After the very frustrating, very stressful morning, I invited my mom and dad to lunch, my treat. The number two combo with two cheese add bacon and avocado always makes me feel at home. Oh let's not forget the up sized onion rings and strawberry shake. Deeeelicious.

Whataburger is a great place to eat with family and friends or even alone. The food is always great and never disappoints. I re commend whataburger to anyone who is looking for a quick and great tasting meal or even to someone who wants just a great over all meal to sit and eat.

Friendly fast service and most importantly they have not messed up my order in two years I've been coming here.

Great food, they did bring my wife the number 4 and she ordered a number one no veggies just cheese and mayo, but when she saw the jalapenos and the melted cheese, she decided to keep it. She never keeps a wrong order. She will return it. Not today though.lol

Margarita was most friendly and greeted my friend and I with a warm smile, even though it was just after 6:00 a.m. in the mirning. She was very proficient in taking our orders. Would return to the same Whataburger restaurant just because of the friendly atmosphere.

More outside plants help with the carbon monoxide around us, plus it gives a better welcome to plant lovers, especially if they have flowers on them, more trees around for shade from the sun & corching heat from the pavement all around.

Always great food at any location. The only thing I have noticed is either they put too much dressing on bread or bread is not the same as before because it get soaked quickly and breaks apart not really sure which. But other than that food is great!!!!!!👍

My hubby was wild about the fish dinner with no bread! My chicken wrap was filling with just enough seasoning! Our daughter's burger was loaded with mushrooms and she was pleased. Our son is very particular about what's on his burgers. Whataburger employees nailed it! We were all happy campers.

I asked for Mustard AND Mayo. The stickers on the wrap had just that....the only thing missing was the mustard on the burger. No big deal. They just brought some to me. The burger was delicious though.

This Whataburger is the best Whataburger in town by far. They have the best customer service best speed of service everyone friendly, and makes you go back. Food is always hot fresh and you have it in your table fast.

Breakfast was great! The only thing is that while one of the associates was having breakfast there, she was acting strange, kind of loud, and saying the word 'gabachos' several times while listening to something in her cellphone.

The restaurant was busy but the line kept moving and the servers were everywhere! Everyone seems to enjoy their work. This is the best Whataburger in Brownsville (in my opinion).

There's an employee there named Miguel who is the best in the world. His fries were so good that I started screaming and crying inside the restaurant because I had never tasted anything so magical in my life. He should be promoted to C.E.O and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Whataburger. He is so handsome and perfect in every way and is by far the best Whataburger employee because of his super, amazing, one-of-a-kind, jaw-dropping skills in fry station. The general manager should give him a $400,000,000 bonus in cash next time he comes in and a brand new Lamborghini. Any girl would be lucky to have him.

Love the service at this Whataburger location. I went during rush hour at 12 pm, lunch time and they did not take long with my order. They had someone come around every 10 minutes to see if we needed more condiments. They even had seasonal decor.

Whataburger on Central Blvd is by far the best. Customer service is amazing. Needless to say employees are wonderful, cheerful, curious, and kind. The food for some reason taste a lot better than the rest. It's never sloppy, never wrong made. My orders have always been done correctly. Their drive thru line is always moving fast. It's never been a still line through drive thru. Brownsville has a lot of Whataburger's but the one on Central in my opinion is the best

I will always call out an exceptional restaurant. This Whataburger has a clean lobby, clean restroom 🚻 the staff are very polite and their uniforms are clean shirts tucked. A person was in the lobby stocking and interacting with customers. The manager was working the lobby not just sitting in the office. Ashley took my order with a smile and brought the food to our table. If you visit this location please let the staff or the managers know how well they are doing. That kind of work can be very thankless.

Pretty disappointed today with our order. I can usually rely on this location on being consistently good but today I noticed customer service was not the best & the workers looked distracted maybe they were short handed? But they almost gave me the wrong order & wrong amount of drinks. Then we opened one of the burgers & it was missing items & one of the meats was falling apart. The buns were also completely cold on all of the burgers.

They brought back the chili cheese burger. I tried the junior burger. It was the perfect size. Come try it out! The breakfast burger is delicious. Egg, small patty, bacon, hashbrowns and creamy peppercorn sauce on a bun. Ham egg and bacon biscuit is good.

Went with my wife there. We usually good about going here. Today, we got there and no one acknowledged us being right by register.. a guy cashier finally got there and another customer called him and he left again.. the tl told him to come help us so he finally did! He took our order. We asked if we could get some unsweetened iced tea. A lady, don't know if she was part of mgmnt, just said that the tea containers were being washed, so there's no more tea for the day.. No sorry, no compassion and really, that wasn't a good explanation! So my wife and I got another drink.. we ate.. burgers were good, fries ok.. we were both really disappointed because we usually get good service here... I hope this can be fixed.. Pretty good food when they get your order right. I generally have bad luck when ordering to dine in, but have better luck in the drive thu. Typically affordable, depending on your budget. I recommend the chicken sandwich.

Really good meal choices and kids meal variation. Same with salads. Just that they don't really give you utensils and always have to go back to ask for them. Overall it's pretty good though.

I recently visited this Whataburger location and I was very pleased with my experience. The burger was cooked perfectly, and I was especially happy that they got my order completely right, which is not always the case at fast-food restaurants. Best Whataburger in town!

Pretty fast service. prices are reasonable. good parking lot. Taste is not the besy and yummi is just another regular fast food restaurant. Nice they consider to have ice tea for those who don't drink Soda. is okay on cleanliness but could improve. I recomend it but is not totally healthy... so think twice before having meals ove there...

It's ok, a lot of teenagers work there and since they're newbies it's pretty slow service. Plus, they got my order wrong three times and I kept having to repeat myself to the same person which was a bit annoying.

Ordered the Bacon Avocado Burger and it was decent. Cheese looked cold and not enough avocado was used but overall still good. Customer service lacking compared to other Whataburger restaurants. Cashier looked bothered and another worker failed to bring a to go back when asked. Still love Whataburger and will continue to eat there, just maybe not at this location.

The staff is friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately this venue has a heavy bleach smell, probably because of the floors. They also messed up my burger, even though my family's food had the correct stickers, the burgers were basically the opposite of what we had ordered.

Needs way more organization outside in drive thru. Inside is fine and maybe it just occurs when I happen to go but everytime it takes 30 min to get food, 8 people that got here after you leave before you depending on lane they’re serving the most. Staff is friendly and have no issue when items are forgotten etc and you ask for something, just needs more drive thru organization like I said previously.

Twice in a week: my double meat WB Jr. Was super salty I thought that maybe it was only one meat but tried to take one off and the second was the same. I was so hungry that I had to take half of my son's sandwich. Today I went to order 3 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and when I got home oh surprise they didn't have bacon instead sausage went to check back the order on the bag and it said bacon and cheese. They got it wrong! Again I had to eat it like that. So disappointed. Next time that I order something from here I will have to check the order before I take off.

I asked for fresh food but the fries were cold and hard. The burger was so so. The soda machine was not working for the root beer. The restaurant was very dirty. Very sad place to eat. The general manager Cathy Longoria of this restaurant, in my opinion, doesn't care on my opinion. I won't be coming to this Whataburger.

The food is what you would expect of any whataburger, however, when I recently went to get food at whataburger (through the drive-thru), I asked the worker what he recommended me, and he responded “I recommend mcdonald’s.” That did not sit well with me, since I was really trying to eat something new from the menu. I ended up settling for the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was decent, what you would expect from one of the not-so-popular-menu-items. The onion rings are always great so that at least perked me up.

Today, I went early and the drive-thru employee gave me my order wrong.I patiently waited 25 for my breakfast.I spoke with the lady manager and she said she would remake my order.She didn't do that, she just gave me fresh hash brown.The sandwich and taquito was the same. She had a horrible attitude and I will not be coming to this Whataburger again.

08/03/21 I did order 2 chicken strips combo and after waiting 20 minutes my order was not ready. I had to ask, where's my order? No answer the cashier started asking and my order was found somewhere and it took another 15 minutes for it.

I ordered 2 combos though drive-thru & on 1 of those combos I asked for onion rings instead of fries. Well guess what! They gave me 5 onion rings! I am in disbelief. Treat other people how you want to be treated. I know for a fact if the employees were making an order for themselfs, they would put the correct amount or even give themselves extra! Super disappointed! & to just add on, they do charge extra to upgrade. How did I upgrade from a medium fries to 5 onion rings?? CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU GO HOME!

This is one of the worst Whataburgers in town don't go here please, I ordered a grilled chicken salad and guess what I found after I ate half the salad a weird looking fly right in the middle of it, I was so grossed out!! I puked!!! 🤢 I tried to return it and they brought out another salad I was in shock I just want my refund, there needs to be better training on health regulations please, it makes me sick that they're trying to food poison their costumers.

I have been to the drive through 4 times and 3 of them I have been given the wrong order, left items off my order or just plainly messed up the order all completely. Very disappointed. Wish management would see this post and improve.

Went inside to order take out, thought would be faster than Drive - thru. Also, we could make sure orders were correct. BIG mistake. We love Whataburger, but lately it's been bad. My wife and I each placed an order. She ordered a kid's chicken strip meal and a Jr Swiss Mushroom burger. They gave her the order in a bag- burger, chocolate chip cookie, and fries. No strips. Asked for complete order- girl brings out one strip in hand, no bag. What about gravy? She brings gravy out- in hand, no bag yet. Complete mess. My order was ok, till I get home and no grilled onions iny sandwich or my Wife's. Both were Mushroom Swiss burgers. Service was terrible- should be called WhataMess not Whataburger.

They never get the orders right. There is either no meat in the burgers or no fries. They have given our food to other people and have had us waiting longer while they remake it only for it to be wrong. This place has gone down big time!! Management there is joke!!!!

For a 15+ min wait my fries and burger where colder than my drink. This also happen with my biscuit and gravy 2 days ago. Step up or start losing customers. I used drive through and no cars except for me. The food quality is poor.

Worst managers in Brownsville. No customer service at all they need to get retrained or just not be in customer service. Even knowing they made a mistake with my order and I had proof there was no responsibility taken. Unbelievable. They take so long so when they make people move up and wait they tell them to get to the right side where cars would exit. That means you have to wait for two selfish jerks to get their food before they move. Complete hazard. Either hurry up and make the dang food or don't tell people to block the exit. Super basic. Learn to control your pile up better. Literally every other fast food has figured that out

Drive thru cashier sounded high and got my order completely wrong, so I had to wait even longer in line. When I received my order they gave me the smallest additional chicken strip that costed me $2. Complete waste of money. Oh and the box looked smashed like in the photo.

Its been a while sinced I stopped here but couldn't remember why until i saw the reviewi left 2 years ago and still struggling with customer service. So I stopped at this loctaion today when the lady first came up to me she asked if i was the big order. Like really how am i supposed to know. I only ordered 3 meals. Anyways the Grill reciept shows when I ordered my meals which show 9:45a.m. other reciept shows 9:50a.m. when I paid. Then my dash cam shows them bringing my meals till 10:11a.m.. SO THEY TOOK 20-25MINUTES TO BRING ME 3 MEALS. The most a me takes to cook is about 7 minutes. So i expect for them not to take longer than 12-15 minutes if they have other orders.

Ordered some chicken tenders and a breakfast on a bun meal . Tenders were disgusting there was no meat in them . Fries are all brown . Gravy is disgustingly thick and my son drank orange juice and spit it out. I tried it and it tasted rotten 🤮 never coming to this place again .
