Magical!! My husband, dog and I were looking for a late dinner and stumbled upon The Blue Blossom. It was a rainy night but we were able to still eat outside on the front patio as it is housed within the front of the restaurant covered by the roof. They were so great to accommodate our well behaved pup, bringing her water and whipping up a scrumptious beef dinner! It was so sweet and unexpected. Okay - the service was amazing and the food was unbelievable - truly! I got the salmon dinner, which was Brought out in such a gorgeous artistic display that I just sat and admired it for a minute, but HELLO - I swear it is some of the best sushi that I have ever had. I was so surprised because I hadn’t done any research on this new place. We literally just stumbled upon it at 9:30 at night. My husband got the spicy cumin, lamb chops. Holy moly they Literally just melt in your mouth - SOO delicious. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Every time we travel back to Williamsburg we are definitely eating here again!

Wow… this is just too beautiful. It’s my first time receiving sushi takeout that looks like a gift — the packaging is so elegant I almost didn’t want to eat it! The Spicy Yellowtail Roll and Queens Roll were both incredible. Highly recommend this place — best sushi in Williamsburg!

Was in the neighborhood and just happen to stumble by this place. The sushi was super fresh and the staff were really friendly. I think they are still doing their soft opening so it wasn’t really packed. The atmosphere was really comforting and warm. Was just dazzling off and saw the cute floor tiles they had. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s a must try if you love sushi!!! Plusss the way they designed this place is supper gorgeous!!

The spice cumin lamb chops from #theblueblossom without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted. Perfectly tender, richly seasoned, and cooked to perfection—they completely exceeded my expectations. What truly impressed me as well was the attention to detail, even in their takeout packaging. It arrived looking like a carefully crafted piece of art, beautifully arranged and showing the pride they take in every dish they serve. Beyond the lamb chops, this place stands out for its dedication to authentic Sichuan cuisine and traditional Chinese flavors. You can tell that the chefs have both skill and passion, because every dish carries a depth of flavor that is hard to find elsewhere. It’s not just about the food—it’s about the whole experience. From presentation to taste, everything feels thoughtfully designed to give you the best. If you are someone who loves real Sichuan spice, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It’s a true hidden gem in the Williamsburg, and one that I will definitely be coming back .

Do not sleep on this place!! I went for sushi but was swayed by their small but mighty dim sum menu. The scallion pancake was maybe the best I’ve ever had (crispy but not hard, and not oily) and the pumpkin flaky pastries were like nothing I’ve ever tried - soft, flavorful, and with a flaky texture. The staff never let my water get half empty and they even brought me some whitefish on the house! If you’re in Williamsburg 10/10 go get lunch or dinner here. You won’t be disappointed!!

Totally addicted!!! In two weeks we’ve eaten at The Blue Blossom 3x and did takeout once. Everything that we’ve tried has been the best we’ve had - seriously. The miso wings, udon beef dinner, the salmon sushi dinner, those insane lamb chops, the truffle fries, and all the fun small plates sent over from the sushi bar. When Brooklyn truly discovers this place we’ll never be able to get a reservation again - they are that good.Their takeout is like a beautiful gift - so if you need to say “sorry” to someone do it with a dinner from here. There’s no resisting how delicious and artistically beautiful these meals are - even as takeout! You will love this place, no doubt.

This is an incredible spot in the neighborhood, and I’m so glad I finally made it in. The sushi is now my favorite in the neighborhood, so tasty and beautifully presented. The vibes are also immaculate - including a cat themed tile floor. Sue is amazing and will tell you all about the menu items. Can’t wait to try more of their menu.

From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely incredible. Jake and the rest of the staff went above and beyond—attentive, friendly, and on point with every detail. They made the whole experience feel special. And the food? Stellar. Every single dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. Easily the best sushi we’ve ever had in Brooklyn—maybe anywhere. If you’re looking for top-tier sushi with unmatched service, this is the place. We will definitely be back! 🍣🔥

Truly a wonderful experience. The sashimi, sushi & gyoza were SO delicious. Service was lovely. I didn’t try any sake but the menu had a great variety. The green tea was best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend, & thank you so much to the owner if he sees this!

Love this place! I brought in some heart trays for a party and asked them to fill them up, and they did so beautifully and were extremely accommodating. Everyone said the sushi was high quality and delicious, and you could tell how much care they put into making it. Even the wasabi heart shaped and they very nearly packaged everything and helped me carry it too! They even threw in a bottle of sake on the house and were so kind. I hadn’t found a sushi spot I liked in Williamsburg until this one - highly recommend!
