JAWS Topokki is a popular spot for Korean street food, especially gimbap and tteokbokki. Customers praise the generous portions, delicious flavors, and quick service. Some find the tteokbokki spicy and the combos a bit expensive, and lines can be long during dinner.

Tip: The line gets extremely long and food takes forever during dinner time. Tteokbokki tends to be on the spicier side.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE We ordered two to split among 5 people 1 keto gimbap - light, eggs 1 spicy pork wrap gimbap - the amount of veggies made us so happy These kimbap tops off the ones you’d get at HMart or any Korean supermarkets. They’re special and flavorful. The portions are generous for what we paid, about $10 per roll! They’re great to split. This place is located in a food court where you can mix and match foods too. Thank you all for your service. God bless you all!!
It's really good. It's a little spicy, but it's deliciously spicy. The people who work are also very kind. If you buy one slush, you can get one free.
Located inside food court at The Source! Nice cute food court. Order and find a table. Tables outside and inside. Quick service, food came out a few minutes after ordering 😋What we got: -Friends Set 3: includes Jaws Topokki Soup, Assorted Fish Cake Soup, Assorted Deep Fried Items -Jajang Topokki Soup -Fried Shrimp Gimbap -Bulgogi Gimbap -Cheese Balls Great spot for Korean street food!🔥 enjoyed everything we got especially the topokki soup! We got Regular spice for the topokki soup and boy was it spicy already! 🥵 It was still good though! Very flavorful. Rice cake texture is perfect! They have Mild, Regular, and Spicy!
Friendly staff. Toppoki is my go to order for this spot. Its rich with flavor. A definite recommended dish. Fish Cake soup is good too. Very refreshing. Perfect for a cold day.
My absolute favorite gimbaps that take on the trending gimbap+tteokbokki in Korea right now. These gimbaps are absolute gems. They look like they came out of an emperors’ kitchen. Jaws’ gimbaps are jam-packed with meat and veggies, have minimal rice, and go well with their dipping sauces. My favorite dipping sauces are the Wholegrain Mustard and Wasabi Mayo. My favorite kimbaps are Bareun kimbap and Keto kimbap. They all taste very healthy, clean, fresh, and flavorful. I also tried the Rose tteokbokki, and holy shmoly. I’m a petite woman, but I managed to finish it because it was amazing. They just opened up a location in K-town LA, and it tastes very similar :)
One of my fav spots for Korean street food!! I always get their tuna or keto kimbap. Such a quick, balanced, and delicious meal. Their rosé tteokbokki is so yummy and is such a great addition because dipping anything in that sauce makes it so much better!
The Korean sausage was rather usual. My first time to taste it and it was good. The topokki was spicy. Just perfect for my taste.
Although the combos a bit expensive for mall food, there is plenty amount to satisfy for the party. The line does get extremely long and food takes forever during dinner time, but it tastes good. For teoboki, it tends to be on the spicier side for those who preferr it.
Ordered Jaws TPK for our company office party. Jaws TPK exceeded expectations. Excellent customer service going above and beyond, beautiful plating and presentation , delicious food, perfect portion control as well as an affordable menu, great selection. This is definitely my new hot spot. I definitely recommend!!! You won't be disappointed.

This is my favorite store, they don't force you to tip, We can choose it
I really enjoyed their Rose Topokki because it was very creamy and cheesy. Their Sikhye Slushie was light and very refreshing to drink. This place is conveniently located at the food court at The Source which is perfect for shopping and walking around after.
Got both take-out and dine-in for lunch here! The menu is straightforward with visuals. I like that they have an up close photo of all the gimbaps. We got their Duo set the first time with tteokbokki and gimbap, and then a la carte the second time. Spicy fish cake, tuna, and the bareun gimbap: I love spicy fish cake, so that was tasty, although the original gimbap was my favorite because of all the fresh flavors and textures. I would get the tuna one if you're a tuna salad fan because it's mixed tuna and mayonnaise. The gimbaps are all so neatly made and pretty! I love eating the ends where the ingredients look all crazy. Tteokbokki spicy: They don't play around with their spice here. When it comes to Korean spots, I always wonder if they're spice is more sweet or actual spice, and here it's actual spice. The portion is big enough for two or three people. It's really hot and chewy! I liked that they gave you fish cake in it. Deep fried set: Super crispy! I liked the texture. My favorite item is always the glass noodles wrapped in seaweed. We dipped these in the spicy Tteokbokki sauce. Assorted fish cake soup: This was so cozy and comforting. I can see myself getting this as a quick meal. We wish the weather was colder so this could warm us up more on the day we came! I love fish cake so this felt like a clean, refreshing meal. The wait time is good, the stand is convenient, and there's plenty of seating in this food court. You can't go wrong with this spot!
lunch-boxing style, traditional-cut korean street food; got just the blood sausage set and they’ve got the texture spot-on in that springy-chewy zone, with flavours hitting this musky-nutty umami that’s rich without falling into bitterness. i’d say the same for the intestine bits, just more musky, more umami, nothing diluted, but rather an acquired taste for most, meaning that they’ve done it reassuringly authentic 🥳
Convenient and yummy lunch at the food court is fun. I had: 1. Set menu - Friend Set 1: - Jaws topokki soup - Korean sausage - Deep fried set: sweet potato, shrimp, squid, seaweed roll, dumplings, assorted vegetables, cheese stick 2. Bulgogi gimbap 3. Bulgogi katsu gimbap 4. Coke
Unleash Your Taste Buds at JAWS Topokki at The Source OC!* 🌶️🥢 We took a flavor-filled adventure to one of the Food Courts at The Source in Buena Park, CA. 🍜 What we tried… 🍜 Friend Set 1 - Rose JAWS Topokki (take note that it has Fish cakes in it) . It’s very spicy! 🌶️ I did request the Rose which has real cream in it. Very flavorful! So tasty! Rice cakes had a firm, chewy texture. - JAWS Korean Sausage - Deep Fried set: sweet potato , veggies, cheese stick, cheese ball. We requested no shrimp & squid since my daughter is allergic. One of our favorites! 🥩 Bulgogi Gimbap (delicious) Tip: dip everything in the Rose Topokki sauce!! Unfortunately, the slushie machine wasn’t working so we didn’t get a chance to try it. I wish the service was a bit friendlier. Overall, great eats at JAWS TPK in The Source OC! Satisfy your Korean Street Food cravings!
Overall: 3.6/5 (take out) Jaws TPK is located in the food court on level 3. The service was okay. The girls didn't look like they enjoyed working there. After we ordered, they gave us one of those buzzers. It took awhile for our food to come out so we browsed the food court and bought some donuts at the bakery. Spicy Pork Gimbap ($9.49): The gimbap came in a cute container box. In terms of taste, it was just okay. The spicy pork wasn't as flavorful as the spicy pork you get at Korean restaurants. We dipped each piece in the wasabi mayo to give it more flavor. I wouldn't get this again. (M) Deep Fried Set ($8.49): This set was good and came with one piece of sweet potato, shrimp, squid, seaweed roll, and dumpling. Everything was fried to perfection. My favorite was the seaweed roll then the sweet potato. The squid had a very elastic skin or something still on it. The shrimp & dumpling was alright. Wasabi Mayo ($0.50): The sauce was thick, not too spicy, and tasted good with everything. However, they only filled the container about halfway.
If you order double set(for 2 people), you can eat Tteokbokki, fries and Korean sausage(sundae) together. Tteokbokki(Rice cake with hot pepper paste) is a little bit spicy.

3.5 stars. Adequate food quality for a food court. Korean menu with assorted tempura .sushi style . It was okay.

Nice staff. But yeah the quality is tasty, healthy, yummy. But as far as Gimbap goes this is pretty average / mediocre.
I visited this business on 6/24 and paid with my credit card. However, when I later checked my credit card transaction, I was surprised to see a tip was added to my bill without my permission. Does the staff think customers don’t pay attention to what they’re being charged? This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the customer. This is a clear case of unauthorized charging and fraudulent business practice. I believe this business needs to better train its employees on proper customer service and billing ethics. I wanted to report this incident formally, but I haven’t had the time. I sincerely hope the owner sees this review and takes action to make things right.
I found fly egg's on the sausage, it was really gross. I loved Jaws TPK but I will never go there again. so sad but I don't want to risk myself from dirty food.
They used spoiled cheese. If you eat cheese tpk everyday, then you know this isn’t what it should be look like.
