Garbage service waited 30 minutes for a few wake up wraps and they helped the whole lobby and had their orders out before I had to request a refund even though I placed the order online 10 minutes before even showing up. This place really needs to fire whoever runs it and hire someone that can actually do a good job. Hopefully Starbucks will run them before we know it and someone else will put a new dunkin

I mobile ordered my drink to pick up in store but the lobby was closed. I was able to get the attention of an employee through the window but they just said I had to go through the drive thru. I already paid for my drink so I had to wait 30 mins in the drive thru. When I finally got to the ordering screen, they said they didn’t have the drink I want. Mind you, it let me order it on the app. I wish they just turned off the option to pick up mobile orders inside, I wouldn’t have come by if they did that.

Don’t waste your time stopping by. How are you a donut shop but don’t have donuts ready at 7am? And no it wasn’t just a bad day , I’ve stopped another morning before my kids school at 7 and no donuts. It was 7am this morning and they said the donuts would be ready in 30 minutes to an hr. Nothing is ready before opening.

Went in at 6:45am and no donuts. My son wanted munchkins for his birthday and they gave him the donuts from the day before. The inside was dirty.

Was waiting on the drive thru for 20 minutes, once I got to the window they gave me my drink but said my food will be right out. Only one person was working at the oven, the other 3 workers were by the drive thru window watching videos and gossiping on Facebook. Bad service. If you get a chance, save yourself a headache and go to Starbucks instead

This Dunkin location is the worst, all the employees are like teenage girls laughing making jokes and yelling behind the counter. No one attends the front cashier and we have to peek out to the back to get their attention. They talk about their personal life and are not attentive to customers. I ordered a coffee and noticed it had been sitting by the coffee machine unattended and left cold. When I went up to the counter they got a new cup and poured the old coffee in that new cup. It’s always so loud because of their chatter and don’t announce the drinks that are ready only for them to be watered down by the time customers get up for them. There’s three girls working here and aren’t attentive. Very dissatisfied, used to come here to study, not possible now.

Got my order taken by Laura lol. Listen, I used to work at a Dunkin’ I get it, it’s not for everyone and that’s fine. But when I ask you for a donut that is sold at Dunkin’ locations and you give me a disgusted face? Get a new job. You do not need to be in customer service. You do not have the look or the attitude to be customer-facing. I asked for a Sour cream donut, which is sold at majority of locations. It is a classic donut. I had to direct her to the specific location on the rack to inquire if it was the Sour cream donut or not (it was blueberry which is fine, just say that next time). On top of that she mumbled every word she said and then acted like it was somehow my issue that she doesn’t know how to use her big girl words. Additionally, the loaves they have at the register to be sold (looked like red velvet) were expired by 2 days and had not been swapped out at the time of this review- 7/5/25. The guy who made my donut box was great, I hope he has an excellent day.

haven't been in a long time and I was reminded recently why. I received a delivery to pick up from there and was extremely early. Mind you, the delivery app tells you, "if you're more than 8 minutes early, the order will probably not be ready yet". So I go in with the understanding that I'll have to wait a little bit. I didn't know i would have to wait 45+ minutes. I asked for the order 3 times: the first when I got there. I was told they were working on it. OK fine. Workers were chatting up a storm, having a great time.... OK cool, understandable. 15 minutes later... hi is the order ready yet? The worker completely taken aback.. as if I had asked a new question. Still not ready. "They're bagging it up." More time passes... again I ask for the order. Still not ready... this time, I hear the employee i asked about the order ask the people in the back about the order and a worker in the back gasp and say, "I'm sorry, i forgot" and the person i ask say, "it's OK"... I'd suggest to make sure you are paying attention. I get laughing and having a great time at work, but at least do your work at the same time. I kept the customer notified, which is what helped me but not sure if I'll accept another dunkin order after that... Also worthy to mention: there wasn't many people there, just slow trickles of people coming in.

Very unsanitary, disorganized, dirty place. See pics. The slightly overweight young man who has a ring in each finger has a hostile attitude (customer service 101: begin with good morning/afternoon).

Decided to go into the store since there was a long drive thru. The store was very dirty. There was spilled coffee and napkins in the entrance. Crumbs in the beverage and sitting area. We waited for 20min for a medium iced coffee. Five people walked out after no one attended them. The employees didn’t even bother to greet anyone. There were at least seven employees and all looked like they were avoiding the front of the store.

Please save your time and money, we ordered an iced mocha and cappuccino and we got watered down bitter coffee and 2%milk. I usually try to find at least 3 good things from places I visit. The only thing good here was the drive through customer service and the donut. I chose not to go back for a refund because I didn't have time.
