Deliciously prepared classic Thai fare. Ingredients tasted very fresh. Crispy Spring Rolls were great, Tom Yum Soup with chicken was so yummy. I ordered the Flat Rice Noodles with beef and it came with lots of perfectly prepared veggies in a wonderful sweet soy sauce. My better half had the Panang Curry with chicken with a bowl of vermicelli noodles. The pot was served sizzling. Can’t say enough about how we enjoyed this meal.
If you're craving something refreshingly authentic, this spot delivers in spades. The food bursts with genuine flavor, no shortcuts, no gimmicks, just honest, well crafted dishes that feel like a warm hug from the kitchen. If I had to pinpoint one thing to improve, it is how long it takes the food to come out. If customers want to go in and out for lunch, it's got to me a little quicker. Despite that, the real star of my visit? The pineapple shake. 🍍 Smooth, vibrant, and perfectly chilled, it tasted like sunshine in a glass.Local businesses like this one are the heartbeat of our community.
Glad to see a new Asian food option in Allentown and stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed! I got the Pad Thai with chicken and my friend and I split an order of Crab Rangoon. The pad Thai was perfectly cooked and the spice level hit just right for me. Plenty of leftovers as well, as it was a generous portion. The Crab Rangoons were also really yummy and I really like the dip sauce that came with. It wasn’t very busy when we got there for lunchtime, so orders came up fairly quick and there’s a small amount of seating inside if you do want to dine in. I definitely will be returning in the future to try more things off the menu.
Their Mi Wonton Soup is very delicious and that was make my day. They also have nice service. I gave 10 out of 10.
The food & beverages here is so good! I ordered the red curry & Thai iced coffee, the curry came with a side of rice! It was spicy, savory & just so flavorful! I love the presentation of the meal, the Thai iced tea was super refreshing & paired nicely with my meal. It is authentic & the service was amazing, I could see myself becoming a regular here.
I live around the corner and have walked by Bamboo Ridge a 100 times. Today I decided to come in and so glad I did! Good is amazing! Try to gird banana till with their homemade coconut ice cream.
The food is super tasty and delicious. The staff was friendly and our food was prepared real fast. There are also a lot of vegetarian options.
The food was great! We bought the Pad See Ew (beef) and Pad Thai (seafood). It was delicious. I prefer the Pad See Ew beef over the Pad Thai seafood though, or maybe just because the mussels don’t go as well with just Pad Thai shrimp or chicken. Thai Milk Tea was also good! Server was very friendly. Ambiance was good, we liked the bar seating with the view of the street.
Nice spot, staff is friendly, and the food is incredible. Vegetable heavy, carefully prepped. Quality is clearly important to the business - it reflects in their food. Will revisit, often. Highly recommend!
If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! This place is a culinary gem. I ordered the famous Vietnamese Bánh Mì with pork, and it was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced flavors and incredibly fresh ingredients. I also treated myself to their Chicken Samosas, Vietnamese Crispy Spring Rolls, Crab Rangoon, and Thai Iced Tea. Every single item was bursting with flavor and made with care. The restaurant’s ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for dining in, and its convenient location on Allen Street is a huge plus. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a full feast, this is the place to go. I can’t recommend it enough!
Came here because the reviews were great, and wow! Absolutely did not disappoint! 🤩 I didn’t get photos of our appetizers or dinner (we were hungry and not thinking), but we got photos of our delicious desserts! I ordered the panang curry and it was sooo yummy! (My favorite parts were the tofu, the broccoli, and the onions) my husband ordered the pho special and really enjoyed it 😊 we spent $68 before tax on 2 appetizers, a soda, 2 main dishes, and 2 desserts, so really a great price! 🙌 (also, side note, but worth mentioning for me: their silverware was all so clean, and I appreciate that so much, as I have some anxiety surrounding eating at restaurants because of this 😅)
Today, I enjoyed Dancing Seafood, vegetable tempura, papaya salad, and mango sticky rice for dessert. I also love the vegetable tempura—it comes with two kinds of sauce and features 6 or 7 types of vegetables fried in tempura batter. This place is amazing! The TV plays interesting cooking shows and Thai street food blogs, making the meal even more enjoyable. My favorite dish is Dancing Seafood, a delicious mix of Thai-style fried fish, shrimp, mussels, squid, scallops, and vegetables. You can choose your spice level, and it pairs perfectly with white rice. Highly recommend!

Ordered takeout last night and everything was hot and delicious. I had the coconut shrimp and the yellow noodles. Order was ready on time. Definitely give this place a try!
Ordered delivery from here tonight and was very impressed. First and foremost, lots of vegetarian options and the ability to modify some dishes to be vegetarian. Had accidently ordered something that wasn't actually modifiable as thought, and the restaurant contacted me quickly to suggest a substitution which was. Everything arrived quickly, and let me tell you all of it was amazing. Will definitely be ordering from here again soon!
I have to say I ordered here because it was close to where I work... and was pleasantly surprised, so I started trying different menu items. EVERY SINGLE thing ive gotten from there has been an absolute banger. DELICIOUS, fresh, they dont seem to add sugar where its not needed like every other asian eatery. If you want to be transported to flavor town, HERE is your place. Would recommend the calimari, mango curry, orange chicken, and duck.

Even at 10 pm this place was on point. Fast friendly service. They were out of chicken for Bahn Mi but the Tofu Bahn Mi was excellent. Pad Kaw Pow was excellen. Authentic thai food.
Just got take out for the first time. Really tasty food and reasonable prices. They forgot to include one container of sauce, which we didn't even notice, but they called me to let me know. I said it was no problem, but the owner insisted on driving it out to me. He drove it out to me along with an entire extra dish. Both he and the woman at the counter were incredibly sweet and friendly. This is now my go-to place for Thai/Burmese/Vietnamese food

Tried this place for lunch. The fresh vegetable rolls, were very good. The Pad Woon Sen, a stir fry noodle dish with tofu and vegetables was tasty but some of the vegetables were not cooked, and were too hard to eat. The seafood soup we ordered was very good according to my husband.
Was walking down Allen and decided to grab some lunch. found this cozy little spot around the corner and was not disappointed, Food was presented well very tasteful and the service was great definitely will be checking them out again!

I recently visited Bamboo Ridge in Buffalo, NY and overall had a good dining experience with a few mixed impressions. We ordered the orange chicken, egg noodles, spring rolls, fried dumplings, and the eggplant ridge. The portion sizes were great — definitely generous — and everything arrived hot and flavorful. The orange chicken was especially enjoyable, and the appetizers like the spring rolls and fried dumplings were tasty and satisfying. One thing to note is that the egg noodles were not the same noodles described on the menu. Instead of the expected noodles, they used ramen noodles. While this was a little surprising, the dish was still very flavorful and enjoyable overall. The main downside for me was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was disappointing and took away slightly from the overall experience. Overall, Bamboo Ridge offers good portion sizes and tasty, hot food, but I hope they improve attention to cleanliness to match the quality of their dishes.
I got the sesame chicken, I paid $17.35 for literally 3 ounces of chicken, a couple pieces of broccoli, and rice. The bowl was filled half way. My girlfriend feels bad that for the first time she’s picked a bad place. The type of food you eat right before something catastrophic happens.

I sincerely have mixed feelings about writing this, for a handful of reasons that I'll get into. I ordered an entree to be prepared vegan with tofu. I was like 25% of the way through the dish and feeling like the tofu was seeming very sinewy and unlike any tofu (or similar) texture I've experienced. But I'd just had a conversation with the waiter who--when I ordered vegan samosas as well--didn't think they could be prepared vegan. He proactively cautioned me and double-checked with the kitchen before confirming they could be. So surely it was a vegan dish, right? Then, I was like two-thirds of the way through eating this entree and I was thinking "well... I guess maybe this is what soy curls could be like? I haven't had them in a while". By the time I was a few bites from finishing, I'd stopped being able to convince myself it's tofu and I needed to have it confirmed, if I was going to believe it. I had some of the protein left on my plate when the waiter came over to give me my bill, and I asked "Is this what your tofu looks like? I should have asked a while ago." He went to the kitchen, came back, and--to be fair--did apologize and said that I was served chicken. I am a vegan who has not eaten meat in years and years. It's been almost 20 years since I ate it on purpose. I also don't think that meat is some magical poison that is going to lose me spiritual standing or anything else important, especially if I didn't eat it on purpose. I do think I should have asked sooner, and this is something I feel weird about. I also know from the bill that my order was entered as tofu, not chicken. I also know that the restaurant offered zero make-good. I was actually pretty stunned by this. So stunned (and kind of embarrassed by my own role in not asking sooner) that I just paid in full and left. Serving the wrong protein is a forgiveable mistake, but it's a reason to recommend that vegetarians consider avoiding this place. Also: while I was pondering whether I was eating meat, the TV in the restaurant was playing a video of someone dismembering and preparing some kind of shellfish (or something) for cooking. So it's just really hard to recommend this place to vegetarians or vegans. But regardless of that: following a pretty big mistake that would be taken as very important to a lot of people (I'm frankly probably a lot more forgiving about it than many), not offering a make-good in this situation is frankly just bad business and makes me want to warn all customers against eating here. I was having a really good night, and this experience really soured it. Especially because I'm claiming to be somewhat forgiving about it and especially because I really wish I'd said something sooner, I feel a little awkward about this one-star review, but I do feel some kind of duty to warn people about the experience I had.
