Always enjoyable at Sammy’s. We had been coming to Sammy’s for over 20 years, and the pizza and wings are so good! Our girls are now 16 years old and any trip across the border is not complete without a stop at Sammy’s!! A bucket of splits while we wait for our food allows us to enjoy the vibe in the bar area. Wings and pizza are fantastic. Over the years, we’ve also had the lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, potato skins, onions rings, a couple of salads. Still haven’t had the beef-on-weck, but one day I will!! Don’t go there if you’re in a rush. The kitchen is always busy with take-out, so you’ve got to be patient.

I have been coming here for 30 years… It has been up and down the last few years… I am sitting in here as I write this review… We ordered a pizza… 30 wings and a Steak Sub. The sub came out 5 min after we ordered. 45 min later… the pizza and wings haven’t come out yet…. Kinda crazy!!! Why send out 1 persons food and not the others… Honestly… there is 2 other tables in the restaurant.. not busy at all. We love this place…. But this might be our last straw!!

Typical American dive bar. Great food and cheap cheap beer. Wings and pizza good. Service... I think this lady needed to collect her brain... she was frazzled and forgot us so many times... I am certain had we had another waitress she would be on the ball. Been going to Sammy's for 40 yrs. 4 of us large pizza, 50 wings, 10 chicken fingers and drinks as well as corn nibblet hush puppies

We had a party of 14 yesterday evening. Ordered a tray of pizza, 50 wings, couple subs and fries. We were the ONLY table in the restaurant the entire time. Our tray of pizza was served after an hour of waiting. Then, we waited another 20 mins for the rest of our food. When one of us finally got up to ask our waitress who had not been over to check on us at all, we were surprised to find out the kitchen staff boxed up the rest of our food and it had been sitting out the entire time. To top it off, we were charged with everything we ordered and automatic gratuity because we were a large party. The waitress tried to blame the kitchen staff, but as a former waitress myself, I would have been asking where my table’s food was. This is a long time establishment in NF and food is typically good. Hopefully they get more competent staff.

I ordered a wrap and they delivered me a sub. Quite the difference. All and all, if you order takeout, your order will be made incorrectly. They are consistent at that.

Found this in my wings.. me and my partner got personal pies. The pizza was way over cooked the wings where dry to the bone my partners wings where COLD to the touch I get it’s cold outside but how is my food hot and hers not? Don’t not sure if I’ll be coming back..

had a very disappointing experience with this location. My pizza took over two hours to arrive, and when it finally did, it was ice cold. On top of that, the blue cheese I ordered was missing. When I called, I was initially told the order would be remade. Shortly after, I was told it wouldn’t be because I “was never charged for the blue cheese,” which completely missed the point—the issue was the overall service and quality. The most upsetting part was the interaction with the manager. She was extremely rude, cut me off repeatedly, and wouldn’t allow me to explain my concerns. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Between the long wait time, cold food, missing items, and poor customer service, I will not be ordering from here again.

I was staying at the comfort Inn. By the falls, just minutes from the restaurant ordered. A large Pizza and cheese fries should have been about $25, but they charged me 45, I asked the delivery person. He said they charge extra if you're in a motel. and then he never brought my 2 l of soda, and he still has not come back. it was probably the worst Pizza I have ever had, soggy crust, looked like the box had been tipped on its side. Wish there was a way I could post a picture.You would not believe it unless you've seen it.

I had to return my pizza because it was burnt, I ordered wings plain and all they did was drop them in the grease with no type of seasoning salt or anything on them. It took me two days to get a refund on my pizza the girl Samantha that originally took my order when I came in to ask about my refund and I brought the pizza back which they told me to in order to get my refund,she got on the phone with someone she said was the manager and carried on a long conversation with this person and answering phones taking orders while I stood there for about 10 minutes with her walking around pretty much ignoring me and then telling me she didn't have authority to give me my refund. There was a young lady with her with blonde hair I think was a bartender came up and was saying she would make my pizza over which I told her I didn't want another Pizza. Then Samantha said that I would have to speak to the owner by the name of Sam or Lori which neither one was ever available to talk because I called back the day they told me in the morning at 11:00 a.m. I asked to speak to Sam or Lori and they said they were too busy they couldn't come to the phone and they will call me back by 2:00 p.m. when I called back around 2:15 they said they weren't there they hadn't even been into the restaurant and I called them on it and said they told me they were there earlier so they pretty much gave me the runaround I felt they thought I was just going to go away and Let It go. So when I finally went in there and got my refund two days later the lady that gave it to me said that she had authorized them to give me my refund the night before but Samantha was playing around and was lying and telling me she couldn't do it she couldn't go into the register or anything to give me my refund. I'm from Ohio and my experience with them was horrible I've never given anyone a one-star before but I will never go back there again if I'm ever back in Niagara falls New York. I do appreciate the young lady that did give me my refund but the rest of them it was a horrible experience when I asked Samantha if they had any dry seasoning she gave me some lemon pepper sauce and when I spoke to her about putting seasoning she said oh you wanted them plain. I'm used to people putting some type of seasoning salt or something on the wings not just giving some bland no tasting wings besides soaking them and tossing them in sauce. I was a cook and a restaurant manager. This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional.👎🏿👎🏿🤮 I have read past reviews and they have a lot of the same complaints burnt pizza wings with no taste and flavor, extremely bad experiences. And always ask did you call the restaurant to rectify the situation, well when you call there or go there they give you the runaround.

Pizza burned, waited 1.5hrs lmfao but gave me an extra 2 liter so 🤷🏼‍♂️. Will stick with my northern NY pizza clearly better then Niagara pizza

Food was absolutely horrible burnt pizza burnt wings wings are clearly old and just dropped in hot grease dipped in sauce and served to customers food was absolutely horrific. Will never spend a dime there again this has happened on multiple occasions but still gave them the benefit of the doubt and it clearly is just how they treat their customers. Look at this food kids were hungry so they still ate it but absolutely horrible

Very disappointed. I ordered the full tray and wing special. Drove all the way from sanborn for pick up and the order was terrible. The pizza was burnt damn near black and there were weird pieces of chicken wings. I called the store to complain. They asked did i want the order remade but i declined because it would take another hour. We ordered out at work and had to get back to work. I was embarrassed as I am the one who suggested Sammys. I told the person who answered the phone to just give me a discount next time and she hung up in my face. Sad because I actually like sammys but the order and service were unacceptable. Food is too expensive now a days to be treated like that.

Ordered a “steak hoagie” and this is what i received, called the store and the person i talked to was very nice, explained to me that it was a new cook but shouldn’t nobody be selling this!!! Paid $22.38 FOR 4 big cooked pieces of steak ums with mayo , oil and banana peppers in it, worst food experience EVER since I’ve lived in Niagara Falls New York! This was my first time trying and my last!

Arrived at 720 pm on Friday After seeing the mural, we thought that maybe we should try this place if they take this kind of pride in things, it's gotta be good. The patio looked like it's nice in warm weather. The front door had no door knob... and it didn't just fall off today it's been that way for a while. The dining room is seat yourself. We sat near a fireplace that seemed cool. (Warm) There were 2 or 3 parties beside us in the dining room. Maybe 15 people total. There were maybe 10 ppl at the bar, if even that. We ordered a medium pizza and 20 wings. She took our order. Brought us drinks and didn't come back until she brought our pizza 45 min later. We had finished eating wings by that point. The wings came out after 30 min. And they had been sitting because the top of the pile was cold. The wings weren't bad.... The pizza was very thin and just about to be burnt if it was in for another minute. The waitress finally asked to refill our drinks after she brought our pizza. The party at the next table was vaping and swearing pretty loudly. The wait was honestly way to long A pizza takes 15 -20 min in one of those ovens and wings, probably the same if not less. The men's room was not bad for a bar in a bad neighborhood, but it's in the restaurant.... The toilet stall had a weird door thing, and the frame was falling off the wall. The toilet was kinda nasty. See the pictures The mirror looked like someone blew their nose on it, and the paper towels all got tossed on the floor. The waitress was not a happy person maybe just having a bad day??? Honestly, they should have spent the money from the mural and got another pizza oven ? Or maybe pay the employees better? Will not return

Total garbage. Hour 1/2 delivery arrived Luke warm. Wings ordered crispy, arrived soggy as can be and filled with grease.with No blue cheese. Pizza just sucked, dried out like it was from yesterday. I wouldn't recommend this place to feed shelter dogs.
