen. It was honestly shocking that they even serve food like that to customers. This place has terrible management, terrible security, terrible atmosphere, and terrible food. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Completely ruined evening, wasted money, and zero professionalism. Avoid LEVEL Restaurant at all costs.

In 2023, this was a high-level, well-managed club that delivered quality service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the current condition of this establishment is extremely disappointing. The level of service has declined drastically. Servers appear completely untrained, confused, and disorganized. They do not know which tables to serve, walk around looking lost, and project an image of chaos rather than professionalism. This reflects a serious failure in management, supervision, and staff training. The security staff at the entrance are rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Their behavior is unacceptable and creates a negative first impression for guests before they even enter the venue. While the food remains decent, it does not compensate for the overall lack of standards, structure, and professionalism. Immediate corrective action is clearly needed if this establishment expects to maintain any level of credibility.

Took my wife here for her birthday and the ambiance was amazing and the live show was great. However, the food and drinks were disappointing, my wife food was awful but I had the cheeseburger and fries it was okay I give it a 5/10 the cheesecake was good 8/10, the waiter was horrible he didn’t check on us like he was checking everyone else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends unless they just want to go and take pictures and watch the show. Oh yeah it’s way too loud you can’t hear your date.
