Delicious chicken and waffles. I ordered the Nashville chicken and chocolate chip waffles and a Tiger Woods to drink. The server was very pleasant and even joked with us and helped us decide on what to drink. I would definitely recommend this location. The wait may be long but they do have the option to order take out and use the outdoor seating.

The hostess/manager did not provide a welcoming experience. Despite our small group, our seating request was declined, while a subsequent party's similar request was accommodated. Although we were seated promptly, there was a significant delay in taking our order, which only occurred after two separate inquiries. Concurrently, another group that arrived after us had their order taken immediately upon entry. While the food was delivered quickly, our specific requests, such as additional napkins and side sauces, were overlooked. The quality of the food and the aesthetics of the establishment were satisfactory; however, the overall experience left me feeling unwelcome and profiled, which was particularly disappointing given the staff's demographic similarity to my own. I had hoped for a more positive experience for my birthday lunch, but I am grateful for the company I shared it with.

Sweet chicks is one of my favorite go to restaurants for chicken and waffles. I enjoy the different flavor butter choices they have. I also tried their sandwich. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu.

Food was good do you hear me absolutely good. I'm not going to say great because the French toast I had could have been a little bit more softer around the edges it was a little bit too crisp but like the greedy greedy greedy person I was that day I ate it. The chicken was fabulous OMG nearly as good as my own and I do say nearly. The ambiance was trendy, it had like a Soulful vibe to it. The service was on point I had a waitress who was attentive to me with my cup was empty of coffee she asked and I said fill it up she filled it up came back again asked me again and this time I said no I'll have water she bought me water. She made sure I was taken care of and then after all that food asked me is there anything else how could I put anything more down LOL. All I have to say is you guys got to try this place for yourself if I'm wrong about saying this places lips smacking delicious you let me know hit me up and tell me but I bet you you'll say the same thing solutely good. Make sure you order what I ordered because I can't say about anything else. I can only comment on what I ate. DDEEFREAKINGLICIOUS

If you in a mood of fried chicken with waffles, Sweet Chick is a good spot to eat this kind of food. The vibes of restaurant is trendy and easy. During busy hours on the weekend the service might not that great but still acceptable. I order Chicken n' Waffles which is good and yummy. Grit and Shrimp, I'm not crazy about the sauce. I went to southern restaurant before and they have the way to cook and prepare this dish better. Overall I like the place, it is good for an easy day.

Good food but they’re pricing you out at every turn. Pretty good take on chicken and waffles, it’s not exactly like you’re down south but for up north it’s pretty good. However, everything is extra. And I mean everything! If you want a flavored chicken ( i ordered Nashville hot) that’s an extra $2. And if you want a flavored waffle that’s also an extra $2. Now I get it, we have to make our money blah blah blah. But then the server brings out the machine to pay and they have it auto set to a 20% tip minimum and it only goes up from there. I’m exhausted of this crazy over tipping culture so this quite frankly just annoyed me. At the end of the day is the food good? Yes.

The food has great flavor but the take out experience is hit or miss. If you order white meat chicken you will most likely get mostly dark meat. I don’t think the late night crew knows what white meat is! Disappointing because the waffles and Mac and cheese are so good. I’ve never had issues when I am at the restaurant or picking up earlier in the day.

First time trying Sweet Trick, and overall it wasn’t too bad. My fiancé had the shrimp and grits, and I had the fried chicken and waffle with vanilla topping (which tasted like condensed milk). The food was okay. The main issue was the wait—there was only one server, and as the place got busy, it took a while to be attended to. Sweet Trick, please consider hiring more staff so everyone feels looked after without long wait times. On the positive side, the extra touch of customer service—our server coming out to take our picture—was really nice and much appreciated.

Went to this location to have lunch. Really didn't enjoy my meal. We had the chicken and waffles. The chicken wasn't really that good. They gave me two big pieces of chicken which were a thigh and breast. It seems like you don't get to choose your cut of meat and the ordering process feels more like takeout. We also ordered drinks which weren't that great. I did enjoy the frozen mix cocktails over the regular mix cocktails. As for service I had asked for the table to be cleaned twice.
