Pastrami Club Sandwich on Rye toast was my lunch choice. I must say it was a great choice. The food was presented in a portrait plate. It looked just as good as it tasted. There was only one person working in the kitchen and one on the floor. Even with the amount of patrons, the wait time was minimal. Very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

Here’s what’s important to me and why this place is a 5 star review ( we also returned 3 days in a row, party of 8 and they somehow always made room for us. Clean, friendly, fresh and 24hrs! Breakfast, lunch, and just ask for what you want, they’ll make it for you!

My family and I had a great time here! The food was absolutely perfect! Prices were great. I had a burger with fries and chicken tenders with honey mustard. It was all wonderful. My wife had eggs, bacon and French toast. I tried the French toast and it was amazing!!!! I couldn't stop eating it. Service was friendly and super fast. Bathroom was clean and smelled great. Employees were cleaning the dining room and chairs. Music was good. Couldn't ask for more from a diner. I will definitely be coming back very soon!!

I love this place the ambience, the food, the location, but one thing that is unpleasant every single time I’ve gone is the sound. I wish I could understand why they think people want to be blasted with loud obnoxious music the entire time they’re eating and hanging out. I can only surmise that they’re trying to encourage people to not hang around too long. Even if the music was more to my liking, it’s just too damn loud.

Had a late breakfast after a night partying. We were waited on by William, who was accommodating and pleasant. We had french toast, omelettes, and coffee. It was your typical diner food; it helped us sober up a little bit.

Food is fine but the prices are criminal. Diners shouldn’t exist in the 5 boroughs, period. $11 for two OJ’s?! $15 for TWO pancakes!? NYC is deteriorating slowly every day and part of that is due to how hard restaurant owners have it and how much they have to charge for patrons. It’s horrible. NYC is over. Solid Buffalo Chicken salad though.

The restaurant is a beautiful space. Perfect for any brunch with a group of friends. They have so many options on the menu too. 5 stars on service and food presentation. The food itself was decent. Missing a lot of flavor where it counts. The home fries didn’t have any salt or pepper, nor did the eggs. The challah French toast sandwich was very big and tasty but could have also used some stronger French toast flavors maybe cinnamon and vanilla. All in all it was a wonderful experience though.

Neptune Diner II has a nice outdoor patio, that was dog friendly. the breakfast items, were all OK, and I didn't go away hungry. the service was good.

I really wanted to like this place, but the food just didn't deliver. The burger was bland and completely tasteless - honestly, the mushrooms I added had more flavor than the beef itself. The fries were fine, but very average for a diner. Nothing bad, nothing memorable - just standard fare. The onion rings, however, were a miss. They were soggy and completely saturated with grease, like they'd been sitting in a vat of cold fryer oil instead of being freshly made. The real disappointment was the carrot cake. Calling it carrot cake feels generous. It tasted like a generic supermarket cake with basic icing - the kind you'd grab for a kid's 3rd birthday. No cream cheese frosting at all, which is kind of the whole point. Not terrible across the board, but definitely not something I'd go out of my way for. A lot of room for improvement.

Okay so off the bat the service was great, the lady behind the counter was perfect. But the food was horrible. I got a chicken parm sandwich with potato salad. My potato salad was bland and had a piece of paper in it. My sandwich had NO sauce. Dry as the Sahara. I had to bust open some sauce from my pantry because how does a chicken parm have no sauce? My friend got a burger and said it was gross as well which is super disappointing because the lady said it was good, and diner burgers are supposed to be great always. For $52 , not worth it.
