I always get a smoothie (peanut butter cup with added whey protein) but yesterday I got the new spinach feta pesto wrap...it was excellent. Be sure to fill out the survey (link on receipt) to get a $1.99 smoothie ;)

Me and my mom frequent this location often and we are never disappointed. Very quick service and the fruit is always fresh. The guy that always takes our order is always super nice and attentive. Really great place to stop by and grab a quick bite/drink if your in the area.

Was in a mood for a smoothie. This was the closest spot on Google maps so I decide to give it a shot. Really cool atmosphere! I ordered a Bahama Mama smoothie lol. When I received my smoothie it was much larger then what I expected it to be. It was the size of an extra large milkshake. The flavor was amazing 👏. I was completely full after drinking 3/4 of my cup. Usually when I get smoothies my belly is just satisfied not full like I really had a full meal.

Was in a mood for a smoothie. This was the closest spot on Google maps so I decide to give it a shot. Really cool atmosphere! I ordered a Bahama Mama smoothie lol. It seemed like I was imposing on her social time as opposed to being a welcome customer. Ordered 9/10 around 8:50.

Seems like there is no guidance at this location. Where is the manager making sure the employees are working ? One person taking orders, making the food and drinks while 2 other employees are in the back chatting. Wait is longer than it should be because of this. Seems like the employees don't care to be there. My food is always wrong. Used to enjoy this spot unfortunately I think they lost some good employees.

I’ve ordered from here several times and they could honestly be doing better. This last time I ordered from there I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready and they didn’t even have the sticker pulled yet from the machine. There was no customers in the place and they were all just standing around talking. One girl asked if I had an order, I said yes, and she said oh yeah just got it. Definitely not because I got the “order received “ email 10 minutes prior. Then I watched my smoothie sit ready in the blender for another 3 minutes while she went in the back, What’s the point of ordering a head if they haven’t even started it by the time you get there? Aside from that, the first time I ordered from there I ordered a Caesar wrap, and the lettuce was entirely brown throughout the wrap. There’s no reason they should be putting brown lettuce on wraps that are supposed to be fresh. I’ll probably just be making these at home from now on..

I ordered my usual Chicken quesadilla that came out good as always, but lets get down to the shake. at every other location I have been to I always ask for my shake to be double blended just so there are no floating pieces in my shake. But that was taken to a whole other level today. The shake had absolutely no thickness to it at all, it was almost water, then I walked up to the counter and showed them that the shake is to watery. When the associate turned to the shift manager and called her over the shift manager got a bit aggressive with me saying that when you double blended it, it will get thinner. I tried to explain that it had no thickness to it but was ignored so for the sake of argument I sat back down and drunk my watery shake very, very upset I eat at a tropical smoothie Cafe every day for lunch and I have never been so disappointed like I am today when having my lunch meal. I don't want to lose faith in tropical smoothie but if they hand out watery shakes I should rethink another place to have my lunch because today was ridiculous.

I had went originally with my friend try this place out since it was new. The first smoothie I got wasn’t very good. It was more like a 7/11 slushee with hunks of mango in it. However I know they did just open up so there is going to be some mistakes along the way. So I went in again today and asked for the same drink but asking for it to be extra smooth. The girl who took my order made it herself to make sure it was made the way I wanted. Such a helpful staff! Definitely going back again:) Update: I went back and was displeased. It took 25 minutes for my boyfriend and I to get 2 smoothies. I counted 5-6 young adult girls and at one point no one was making drinks. Even got to the point where our order canceled out and had to remind them what our orders were.

Went here today Wednesday June 2 and the place was not very buy however it took 30 minutes to get 3 smoothies that were lack luster. This was my 3rd time going and other experiences have been fine. Today for some reason they were beyond backed up with phone or online orders. It wasn’t until I asked for a refund that my smoothie was made after the young man said I needed to calm down. Again I wanted 30 minutes only to receive a chunky smoothie that had more kale than ice.

Got a $12.70 dragonfruit bowl (sub coconut for strawberries + peanut butter), the employee taking my order was friendly, but the size of the bowl was insanely small. It was the size of the palm of my hand. You get less than a cup of actual smoothie. The pineapple and mango were from a CAN. I just can't believe I was served canned fruit. This was my first and last time coming to any of these.

I just ordered food from this location and I’m honestly very disappointed. This isn’t my first time having Tropical Smoothie but it was my first time trying this location and honestly I won’t be back. Soon as I picked up my wrap it was visible that the lettuce was very old. As I took the one piece out I noticed that it wasn’t just that piece it was all the lettuce in the wrap. On top of the old food, my smoothie tasted like straight WATER AND BANANAS and I ordered the Triple berry. I get accidents happen, but I worked in food service for 8 years and you are required to check food during opening hours. The employee who made my food clearly didn’t care because they continued to use old welted lettuce.

I ordered three cheese chicken 'dilla and Avocolada. It was a mobile order. I did arrive, and I was the only guest at this location. A couple minutes later, they gave me my quesadilla, and the worker was surprised why I was still standing there waiting for something. When I told her that my order had the Avocolada smoothie, it took another 5 minutes for them to give it to me. When I arrived home, I was very disappointed. My 'dilla was not heated and / or melted, and the drink had a half of avocado in it. That's just unacceptable, not even a prime time visit.

Nothing is more unprofessional when a place of business is out of supplies.

I've really enjoyed the smoothies here before, but these last couple times have been frustrating enough that I won't be returning. I pay for modifications to the smoothies, so I expect them to be completed. However, with things like a probiotic or multivitamin, I can't tell if it's actually being added. On the other hand, I can tell when the sweetener is still added, and when none of the spinach or kale was due to the color. This time it was delivered, so I reported the wrong item to doordash and was told I couldn't be compensated (even for the difference of the smoothie without modifications). Anyways, don't recommend here unless you can go into the store and double check you are getting what you paid for.

I used to like this place, but after today, never again. Finding someone else’s hair in my food is absolutely revolting, what kind of unsanitary disaster is happening in that kitchen? To make it worse, the lettuce was wilted and the avocado was brown and old. You’re charging premium prices for literal garbage. On top of the health hazards, they had exactly one person working a six-customer rush. The management here is a joke. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THIS PLACE?!
