They are kid friendly and this place is such a great vibe. Ohhh the cheese sauce😍 i love the cheese sauce.. They also have vegan options, all the way down to the vegan cheese. They also have gluten free buns, everything is customizable, they are very allergy friendly!! They get a little busy, but don’t worry its never drastic long wait times. I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE after seeing this place all over TikTok, the staff is great & so Is the food, not only that but the atmosphere & aesthetic brings it all together!! I went to purchase a wine along with my meal and this worker named Amari asked for my ID even though I’m well into my late 40s :) he was very kind and professional.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Didn’t want to leave the house today, but had to order and eat at Moonburger today. I could eat 1000 of these things. And don’t forget the cheese sauce. The staff is incredibly friendly and there’s always good music in there. Highly, highly recommend and you can’t go wrong with the plant based or the real premium beef.

I came here after a long day at work as my friend told me to give this a try. The food wasn’t that pricey the person at the counter recommended options I ended up getting a double cheeseburger with cheese hot fries and a drink. The people that were working were kind but it’s somewhat busy during the nighttime time so I ended up ending up waiting a bit. Was a first good experience. I definitely will be coming here again

I was thrilled to see Moonburger open in BK and everything about this place was amazing - the food, ambiance, service... just incredible. I got a burger, fries, and cheese sauce (which I'm still dreaming about... so good and a generous serving - I even had some to left to add to my burger). The burger was so so good and the toppings, especially the crunchy onions and pickles, are such a great addition. My friends also had the brownie batter and strawberry shortcake shakes and loved them. Can't wait to go back!

Truly the most delicious burger- so juicy, fresh and those crunchy onions take it to the next level. Got a full moon combo and the hot fries were amazing, smoky and spicy but not overwhelming. Brownie batter shake? Incredible. Add their great design and warm service and I will be back so soon!

The burgers here are fantastic. I really like their hot fries. It's the first time I'm seeing them in a burger joint. Especially if you're a vegetarian I recommend you come here. It's hard to find a good vegetarian fast food burger in general. So I'm glad I came across this gem. The staff are really kind especially Tiki. Went in last night Friday, waited the most 10 mins for my order of 3 burgers and a small hot fries with cheese sauce ( which was really good) . It was super loud in there which granted, there were a lot of people . Couldn't dine in due to the amount of people inside so we just took our food to go! Great burgers and fries though . I randomly stopped by to get a burger because ive been hearing so much about this spot. I walked in @8pm apologizing because they looked like everything was clean for the night, and they was ready to go and they let me know that they didn’t close till midnight,this is just how it always is. I love that because all these restaurants around here dont even compare. If anyone is around the area ask for Alma or Richard. They are literally the best. I will be back as much as i can and i send all my friends here all the time. I love this place.

I came on August 25, 2025 I had one of the best fast food experiences ever the young lady at the front whose name was Jada was very attentive and informative about the menu even though the menu was small. I wanted to try Moonburger before, but they only served impossible meat. I decided to give it a try now that they began serving real beef. It's definitely one of the best burgers in the Greenpoint / Williamsburg area, and the hot fries are fantastic. After I ordered for delivery, a Moonburger employee called me to inquire if I had received my order. It turned out that the delivery driver who came to pick up my food ended up not confirming the order and stole it. Moonburger remade my order and sent it out again. Very good customer service.

Come for the burgers, stay for the real tree camo bathroom—or is it the other way around? As a vegetarian, I love Moonburger, but I’ve come here with my most carnivorous friends and they agree it’s delicious! It’s an impossible patty, so you know what to expect flavor wise, but it’s griddled to smash burger perfection. It’s the kind of thing that you eat and immediately think, “should we get another?” I recommend the double cheeseburger with ketchup on the side. So happy they’re now in the neighborhood 🌝

Hot fries with cheese sauce: DELICIOUS!!!! I want this cheese sauce all day every day. Milkshake: The brownie batter milkshake (made with oat milk) was sooooooo good. This was my favorite part of the meal I think. One of my top 5 milkshakes of all time I’d say. Burger: Honestly forgettable. Really well-prepared and cooked, incredibly tasty for being plant-based. What threw me off was weird double onion situation. Burgers are already heavy, which is why many burgers are pleasantly accompanied by light and bright garnishes such as crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and raw onions. The mix of the fried onions and griddled onion with the lettuce clashed and just wasn’t good. I don’t know maybe this is just my own biased opinion, but ask any chef, and this doesn’t work. Either keep the garnishes more dense and heavy (i.e., special sauce + double onions, NO LETTUCE OR PICKLES) or keep them light and bright (i.e., if going to offer lettuce on the burger, there should also be tomato and raw onion available as a garnish). There needs to be some sort of consensus on the burger. Felt like this burger was having an identity crisis of sorts. Idk. Just my thoughts. Service was so incredible even with it not exactly being a sit down spot with full-blown service. The employees were the some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered in customer service/hospitality. Great price point, especially for a vegetarian option in NYC: burger fries AND shake cost me around $21. I would go back, but will just need to remove the fried and griddled onions next time. Weird. But overall this place was very impressive. I was delighted with how tasty everything was overall with it being vegetarian/vegan friendly.

I had a really good experience at this Moon Burger location. The food was delicious, and although my DoorDash pickup took a little extra time, the employee Janaya kept me updated and let me know they were just waiting on my fries. What stood out most was Janaya’s professionalism and work ethic. While other employees were on their phones or not engaging as the store got busy, she was managing multiple stations, keeping track of orders, and even directing her team where help was needed. She was doing the work of several people and still provided exceptional customer service the entire time. Janaya is the reason my experience remained positive, and she deserves recognition for how hard she works and how well she treats customers. I’ll definitely be returning because of her.

My first time coming here and I will say I was so impressed . The decor inside is very unique I love it . Even to the bathroom that is all camouflage . I ordered an impossible burger with fries and I wanted to try this cheese sauce . Fresh ingredients you can just taste it in the crispy crunch of the lettuce . They use sautéed onions and fried onions . I was in an onion heaven, the patty itself was seasoned well and had a house sauce . The cheese sauce was def the best cheese sauce I have had . Like they took the time out to use real ingredients for the cheese sauce .I was completely invested after I saw merch for a hat with a Rottweiler wearing it . I was sold at that point !

The order is complicated. The atmosphere is minimalist but clean, and the staff are very friendly and provide good service.

The burger is fine, the fries are fine. Not really life changing but good if you’re in a rush. There is virtually no interaction with human service as the whole ordering process of done on a screen. The restroom was pretty clean.

Did a group order Saturday: they messed up 2/5 orders and included no ketchup despite us requesting it. The special sauce containers we paid extra for were less than 1/2 full. Burgers were below average. It’s nice that they have a gluten free bun option for Celiacs, but otherwise, skip it.

Food was good, environment was clean and spacious. However the food was VERY SMALL. The price of the food did not match the price. The amount of burger compared to the full sandwich was too small. The fries were good, but simply not enough. I bought my fiancé along with my young daughter and we all were still hungry once we completed the meal. We will not go back to this place.

EDIT: I received a refund and the owner reached out via email to apologize. He acknowledged that it was their busiest day yet and they’ve been having POS issues. Hopefully those issues can be fixed soon so everyone has a better experience. —————— Placed a takeout order, received a text that it was ready. Arrived and waited over 30 minutes trying to tell them my order is ready. They were calling order numbers 20+ ahead of mine and told me to keep waiting. I finally started to ask about it louder and they realized they skipped over me. Got my food an hour after ordering, brought it home, and despite ordering Impossible Burgers, the burgers were beef. I had ordered Impossible from there before and this looked and tasted nothing like it. Threw it all out. Also considering the order was $50 with tax and tip for 2x burgers and fries, this was pretty disappointing. I need a refund or will do a chargeback. I won’t be coming back, but for the sake of those that will go here… this location needs more workers and a better system for those workers to fulfill orders. It looked like an episode of The Bear in there with the printer just printing endless tickets while the whole place was full and only 3 people working who were completely overwhelmed. I felt bad for them the whole time I was standing there waiting.

Very unclear with their uber menu. Ordered a buy one get one free deal and only received one item. After calling, the worker said I was supposed to specify that I wanted to get the deal. How so? If the deal is there, I shouldn’t have to specify anything. The good thing was my daughter enjoyed her meal.

Food in awful, like not overly greasy awful but like just taste bad kinda awful. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. But the storefront does look nice.

I always aim to support tasty local businesses that provide great plant-based options. However, Moonburger has NEVER gotten my order right —whether I’m in store or getting delivery. It’s always missing something, or more often multiple things. I took a hiatus for about a year and decided to go back today only for them to forget ALL of the burgers from my order. Be warned.

Gray overcooked slop! I never write google reviews but felt compelled to share my feelings on this truly abysmal burger. My friend and I both got the classic single burger and they were completely gray, overcooked, and looked like they were sitting out for an hour. I ate about half and threw it away. My friend ate the whole thing and almost barfed when he got home. Added one extra star because I had a sliiightly better burger here a couple months back, but I never should have given them a second chance. At best, they’re wildly inconsistent. Do yourself a favor and go to 7th street burger if you want a good smashed burger. There are so many other good food options in the neighborhood too. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Oh my God, where do I start? My first time dining here, I was so excited because I follow a blogger who post this place on their page so being that I am a vegan, I was super excited to try their burger. Long story short, I’ll never come back here nor will I recommend it. The African American female who takes the orders is super aggressive, rude and disrespectful. I didn’t understand what she was asking me about the single or double so I asked politely what did she mean. She became so aggressive, annoyed and angry when explaining that the energy in the environment became intense. The customer noticed and was turning around to look to see what was going on, even the employees that was in the back preparing the burgers was like what’s going on. I felt so uncomfortable but I still stayed ate my food and left. I’ll never come back here. WARNING…. I’m not sure if she was on her cycle or just having a bad day. It’s disappointing because the burgers was actually good small but good and I would have been a repeated customer. Sometimes the employees can run people away from your business because no customer wants go to an establishment and be disrespected especially if they’re the same employees preparing your food.

Got violently sick within an hour. I had a vegan cheeseburger and shake and soon had diarrhea and vomiting. I eat mostly vegan and have never had this kind of reaction to plant-based food before. It felt like textbook food poisoning—likely from contamination or improper food handling. I wanted to share in case others have had similar experiences. Really disappointed and hoping the restaurant takes this seriously and checks their food safety protocols.

Super expensive,and the burgers lack a lot of choice on what type of toppings they offer . Unfortunately,this isn't just the Bedford ave store- the store near Soho is very much the same. Should have just went to McDonald's.

I ordered my food for pickup. 30 minutes later I showed up for my food. My order had been ready for over 10 minutes and when I arrived nothing was bagged. I have now cut through half of my lunch break waiting for them to pack an order that was already labeled ready for pickup. Unless you have tons of time to stand around and wait for them to actually work because clearly no one here wants to actually do their job, I would go anywhere else. I ordered a burger and fries through DoorDash with a cup of cheese sauce. Not only did I not receive the sauce, but I received the most unacceptable burger EVER. I got a Pattie with lettuce and tomatoes AND NO BURGER BUNS!!! What is worse is that DoorDash didn’t even fully refund me, I only got a portion back. Never ordering from there again!!!

Waited nearly 40 minutes for a below average burger & fries and the place wasn’t even busy. Commented on instagram about the experience and rather than respond they deleted it 😂. You won’t be able to “go anywhere” cause you will be too busy waiting for your mediocre food. I would have cancelled my order but they don’t have cashiers (have to wonder if that’s why). From my short experience there was no way to edit the burger option besides meat type. Short on time had to make due. Menu does not have picture option for apple Juice in kiosk. It’s a child sized drink. Should someone know this I’m pretty sure they would opt in for something else. Asked the staff to see if anything could be done and was shot down almost immediately. Not a cool experience what’s so ever. Just go to 7th street burger it’s not reliable. Burger that I had was good but still had the taste of onion rings I wanted to remove.
