The food is excellent. The burgers are so distictive, and the wings feel carefully done. The personnel is also as efficient and nice as it can possibly be. This is my first choice for whenever people come to the city. Is amazing.

Great place for a couple drinks and wings! Probs best Buffalo wings in Greenpoint, although they never put enough sauce on them. Drinks have solid prices, oh and the Bloody Mary is p decent. They play nfl games on the tv’s which is p sick too. I hope they’ll be able to keep their outdoor seating. Solid spot overall.

Best burger in greenpoint. This place has good burger and good beer what more do you need! The burgers are very heavy expect to be knocked out after this meal. The wings are also very good some of the best I've had meaty and good sauce. The bar itself is a good vibe, great place to watch sports or hangout.

Amazing place. 18 dollar burger but the fries and service are amazing. Prices are set to survive the ever gentrifiying area. The owner is a friendly young family man and knows how to put together a good food and drink menu. Great wooden authentic feel. Ruben sandwich is a solid choice.

Went Saturday night. Burgers and fries are great. The Burger patty was well seasoned and not overcooked. Really tasty. The bun was slightly sweet and slightly dense which is my preference. Fries are thick cut and perfectly fried. Not overdone. Ideal potato flavors. Drinks are solid. Bartender was the chillest. Will be back.

If you’re in Greenpoint, and it's baseball season and not at The Brew Inn, what are you even doing? 😄 This place has mastered the holy trinity: cold beer, solid pub grub (they even have a killer veggie burger)and the exact right level of neighborhood chaos. It’s the kind of spot where you go for “one quick drink” and suddenly you’re three hours deep, debating life choices over perfectly crispy fries. It's a neighborhood treasure. Not pretentious, welcoming, and reliably fun — basically your friend who always says “last round?” and somehow makes it sound like a great idea. 10/10 neighborhood gem.

This neighborhood was primarily Polish in its heyday now there is a hipster takeover. Brew Inn is the perfect respectful transition watering hole. Rustic, rad and retro. Extensive craft beer selection without pretentiousness. Greenpoint strong.

Best burger in New York I have eaten so far. Large, soft, juicy meat and side dishes. Perfectly. Amazing fries, actually potatoes in the skin. Beer served in frozen glasses. Brilliant. Friendly and kind service. Great atmosphere and music. I will come back there for sure!

I heard the burgers where great here and they did not disappoint! Great selection of beers as well. Busy but not too crowded- great service!

My friend brought us here the other night and were first seated outside which was this nice sort of enclosed room but with the door open and it was heated. We stayed there about fifteen minutes, got drinks and than were able to be seated indoors. We ordered the po’boy which was to die for! Those tator tots were great too. I’d come back for sure. The atmosphere was chill. The server was awesome and polite. Definitely coming back!

Officially my favorite burger in the city. Insane.

This place is the neighborhood bar every neighborhood should have. The staff is super friendly, the food is incredible and very reasonably priced (debatably best burger in nyc), and the vibes are comfortable and fun. They go crazy with sports on the weekends and even crazier for karaoke on Wednesdays. I love the people there and the bartenders really go above and beyond. Shout out to Josh, Mary, and Ty. Y’all are awesome.

We stopped in to The Brew Inn on a Monday night on our way back to the hotel after seeing a concert. We chose a table in the back and watched the last of the Monday night football game, the bartender offered table service and though the kitchen was closed, he wrangled up a couple plates of pierogies for our after concert appetite (On Monday nights pierogies are 75¢ each). The food came out fast, was hot and super delicious. The vibe was local, dive bar, chill. There were Christmas lights up and 6-8 people at the bar who seemed familiar with each other. We left at midnight and the place was still hopping. We decided that if we lived in the neighborhood, we'd be stopping in to The Brew Inn regularly to hang with neighbors and friends. Our stop in was the perfect end to our Monday adventures in Brooklyn.

When the food is done well, it’s incredibly good. We go here often. More recently the food has been not consistently excellent - different/new chef perhaps. I am mostly ok with that. But I had too mediocre meals in a row. I have faith it’ll all even out though. Bartenders and servers are all great.

I got the burger here a few weeks ago. I recall it was good but not stellar. There are relatively few seats but I did manage to find a seat. The place is bathed in a colorful light which is kinda cool and kinda not.

One of the best spots in Greenpoint to get a burger ! Super delicious ! It's also a great place to see sports while having few beers. The outdoor seating could be a little more comfortable but those are all temporary I guess.

I haven't visited them for a long time, but I used to come here more often, so when my friend offered me lunch, I agreed immediately! It's a pity they don't have wages on the menu anymore, but the fries are also good. I ordered the Harvest burger, and my friend had the vegetarian option. The burger was as usual. amazing!!! - large, juicy and kept in one piece. Portabella, cheese and caramelized onion make a nice combination! The sauce could be a little spicier, I think it was missing a bit of pepper or jalapeno. I once said that these are the best burgers in this city and I haven't changed my mind!!!! I highly recommend it, make sure you have room in your stomach because the portions are huge!!! Supposedly they have good beer, but I can't confirm because I don't drink alcohol. perfect place to watch the match, they have a few TVs and always. you can watch sports. good music. they have tables outside, so there is an option to go outside. I highly recommend it and enjoy your meal!!!

The Brew Inn gives hole in the wall, no frills vibes. When we arrived there was a bit of confusion on whether or not we should wait to be seated but since no one came we grabbed the nearest available table and the bar tender approached us within a few minutes with the menu. If ordering the burgers be prepared to wait around 20 minutes, as stated in their menu. Burger was good and tater tots were delicious. Patty could have done with a smidge less time on the grill but overall a good experience.

Nice bar with a great selection of beers on tap. I had a Greenpoint Milk & Honey, it was great. I also had the All Good Things burger, which was good, but the buffalo sauce drowned out some of the taste of the other ingredients. The bun and meat were quite tasty, though.

The bar was lively and fun, and the presentation of the food as well as the bar itself were fantastic. However, I wasn't that big a fan of the burger. Maybe I had high expectations from all that I had heard. It was still good, just not as special as I had been led to believe it would be. I'll probably be back to try a different burger though, who knows!

Ive been here a few times now - burgers and food are really good! Service is very good too, but my beer has been skunked on more than one occasion, which has never happened anywhere before. Thought it was just me being weird, but I overheard multiple other patrons noted their beers were skunked too. May be best to just order cans? Either way, food and service are too good to totally slam the place.

Scammed us on the happy hour deal! And we have been there before. Not a good vibe! More details for the owner: We have been in last night 5pm, ordered a sandwich and a bunch of beers. On the check everything was the full price. Upon inquiry the guy behind the bar told us, the HH (1$ of drafts) would not apply to all drafts. That's news. We've been a couple of times and love the food, but I guess we won't be coming back.

My friend ordered a shrimp po boy and they brought him some boiled shrimp with barbecue sauce and pickles slathered with Swiss cheese on one bun. How is that a shrimp po boy?

Used to love this spot for years for their burgers but today I walked in with my girlfriend and put in the order. A few more tables walked in about 15-20 minutes after us and ordered their food. They got their food first and we were still waiting for ours. After about 45 minutes, I confronted the waitress and she said it's almost ready but after another 10-15 minutes of waiting we had to cancel and walk out. Unfortunately not the first time it happened to me here. Won't be coming back.

Burgers are great but the real hidden gems are the wings and tots. Have to give 1 star because of the most horrendous delivery experience which was entirely the fault of the restaurant. Waited 2.5-3 hours before finally giving up and cancelling the order. We were told the kitchen was backed up with an influx of orders + regular restaurant service. The communication throughout was terrible - called multiple times 20-30 mins apart to check on the status and each time was told "the order would be out soon" which was a flat out lie. Last time we called we told them to not even bother cooking the food we're cancelling the order to which they responded "the order was already out" - it was never delivered... so as much as we enjoy the food we will not be ordering from here for a very long time if ever again.
