I had a fantastic experience at this Korean BBQ restaurant! The spacious layout was a welcome surprise, providing ample room for a comfortable dining atmosphere. The meats were delightfully fresh and flavorful, grilling to perfection. The staff members were attentive and helpful. The prices were reasonable and didn't break the bank. This place is definitely a hidden gem that I'm excited to have discovered!

The food was great in the people were awesome I kept calling the waiter or waitress to ask for things I forgot and they were always patient with a smile! I know they're always super busy but still super cool and kind This is my favorite place to eat KBBQ 🤤

Stopped here on a roll of the dice last night as tourists. Clean restraunt. Very nice and professional staff. The beef and spicy pork Bulgogi were fantastic. It's worth the price and the try.

This place was seriously the best Korean food I’ve had in the states, and I don’t take that lightly. Although prices were pretty high, the taste and quality were so impressive that I would easily recommend this restaurant to anyone living in LA. The banchan (side dishes) were super fresh and short rib stew was to die for! The service was always on top of it and remembered every single thing we asked for, even when we would just point to something. Our waiter took my cold, half eaten corn cheese and refilled and heated it up at no cost. On top of it all, the restrooms were super clean lol. Wish I took some photos but I was too lost in the sauce to remember. Great restaurant and service!

We had a wonderful dinner last night at Arisu. Excellent food, good selection of banchan (side dishes), but I think what really made the evening for us was the service. Our server Jacob was so friendly and took such good care of us. I had only been to All You Can Eat K-BBQ before, and this style of ordering a combo was actually so much nicer. For a group of 4 we ordered the Favorite Combo with sides of rice and it was plenty of food for us, and we did not feel that they rushed us at all. It was also very clean and nicely decorated inside. Very good value for the price. I would highly recommend this place and definitely will go back.

Had a very good time. Arrived late in the day and started around 8pm. Ordered small meat combo C and my two kids enjoyed them very much. Also, the server name was Uijin who was very professional and kind. I know it is near end of her shift and must be very tired but she cooked the meat very well for us and was very courteous to the end. The cold noodle wasn't as good as expected but we were pretty full by then. The place was a bit noisy and I didn't like that some waiting guests were smoking outside, but overall I recommend this place if you want to experience good korean bbq.

Great Korean bbq. Lots of sides. The cold buckwheat noodles comes with a main and a baby size so you can try different styles or share. Would recommend.

Our family of 10 ppl were craving rice and Asian food, we are sick of Disneyland 2 star food that's way over priced. Every server that helped us was very attentive and they cooked for us! In Vancouver, BC we don't get this service except for Sooda. Everyone is happy, we definitely will be back here the next time we visit California. The complimentary side dishes with the salad was sooo good 👍. Meal came to $320 USD for the 10 of us, we ate everything except for the bibimbap. Was a very satisfying meal!

We visited a nearby water park and got a craving for Korean food, so we searched for a place and found one. There was only one person serving in the dining area and one person cooking in the kitchen, so the food took a bit longer to come out. We were starving! But when the food finally arrived, it was totally worth the wait. It didn’t even take that long in the end, and you could tell they didn’t use any artificial flavors—it wasn’t too salty, just perfectly delicious.

If you’re looking for quality food then this is the place. Our favorites were the Galbi and the Bulgogi. Janice took care of us and she was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, gave great recommendations and was quick with everything. This place is also immaculate, if you’re worried about finding a clean place, everything here is spotless, tables bussed and cleaned immediately, walls and ceiling look like they’re cleaning daily. Get the Galbi and the short ribs, you won’t be disappointed.

I liked that they grilled barbeque while giving us enough time to enjoy the food and conversation. The Napa cabbage pancakes that came with the combo was great as well! Make sure to try it with the dipping sauce.

Good service, they grill it for you perfectly. I like how the noise level is moderate unlike some kbbq spots that bump music too loud. The menu has a lot of variety in which I don’t see at other non-ayce kbbqs. I would definitely recommend to others to try Arisu kbbq if you’re craving kbbq and want to try a different spot!

I do feel the sincerity from your response and I’m glad to hear that you’re taking appropriate steps to provide better Customer Service to all your patrons visiting your establishment. Sometimes, all it takes is a simple yet heartfelt apology to make things better, but I feel that your server was lacking that ability. Just to let you know, I have adjusted my rating slightly just because you seem like a genuinely concerned, caring manager. Perhaps when time permits, I may pay you another visit, however I most certainly won’t be revealing nor mentioning anything to the owner so let’s just leave it at that. Thanks again and take care. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The manager at the register may remember me as I was telling him it's been nearly year and a half since my last dine-out at a restaurant due to the pandemic. I took my wife and two teenage sons here for cold noodles. We ordered 1 spicy noodle and 3 cold broth noodles with 2 Galbi as combos and after our waitress with glasses took our order, I've noticed 2 separate parties being seated, about ten minutes apart from when we sat, to empty tables after us. After a while, the same waitress came out pushing the cart with noodles serving the table who arrived later than us? After I brought this to her attention, she began to confuse our order as 3 spicy noodles and 1 cold noodle. As I was refreshing her memory, I've noticed the second table who came in later than us being served with noodles.. I should've stopped right there and brought this to her managers attention but instead we were patiently waiting for our food. After we finished our meal, with parties from those two tables already long gone, she brought our check. 3 spicy noodles w/2 Galbi combos and 1 cold noodle??. For those of you who don't know, spicy noodle is a buck more than the cold noodle. At that point, I almost lost my temper. I told her to change it, but instead she showed me our check with a $2 discount. I'm not asking for much when I take my family out for a meal. We sit, we order, enjoy our meal, pay and leave. Leaving me to think this particular visit could've been enjoyable for us but rather it took a very twisted turn from the beginning till the very end because of this one inexperienced server. When I was trying to converse with the manager at the register while paying, she even came back out of nowhere asking me what was up! I never had the audacity to react at any of the restaurants in a '진상' like manner although I wish I could've done something about my experience, rather than just walking out. By-the-way, I tipped 15%... Please train your servers how to correctly take Customers orders, and properly manage and serve them in the order they were taken. My server clearly had the confused look on her eyes when she was pushing the cart out with our food, and when I refreshed her memory with our order.

The service was on point with expert tableside grilling - very timely and mindful. The one issue we ran into was the galbitang having small bits of broken bones. I would take a spoonful of soup and chew it for the noodles and rice only to find one or two small pieces of bones each time. The dish itself was delicious and enjoyable but of course concerning whenever I had to carefully remove the bone bits. Great spot for a crowd or for a small group. Enjoy!

This Korean BBQ place has pretty good meat and Korean dishes. It’s not cheap, though. The service wasn’t bad, but they sure can improve training their workers better, as I noticed that they DON’T handle the hot grill with care. Our server used a tool to pick the grill up, which was fine. But, the grease from the grilled meat was dripping down and landed on my kid’s shirt. This didn’t sit well with me, so I asked him to put something below the grill so the oil won’t drip. This should NOT have happened in the first place—it could’ve been dangerous and burned my girl’s skin had she not worn a long sleeve shirt. Now, I’m hesitant to come back here.

Our party of nine arrived at the restaurant and we were told we would have to split our tables even though they have many tables that would fit us all. We pushed back and they decided to put us at a larger table but we're told by server Jaso they would only light one bbq. They, started dropping little bowls of food and condiments. The server Jason came in very angry and said excuse me so I leaned over so he can put some small bowls down. Then he yells "Would you move?" Then he pushes my chair himself with his leg. He is lucky I was with a large party, I would normally lose my mind with fools like this. He made it very apparent he didnt want us there. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

Meat quality is good but that’s about all they have going for them. Not sure about others’ experiences, but our service was downright awful. Forgetting orders and non-responsive to the point where it was almost like they were intentionally ignoring us (until it was time to pay the bill of course). Also, there is close to no ventilation so I was basically crying from all the smoke inhalation throughout the meal. There are so many better kbbq options in the area, so def will not be back.

I came to this place with hopes of good Korean food. When it was presented it was off from the start. There is very little amount of kimchi like two bites worth for 4 people, And the other side dishes was tasteless. Ok no problem , I move on to main course, order the combo B and the seafood pancake. They made the seafood pancake with Kani ( pollock) fake crabmeat and very little seafood and not made the traditional way but rather it was like fried and crusty. My daughter even said the food was awful. The combo B main course $160 was the worst probably. The beef brisket was dry and the sirloin was not even done right when the young girl waitress just all of sudden started taking orders next table, my meat almost got burnt not for some other waiter suddenly saving for the day strategy. The marination for other meat was awful as well and didn’t even taste like it was marinated. It like like some HMart meat cook over the stoves. We expected high quality but was disappointed. When complaint to the manager. Some guy came over didn’t even know how to speak English and the girl waitress even Started to laugh at us when we complaint and told her. It was very unprofessional and almost felt racist and discriminating. The staff was unprofessional , and the boss lady later came over and said we don’t get too many complaints , so we can’t complaint that your food is bad?? I worked in the food service industry too and this is awful and can’t even compare to NYC Korean grill. LA Korean BBQ is bad until I get a good one but so far it all sucks and expensive compared to NYC. Low quality and expensive highly don’t recommend this place

The food is very good and fresh. However, what makes me not want to come back is the service and the disgusting attitude of the workers. They never ask if we want anything and left the table while I was in the middle of asking something.
