Best Chamoyadas and mangoneadas in Brooklyn. Their nieves alone are delicious and they have a good seating area. They do sell snacks and fresh drinks as well. There is a $15 minimum for cards, so it's best to have cash. There Pitaya nieve is sooooo good when it's in season!!

Had the piña colada, it tastes good. The sweetness meets the salty criteria. They also have limon, coconut, mango, etc.

The cookies and cream ice cream sandwich was way too sweet for me. My friend had the blueberry one and had no complaints. Small space and didn't smell too great.

They do have good items but sometimes it's understaffed and very slow. I've had to wait 5 minutes for a nieve in the sun. The prices are also very expensive or start feeling high for the amount you get

PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO ORDER I placed an order at 7:58 pm & it is now 9:51 pm. Called a min ago to see what's going on with my order & they said they only take orders that have 6 or more items to make. Anything less they said you MUST order through Uber eats. Kinda sucks if you're looking for a quick craving then get that response. Update: I called at 11 pm & they said they would have it delivered in 10 min. It's 11:20 pm & it has just been delivered. Late but still great. Unfortunately did not have cash on me to tip, but most definitely will return to this location IN PERSON to order & tip as it should be done.

Line was a bit out the door. Remember to keep the door shut or someone will yell at you. I was surprised that they didn't have more ice cream flavors. I loved my Coffee Toffee Crunch Shake, great consistency and topped with chocolate covered toffee bits. Shared a Red Velvet Macaroon Ice Cream Sandwich, pretty good - kind of a mess to eat. The macaroon was crispy, chewy, and flaky all at the same time. My niece got the Ooie Gooey Sundae that almost put me in diabetic shock. I have to agree with some other reviews. It's cool if you wanna see what all the hype is about, but it's pretty pricey.

Great customer service from the employees but the owner who is an older lady is really mean to her employees. Constantly giving them dirty looks and verbally abusive to them. I’ve observed this behavior multiple times being here. Disappointing

I love tia mimi but whoever is in the front with a really nasty attitude is giving it a bad look , the girl in the morning is taking it out on customers , I ordered 3 “arroz con leches” and a champurrado, I guess she got annoyed we tried getting her attention bc of her nasty attitude and she purposely gave us only milk 🥛 no rice . What is the point to the arroz con leche if it got no rice?! Could’ve just opened the fridge if I wanted milk girl. Spent $45 ? And tip ? To get this kind of service? . Sucks that y’all don’t see who you got working in the front bc clearly I’m not the only one who has experienced it. Look at the other reviews.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There is zero attention to the customer. Three ladies all talking, taking their time with orders. Zero communication. After waiting 10 minutes to try and buy I had to walk out. Maybe focus on making money instead of talking the entire time.

I have been a long time customer of Nieves Tia Mimis, I grew up going to this place for my Nieves and I have never been so disappointed. I made an order at 3pm and they said it would be brought to me in 45 minutes, HOURS later when I kept asking how much longer do I have to wait they finally responded back to me saying that my order was cancelled because of how busy it got. Then not 2 minutes later the sent me a text saying they are outside. When I go outside I call to ask where they were, they tell me they are 25minuets away and I tell them to cancel because it was 10PM at NIGHT. It was late already and I wasn’t gonna be eating nieve that late at night. The next time I ordered I wanted to give them another chance because I really love this place, I made an order and they charged me $17 for a chamoyada which was actually $13. When I called to ask why they over charged me they said they accidentally charged me for a Magoneada so I asked for a refund and they said they were sending someone and that person never showed up. so I decided to message them again and they said they would send me the $4 through Zelle, they sent $3.60. I’m not fighting over 40¢, it is just frustrating of the services they give. They aren’t consistent with their services and are just playing around with their customers. Will never order from here again, it’s so sad because this was a place I grew up on.
