It's amazing this place, from cleaning room, good food to location. The staff is kind and professional. The spa is a place where you can relax and it's not croweded. The breakfast is very good and diverse. The hotel looks very good, like a castle. I recommand it! ❤️
Absolutely amazing experience. Lovely rooms. Great service. Polite, helpful and professional staff. Fantastic accommodations. Great spa experience with jacuzzi , steam and dry sauna. Amazing design and interior. Very impressed. Realistic picture.
The hotel has a beautiful design and is very clean. The wellness area is lovely, although it is quite small and sometimes difficult to find a free lounger. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. Overall, we had a great stay and definitely recommend this hotel!
I could not have had a better stay in Budapest! The spa is beautiful and relaxing, I spent about 6 hours in there on a Tuesday morning and had the place to myself the majority of the time. I ended up having two massages on separate days and the masseurs did a really great job. The rooftop bar made some really great drinks and goulash with an excellent view of the city. I was disappointed it rained two days of my stay and wasn’t able to use it more but you can’t control the weather, I’ll just have to come back in a better season next time. The bed in my room was maybe one of the best I’ve ever slept on in my life. Room was nice and quiet from any outside noise and disturbances my entire stay. The neighborhood was nice and safe, a little outside the main downtown district but most things I wanted to do were only a 15-20 minute walk. I used a laundromat once and visited a coffee shop twice in the immediate neighborhood and felt safe and like I was in a better part of town. There’s also a streetcar that runs close by that’s cheap and easy to use. Staff was all really great and because of my Expedia level I was given an upgraded room and free breakfast. My only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer! Can I live here?
One of the best hotels in Budapest – no doubt about it. I’ve stayed here three times already, and it’s become my personal “go-to” whenever I visit the beautiful Hungarian capital. The Mystery Hotel truly lives up to its five-star rating: every amenity, from the bed and pillows to the sheets, is of the highest calibre. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, thanks to the terrific housekeeping team. I also love the warm, relaxing atmosphere throughout the public spaces and the elegant design of the building itself. The location is excellent – just a short walk from Teréz körút and the large Westend Mall. Even better, there’s a hidden gem of an Indian restaurant right nearby called Eur Indai, which I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Indian food. The only minor downside is the fitness centre hours (10 a.m. to 9 p.m.), which feel a bit restrictive given that it’s unstaffed. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Beautiful hotel in a good location within walking distance of the Parliament and other sites. A rail station and transit center are less than 300 meters away. The room was exceptional; two-level with shower, vanity and closet/shelves down and the bed and sitting area up. The shower room was a particular delight. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely stay.
Wow. pretty much says it all. this has to be the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. it’s beautifully designed and decorated. every touch is thoughtfully put together. The spa area is lovely. The gym is basic, but does what it needs to do. Breakfast was really nice. We loved staying here, especially when we mastered the public transport. It’s nice staying in more of a local suburb, than in the heart of the city. It feels more like an authentic experience.
We were recently lucky enough to enjoy a three night stay at this fabulous hotel. The decor was sublime, and the attention to detail was absolutely top notch! Would fully recommend this venue. As an additional touch, the toiletries were from Rituals, what a treat!! Thank you.
A lovely clean and elegant hotel, helpful staff and nice vegetarian breakfast, nice desserts in a grand restaurant. A-shame the rooftop restaurant was closed during our stay. Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. We even had our boat trip booked by reception.
We had a wonderful stay. The service on this hotel was perfect, the staff was always helpful. The duplex room was good-looking, clean and equipped with all necessary items, but in our case lacked any view (milky windows). The location was fairly close to the city centre of Pest, but not directly situated in the centre. The distance was however manageable even by walk. This hotel definately deserves its rating and we are looking forward to visit again.
We had a wonderful stay the jacuzzi area is beautiful. Want to highlight service by Peter in front desk was very helpful, Letting us know best places to visit in Budapest.. And also the bellman Ference was really kind!
We stayed at the Mystery Hotel in Budapest for our one year anniversary as a staycation and it was absolutely magnificent. The environment is beautiful and spotless. The rooms are huge, spacious, and incredibly clean. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and easy to adjust from hot to cool, which was exactly what we needed. It is surprisingly affordable for the level of luxury you get, especially around the Budapest area. I booked through Expedia and breakfast buffet plus Secret Garden Spa access was included. The spa was definitely the highlight — with a steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and comfortable lounge chairs, it was one of the most relaxing things we’ve done. Guests were respectful and the atmosphere was peaceful. One of the most amusing and memorable parts of the hotel is the art scattered throughout the property. It feels like stepping into a historical timepiece with a modern, quirky twist. If you’re an artsy person or someone who enjoys Hungarian humor, you’ll love the clever details — like the “Lemon Lisa” cocktail served with a Mona Lisa coaster showing her sipping the same drink, or famous paintings reimagined with iPhones, headphones, and modern touches. Every corner reveals a little nugget of creativity, from gold accents to playful art pieces that make you smile. The staff was professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the perfect start before heading out to explore the city. Five stars and highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, affordable luxury stay in Budapest with a dash of artistic fun.
Great boutique hotel with cool vibe! Quiet. In-house restaurant is superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Central location to Budapest attractions. In house spa. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Our stay in this hotel was absolutely lovely. The style of this place is very unique, with a lot of paintings and old looking rooms. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, our room was spotless. The SPA with jacuzzi and sauna was definitely a highlight of our stay. Great value for adequate price.
One of the prettiest hotels that I’ve ever visited. Very clean, calm and good designed. Friendly approach and very good services. Nice and cozy wellness space.
We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days during our Easter holiday and we absolutely loved it ! Great location, fantastic decor and the service was superb!! Room was spacious ,very clean and comfortable. We also had a huge bathroom ! Beautiful surroundings and we loved the spa. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional but was adequate. We are looking forward staying here again during our summer holidays. They are also dog friendly!
Quirky, fun and non pretentious 5 star hotel. Rooms spacious and comfortable, staff are super friendly and helpful. Roof top bar has stunning views and is a little bit of urban class. I would definitely return.
Just 15 minutes by walk ro the most important places to visit. Great service, beautiful room, great view from the rooftop terrace. Nice wine in bar. Food is perfect as well. An the wellness area... yeah, I recommend.
This hotel is an amazing five-star resort that holds a very fine luxurious set of facilities that made me feel very comfortable and at home and at peace I was able to unwind during the days at times when I needed a break and it also was centrally located an easy to get to the fun interesting districts where there is action happening from there. I really enjoyed the grand hallways and banquet hall. There is an amazing artistic taste and design qualities in the establishment. The staff are all extremely professional and quick on their feet, always there to help you with anything you need; flexible and kind smile and always concerned to make sure that you're having a good time. The rooms are extremely comfortable the beds are wonderful and there's so much interesting features to appreciate that I just had the most amazing time there. First check out the amazing coffee that I ordered they really know how to add that special touch! I was honestly said no even though I had to catch my flight and I really hope to be back soon and see all the wonderful staff there. Sending blessings and looking forward to connecting.
Absolutely beautiful hotel , immaculately presented. Every member of staff we came across were polite and professional. Our duplex room was just beautiful ,right next to reception, but didnt hear any noise whatsoever . I e mailed the hotel prior to our arrival for a surprise for my husbands 70 th birthday . All my wishes were fullfilled and as a bonus a lovely bottle of wine was given to celebrate my husbands birthday. The great hall breakfast room is stunning , the food great . I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel if staying in Budapest.
The hotel is not your regular hotel. It has so much quirkiness to it. You just need to look around, and each you'll see something you missed. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They can't do enough for you. The food was very good. Highly recommend using the spa facilities while you're here. Hot tub, steam room, sauna, and treatment.
This is a lovely place to stay, great decor and a very stylish interior. Room we had was comfortable and quiet. Didn’t get chance to use the free spa, it rooftop terrace is great. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Great hotel. Really good location. Facilities were great. The spa looked lovely and was an added extra but very nice. Only criticism is the steam room was actually alittle cold and draughty because the door didn’t seal, the sauna wasn’t all that hot and the hot tub was luke warm. Weird! Fantastic pace to stay before going to the Széchenyi spa in the park though. Nice and easy 20min walk
We have just returned from 3 nights here for a belated honeymoon. We absolutely loved our time in Budapest, and the hotel was perfect! We had a duplex room which was beautiful and spacious - and we loved the air con! The large arched window is frosted so there's no outside view, but the room is gorgeous and was a welcome retreat after exploring the city on foot in scorching temperatures! It has everything one could need and housekeeping staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The whole hotel is wonderfully elegant and beautifully cool; we looked forward to stepping inside at the end of every boiling hot day sightseeing! (Temperatures during our visit were 30-35⁰C). Location is ideal for exploring the city, we did everything on foot but plenty of public transport options too. The decor of the public spaces in the Mystery Hotel is stunning - the Great Hall, main reception and spa area/courtyard especially. We didn't have any treatments, but the spa area is gloriously relaxing. I absolutely loved being in the jacuzzi and soaking up the atmosphere. Even the lifts are glamorous! Every member of staff we encountered was helpful, friendly and spoke excellent English - they were also patient with our attempts to learn the odd word of Hungarian! Breakfast was beautifully set out in the spectacular Great Hall, with everything we could need (and plenty, like cheesecake and apple pie, that we managed to resist first thing in the morning!) All in all, our first experience of a 5 star hotel has set the bar extremely high. We loved the Mystery Hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we came back to Budapest.
Excellent hotel overall. The baroque and traditional setting is very warm and pleasant. The service is worthy of a 5-star hotel with attention to detail for each guest. We opted for a package with breakfast and spa included. The hotel restaurant is very spacious and offers a wide variety of self-service options for English or continental breakfasts. The spa is pleasant as well. However, I have a reservation in saying that it is small, and opening the spa to people outside the hotel may not be wise as it can lead to overcrowding. Pay attention to this point. Regarding the room, it was pleasant and relatively spacious for 3 people. Housekeeping was done daily, as were towel and sheet changes. However, be cautious about the shower. We were with friends, and only a transparent curtain separated the bedroom from the bathroom, which is really not ideal for privacy. Overall, a positive experience for this hotel.
Probably the best hotel in town, with an amazing staff. The room was beautiful, we loved the relaxing spa, and it was a wonderful stay in this town, especially thanks to this establishment
We stayed at the Mystery hotel for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. Was our 25th Wedding celebration and this hotel couldn't be more perfect for our special occasion . All staff were extremely polite and very friendly and couldn't have done more to make us feel very welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and very well presented, every single corner there's a new surprise . The interior design is fantastic, the rooms very well presented , clean and very comfortable. We had breakfast every day and dinner a couple of times at the Great Hall , the food was always delicious and very well presented. The location of the hotel is a bit away from the city centre, but to be honest didn't bothered us at all, we walked everywhere, it was a great way of seeing the beautiful city of Budapest and at the end of the day , you can use the fantastic Spa facilities to relax and unwind. Totally recommend the Spa treatments, we had a couples massage on our last night and that was the cherry on top to end our beautiful stay . We will definitely recommend this magnificent and luxurious hotel to all our friends and family and promise to be back soon .
Amazing value for money, lovely rooms and spa and great service from everyone.
We had an excellent stay at the mystery hotel. Every member of staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were super clean and well-appointed. Rooftop bar was really nice and we finished each evening there for a nightcap. Spa amenities and massage services were all top notch as well. When we come back to Budapest, we will not even consider a different hotel. 🙂
Fantastic Hotel. We stayed in room 606, which was stunning. The Spa is beautiful and so relaxing. The breakfast was amazing. We had four nights, which was perfect to see Budapest. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can walk to most attractions. Loved the hotel and had a fabulous stay.
One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Such clever design touches as well (love the little broom for please make up the room). Breakfast buffet was unbelievable and the spa has a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Rooftop garden too! But best of all was the staff. Unfailingly friendly and helpful and perfect English. Well situated on a quiet street; near Nyugati Station but very safe neighborhood. Stay here!!!!
We Stayed here for My partners 21st and it was an amazing experience. We chose the deluxe king room and it was very spacious which also included all the numerous essentials needed such as toiletries, wardrobe, safe and a mini fridge. The Spa was also very well set up and a nice way to cool down after a busy day of walking. The breakfast buffet was also very accommodating and had various great options to choose from. Finally the sky bar was excellent for drinks and food and provided brilliant views of the city. I would definitely Recommend to anyone wanting to visit Budapest to come stay here.
I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for a few years and I was not disappointed! The hotel itself is gorgeous and mysterious indeed. The rooms are really soundproof, no sound from the hotel nor the street comes in. Personel was friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The spa is really beautiful. The location is not very central but the neighborhood is nice and public transportation is great. I would definitely like to come back to this hotel. The only minor minuses for me were: the coffee at breakfast is really weak and bland. Coffee in the room is much better. The door of the steam room did not close properly and it was losing a lot of heat. The Rituals beauty products in the room are not very good and would have preferred a more high-end brand.
We booked this place within a British Airways holiday package. The reviews were good, and it fully lived up to them. We had a duplex room on the ground floor. This was a new experience for us, but we really appreciated the space which the two tier layout gave us. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful The hotel building is really interesting. It was built as a masonic hall and it's been wonderfully renovated. The location is ideally placed to visit the city's highlights. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing hotel. Inside it gives you that luxury feel. When we arrived we asked if we could pay to upgrade our room or if there were any rooms that became available throughout our stay to upgrade but the receptionist said this wasn’t possible which was a little disappointing. Bedroom was spacious and lots of storage space too. The only little downsides I would say is; the room can be extremely stuffy even with the air conditioning on which meant I woke up in the night with a very dry mouth and headache. The pillows weren’t the best. The bathroom was nice however the sink was very big so trying to do your make up whilst placing things on the sink was a-bit tricky however it was doable! The toilet paper wasn’t great felt cheap. The walk into town was about 25-30 minutes or sometimes we got an uber which was £5-6. If you decide not to get breakfast in the hotel there’s a good cafe round the corner called ‘cosy cafe’ which serves great breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay again, just a few little negatives but the positives outweigh the experience!
Can’t recommend this hotel enough!! David, the night receptionist, was truly amazing and a highlight of our stay. The breakfast in the morning had everything you could think of and the spa was so relaxing and beautiful. Short walk to the bus stop. Beautiful paintings and a very luxurious feel. Will definitely be back!
Really lovely hotel, with very friendly staff great location, yummy breakfast, great spa and gym And also the front office team were SO kind as I left an earring in the bedroom and they made sure it got to where it needed, I am very grateful as it was of real sentimental value to me Thank you so much!
We stayed at Mystery Hotel Budapest during our January 2026 trip and could not have been happier with the experience. The location is excellent. It is convenient to major sights while still feeling calm and refined, making it easy to explore the city and unwind afterward. Across the board, the hotel deserves top marks for Service, Cleanliness, Value, Sleep Quality, and Rooms. We booked through AMEX Travel and received a fantastic rate, which made the overall value even better. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction felt thoughtful and well executed. The breakfast buffet was superb. There was an impressive variety of high-quality options, everything was fresh, and it was an ideal way to start each day in Budapest. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and quiet, with excellent bedding that made for great sleep each night. Housekeeping was meticulous and clearly took pride in their work. Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, and an outstanding overall experience. 12/10. We will absolutely stay here again.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved every bit of this hotel. Every touchpoint was thoughtfully considered, from the complimentary drink on arrival and the Valentine’s chocolates in our room, to being allowed to use the spa after checkout. The service was genuinely warm and friendly. It was an incredible experience, and I cannot recommend it enough 🌟
A beautiful grand hotel a little out of the town but well worth the visit. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The facilities are excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
Mystery Hotel Budapest is such a fun and memorable place to stay. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a different world — the decor is beautiful, creative, and full of character, yet still very comfortable and welcoming. The Secret Garden Spa is a real highlight. It’s relaxing, unique, and wonderfully atmospheric — the kind of place where you truly switch off and enjoy the moment. The rooftop terrace is also lovely, offering great views over the city and a perfect spot for a drink in the evening. The location is very convenient, close to transport and within easy reach of many sights, which makes exploring Budapest simple. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall warm feeling of the hotel. If you’re looking for something a little different, stylish, and full of personality, Mystery Hotel is a fantastic choice. A unique stay that feels special and leaves you with great memories.
The Mystery Hotel is decorated with beauty and fun! The rooms were well appointed and updated. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Eszter, were very helpful. The sauna, steam room and hot tub were an added bonus. This was an affordable option that felt like a luxury hotel.
The breakfast was basic but very delicious! Service was great especially the man who took our bags. The rooms had a rustic vibe which was nice. They were also really clean. I truly enjoyed my stay here and hope to be back soon.
Loved our stay here. The place is quirky and interesting and the staff all super sweet and helpful. We didn’t get to use the spa facilities as we were out and about all day (at the other spas) but we wanted to! Location was perfect for getting around the city - everything walkable. Would happily recommend staying here and come back again ourselves.
This hotel was one of the best surprises we had in Budapest. A 5 star hotel that justifies its rating, 200 meters from a bus stop, 4 stops from the city center. Well equipped hotel, maintained to a very high standard, lots of quality facilities including a spa and gym, a great room and above all, attentive and professional staff who help in a very efficient way. We highly recommend this hotel.
Location is quite nice (close to train/metro but also easy to walk from here). The room was clean and the room service was great. They have many options to accommodate their guests even better in their room (additional pillows, silk mask, blankets, etc.). Reception staff was kind and helpful. Waiter upstairs in the great hall were really bad: the game table was really dirty and when we asked to clean it they only did it half way. We ordered a whisky amongst others where they just added ice without asking. They all seemed very young and inexperienced and it seemed that they were struggling with the English language. Overall interior of hotel is very cool and stylish though!
Stayed at the Mystery Hotel in Budapest and absolutely loved the experience. The design and interiors really live up to the “mystery” theme — elegant, quirky, and full of character. The rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly and attentive, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Definitely a unique stay I’d recommend to anyone visiting Budapest.
The hotel was incredible! For the price of the hotel it felt like we lived in luxury for the few days we was there, amazingly decorated and just so nice. The spa was a lovely way to start/end the day aswell. Only negative about the room was as we stayed on the first dooor there was no opening window which made the room quite hot at times even with the heating turned off. But overall would definitely stay again!
Not really a luxury hotel, more of an Instagram destination for the city break crowd. No proper desk or table or chairs in the room, despite lots of space. Rooms facing the atrium have very little natural light. Ten minutes walk to the central part of the city.
The Mystery Hotel in Budapest is a fine hotel. Right of the bat I want to say that I don’t discourage anyone from staying at this place. However, true to its name, the hotel does have a number of mysteries to its place and operation that I think you should be aware of before booking your stay. Some mysteries about the rooms you can find in the Rooms section of the review. Another architectural mystery for me was the location of the spa. Being a 5-star hotel, of course there is a spa, but it is located close to the lobby without any barrier to act as climate control. Consequently, in the lobby and surrounding areas (which may very well include YOUR ROOM) it is tropically hot, which causes a rather striking temperature difference when you step through the front door. Personally, I was not a fan… I sure could have used a fan, though. Then there are some mysteries I found in the operation. First off, there is no plug for the sink, so bring you own. Secondly, like any hotel, there is a system for signalling a request not to be disturbed or to have the room cleaned. There are items for this to hang on the door, located at the door; this is logical. Like any modern hotel, there is also a system for signalling that you do not need to have the towels and bedsheets refreshed. There is an item for this to hang on the door… located not at the door but at the telephone next to the bed; this is NOT logical. Therefore, I relocated this item near the door with the other door signals. If you hang this item on the door, it will be there when you get back; this is logical. However, if you don’t use this item, then it will be put back at the telephone when you get back; this is NOT logical. Unfortunately, there is NOT an option to signal: “just change the sheets and towels and leave everything else as is.” Furthermore, for some mysterious reason the towels are not always immediately replaced. So, if you don’t use this item and are confused to find it back at the telephone, then you can also be confused that you have no towels. You then have to report to the reception that you would like to have new towels. Being a 5-star hotel, the staff is really helpful in this place, so I had new towels within 2 minutes. Thirdly, for some mysterious reason there’s a sticker on the toilet paper when you arrive. Given the flimsy structural integrity of toilet paper, the first sheet of paper is effectively taped to the rest of the roll; the sticker is never going to tear because it’s not the structural weak point. I found this rather annoying, as I had to use much more toilet paper than I needed just to get the sticker of. As mentioned at the start of this review, all in all it’s a fine hotel with many excellent services. There are also good design decisions, such as a separated toilet and shower. And they do many of the 5-star hotel tropes right. I mentioned there’s a spa, but they also do the daily Belgian chocolates and origami toilet paper. However, being a 5-star hotel, I was hoping, nay expecting, that these would all be extra’s instead of trade-offs to the service of a 4-star hotel. Because reality didn’t match my expectations, I was disappointed with the hotel during my stay. But after reading this review (compliments if you made it this far) you can set more realistic expectations, so you won’t be disappointed. Regardless, I will look for another hotel next time I’m in Budapest.
- Noise: There was a holiday party with loud music and bass until 1 am the first night I stayed here. There was no notice about this being a late night party as I would have booked myself somewhere else. The room was warm and I couldn’t open my window to cool off unless I wanted more noise from the party. I purposely came back to my room early for a good nights sleep to wake up early and ended up missing out on some sightseeing plans the next morning because the noise was too loud to sleep. I’ve included a video - I was honestly shocked that they thought this was acceptable for guests. Room: The room was large and I appreciate the table in front of the TV. It’s a bummer that the only window open to the spa or lobby area because then you don’t get fresh air or natural light into the room. The size of the closet was nice and I liked that I could close the curtain and not have to see my things. most of the hotels I stayed at in this price range had Netflix or Chromecast on the TV which could have been much appreciated. Cleanliness: my room was tidied but I was disappointed to see that the food container I placed by the trash can in the plastic bag it came in wasn’t disposed of. The bathroom also had a slight smell after the first day. The location was convenient - it’s right a bus stop that takes you to the popular thermal baths and I was walking distance to the Christmas markets. There is an elevator but steps down the hallway to the room and a step to get into the hotel lobby so if you’re traveling with someone in a wheelchair or someone who struggles with steps you will want to keep that in mind. It was a hassle with luggage since I was traveling alone but doable. Overall, I have a mixed opinion on the hotel and it might be the right fit for you. However, the issue with the noise and subsequently missing out on some of my plans due to lack of sleep put such a bad taste in my mouth that I’m not sure I’d stay here again.
LISTEN!! The only mystery about this hotel is how it ever received a 5-STAR rating—because it certainly doesn’t deserve it. Our room had a terrible sewage smell, and the staff communication was completely inconsistent. We requested an early check-in, were told it was confirmed, and still ended up waiting an extra three hours. When we later asked for a late check-out, we were told to call the next morning—even though an email we received said it was approved. The miscommunication was unbelievable. They even tried to charge us for a complimentary drink at checkout. To make matters worse, we were told we couldn’t use the bar after 11 p.m. on a Saturday night—yet a Christmas party was going on until the early hours of the morning. Why weren’t we at least given the option to order a drink through room service? The noise from the party kept us up most of the night, and as a result, we lost a substantial part of our next day in Budapest due to sheer exhaustion. DO NOT STAY HERE. We are incredibly disappointed and truly hope the staff will offer proper compensation, as we arrived with very high expectations.
You are not a five stars hotel.. if you do not respect your reservation.. and change the price after i paid… and send me an message if i want to keep the reservation to pay another 156 euro… . This hotel is not so serios even if they have 5 stars , if you can respect your engagement!!! Please , people, pay attention on everything.
The only mystery of this hotel is why it is parading as a 5 star hotel. Room poor, small, beds and pillows just adequate. Wardrobes none just a small cubbyhole with a curtain across. Location scruffy, taxis or buses required to get to main tourist areas. Breakfast poor, broken coffee machine, cold food, inadequate accessories. Food shortages and not really 5 star options. Roof top bar charged 8000 florint for a beer, water and juice?
Called a few weeks ahead to make sure a twin room was available for our stay, they promised it was however, upon arrival they said it was no longer available. If they had been honest when i called ahead, then i could have cancelled the booking, got a full refund and found a suitable hotel. They are now refusing to acknowledge any issues with the service or our stay.
