Opinions de Simple Loaf Brooklyn
I've been coming here consistently for 6 months now, and I'm just grateful for the Simple Loaf coming to the neighborhood and bringing artisanal bread and pastries into my life. They helped keep me and my coworkers fed at work during the peak of Covid when most businesses around them had closed, and they continue to blow my mind with an ever expanding menu of delicious things to tempt me. There is something on their counter for everyone, lovers of all things savory as well as those with a sweet tooth. Their bread has helped me effortlessly entertain friends and family at dinner parties and I'm always greeted with a smile. Don't hesitate to come here, it's worth traveling for! The only thing I can recommend to you is to come early if you want to choose from all of the amazing baked goods / pastry the owners and crew are cranking out of that magical kitchen!
I had the sourdough bread with butter and strawberry jam with an iced chai. It was the best bread I ever had in my life. The crunch was phenomenal. The strawberry jam was homemade with big soft chunks of strawberry. I sat in the back garden. I felt like I was on vacation. I loved being surrounded by tulips. Spring might be the best time to enjoy this garden. I walked by this place for nearly 2 years, the garden in the back is such a hidden gem. Absolutely going back and trying all the delectable pastries and babkas.
Incredible selection of baked goods. From breads and pastries to pies and jam. You cannot go wrong at Simple Loaf Bakehouse! Oh and the quiche is amazing!! This is def the best bakery in Park Slope.
Every loaf of bread, every pastry, every sandwich, and every soup is made with love and care. Shari and Jalissa who own this amazing spot are fun , friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable. Also a little secret.... there is a huge gorgeous backyard that feels more like a British Garden than Brooklyn NY. This place is a must for anyone who wants a breath of fresh air and fantastic food.
It's phenomenal. The selection is unparalleled, from Portuguese Natas to French Kouign-amann's and spelt buttermilk biscuits, the size and quality of the baked goods is pure heaven. The mocha is deep chocolatey and cooked/warmed food is brought to your table. It's impossible to find fault with this cafe, the prices are low especially considering the location and quality.
BEST SOURDOUGH IN PARK SLOPE/ MAYBE IN BK, amazing treats too, much much better than winner, and everyone is always so nice. if you want the chocolate sourdough you might have to pre-order it but its worth the wait!!
Almond croissant was a revelation (a sweet one). Buttermilk biscuits outdid my dad’s (I don’t think he reads this stuff). Coffee was good - not great. Will be back to try the breads!
The babka is fantastic. My partner doesn't like nutella, but even she loved it - there is enough chocolate to provide balance so the filling isn't overwhelmingly sweet.
One of Brooklyns top bakeries in my opinion. Always a great selection and they do great seasonal treats (pies in the fall). Great coffee to go with your delicious pastries
Great sandwiches and the coffee was great too. Best part- all the bread is baked fresh on the premises. Generous portions. Will come back for the pastries for sure!
It’s so nice to finally have good crusty sourdough bread in the neighborhood. I used to have to schlep all the way over to Bien Cuit on Smith Street to find bread to my liking but no more! The Park Slope loaf is wonderfully tangy and the chocolate sourdough is too good for words. The viennoiseries are solid and you can tell by the taste that this place bakes with top-botch butter. Simple Loaf Bakehouse, you are awesome!
Amazing croissants, pastries, sourdough, and tasty sandwiches! Great seating area in the back for families with kids. Put this on the top of your list of bakeries to try in Brooklyn!
One of the best bakeries, not just in the neighborhood, but in the city. Unbelievable pastries, surprisingly delicious food options, and a nice, bright space with an outdoor patio. Highly recommended.
This place is the bomb.com! Best pastries in Brooklyn and made perfect every time. The ham and cheese croissant is amazing, along with pretty much everything else!
I cannot express my praise for this bakery!! During this time, I have been looking so forward to my weekly trips to the bakery. And today I had the pleasure of bringing my mom and family some croissants and pastries to Long Island (kept our distance of course!). Everyone raved!! Thank you for being the light of my weekend
Amazing baked goods! The croissants and kouign amanns are delicious. Beautiful to look at that lamenation once you walk in! Crispy on the outside and light interior and texture! Definitely will make it as my go to bakery for laminated goods!
Great bakery! Staff were helpful and happy to serve. Food/bread and pastries are excellent. Top notch! Even on Thanksgiving morning. Will be back many more times. Reluctant to write review because I don’t want this place to get too busy and risk losing its current charm
Wonderful little place and such an incredible addition to the neighborhood. Getting such tasty and fresh bread from here is such a treat and great to have for the week. The pastries are all incredible, unbelievably tasty, flaky and buttery and the flavors are amazing. I’ve missed real croissants and these are so great. Everything I tried was so good and tasty. The jams as well I love. Also lovely are their seasonal treats. I was so pleased when they had specials for the holidays that made filling the table that much easier and tastier. This place is just so very good. The bread is great with healthy options for weekly sandwiches. The pastries are incredible, no wrong choice can be made when buying from this shop filled with a warm and friendly atmosphere and also an inviting place to sit.
Best Croissants and KouignAan (not sure on spelling) in Brooklyn also got the breakfast sandwich and breakfast tacos highly recommend. We're visiting from out of town and the Staff was super friendly and gave us some great tips on where to go. We will be back. Solid breakfast & lunch spot
Some of the best pastries in the neighborhood. Especially good are the croissants, the cinnamon buns and the sourdough loaf. The chocolate croissants are hit or miss: sometimes they are amazing, sometimes the dough has collapsed and flattened, which makes for a fattier and not crunchy croissant.
Our favorite place to get croissants and pain au chocolat! The plain croissants are so so good, flaky and proofed to perfection. We usually go on the weekends when sometimes there’s a line, but service is very fast and the people behind the counter are always nice and efficient.
Love it. Favorite place to get a breakfast sandwich with some friends. Awesome pastry selection as well
The best bakery in town. My favorite breakfast cafe. Really good food and pastries. It can be incredibly crowded on weekends so bring your patience.
Fresh baked good, delicious ingredients, welcoming staff... great addition to the neighborhood! There’s outdoor dining in the front and a lovely patio / garden in the back. The breakfast sandwich is incredible, I was delighted they let me sub for another cheese. The BBQ pulled pork made me wanna slap my mama (in a good way). Looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu this winter.
One of the best pastries I’ve ever had. I saw the other reviews & was looking for some breakfast pastries, bread, and coffee. I got this croissant with a baked egg & bacon sprinkled on top - it was incredible. Coffee is also good. Simple Loaf lived up to the other reviews & can’t wait to go back.
Classic pastries, with some twists and turns. First and foremost everything is basked fresh. Their classics are soft and delectable, and their more satiating breakfast options are savory, and appetizing. Expect a line, and expect some of your favorite to go fast.
I've tried quite a few of their pastries and every one has been excellent. This bakery is the only one I’ve ever found that manages to make a gluten free muffin taste delicious. I am less a fan of their sandwiches. Both the pulled pork and the grilled cheese were extremely heavy, and I would not order either again.
The ham and cheese croissant was delicious and their staff friendly and welcoming. The cafe late was custom made and so good. If I lived in the area I would be here daily! A very nice place.
My partner is currently writing a five star review on Yelp but I felt compelled to add my own since I’m currently licking the crumbs off my plate. The breakfast sandwich - the perfect size to split - was one of the best I’ve ever had, in no small part because of the buttery, toasted bread that soaks up all the broken yolk as you eat it. We also split the pecan roll and almond croissant, and as someone who likes to consider themselves a pastry connoisseur, these were divine. Can’t wait to make a habit of the breakfast sandwich as we eat our way through the pastry case.
I’m embarrassed to say I ate all four pastries by myself. But it was soo flaky, crusty and perfectly sweet that I couldn’t help myself. Highly recommend. Cafe eating area is tiny so I would recommend taking it to go and eat it at the park and people watch!
Excellent pastries with a wide selection. Incredible bread. Jalapeño-turkey croissant is an unexpected favorite. The outdoor seating is a great vibe in warm weather.
Delicious pastries always and the veggie quiche i had today was spectacular. Picked up a sourdough and havent eaten it yet but I have high expectations. The staff is always very nice and accomodating. I really love this bakery and think its an awesome addition to Park Slope.
A fantastic bakery! I stopped in today for the first time for a cappuccino and tried the pasteis de nata, which they made with croissant dough. The coffee was excellent and the pastry was sublime - wonderfully layered, flaky, and crisp. I will absolutely be returning and I recommend to anyone in the neighborhood.
I used to live just around the corner from here and was absolutely addicted to their baguettes and croissants. I’ve had every local baguette within a 8 mile radius and Simple Loaf’s still wins the taste, crumb and value rest! Simply the best.
Best Sourdough in NYC, some of my favorite baked goods in NYC. My only complaint is that you have to pre order the chocolate sourdough. it's AMAZING. Pro tip- buy some Sourdough then go to Russos next door and get some Mozz and roasted red-peppers
The baked goods are delicious and the staff is very friendly. We tried the sourdough bread and it was fantastic. I can't wait to try more of their offerings. So happy to have you in the neighborhood!
My first visit and I was like a kid in a candy store. I bought 2 different croissants, a banana walnut muffin, a chocolate Nutella babka, a Kouign Amann and I hardly scratched the sumptuous surface! The coffee was good too 😋
Excellent cafe with great sandwiches and coffee. Is a good spot to bring your laptop and focus for a while. Recommend! Sandwiches are pricey but BIG!
A great breakfast destination to work or unwind, offering coffee, delicious baked goods, and a thoughtful selection of toasts and sandwiches. The atmosphere is chill and casual, with outdoor seating to enjoy. On your way out, grab a loaf of artisan bread to bring the vibe home.
Super yummy sweet and savory offerings. Our Myers lemon and rosemary bread was a great to-go purchase and our dine-in (out on the sunny sidewalk) avocado toast hit the spot too. Friendly staff help us at the counter and service was speedy although there was a line out the door when we arrived. I guess you gotta wait for the good stuff!
My husband and I LOVE QUALITY COFFEE just as much as we love great customer service! Barista gave friendly greeting upon entry and was informative! Best coffee chill spot! Garden was a short stay of peaceful quiet heaven! Best lavender honey coffee & cold brew!! Thank you sooo much for much needed quality time well enjoyed Simple Loaf 🍞☕️Bakehouse❤️!!
Loved this Bakehouse! Fresh, delicious baked goods, cozy vibe, and friendly staff. Definitely coming back!
the nicest people and a very cute store with a calm atmosphere , went in to get sourdough starter recently because i love their bread and was having trouble with my own starter, not only did they give me some starter but were so helpful and gave me great instructions for maintaining it. love this place, highly recommend. ( my sourdough starter is doing great and i baked a loaf yesterday that was fantastic)
Pasties de nata and apricot danish Devine. Excellent coffee and service. And it is open!
I love this place. Such good food and pastries and bread. Only complaint is that the breakfast sandwich price got raised to like $18 recently which feels a bit criminal. This sandwich went from being our family’s weekend routine, to never having it again, just on principle. I might get it on my birthday haha
Stopped into Simple Loaf Bakehouse and left with what I can only describe as carbs of happiness. Everything looks (and tastes) incredible, and the smell alone is worth the visit. Friendly staff, cozy vibe, and breads that make you forget you ever cared about counting anything. I probably should have taken picture but i dont plan on sharing. I guess i will have to return tomorrow. to get get some more....pictures.
If you want to eat real bread and actually feel full, try their sourdough breads and baked goods and make sure to come here. A wonderful variety of breads and bakery items made with sourdough await you—absolutely delicious. At the very least, you’ll be eating bread made with real, traditional starter. We love this place and truly enjoy their breads, rolls, and more. We love this place!
What a great lunch spot! Wonderful selection which makes it difficult to choose! Service is always consistently great. The Rocket Salad is my favorite! Highly recommend!
I moved to Brooklyn aprx 1 year ago. I was early for an appointment so I stopped in for tea & an almond croissant which I consider a test of a true bakery. Without a doubt this is the best almond croissant I’ve had in the entire NYC area!!! I can not wait to return. I will purchase bread on my way out the door & give it a try. Everything made on-site!
Highly recommend the kale and tomato pastry! The jalapeño croissant was also yum. They gave me two cutleries, though I did eat these goodies myself. Wonderful iced cold brew, and very cute back garden. Would advise against the egg soufflé personally~ (it gave Scottish egg, and I mean that in a bad way, but go off if ur into that)
This bake shop is a gem. Fresh bread, pastries, and savory bakes line the counter as you walk in making it very hard to choose. But choose you must as the shotgun layout of the entry means you have little time to make a decision before it’s your turn. The great thing is everything tastes delicious so you can’t go wrong, honestly. They also offer a variety of coffee and tea. Prices are so very reasonable considering the quality of the bakes. 💖
Had the grilled cheese and the pumpkin muffin, both were good! The pumpkin muffin was great because it wasnt too sweet! Appreciate that they dont over-sweeten or over-salt things like a lot of bakeries do!
This is an amazing bakery in Brooklyn with a great selection of pastries, wish I could have gone back to try more items. Everything we got was excellent and there's a lot of seating inside and out in the courtyard. Highly recommend trying some of their baked goods and the avocado toast.
I feel incredibly lucky to live near simple loaf. Their pastries rival any in New York. I particularly like the apple danish and the pasties de nata, but their croissants are also superb. The baguettes are delicious and cheap. Only downside is that their coffee is not the best.
Great baked goods, mid lattes, short lines. Simple Loaf is everything a cozy neighborhood bakery should be. Lovely staff, chill patio and indoor space for working during the day. Good, fuss free food without the massive lines plaguing every overhyped spot in Brooklyn. The breads and pastries are definitely the stars of the show. Skip the beverages and you’ll be fine.
I love this place so much! One of my favorite bakeries in the neighborhood. The pastries are incredible! Here are some of my favorites: Cheese Danish, Ham & Cheese Croissant, Turkey Jalapeño Croissant, Chocolate Almond Croissant, Lemon Poppy Muffin & Salted Caramel Flan Pasticeri. Everything tastes so fresh & the quality of the ingredients are really good. Also, the cappuccino is delicious! It gets really busy on the weekends. There is indoor & outdoor seating. The staff are always friendly & helpful!
have been curious about this place for a while but always avoid the crowds pushing their way in! tried today and it was worth the wait. almond croissant was perfect, latte is one of the best in the neighbourhood! friendly service and great selection of savoury options as well (next time!)
I love the backyard space, great for meetups with friends, loved ones, or just a solo soul wanting a nice spot to relax. It's never crowded (inside might be depending on the day and time). Might not be the best for you if you aren't a fan of the cold, now that NYC is finally getting cooler weather. However, there's a great selection of tea to choose from to warm you up wherever you choose to sit. There's a good variety of baked food to eat on, too, breads to croissant (everyone I've tried tasted delicious). There's also adult beverages too. Extra points for the pumpkin beer in pumpkin spice season 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
I lived in Park Slope for two months when I moved back to Brooklyn and as someone who has grown up in NY, this is one of the best bakeries/cafes I have ever been to. It is one of the highlights as I’ve gotten reintroduced to New York and reminds me why I fell in love with Brooklyn. I have had most things on their menu, but I have to say their savory pastries absolutely hit it out of the park. This includes the baked egg (bacon is a must!), ham and cheese croissant, and turkey, jalapeño and cheese croissant. I also love their scallion potato frittata, which is a huge portion size btw! The sweet pastries are also amazing, my favorite being the chocolate almond croissant. Some lunch highlights include the chicken salad croissant sandwich, the Caesar salad sandwich, and the turkey sandwich. I love that you can order most of their sandwiches by a half or whole. Half is still a generous portion, and I will only get a whole if I’m splitting with my partner. With all of the bread baked in house, everything is super fresh and made to perfection. The team there also rocks. Special shout out to Lupe, but everyone we’ve encountered has been amazing, and we’ve grown to look forward to seeing everyone almost daily. I’m moving out of the neighborhood, but I will only be a few subway stops away. Thank you for being amazing!
Amazing little yet not so little restaurant. They provide food to go, or you can sit indoors, out in the backyard or outside in front of the place. The environment is very tranquil, relaxing, and gives off positive vibes. There is free wifi and a water station available as well. Prices are pretty reasonable and you get your bang for your buck. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Their food was amazing. I had the wake-up call for breakfast, and it was delicious. Every bite was a joy, and I would highly recommend it. Their coffee is also good quality. I had their cold brew black, and it was some of the best cold brew I ever tasted. I would also recommend their sticky walnut bun, with its sweet, soft, and nutty flavors blending well together. It's definitely one of the best places to come with family, friends, or just by yourself.
somehow keep missing out on the pastries i actually wanna try here but have been pleasantly surprised by the alternatives i end up with :-) tho the apricot danish was a bit underwhelming edit: it’s been a couple years since my first visit and my new favorite here is the breakfast sandwich! it’s a little pricey at $16 but filling and the toasted sourdough with the runny poached egg is just unbeatable.
Although the croissants and pain au chocolat were great, I think the highlight of this bakery so far, for me, were the two sourdough breads I got for home. They slice them up for you and are some of the best bread I’ve tried in my life. Would recommend getting a loaf if you’re ever around. Service is always super kind too! Will try the popular chocolate almond croissant next.
I was in the area for the grand opening of The Ripped Bodice bookstore but arrived quite a bit early so decided to find a place for breakfast and the Bakehouse was on my foodie list so off I went. First thing just walking in I was presented with the most beautiful and golden assortment of sweet and savory pastries. It was a bit of a challenge to pick just one as they all looked absolutely amazing and delicious. I went with the baked egg and bacon pastry and an iced coffee. It was so freaking delicious!! My taste buds were singing with how yummy and flavorful it was. I grabbed a sea salt chocolate chip cookie for the hubby on my way out. I definitely have plans to come back and try something else.
EDIT: The owner has clarified that the vanilla beans in the syrup cause the black specks in the latte. Although I do not personally enjoy the texture of the syrup, I was mistaken that this was an issue with how the coffee is prepared. I have adjusted my review accordingly. The pastries are 10/10, and the food is great as well. However, every time I've ordered a latte, it's been filled with coffee grounds. I tried the latte on 3 separate ocassions, and every time it's filled with grounds. The coffee is high quality, but the preparation is lacking. Please train your staff on how to make a latte without grounds in it.
Really a wonderful café bakery serving all kinds of baked sweet and savory treats, coffees & teas. My Irish scone was delicious and large, not too sweet, just the way I love a scone. There’s ample indoor and outdoor seating, with a lovely backyard with tables and sun umbrellas. I’m sure to return often!
SOFT FRESH BREAD!! So happy they decided to move and open out here. Delicious freshly made bread that sells out daily! If you stop in the morning thinking you can wait to pick up later in the afternoon - bad move. Get it right then. People are recognizing how good their goods are and gobbling them up immediately. Their pastries are also probably some of the best I've ever had around here. Moist and flavorful such as the blueberry Danish which I find is dry at OTHER locations and their blueberry muffin (did I detect some lemon in there?). The cinnamon muffin is another must have. Got a mocha to chill in back and that was also made well. In back you have this cute country like self-seating area to relax and enjoy company with friends. From there you can see the goods being made from behind a glass partition. There's also a nice backyard to top it off for warm days. The chocolate babka is always a great choice as is the chocolate almond croissant 🥐. They've even added more breakfast options for the weekend like an array of quiche and frittatas to choose from. Outdoor seating with covered umbrellas are now in front add another option to relax and eat. This place has it all!
Beautiful new place. The pastries on display look gorgeous (sadly can’t eat the vast majority as a vegan). Tried the avocado sandwich (asked to try it on sourdough). The sandwich was good and the bread was standout. The sourdough bread is sublime — chewy and complex, crusty and airy with a rich flavor. Definitely recommend the sourdough! Also tried the banana muffin which was great— not too sweet and had a nice chew. A great addition to the neighborhood. Do give this place a try!
This bakery has a nice selection of pastries and it is a great breakfast spot for the neighborhood. The portions are bigger than average. Inside seating and rear yard patio are available.
Incredible pastries and baked goods. Bread is 100/10 and service is always pleasant. Food is pretty good too, my only warning is the drinks from the cafe are always 50/50 and I would avoid ordering matcha from there. It's like the la croix of Matcha and is not worth the $$. Would recommend they sharpen their barista skills!
so far I’ve had simple loaf’s regular croissant, their turkey cheddar jalapeno croissant, quiche, spelt biscuit and multigrain loaf, and all are delicious! $5-6 may seem steep for a croissant but the sizes and portions are generous in my opinion the turkey cheddar croissant especially is great warmed up but I will say for some reason if you ask them to warm it at the bakery it can take an unreasonably long time, better to take it to go and heat it up at home if you can can’t speak for the drinks but the breads and baked goods are amazing
I actually think the pastries are a bit hit and miss, but I’m clearly in the minority on that one. They also rarely heat up any of the display food (quiche, fritata, etc) much above wave-a-candle-in-its-general-direction temperature. BUT, sitting outside or in the backyard with a coffee and sandwich make this place a return spot. The breakfast sandwich is a delicious mess and the bread was phenomenal. Cappuccino was also fantastic (I’ve had much worse at dedicated coffee shops nearby)
This place has some of the best food and coffee. It would be an amazing place to work but there is only 1 outlet for the entire dining room. If you come charged you should be good to go for a little but good luck finding an outlet. Get the breakfast sandwich it is so good!
4.5🌟 Turkey sandwich was very good, definitely worth getting the full sandwich and taking the other half to go if you can’t finish it all (just bc the cost of half is expensive). Breakfast tacos were also good, but towards the third one it got a bit too soggy and hard to eat. 95% of the pastries were gone by Sunday afternoon, but that just shows they’re pretty popular.
The pastries look great, but the matcha was…. “Non existent” ? I received a milky drink with a grayish/greenish hue with a lot of unmixed powder on the bottom of my drink. Not everyone drinks coffee and your matcha is simply bad. Please get something decent and teach your staff how to make it.
I got their sourdough and Blueberry muffin. Unfortunately both were gummy. Great flavor but the texture (aeration) needed work. Also, the staff didn't know how long the sourdough was proofed, which is disappointing for a sourdough enthusiast like me.
The place is very quiet and peaceful with no loud music. It's a nice spot to sit, but the service and food were disappointing. First, nobody asked if I wanted my order 'to go' or 'for here.' They just gave me everything in plastic and paper, even though other people had real cups and plates. Second, my Matcha Latte was not hot-it was just warm and had almost no taste. Also, the dessert was not flaky at all; there were no layers in the pastry. Good atmosphere, but the service and quality need to be much better.
I thought the pastries were just ok. I wouldn’t go back personally. The pastries lacked depth and flavor. Tasted like Costco croissants not the premium it should be. I went to pastry school and worked as a pastry chef. Did not have coffee just pastries.
Croissant: Was very difficult to tell if the croissant was good considering the one I was served was stale, despite it being around noon on a Saturday. Will give it another try perhaps earlier in the morning as the lamination had some merit. Though I’m not sure I’d enjoy starting a morning here (see below). The staff was not at all pleasant. It was Saturday and busy, regardless: annoyance from front facing customer service roles turns everything sour. At one point, as I was ordering, the staff rolled their eyes at the preceding customer because she had dared to move to the pick up side of the counter to allow for other customers to order. The 4 steps to that side must have been the final straw during a tiresome day. Although, I had also witnessed them be utterly not nice to the same woman as she politely asked about the different types of loaves (the middle didn’t have a sign or label).
It’s a great bakery but they’ve raised the prices of the bread in 25%! Not that affordable anymore… I will look for a different bakery before getting in there and get “robed”.
This place is worth coming to for loaves of bread, but I wouldn’t stick around for a meal. It’s been greater than 45 minutes waiting for a croissant sandwhich. During this period we have asked the staff multiple times for updates and they provide vague answers and have clearly not prioritized getting us an item they must have forgot about. Disappointing customer service you wouldn’t expect in NY. During the nearly 60 minute purgatory sitting in here waiting for the sandwich, the vibe is poor. Feels like a Panera bread.
Bad service. Overpriced & inadequate food. I visited this cafe in hopes to enjoy a light lunch and pleasant ambiance along our exploration of Park Slope on my Birthday. Off first glance, the cafe is charming and offers a wide variety. After ordering, we asked if we could sit out front by the street. The empty tables were filled with dirty plates and utensils left by previous customers. We asked the woman who took our order if anyone was sitting there (clearly no one was) and she replied "I have no idea". We then asked if the tables could be cleared so we could sit. She begrudgingly walked by us, proceeded outside, threw the plates in the bin, and walked back inside. After saying "thank you", she didn't bother to glance our way. I received the avocado toast I ordered, which cost a whopping $18.78 (including tip) and laughed in despair. It was such a sad piece of hard sourdough bread with 4 tiny slices of tomato and a stale avocado. Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend. As someone who used to work in the service industry, it’s a shame to witness people underestimating the value of quality + friendly customer service.
