The store hang up on me 2 times i ordered a delivery and the driver passed my house 4 times tracked through door dash food is cold the workers don’t know what they are doing the employee is very rude and hang up 2 times with the words the store is busy didn't even let me explain the issue

Took an hour to get my order and the delivery guy refused to even enter my building DESPITE me requesting a door delivery on the app (they want u to tip before you get the service.) Tried calling the store to discuss this issue as it can severely affect someone who is disabled, no pickup. Sending a report to their HR after posting this.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I made an order online. There was a system error saying the order wasn't made. I was still charged. I called to confirm the order didn't go through and get information on who I should contact. The man on the phone asked for my information he said an order wasn't made. Great. I then asked who I could contact, as I figured I needed to call the online service. He immediately started yelling as if I was making an accusation. I politely asked if I could just speak because I just wanted to ask a question. He continued repeating that I was lying and didn't make an order. I finally said forget it, and hung up, because I didn't call to get into a fight or be yelled at, I just had a question of who should contact. I ended up calling a different dominos location who were super helpful and gave me the information of who to contact should the charge not drop off. Honestly, for the extra fees and service this place isn't worth it.

Multiple times the staff at the Cortelyou location have no clue that they send out wrong items. They are rude and unprofessional on the phone. I used the rewards points to get the item I wanted, instead they gave me a completely different item that requires less reward points. Not fare.

Do not order for delivery! They don’t follow delivery instructions for contactless delivery and will charge you for the delivery fee and tip. If a customer gives pushback because the delivery driver is not following the delivery instructions, how can I know my food is being tampered with? Unlike other restaurants, this store doesn’t put tape that indicates your food wasn’t tampered with. They stated a new store policy was implemented in NYC where drivers do not enter buildings yet this is not communicated throughout the order process including the confirmation email.

When orders for contactless delivery ane placed, they do not respect. They will call you to come down and get it instead of actually delivering it to the apartment. This has happened multiple times. They have delivered after answering and insisting that they deliver, but most recently they just left with the order when I input the wrong contact phone number and the order was registered as delivered.

Placed an order online. On app it showed that order is ready for pick up. When I went there, they started making from scratch right infront of me and said its not ready. No apologies, no reasons, blant attitude that its not ready. It has happened second time.

Terrible customer service from the store manager. walked in the store nobody greeted me. 5 minutes past by I was ignored. 2 customers walked in he quickly greeted them, asked for their names then gave them their orders. two more customers walked in he quickly greeted them then gave them their orders. 2 more walked in he gave them their orders. in total he acknowledged 6 customers, and I still wasn't greeted nor asked for my name/ order. after taking care of those customers that I came before he then decided to ask me for my name. I asked him why now he asks me for my order and name he got mad. Bad customer service will not be going back. I work too hard for my hard earn cash to be disrespected. WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE. STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. We ordered Two pies and An order of breadsticks. Saw two bugs what looks like bedbugs or something in the breadstick box parchement paper…. Called the store and Manager hung up on me And told me that is not his store after he confirmed my order and my name…. Just lies. Place is dirty please stay away.

Second time in a row ordering from this location, getting told pizza is in the oven, getting told the pizza is ready for pick-up, walking to the location, and the staff telling me it's not ready. TWO TIMES. In a row. I take a break from work for lunch and having to waste another 30 minutes for my order after being notified that it is ready is unacceptable. Staff is unapologetic. They told me they clear their screen which is why they process it as ready. Dont waste my time for your shortcuts.
