Opinions de Nacho Macho Taco Brooklyn
Great quick food stop! My food was very good. I ordered the steak burrito bowl and it was very filling. My kids also loved their food. They had a chicken quesadilla. I will go back again!
Nacho Macho is one the best taco experiences you will have. The tacos are very well seanoned while not over doing it. They have four types of tacos. Two types of chicken one beef and one pork. They are all amazing. The seating is great never too crowded and also has outside seating for warm days. I'm always a supporter of family owned small business so I feel giving the flavor of the food and environment makes this place 9 times better than Chipotle. They also serve drinks from beer to margaritas. Absolutely a five star place
I can't believe I've gone so long without trying this place. The name threw me off. Thank goodness there is a place around the neighborhood to get a nice torta (I ordered the chicken with jalepeños). My service was so good that it nearly became awkward. They even noticed I was sitting strangely due to close quarters with the table behind, and immediately moved us to a roomier table when another guest left. The server put our beer in the fridge so it would stay chilled. This was the kind of attentiveness you get from being in someone's home, and it felt like that. Also, their Halloween decor was on-point in a room that felt like being back in the Lone Star. I'm looking forward to returning.
I LOVE this place. The food is absolutely amazing, and the staff is so nice and attentive, they made me feel wanted! No question that this is a 5/5, I love it and would eat here multiple times.
One of my absolute favorite places to eat! Food is amazing and reasonably priced (especially for the amount of food you receive). They also deliver and it's just as great at home!
This place is great! They have amazing food, the service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere including decor and choice of music is awesome, and the prices are very affordable. Highly recommended are the steak or chicken burritos among other delicious offerings. BYOB and free chips and salsa are other great aspects, all together making for a great place to eat.
Good restaurant with some rather tasty burritos. The bar service is also fantastic, and I highly recommend their Micheladas which are both tasty and pack a nice spicy punch to them. Also good as a place to hang out while your laundry is being done across the street. Highly recommended!
I've been here many times now, the food and drinks are always great and so is the service! Super tasty frozen margaritas. I love the nacho macho quesadilla and their mushroom tacos and guacamole are tasty too.
This place was busy when we went, but it ended up being well worth it. The portions are huge and the value per dollar spent is strong. Great spot for drinks to go along with the tacos as well if you're in the mood.
Nacho Macho Taco is one of the best authentic Mexican places in all of Brooklyn. Absolutely love their Lunch Bowl Specials - can never finish it all! The staff is absolutely the best, and very courteous!! Would definitely recommend them, whether you are looking to order something out for delivery or dining in - you cannot go wrong with Nacho Macho Taco!
Their fish and al pastor tacos are my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any of the tacos (which all have fresh tortillas). We live next door so almost always do takeout; it’s ready within 10 minutes every time.
The food was really good , both had a burrito. The waitress wasn't super attentive but she was def the only one there for the whole spot so can't totally fault her. Good eats tho
Beautiful out door space and the team is so friendly. I love this place. A hidden gem
Wandering the neighborhood with my boyfriend after a babysitting gig, I stumbled upon this little gem. We absolutely loved our food and the service was so laid back; it was nice. They also have El Yucateco sauce which is any plus when it comes to tacos and burritos. Post COVID - social distancing, masked up and the food was great as usual. The only thing that has changed is that I couldn't shake the hand of the employees. Always a favorite taco and burrito spot when in the area (which actually we were not - we purposely drove here from East New York)
Just rolled in on a whim, cause it looked vibrant. Ka-POW!! Chalk one up to the random white dude who knows a good time. Just grabbed a couple of chicken tacos to snack on. Delicious. Got two frozen margaritas to go (Thank you COVID). Booze filled. See most times when your grab a frozen margarita they are sloshy and diluted. Currently, as we speak, I’m half way through it and I’m getting a warm sh!t eating grin slowly forming on my face. Nice moves Nacho Macho Taco. I’ll be back to get my grub and drunk face on.
One of my favorite local Mexican spots in prospect heights. Extremely delicious and they have a great lunch special. We went for the first time on the weekend and they recently started offering breakfast items. The chilaquiles were AMAZING. This restaurant is one of the gems of the neighborhood!
This is my favorite Mexican spot. Everything is perfect. The drinks are delicious. The food is simple and fresh and comes out fast. Technically it’s a neighborhood spot but it’s so good we come from 2 neighborhoods over to eat every week.
Great food! Very affordable and good quality! Service is impeccable! I really liked it
Authentic Mexican cuisine, solid drinks and good service. I was in the area and looking for a new place to dine when I stumbled across Nacho Macho and I was not disappointed. The staff was nice and attended to us right away. The complimentary fresh chips and salsa you're given when you sit down was tasty with some mild spicy. The drinks contained just the right amount of alcohol and are dinner definitely hit the spot. Overall this is a nice local spot that I can recommend to satisfy your taco or burrito bowl cravings.
Stopped in for a quick bit to it. Cool little place serving great Mexican food in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. Extremely fast service. We got the nacho appetizer and chorizo burritos with Jaritos soda (of course). The nachos were overflowing and to die for. The burrito was two full meals and yummy flavor, decent price, overall 4.5 stars!
I came here alone and the service was very nice! They kept checking in on me to make sure I had a full glass of water. I was also recommended a different item on the menu than what I originally ordered because they realized there was something else on the menu better suited for my taste. I really appreciated that and the food was great! Will definitely be returning soon.
I honestly only tried this place because of the reviews and they were definitely right! I just had the steak super nachos.. I’m shocked how good it was!!! Definitely will be back for these!! I will say it feels more like a take out spot but I would definitely still recommend!!
What a lovely place. Leigh was our server, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a more down to earth, fun, and genuine individual. She was very attentive and fun to be around. The drinks were great, and the nachos were amazing! I love this place!
This authentic Mexican restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. The food is flavorful, the staff is attentive, friendly and the price is right. I recommend the Jamaican drink...it's basically sorrel with less spices. Though I do recommend them adding ginger...this will create a bolder flavor.
The best go-to for eat in and takeaway. I always take out of town friends here and they always ask to come back. The staff makes you feel like family, the service is quick, and everything I've tried has been amazing. Great for groups too!
Excellent qusadilla, simple yet very satisfying. I got mine with sour cream and guacamole. Nice crunch on the tortilla which is sometimes hard to find. They also put enough ingredient inside. Perfect portions! This coming from a Mexican girl from LA. If I was here for longer I would definitely try again.
Food amazing , Staff kind and helpful , this was the most enjoyable lunch experience i’ve had in a while.
This is my FAVORITE Mexican food location in NYC. It doesn’t matter if I’m staying in Manhattan, Harlem, or Brooklyn. If I’m in New York and want tacos and good drinks I come here. The drinks here taste great while also getting you buzzed, the servings are large and very filling. The service was always quick and attentive, which I always appreciate. I wish they were in Philly but until then I’ll keep visiting the BK for what I know will always be a great time. The nachos, guacamole, and Birria tacos are my favorite. I also always get margaritas and coronas.
The food is terrific - the burritos are fresh and tasty, nachos are amazing, quesadillas are terrific. I love this place.
My favorite Mexican local spot for delicious tacos and burritos!!! Don’t miss out also such cute outdoor seating and nicest staff who are accommodating. Love it here thank u nacho maco taco!!!!
Excellent casual option in the neighborhood - food was delicious and affordable, all around great value. Our server was very friendly as well and it was a comfortable space to rest up a little after and afternoon at the Brooklyn Museum.
The best taco spot in town! The tacos are a great price and stuffed. They do not skimp out on the portions. Very flavorful & the staff is awesome which is always a plus !
I highly recommend this food. From my experiences, it is one of the ultimate comfort foods that is tasty, reasonably priced and enough for you to share💞. Also, delivery service maintains a respectful and timely repua. Help me advocate for Nacho Macho Taco to be one of the best restaurants in the area🙏.
This place hit the spot! I had a burrito bowl with grilled fish and it was so tasty and a perfectly sized portion. The classic marg was great too, as were the chips (warm on arrival) and a heaping bowl of guac. It’s a small, cozy environment with very friendly staff that will let you take your time! Highly recommend Nacho Macho if you’re craving a reliable (and not too expensive) Mexican meal.
The food is always delicious and the service is amazing. Friendliest folks working here who will give great advice on menu selections. They put love and thought into the ambience.
Nacho Macho dinners are always a true pleasure, and something my daughter and I look forward. The chicken nachos were delicious and so was the mole chicken burrito. The delivery was really fast too, which was a bonus for a school night.
A charming Mexican place with excellent service and a decent patio. The food was great. I had a pineapple margarita, which went down smooth. I would return!
Very great experience for the price the food was delicious! The service very kind. The decor added a great touch! It's always difficult knowing where to eat since we are from New Jersey. This was a great gem! Also I'm a water drinker my last experience drinking water from a restaurant in NY was terrible so naturally I was hesitant. But I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you
Oh. My. Goodness. If you're looking for a restaurant that understands the true meaning of "hangry prevention," then this is your spot. From the moment we sat down, they graced our table with the holy grail of appetizers: free chips and salsa. I mean, seriously, it's like they read my mind. Who doesn't love a little pre-meal snack to keep those ordering jitters at bay? Pure genius, I tell you. I opted for the burrito, and let me tell you, it didn't just hit the spot; it annihilated the spot, then did a celebratory dance on its grave. Utterly delicious. Beyond the food coma, the service was just as delightful. Our waiter was super friendly, which is always a bonus when you're trying to decide between the guacamole and the queso (the eternal struggle). The vibe of the place is perfectly neighborly. It's the kind of spot where you can actually hear your friends' jokes (and not just the muffled sounds of a million other conversations). Great for a casual get-together. Our only regret? We missed happy hour by a mere few minutes. Clearly, the universe was testing our patience. But honestly, with food this good and free chips on deck, it was still a win. We'll just have to be speedier next time!
We came here on a Saturday night around 6:30. Seated right away with no reservations. Service was 100/100 and atmosphere was great. Small inside seating area and outside seating area. The margaritas were excellent and made of high quality tequila especially the strawberry infused margaritas. The guacamole was fresh and delicious so were the chips. The white basa fish tacos were cooked to perfection and flaky. The chicken tacos were juicy and tasty. Everything was so delicious I forgot to take photos of the tacos and drinks. Highly recommend that you visit this place. I’m dubbing it a hidden gem. You’ll thank me later. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5
Thank you for this late night spot 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Late night dinner spot warning. When everything else was full with 1 hour wait… Nacho Macho Taco pulled through. Food was authentic and great. Prices were cheap and wonderful. They drinks were clearly made by a local! We left full and happy. This is a run too place! Don’t walk! Small area for dinning so best for couples or small groups. Huge menu, lots of choices. You will thank us later!
I visited from Philly . We decided to grab a bite to eat. I love a good Taco. Nacho Macho Taco came up in my Google search. Ingot the grilled shrimp and Carne asada and grilled chicken. They were really good and flavorful. The ambiance of the restaurant was so nice. The staff was so friendly. It would definitely go back.
I’ve tried a lot of Mexican restaurants in prospect heights and crown heights, and Nacho Macho is still my overall favorite neighborhood spot. The food is delicious and served fresh on piping hot plates, it’s always a great value with good portions, margaritas and beers are on point, and the service is prompt and friendly. My wife and I often get the enchiladas and the burritos. The mole enchiladas and green chile enchiladas are awesome. We love that they always bring chips and salsa. Fun, casual spot with outdoor seating. Great for families too.
Super cool service, great ambiance, tasty food for a low price. I had a lunch special of chicken taco, steak taco, came with a little thing of chips and salsa and a drink for $9.50. Only thing keeping it at 4 stars was the steak was pretty marbled and some bites were very chewy.
Decent Mexican food for fair prices. No alcohol, this place would have me there all the time if they had a full Mezcal/Tequila bar. Good service and clean space, nothing fancy but it does the job. The nachos are the best.
Good Mexican food, definitely more authentic than Chipotle. So I recommend you skip Chipotle with their high prices and usually non Mexican staff. This place is cheaper, has real Mexican food and staff. If you eat outside watch out for the bee's you have been warned.
This is a very cozy spot. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, well flavored . The prices are reasonably priced.
It's passable. I wasn't too harsh because I finally been to Vegas and the absolute joy of Tacos El Gordo (I hear they ain't even the best) has forever spoiled my brain and taste buds. Got the burrito al pastor and the steak enchiladas. If NMT could work some seasonings into the meat and beans it would help. Tastes thrown together in a way. None of the ingredients seemed to mesh though it was fresh. Enchiladas better than the burrito.
Small tacos are good, margaritas were great, salsa was only okay. Sweet plantains were delish! Lovely to eat outside on a beautiful spring day.
I really liked the flavor of the food. I had 2 bistek tacos. I thought I was going to need to order more, but they were well served and I was fulfilled with my order. The corn tortillas are really good. The service was good too!
Been going to this restaurant for about a year, ordering an order of their delicious grilled fish. Went there Monday...was gonna give them one more chance with their grilled fish order (my prior visit, they cheated me on my fish, giving me two small pieces, both about 1 inch by 1 inch, for the usual $4.36 (really???) I went back and complained and they gave me another piece of fish THAT time). After I ordered Monday, the clerk said I would get a "fish taco portion". Ok cool. I asked him how much fish that was and he drew me a picture of the piece of fish I would get. It was about 2-1/4 inches long by about 1-1/4 inches wide--and told me it would cost $4.90!!! REALLY??? I left them with their fish and I'm not going back!! Smhhh. Crooks!! They lost a loyal customer!
Had a lovely time enjoying tacos, chips, and a modelo. Staff were all very friendly and the food was nice. Great outdoor space with direct sun in the afternoon. Pretty good from a sustainability point of view. No single use except for the plastic straw, but it was wrapped so I left and it can be used by someone else!
Upon entering this cozy, colorful spot I already knew the food was going to be good. Aside from the mediocre table service(needed to ask for water and was abandoned half way by my first server), the food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Mexican joints don’t need to be expensive for one to experience authentic flavors and this place really captured that genuine home cooked taste. I ordered two tacos, one tostada, a side of guacamole and a can of soda all for under 20 bucks. That my friends is a reason to celebrate.
At first I was iffy to order from this place as I’m a big review fan and mostly base my food options on pics from google and yelp but I took a chance and omg!! I was so glad I ordered from this place. I ordered the Al pastor bowl. It was Ahhhhh-Mazziinnngggg. The pork was sooooo flavorful and juicy. The portion siZe was great too. It was more meat compared to the rice unlike other places that cover your whole burrito or the bowl with 60% rice. All in all they have great food with cheapish prices.
First time! I came here before the Brooklyn Nets game. At first when entering, it looked like any other taco joint- small, compact and “smells like tacos are being made now.” When our food came out, I thought it would be an ordinary taco night but this was special. This is a local hot spot but for a Manhannite this place was an experience that I won’t forget. The waiter was pleasant and checked up on us. The food was not any ordinary taco.
After getting delivery many times from here, I’ve eventually dined in. The food is quite similar to delivery, which was a good thing. I’d rate it like 3.75 but I’ll round up to 4. The fish tacos for $6ea were quite good. Classic Mexican American taco with cabbage, chipotle mayo sauce, and lime. I wish they added pico de gallo. The fish was nice. The nachos were a gluttonous slop plate of black beans, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and pico. The chips were good and held their shape without too much sog going on. Overall, it’s either this or Maya Taqueria in this neighborhood. This place has better dine-in atmosphere and vibes. Good place to get a bite after a long day at work or catch up with friends. 2 tacos, nachos, and a beer after T&T was $40. Bit costly…
My first time entering into this place and I must say I was a little hesitant. I hesitated only because of the construction work going on on the outside of the building. There was too much dust flying around and it just kept me away because dust flies. So I waited a second day but there was still construction outside but I had to try it today otherwise I would not be in the neighborhood for the next 2 months. I took the chance. I sat down and I was immediately greeted by a young handsome gentleman who took my order and explained to me the difference between a regular taco vs. the birria. The way he described it sounded so mouthwatering as he spoke about the juices from the meat and the diced onions I couldn't help but to say okay okay okay stop it bro You making me salvate over here real badly and it's not good to salvate on the table lol. So I ordered it and when it came out I was a little surprised because I'm not used to having a mushy texture taco. The cheese was great in flavor and the meat omg absolutely wonderfully seasoned nothing overly salty nothing overly spicy absolutely everything meshed well to make my taste buds want to cry out YES, THIS ISWHAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR. LOL. This place serves you a small amount of chips and salsa as a starter. The salsa was not like the salsa I'm used to having which would be the tiny dices of tomato and onion in a watery tomatoes sauce. But, that is one of the reasons why they are different. instead their salsa was more like a creamy sauce and I could be describing that incorrectly but it was a little thicker than puree maybe? Nonetheless it was spanking, omg the nice beautiful red color from the tomato the nice thickness as it sat on top of the tortilla chip helped to make it more enjoyable. Every time I go back and yes I will be back I will certainly ask for more salsa. I can put that salsa on anything. The location is not very easily seen even though it is at the corner. One could pass it by at least during the day I don't know if at night they have lights outside or something but during the day it can be easily passed by so it's a good thing they do have some type of outdoor seating going on. The interior is cute but definitely needs more room. With approximately six to seven tables maybe, it definitely does appear to be small. A place that has this much great food needs to be in a larger space so more people can enjoy what they offer. Also there is a bar so you definitely need the largest space because you need to set more drinks out. Thank you so very much to the young gentleman who waited my table I'm sorry I didn't get your name but we will talk again. Thank you for making my first experience here a deliciously great experience. Oh, before I go the bill was less than $35 and I would say it was well worth it. As far as parking you'll be better off either getting there very early or taking the b45, or b65 and walking over or take the iron horse. Parking especially with construction going on is challenging. So great job "I will be back," as Arnold says...
Well I ordered during the pandemic.....the food was good but I like the fish taco the best. I wished I had order 2 fish tacos instead rather then 1 chicken and 1 fish. I ordered a to go margarita and it was 1/2 of the cup which disappointed me. When you ask for napkins, they give you a knife, fork, and 1 piece of napkin wrapped up...thats a no...but overall the fish taco was good.
Food tastes great, ambiance is cool, only drawback is staff couldn’t care less about customers and at times seemed rude to me although I was waiting on them. The menu said the quesadilla came with certain accoutrements however all I got in mine was meat and cheese. Cute place and good food tho.
This place is very cute with decor. The people are very friendly. Had the Lunch Two Tacos with Chicken. It comes with chips & salsa and a soda. It was good. Just average. I would go back. Just nothing special to write home about.
Service was a bit slow at Nacho Macho Taco. I came in with a friend and had the burrito, she had tacos. The food was okay, not my first choice for "Mexican cuisine" in Brooklyn. The flavors were a bit bland and generic. For the price, especially in Brooklyn, I would expect better quality ingredients.
It's alright. Not bad. Small place- decent food bordering on good. You can get drinks here. Service is good. It's a small Brooklyn taco place.
Quesadilla was very good along with a couple other dishes! but the Birria Tacos are BAD. we had four people in our party order them and they were barely eaten because they were so soggy even before dipping in the consomé. when we mentioned this to the waitress she said “a lot of people have complained about them”. It’s confusing that they know they aren’t good but still want to charge you for them when asking to remake them or get something different. After this Birria discussion, the waitress didn’t return to our table and someone in our party had to leave the patio to find her inside in order to pay the bill.
I usually love this place but today I want in Friday March 29 at 11:43 and got ready to set with my baby and he told me that I must put the stroller outside because of other people, there was no one else there , it turn me off so much I just put my baby back in the stroller and left . I’m a nanny been going here since it opened I this never happened to me before
They have a very inviting and funky fiesta themed dining area. The smell of the food in the air was amazing and I was so excited to taste my tacos (grilled chicken, carnitas and steak). They were presented so beautifully in my to go tray, but the excitement fell flat when I tasted the tacos. They were rather bland and a bit “doughy” because they doubled up on the corn tortillas. This took away from the essence of the meal, and just gave my mouth more work. I’m not sure I would try tacos from here again.
Service was meh. Food was bland tasting, oily, and forgettable but I didn't come in with the highest expectations so that's fine either way. This establishment charges for chips (which ive never heard of) Not only do they charge you they want $5.50 for them and to make matters worse they aren't fresh. If you want $5.50 for chips atleast make them to order. Secondly, this establishment doesn't make queso, what?? Don't understand the 5 star reviews, likely because this is in a yuppified part of town full of people who don't know better...
Sub-par food options, overpriced. They also billed us completely incorrectly at the end of our meal. I spent the whole next day clutching my stomach in pain as if I had swallowed a rock, and I just had a quesadilla. Don't waste your time or money.
I didn’t get napkins,utensils, just a bit of chicken inside , didn’t put wakamole , and no Sause .
I tried this place twice, both times I felt very disappointed by the food however the service was very good
The enchiladas taste like microwaved food and they add sugar to the salsa in the chips and salsa 🤢. I wonder if they just use premade salsa because it tasted like the ones at the grocery store. The people working there were great just the food was awful.
2 out of 5 stars ☹️☹️ Why is Mexican food so bad in NYC? 🇲🇽🗽 I was really disappointed with my experience at Nacho Macho Taco. The al pastor was dry, and the enchiladas were bland. Even the guac sucked. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. In all fairness, I should note that I lived in LA for nearly 4 years and had the opportunity to explore Mexico City's culinary scene on several occasions. Bearing this in mind, I've yet to come across a Mexican restaurant in NYC that wows me 😿😭 The only highlight of the night, however, was Nacho Macho Taco's staff. Their attentiveness and efficiency were notable highlights of the evening. Despite great service, the overall dining experience still left much to be desired. Pros: Outdoor seating Great music The prices are reasonable Fantastic service Cons: The food is mediocre. While outdoor seating is a great bonus, the indoor atmosphere is not very inviting Overall: I would not recommend Nacho Macho Taco to anyone.
For the second time in a row, I have ordered from here asking for taco sauce, sour cream, or cheese "on the side" for my 3-taco lunch special - only to be presented with a bill $6 to $10 more when delivered. When I asked the delivery guy to verify he gave me an attitude, and then put me on the phone with someone from the store who also gave me the same attitude - saying I ordered SIDES of those items and that they were additional. Utterly amazing...don't order from here, if you want cheese or sauce or sour cream or anything on your tacos, you will pay through the nose for what should come standard on any taco. Very poor customer service on top of it.
I don't usually give one star, and I like to give everyone a chance, but the food is horrible! The presentation of the fish taco was horrible, it was small, unappealing and crammed into the tin plate, the fish looked dry and unappetizing and the smell of the small taco shell and the small piece of fish was so horrible, that I could not eat it! My shrimp quesidella had very few shrimp, the sauce was runny the cheese was runny and it was full of tomatoes I don't know what kind of quesidella this was, (quesidellas should be more of a grilled cheese consistency)it made my stomach hurt! The steak taco was the only passable food item and that was barely passable at that! I was so disappointed and spent quite a bit of money, just not understanding all of these glowing reviews! Definitely don't recommend!
I have always enjoyed the fish tacos at this place and usually go 2 times a week for a dinner or lunch. Yesterday, I was asked to sit in the back of the outdoor space. The waiter stated my party was too small to sit at a five seat table. I explained that I didn't want to sit in the back with weeds and bugs, even offering to move should a party need the seating. There was one other five party table available. He would not budge. Considering I am a regular at the establishment, I expected better treatment. Bottom line, this eatery does not value its customers or maybe they dont value the frequent ones. Because of my fish taco addiction, I tried Xochitl Taqueria on Fulton St. The tacos were delicious and affordable. No more Nacho for me!
Vegetarians BEWARE!!! This place is not healthy for those who do not eat meat. I am completely disappointed in the food handling and the response to my complaint. We ordered several lunch specials for our crew. Upon eating my veggie rice bowl with portobello mushrooms, I find several pieces of chicken in the bowl. When I called to speak to a manager, I got the run around and disregard to my health issues caused from their negligence. Terrible!
Careful if you order online. They add fees and tips to the bill. I’ll never go back, i don’t like getting tricked by restaurants.
I am LIVID!!!!!! I ORDERED 2 STEW CHICKEN TACOS AND 1 SHRIMP. WHEN I GOT TO WORK I WENT TO EAT AND I SAW MY CHICKEN KIND OF LOOKED LIKE BEEF. I SAID MAYBE IT'S GROUND CHICKEN BECAUSE IT'S STEWED. I TOOK A BITE AND IT WAS BEEF!!! I HAVEN'T EATEN BEEF IN 21 YEARS!!! I AM LITERALLY SICK TO MY STOMACH ABD WHEN I EXPRESSED THIS TO THE MANAGER . HE BLEW ME OFF AND SAID" I SAID IM SORRY" POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU GUYS LITERALLY MADE ME SICK. I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION AFTER I GO TO THE DOCTOR
I work a few minutes away so my colleague & I would often times DoorDash from here. Today my partner picked me up for lunch & I suggested we come here. While ordering I initially asked for 3 fish tacos, 2Birria tacos & 1 shrimp taco. The waiter informed me that birria tacos came in an order of 3, I proceeded to cancel the 1 shrimp order & go with the order of 3 Birria tacos only. While my partner was going to bite into his food I noticed that he had a shrimp taco & immediately stopped him ( He can’t consume shrimp) we called the waiter over & explained to him the error & asked if the shrimp can be taken back & we receive the fish tacos as requested initially. He looked a little confused but proceeded to the kitchen to tell the cooks. A few seconds later he returned & told us that he is sure that I made an error when ordering & never mentioned fish tacos. I explained to him again that I initially wanted one shrimp taco & 2 Birria tacos however after he explained to me that Birria tacos come in 3 I cancelled the shrimp. The waiter continued to insist that I made the error , My partner then asked him if there was a possibility that he made an error , the waiter said “Yes”. After admitting that he could have made the error he stated that we would still be charged for the Shrimp tacos (that we didn’t consume). This was a very distasteful experience.
Probably one of the worst Mexican food places I have ever tried. Barely any meat in their burritos, it tastes like olives (even if it’s not supposed to contain them), the portions of guac are to laugh for. Do yourself a favor and never come or order from here.
